CFS was delicious and fork tender. Subtle sweetness to the batter, but not sweet…just enough to bring balance to the pepper and salt. Margarita was massive and had a great tequila flavor. You definitely get your moneys worth. Can’t go wrong with their fried options, they are experts. Try the shrimp and chicken. Great dips.

Our waitress Mikmoto L was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. Excellent service that truly made our experience enjoyable.

I will give this restaurant a lot of credit. I called 10 mins ahead of time to ask if they could take 16 of us at lunch time. They said they could. We got there and didn’t have to wait long before being sat. The only thing I found odd were the tables were bolted to the floor. So we all had to sit at different tables because they couldn’t make one long one. Our server was a rock star and got all our drinks and food correct and in a timely manner. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

I had a very good experience on the reissuing of replacing my order of my first purchase The manager Aaron made sure that I was taken care of and satisfied with an e-card on my purchase. Try the carrot cake it is delicious.

Grab your purses and get a table! This was a great establishment. The food was excellent and service was GOLD star. Sebastian was our waiter and when I tell you he has a Master's degree in customer service, you better believe he did a fabulous job with our party of 6. He was so attentive and friendly. Our food was hot, fresh, and tasty. It also was in huge servings because our plates were overflowing. I didn't know if Cheddar's was this delicious! Ate here recently. Had a chicken sandwich with fries. The chicken was amazing! The crust was thin not hard and chunky making it impossible to eat. The chicken itself was so tender and delicious. My husband had a burger which tasted grilled and was also wonderful! The service was slow but apparently there was a big party. And it could use a cleaning and fresh plants. The current ones were dead and there were cobwebs visible.

Fun place to get a nice hearty meal. Service is always impeccable. Even when they are busy, they are always striving to make it a pleasurable experience. Great servers, great staff, great cooks. The drinks are always delicious. And those croissants are worth taking home.

Got Cheddar's to-go this evening and it was the best takeout I've had in a long time! Great portions for the price and everything was made well. The staff was kind enough to draw a little piece of toast on my receipt which I thought was cute. I'll definitely be back soon to dine in as well 😊

Great service this day with Michelle. I love when a server keeps a positive upbeat attitude in the tough service industry. Not the easiest thing to do these days so I always tip those people well.

Whatever issues you might have, she goes above and beyond to find the solution. I had the spaghetti lasagna thingy which was so good! We recently visited as a group, and while the food took a little time to come out, it was definitely worth the wait. The steak was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The loaded baked potato was cooked perfectly, and the grilled shrimp over a bed of rice was seasoned just right. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, checking in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a very satisfying meal!

Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen is a fantastic dining choice! I recently enjoyed their salmon with double steamed broccoli and baby carrots, which was delicious and healthy. I also tried the grilled shrimp Alfredo, creamy and rich, paired with crunchy garlic bread. The honey croissant was a sweet finish to the meal. The customer service was excellent; our server was polite and attentive, making us feel valued. Plus, the restaurant was clean, with spotless silverware and cups. On this day, the wait time was super short, so we got seated quickly and enjoyed our meal right away! Overall, Cheddar's offers great food and a welcoming atmosphere definitely a place I would recommend!

There was an issue with my food, and immediately, it was taken care of without question. The manager was very nice, came over and conversed with us, and made us feel like we were in good company. This location is awesome I tried their new chicken tender pasta with the alfredo sauce and it was good. I loved the service and the place is clean. It's sad because I have a cheddars right down the street but I travel to this one because it never disappoints. Although it's wasn't posted, I was told dine-in not available 30 minutes prior to closing. That was different experience for me but I ordered to go. The staff was friendly enough, however it was very cold inside that I couldn't stay inside to wait for my meal. Our water was fabulous! KD was courteous, regularly asked if we needed anything else ( without going overboard) and made sure our drinks were full. I had the 8 oz bourbon glaze salmon. The flavors were spot on but the portion size was greatly underwhelming. IF I ordered this again I would have to get double salmon to feel satisfied. 8 oz is just to small but I didn't know what that would translate to but based on the beautiful picture on the menu I was hopeful. If it had been that size I would have been elated!

The wife's bourbon glazed salmon and my fish and my fish and chips were perfect. Our server was great, always attentive and did it with a smile. As for atmosphere the table next us was way too loud, fortunately they left shortly after arrived.

