Alcohol drinks are great here and worth your money. I got a blue wave drink it was great. I also ordered sweet potato fries. They were delicious. I gave it a two star service due to no server. We were sitting on the porch.

The only place around that had crawfish in early February. Not only were they good-sized they were cooked perfect! Several flavors to choose from. The staff is helpful, fast and overall great service.

Been wanting to try it out as drive past everyday going to work and decided to try it out with my wife. Everything was delicious and for the price.

My wife really enjoyed the crawfish. I had the half and half shrimp and was impressed with the portion. It was good. The gumbo was tasty. And, you can't beat the $3.75 20 oz beer.

This was the best crab and shrimp seafood boil I ever had in the DFW area. The sausage was cooked to perfection. The sides potstoes and corn was cooked well. Overall meal was seasoned mild and the garlic butter dredge all over. It was well worth the wait and cost. I will be back. Thank you to one of the associates for the suggestion to dredge the meal in garlic butter.

Back again couple weeks later. Their white fish is DELISH. Yummmm. I googled to see exactly what whitefish is lol. Not sure what they serve here but it says cod polluck haddock bass halibut and grouper are all considered whitefish. I'm certain it wasn't Cod because it didn't have the texture or look of cod that' I've had but the other types of fish I don't know that I've ever had any of those so I don't know what it was but it was good . Catch fish is smaller and My CATCH fish was quite small. I asked for extra sauce and didn't get it but that was ok. I added tarter and cocktail myself. Friedgreen tomatoes were yummy. Red beans and rice pretty good. I tried clam chowder for the first time in life. It's ok. Not for me though. Fries were ok. They're small and thin... weren't served hot. The Catch has no catch 😅 probably not the first to say that…. Great atmosphere and everyone working here was so friendly! An overall perfect experience for our first time coming here. We had their crawfish seasoned “hot, hot” with garlic butter as recommended by the bartender, Dani (not sure how to spell her name so forgive me, she is such a sweet person!) she didn’t steer us wrong. Crawfish was flavorful and tender, absolute must try - a good place to start if you’ve never tried crawfish. I had their Mango-Nola to drink and it’s pretty dangerous because how good it is 🥴✨✨

Great seafood spot in West Arlington, just off I-20. My wife just had some cheesy grits which she liked. We shared a fried green tomato app and they were really good - hot and crispy. I had fried jumbo shrimp and they were nice large shrimp. Great staff. Cailin, the bartender served us and she was a perfect bartender/waitress. We will go again.

Great place for lunch with great prices. I had the white fish fried, which was delicious. I opt for coleslaw instead of fries with an up charge of 50cents. The coleslaw wasn’t the tastiest. The hush puppies made up for it though. Good service.

Wonderful atmosphere, our food came quickly and the staff was friendly and helpful. You order your food take a number and then find a table to sit at. Make sure you display your number so it can be seen. Then your food is delivered to you. The food I ate was delicious, etouffee half and half grilled. The sides I chose was coleslaw and sweet potatoe fries. We got a sampler with double fries pickles jalapeño cornbread and cheesesticks. It was all very tasty! It wasn't very expensive either.

I haven’t had a bad experience yet. I’ve always ordered the fish and decided to try something else different which was the chicken and sausage gumbo. The fish as always was very tasteful , and the gumbo was fine. The garlic basket I ordered was also decent. The food was good. The sweet potato fries were really good. The hush puppies tasted like they may have used the same grease as they do for the fish. There are plenty of TVs with sports so I would guess in the evening it has a sports bar feel. You order at the counter abs then they bring the food to you.

I really like this place. Its one of my go to places. The chargrilled oysters are amazing and a must try if you like oysters! The price is a little high but that is somewhat expected this far from the coast for oysters. Besides that, we dont have to many options for chargrilled oysters around this area! My next favorite item is the whitefish. The batter is a fluffy and crispy like a beer batter (dont think they use beer just using it for descriptive purposes) and the fish is thick and flaky. They staff overall, especially the bar staff, is very welcoming and accommodating! I usually sit in the bar area so I can order with the staff; otherwise, you have to go to the counter and order yourself. Give it a try!

I really like the atmosphere, that's what pushes my review to 4*. Fishing paraphernalia and ocean/lake vibes. Two small patios so you can sit outside if you want. The crowd is laid back and the staff are also chill. There's a bar if you just want to sit and drink a Margarita or have a beer. The food averages okay to good. (It's not bad, nor is it Michelin Star). Overall a nice local place to have lunch or grab a beer after the work day.

