Awesome food. A treasure of Arcadia. Everything we had was so good. The staff was super friendly and made the dining experience awesome. Must try if in Arcadia. We ordered a bunch and ate all of it!!!

First time here and I’ll definitely be coming back. I was greeted warmly and explained this was my first visit so I wasn’t sure what to get. The guy at the counter patiently talked about how their pizzas are made with cornmeal, and everything was really good, a nice little hole in the wall spot here in Arcadia. I asked what slices they had available thinking of those pizza places that make a couple pies each day and just heat it up, but everything was made fresh to order including the single slices! He told me what the specials were and that the salami toscano was really good. I went with a slice of that. He rung me up and said it’ll take about 8 mins or so. After about 7 mins things started to smell really good in there! The chef handed me my slice, nicely wrapped in wax paper and into a paper bag and told me to enjoy and to come back again. 😊 though we forgot the napkins, whoops When I got home 20 mins later, I was again surprised to find that the crust was still crunchy! It was so good! The blue cheese was a little funky and rich, so maybe a little marinara sauce would’ve helped cut the richness. There’s plenty of seating inside and some tables outside. And I loved the music they’d had playing. As I was leaving a group came in for a birthday I think. The workers quickly got them seated and situated with water, plates and utensils. And put the cake in the fridge. Everyone who worked there seemed really friendly and I appreciate the care and attention they had, even into my single slice of pizza. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying all of the other pizzas! Thank you :)

Zelo’s serves up yummy corn crust pizza that never disappoints! staff is friendly and down to earth. seems like they like working there well enough. pizza is HEARTY! with a salad i was able to get 2-3 meals out of one pie. we got the sausage and the veggie. the pesto and corn are other favorites. highly recommend treating yourself here. can order by the slice, as halves or a whole. call ahead if you are in a rush.

It's a pity we don't live closer! We stopped by for some takeout to eat at the Tesla charger during a road trip, and it was a real treat. The cornmeal crust is incredibly unique and tasty, and honestly lends itself to a pizza category of its own. It has a crunch to the outside, while remaining soft on the inside, and holds the pizza toppings better than any crust I've had. Not only the crust tho, the toppings were well put together and obviously fresh, this is truly gourmet pizza lover's pizza. My wife is a pasta fanatic and had to try the pasta. We agree the components made by the resto (meatballs/sauce) were good, with the meatballs especially a standout. Tho the pasta noodles themselves were really average. She enjoyed it but prolly wouldn't get it again. Lastly the homemade Zucotto cake was out of this world, definitely worth checking out 🤤 Can't wait to stop by again when passing through LA! Also made for great leftovers!

When you only very rarely hive 5 stars, It’s such a please to give this review. I feel so blessed to have been in this awesome little authentic pizzeria. All the staff were so so friendly, talkative, helpful and just so nice to be around. Their pizza was so so amazing. We loved the corn crust and cannot wait to be back there to try their salads, calzone, homemade meatballs and of course more pizza. It’s also so cheap. Such places deserve to be known.

One of my most favorite places now to get a genuine homemade pizza pie that's truly one of a kind! The employees a very nice, Ambiance is Awesome with a lot of old local skateboard history and old school decks on the walls. Thank you, Zelo Boyz!

Apologize to the kitchen for showing up 45 minuets before they closed but we had a great experience! The staff was welcoming and the food was awesome! They are very unique because they use a cornmeal crust which taste great and holds all the toppings way better than a standard crust. Will definitely visit again, thanks for the service guys!!

Oh man, this was so good. Ridiculously inventive Pizza on a cornmeal crust. Service was great, prices were fair and I left full, couldn't finish four slices. Who knew that blue cheese could be delicious on pizza? Well it is.

The pizza at Zelo is a different experience because they use a unique corn meal crust. The pizza was very filling, you won't need more than a slice or two. Matthew was very friendly and helpful!

First of all the music is the bomb. Their selection is fun. Cornmeal pizza crust is delicious as well as their corn pizza. Yeah, corn in pizza very interesting and super tasty. The beet salad with walnuts and feta cheese is excellent!!

Visited this place for the first time after reading about their cornmeal crust pizzas. We were not disappointed, and in fact pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Great food, excellent service and a nice hometown atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Seemed to be a popular spot for local families as well. I will definitely be returning. Also, gotta mention that I really liked whatever music playlist they had going during our visit. Fun mix of what I think was postpunk deep cuts. Worked for me!

I’m a bit of a pizza connoisseur and when I travel I seek out good pizza. When I looked around Monrovia this place popped up w mention of the unique corn enhanced crust. Technically this is in N Arcadia but that’s not the point. When I walked in I was kindly greeted by Rob. Immediately I was brought water which was appreciated after my hike this morning. The beer selection was appropriate, the service was perfect and the best part; the pizza was amazing. I had a half veggie (3 slices) and ate it all, they say 1-2 fills ya up though. I highly recommend eating here for delicious pizza and perfect service! Thanks again Rob!

It's deep-dish style, and the cornmeal flavor and texture are so unique and sets it apart in my opinion from other pizza joints. It's crispy, crunchy, and meal-y. Two slices are super filling. I tasted fresh ingredients for the sausage pizza, and just perfect marinated peppers, eggplant, onions, and mushrooms on each slice. Our party also tried appetizer meatballs and garlic bread, and they were good for the meat-eaters in our dining party. Our only mistake - we need leave room for dessert next time! Everyone was nice and offered to take our group picture after dinner. What a special space, with a neat mix of Americana and music and pop culture memorabilia adorning the walls. The friendly and responsive staff really put up with our (many) questions. Whoever was playing DJ that night for ambiance— you have incredible music taste. I heard songs that made me bust out my music ID app a few times!

The pizza is amazing. Salads are OK. The wait staff is young... and often more interested in socializing with each other than taking care of customers. On my last visit our waiter forgot a number of things. Including to put our order in with the kitchen. We ended up being there for almost two hours. And no one apologized.