It was very busy. Told it was 30-35 minute wait. It was about 45-50 minutes. Our server, Celeste, was great. She was very attentive and repeatedly check on us. It did take extremely long to get my husband's bar drink after our server checked on it 4 times. The croissants were a nice start to the meal. We had chips and queso as an appetizer. The queso wasn't my favorite although we ate it all. LOL! We split grilled white fish (blackened) with sweet baby carrots and a baked potato with butter only. It was great. One filet for each of us. Plenty of food. Oh, and at the suggestion of our server, I order Texas Sweet Tea cocktail. Soooo good. I drank it too fast. PS there was apparently a huge error on our checkout and my husband said it $103. I didn't ask until after we returned to our hotel. I called the manager and they had already caught the error and fixed it but not added the tip for our server. Our bill was only $34.58 before the tip and I told him to please adjust for the tip I instructed.

We asked to apply a discount from one of our emails and the waitress said we couldn’t after we had carefully looked at the coupon saying it was valid to the end of February! Im from NY and I enjoyed the food. I had the shrimp Alfredo with broccoli. Delicious. The waitress could have been a tad more attentive to us as she didn't seem to be in sight of her customers. We did sit fora time before she showed up in between her bringing drinks...app...and then dinner. Over all it was good though.

They removed a lot of items and upgraded other items on the menu. I appreciate the establishment still following CDC protocol. Brittany our server was super sweet and the food was decent.

Second time at Cheddars this time the food was much better. Smaller location than the other but we were greeted and seated immediately. Service was 4/5. Only two recommendations would be for her to smile at least once and use a drink tray. She was great with refills, prebussing, and getting the order correct. Just needs to be a little more friendly attitude and don’t carry all the drinks between your arm and pinned against your chest(shirt). Not very sanitary at all, drink trays can be intimidating but also a servers best friend. Also I know some establishments don’t provide their servers with drink trays, if this is the case they should. Food was hot and fresh. Dijon Chicken with mushrooms was amazing. Bar drinks did take awhile to get brought to the table. By the time we received the bar drink it was already melting.

This was my first time visiting a Cheddar's establishment. Server was excellent and attentive. Atmosphere was excellent. My New Orleans pasta was sub par. Shrimp and pasta were over cooked and under seasoned but the chicken inside the pasta was seasoned well. The appetizer cheese balls were good. I'd give it another try but I would order another entree.

I've been going to Cheddar's for over decade,and it has always been hit or miss. I went for my birthday lunch today(woo). The chips were stale and a little burned. This was sort of redeemed by the delicious queso and the salsa. The waitress was good. The star was the entrees. The Key West chicken and shrimp I ordered was delicious. My mom ordered the lemon pepper salmon and they sent out the blackened. That's fine she isn't picky and ate it. I've been to this location many times the last few years. I'll probably return, but you never really know what to expect.

The floor was so dirty, food all over the floor, and underneath my feet. What a disaster. The restaurant was filthy. I’ve never seen so much crap on the floor. Before they could seat us they said they needed to clean the table. Usually love this place, but got violently ill for several days after eating undercooked chicken tenders. Didn't realize they were undercooked until 1/2 way through eating 1 of the chicken tenders. The staff was nice though.

This was my first time here. I really didn’t feel welcomed. I understand serving is hard work but we deserve to be greeted just like any other customer. Firstly we were sat at the bar when there were clearly other booths and tables open for us. The receptionist seemed to be too bothered to give us a table or booth. The waiters seems to be wasting time instead of serving our food. once we got our chips they were all crunched up and broken. our bar server seemed to be upset at us personally and greeted the next couple beside us with a smile. Once my friend gave him a tip she pre planned to give him that was the only smile that we got.

My friends and I decided to come here after running a 5k thinking that this would be a good meal before we all drove the 2hr trek home. We were here a little over 2 hours. The hostess took our drink order (2 of which were alcoholic but the rest was tea and water) and we got that fairly quickly and the waitress brought the drinks out. At that time she took our food order and went to put that in. We did not see our waitress again for close to 40 minutes. No refills, no explanation on what was taking so long. She wasn't even in the section at all. And the section we were did not have a lot of tables in it. Our alcoholic beverages and appetizer were brought out by 2 different people and when a lady at our table asked about going ahead getting another appetizer she was told she would have to wait for our waitress because they all have different cards. Now I get that. I do. But the next time we seen our waitress she was coming with our salads. She realized then that she needed to refill our water and tea glasses which have been sitting there empty now for about 20 minutes. As she turned around our entrees were coming out brought by different people again. We were missing things on our plates so she went to get those and refill our drinks. In the mean time, we start eating because we are hungry after running the 5k only to realize that 3 out of 9 entrees have been under cooked. It took another 20 minutes for her to come back to our table and when she did, she didn't ask about the food or offer to clear off the empty glasses. At this time we asked for a manager and gave our complaints. He said that he will talk to her and adjust our tickets for the under cooked food which he did but it took 30 minutes just to get a to go box and our tickets so we could leave. I understand that this is a big box restaurant, but please train your staff. From the wait staff to the kitchen staff this particular location is indeed lacking in the service department.

Second time coming want be back. For starters reserved table special notes to sit in booth . Got a small table that rocked when you moved . Later asked could we move and we did . Ordered drinks asked for another order of croissants after 15 min we never received them . Asked for spinach dip never arrived then asked if we still wanted it after the entrees came out. Ain’t that the reason you order appetizers before the entrees ? So no cause the food was coming out now. We ordered 2 steaks and 2 pastas. Since when do the steaks come out before the pasta? Normally you have to wait on the steaks we had two orders of them they came everyone eating except me. Judging by long had to wait she didn’t put my order in not to mention when the drink order was taken we had no straws waited for stress over 15 min till finally got up and asked the bar for some .Other people was complaining about they orders ask well you could tell . You can tell managers were on duty they just walking around not helping or nothing . Waiter could have been new so I was not rude but managers need to open their eyes and pay attention if you see your server running struggling . She had at least 5/6 tables she was trying g to attend to . Luckily there was not sure may have been a Chinese lady that appeared to be a manger how she was dressed she was actually helping and then a African American male who looked like he could have been one as well that just looked and walked around . Also asked for a loaded baked potato after it arrived no bacon bits so I asked for it she said I’ll bring some in a cup that never arrived so then had to get up again and ask after waiting over 10 min potato cold now . Another thing why do you always sit people of color all together in the same section? Spread us out cause ummm NO ! I walked to the bathroom to take a look around not the first time this has happened . Mix it up please . This was on 3/5 btw after 6 pm . Note to managers on duty check on your servers and or the tables to see if they need assistance especially if you just walking around if your salary you getting paid anyway so help out . Needless to say sometimes maybe it is the time of day we went when there are younger servers idk ? I will say lesson learned it pays more just to go to a more expensive restaurant sometimes or in a different area. I still left a tip just because but I want be back . Not a good birthday experience for my husband. Do better please for those to come!

Almost half the steak was fat, had lots of membranes and had absolutely no flavor (cooked medium rare).The mushrooms had a vinegary taste and were awful! I came here March 8 2024 . All I had was a salad . Ever since I had this salad I have not stopped having stomach issues ! Someone is not being clean while preparing food or maybe there’s an issue with the way the food is being stored I have no clue but something needs to be done . I ordered blackened Salmon that was cooked too, the seasoned rice seemed a little under cooked, the mashed potatoes were just ok, the broccoli was seasoned well, but turned me off when I came across this piece that was clearly rotten before it was cooked. I did thoroughly enjoy my croissant with the honey butter. I may try another location because I was always told it had pretty delicious food. Try again next time🤷🏾‍♀️

This was by far my worst experience with cheddars. Let's start off with the fact that I've enjoyed this place so much in the past 15-20 years. But this location literally made me sick to my stomach. My steak taste like rubbery fish and just not like steak at all. The broccoli cheese rice was way too mushy and where was the crust??? I had lemonade with my strawberries,not strawberries with my lemonade I want yall to let that sink in. My food was lukewarm when it's supposed to be made fresh? Very questionable if you ask me. Crossiants were the only thing carrying this trip.The chicken fried chicken my daughter ordered was soggy and just didn't taste good. I'm so disappointed but hopefully this review will kick some changes into gear because the food was not good at all today!!

What happened to Cheddar's? We went for the first time in years at 1:00 in the afternoon there was another two people and then a family of four waiting to be seated with us. There were open tables in 95% of the restaurant but they had no staff they literally had two servers for the whole restaurant one bartender who was not somebody I would want to serve me as you could hear her from the front of the restaurant. We decided to wait almost the 30 minutes it took to get the booth we were number four booth in the whole restaurant with the exception of the bar. My husband sat down and the whole back of the booth literally collapsed onto the lady sitting in the booth on the other side.(He's only 6ft and 180lbs) We then got up and left after waiting all that time. Manager know where to be found two young kids trying to handle that mess because the boy said the busser literally just walked out on the spot. Just definitely explains to all the sudden Cheddar's commercials after years of just advertising by word of mouth…health department definitely needs to step in one of the most insane experiences I've ever had in a restaurant.

Food was super oily and salty. Steak was dry and most of the food we couldn't stomach. Server was nice but never came to us after we got our food, no refills or anything... pretty unsatisfied with our dinner

Placed an online order. I ordered a pot pie and New Orleans pasta. Order was suppose to be ready and brought out to me at 7pm. Order was not brought out which is fine, I went in the restaurant, order came out at 7:20pm missing my pot pie. Then got home my pasta had no sausage and hardly any shrimp. I call and ask to speak to a manager and waited on hold for more then 10mins so I hung up and called back. Manager came right to the phone with with absolutely no customer service as I explain what happen he brushes it off like it’s no big deal. Supposedly refunds me and hangs up on my face!

Just ordered delivery. Ordered the chicken and ribs bundle. Order was picked up at 6:10, and delivered at 7. Needless to say the order was ice cold. Definitely will not be ordering from them again.

Everytime we go there the service is always so bad we say we will never go again. But about once a year we think maybe we will give it another try. Then they try and outdo the bad service from the year before.

Sat down and waited for 20 minutes and a server never came over but saw people who were sat after us get service so we left. Not even busy just didn't seem to care.

We walked in and asked for a table of 13 and one of the hostesses look at me and rolled her eyes stating telling the other hostesses they just going to have to wait a hour….. This was extremely rude. I have never been treated like this upon arrival… once I got the manager he didn’t even take it serious at alll…

Horrible service. Waited way too long just to get water. Waited more to order, get food, slow drink service. Food came out cold, fish was undercooked. Waiter was absent and barely alert. Bathrooms were nasty.

Went to eat dinner here and we had hair in our butter. Took all the food back and it came out with a piece of red long hair on the fish. Reached out to the manager and said oh we will send you out a gift card. No apologies no hair net.

Horrible hostess, she was so rude! And on her phone the whole time, talking on speaker. the whole atmosphere was horrible, they cant sit a whole party because their tables don’t move, so if you have a big party yall can’t sit together. It also smells bad.

Honestly tonight was the second time we visited this location, because our first experience was a disaster and we wanted to give it a second chance. Today was no different, the restaurant was dirty, carpets are filthy, was are stained, and it has this weird stench to it. Then the hostess is in serious need of customer service training as well as the servers. We order the spinach dip as an appetizer and it never made it to the table just to the check. The waitress was not to be found so busboy brings the food to the table, we asked him for refills and to remove the spinach dip from the check since it never got to us and we didn’t want it anymore. We also asked him for Tabasco sauce and for extra ranch dressing out which only the ranch made to the table because instead of Tabasco he brought A1 sauce. My kids burger buns were all stained by the black grease on the grill since obviously the cook forgot to clean before starting a new order. The meat on the burger was super oily still dripping on the buns and buns were soaked. I asked him to change it for a chicken Alfredo, by the time we were almost halfway through our dinner finally the chicken Alfredo made to my Kid and the waitress only said will make sure to remove the burger and spinach dip from you check my manager is working on it. Manager never made it to the table to apologize after so many mistakes made and at the end of our dinner while trying to pay items were still on the check they were never removed it took a long time to get the waitress to our table and it took an even longer time to remove items from the check that were supposed to be removed almost since we started eating. The reason I’m giving this restaurant a 1star rating is because I can’t give half’s. Horrible service that location in serious need of new management, and some real customer service classes for the waiting staff.

The food was horrible. Dry lemon chicken, tiny bake potatoes, sweet tasting green beans and salty fried chicken. Service was horrible and the waiter was not good. After we finished he never cleaned the table. Ordered drinks from bar and got appetizer before the drinks, so slow. The girls at the front desk are not welcoming at all. The place was not crowded at all and the service was horrible. Save your money and go elsewhere to eat!

When I first approached the bar to pick up my food this employee named Shawna T. Had an attitude, she wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I noticed she was running her fingers through her hair I then asked her to wash her hands that’s when she really got mad. She was going back and forth with me telling me she just washed her hands. Ma’am not since you was playing in your hair. She runs in the kitchen yelling and screaming like a toddler telling the other employees she doesn’t want to deal with me. As she was entering the kitchen she called me trash. She need to be fired because clearly she’s the one who’s trash. I asked to speak to the manager a lady came out she was very apologetic. Then shortly afterwards this guy came out he was the culinary manager named Ernesto Sepulveda he was more concerned about my order than making things right and taking care of that animal of an employee. He never once apologized for her behavior, he never offered to make it right, he never said anything to her. He has no customer service skills, no empathy, no emotions I could tell he’s there strictly for a paycheck he cares nothing about the customers. I can clearly see why Shawna T. was behaving terribly because the manager is messed up.. I hope they both get fired

From the moment we were seated, the experience went downhill. We were placed at a dirty table with dirty seats and given sticky, unclean menus. When we asked for the table to be cleaned, the kid at the front sent someone over, and she seemed irritated and defensive that she had to clean it again. After that, we were completely ignored for about 15 minutes—no greeting, no drink order, no acknowledgment at all. The level of customer service was unacceptable from start to finish. To make matters worse, as some employees walked past us, there was a noticeable smell of marijuana. So we just left. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and it’s not somewhere I would return or recommend.

It was date night with my spouse so we visited this Chedders location. We were immediately seated and over 5 minutes later still no service, not even greeted by a server. I went to speak to someone for service and was told they would be right there. Several minutes later still none. We got up and left. Went to another's Chedders location at 4106 Carrier Pkwy, walked in and waited 3 minutes before the hostess ever showed up. At that point we left to find a restaurant with better service, which we did. We had 2 meals & 2 drinks. About $100 worth with out tip, which Chedders lost out on. After 2 attempts to dine at Chedders and experience bad service, I can honestly say I will never step into this establishment ever again. If your looking for a nice evening out with decent service, do not dine at Chedders..

We arrived a little after 7pm and we were seated right away but we never received any service. My husband went to go ask for our waiter and after waiting about 10 minutes we left. The table next us looked like they were experiencing the same because their table was also empty, no waters, nothing. Definitely NOT recommended. I'll be more than happy to spend my money elsewhere.

I was very disappointed with the service we received from this Cheddars location on Tuesday, Dec. 30th. From the time we arrived, we were poorly greeted. No "welcome in", "hello", "how are you", or anything. The hostess looks up and says " yall prefer a booth or table", we said "preferably a booth", as there were tons of empty booths throughout the restaurant from what we could see. She then tells us hold on, turns walk away, was gone for approximately 5 min and returned and said "unfortunately we're in the middle of shift change, so yall will have to wait like 10 min or so". She returns maybe 7 mins later with an apparent attitude, and asks again, "yall want a booth or a table", we said booth, so she sits us at a booth near the bar (no big deal). So, apparently, our server was also the bartender, so it took her a while to come over as there were maybe like 5 people or so sitting at the bar. She came over, empty handed (because we've been to Cheddar's several times and know that your server usually greets you with croissants) and took our drink order, which seemed pretty nice and unproblematic at first. After she took our food order which took a long time for her to return to do so, it then took nearly 30 mins for the food to come out. We then observed her being attentive to the bar patrons, which is not a problem but was an issue because she wasn't as attentive to us. Another server from across the restaurant brought our food out which was cold and my wife's food order was incorrect. When she returned, we informed her that the food was incorrect, she reluctantly picked up my wife's plate, with no apology or any word and walked it back to the kitchen. When she returned after 10 minutes the food that my wife ordered was correct but poorly prepared, so we were over it and asked that she bring us to go boxes. When she returned with the to go boxes and we attempted to make payment through the kiosk provided on the table. We realized that not only did she split the bill without us telling her that's what we wanted, she also had something added to it that we did not order. Again, when we pointed that out, no apology just attitude, which lead us to believe it was intentional. Why? We don't know... After all of these things, she (the server) mentioned that the manager had to adjust the ticket to reflect the correct price, so my Wife and I thought the manager would make an appearance to explain or issue an apology, but to no avail. We left very disappointed with our dining experience at this particular Cheddar's. We know the potential great service that Cheddar's offers as we go very often and has never experienced any service of this magnitude. Oh, and by the way, we never received those croissants

I have heard of Cheddarsbut never actually tried it until today. And the food is really disappointing. The very title suggests that the food is made fresh, probably healthier and more organic. Yet when I walked in, it gave the vibe of a rundown Chilis or Applebees. I hadn’t eaten anything all day so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the ribs and tenders. The ribs were overcooked, the food was incredibly bland and not good quality at all. There’s also weird smells throughout the restaurant and that didn’t help make food or appealing. It’s disappointing when you try a new restaurant and you see prices increase, tip request increase and also the quality goes down. At that point I may as well just make something at home.