Pretty decent eatery. My husband got the fried catch fish & shrimp basket (2 pieces of fish, 4 large shrimp) and I ordered a cup if gumbo and the shrimp and oyster basket (3 large shrimp, 5 oysters). Both arrived on a bed of fries. We received our food within 10 minutes of ordering. I'm from Florida and I'm used to fresh seafood... This was not! However, it was a decent attempt. Solid 3.5 stars.

Solid seafood joint that won't wow you but tastes good. I would say the same for the service and atmosphere. You won't be blown away by anything here but if you're feeling some seafood and you don't want to go to a stuffy sit down place this place is right up your alley. We decided to stop in in our journey back home. This was our midway mark on an 8 hour drive and we were excited to have some good fish! The service was good abs the cashier was patient with us and the questions we had. The food itself was subpar... the red beans and rice were not seasoned (bland) and not hot. The boudin balls were good, but also needed a little more seasoning. The okra and fish were battered light which lead to a lack of crunchy-ness on both. I also see now why other people said the fish was soggy. You all need to use a thicker batter and fry the fish a minute longer. Also my husband was convinced that he had catfish when he ordered white fish. He even sent it back and they said it was white fish. 🤔😏 honestly I'm not sure but he absolutely was not convinced. Overall not bad, but definitely not worth adding it to the list of favs in the area.

So you put in your order and pay. They bring out your food to the table. Whilst ordering I tried getting a smile or conversing with cashier but didn't happen. The veggies were burnt and wilted and tiny. The fish was salty. The jalapeño rings were ok...the beignets were good.... the gumbo was great. I will not be going back. We sat near the bar that area/atmosphere seemed friendly. For someone who didn't smile or seemed/looked interested in giving a friendly welcome or being helpful she got tipped WELL.

My wife and I visited the night of 3/14. We ordered the shrimp and fish basket, medium etouffee, and a 1lb of crawfish. The wait time was less than 10 minutes. Once we received our food, we noticed the fries wasn't fresh and the crawfish were old and had been reheated. Any crawfish eater could immediately tell the difference. They were dry and without any juices to suck. Very disappointing. However, the fish was fried to perfection.

Fairly disappointed in the food. My daughter's fried fish was good. The fries were good. Husband said the meat of the gator tail was good but it was buried in so much batter it took the taste away and actually made him not want to finish. My shrimp scampi was quite disappointing as well.

Historically good food, but the last experience wasn't great. Computer was frozen so we were asked to order at the bar. We were charged for a 3rd soda that we didn't order and when they delivered the boudain balls we were informed that they ran out so the order was short a couple balls and that a manager would be by to adjust the order. Cool. The fried fish was floppy with the breading falling off. On our way out we informed the manager that we were overcharged for the drinks and an incomplete order (we didn't mention the food quality) and they straight up said they couldn't do anything because they couldn't call the owner.

I’m not fond of the food over here but the service was good when my husband ordered at the counter. Fresh food, I might go back to try something else idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

Walk up service should not have a tip jar! Over priced! My husband ordered grilled white fish meal. One small piece of grilled fish! My friend catfish with shrimp was plenty with the fries. They forgot my hush puppies! No ambience whatsoever! Gumbo was okay. Styrofoam really?

Food quality was solid. Service was quick and friendly. Atmosphere is casual and comfortable. Every table has a good variety of condiments. Portion sizes are very filling. I wasn't impressed by the orange roux of my Shrimp Etouffee, but it was acceptably tasty. Prices are fair but definitely not bargains. We would have liked to see some lunch specials. My main disappointment was that they serve dine-in sides in styrofoam. Entrees are served on real plates with actual silverware, so obviously they have a dishwasher.

Let me start by saying I'm very particular about my seafood. The food was fresh and hot which was a plus. But my fish was more salty than seasoned and the fillet was a little on the small side, so 2 pieces would have been ideal. The popcorn shrimp was larger than normal 🍤💪, the sweet potato 🍟 were tasty. Hushpuppies were cooked right and seasoned. A little disappointed they were out of oysters (but it was a seasonal thing) my husband said his cat poboy was good just wished the fillets were a little bigger. They had a few tv's, bar and you grab a menu, seat yourself then order at the counter. Decent amount of menu options. Overall good spot for a quick, laid back bite.

Dined in this past Saturday night around 7pm. It was not busy and the tables were spaced out adequately. Nice place, sport fisherman decor on the walls and the bar looked pretty cool. No music on at the time of our visit but plenty of tv's with sports on. Staff was friendly and helpful. First dish was a catfish po'boy with fries, the bread was really good but only 1 catfish filet per po'boy?!?!? I enjoyed the seasoning on the fries but didn't care for the actual fries. Second dish was whitefish tacos with red beans and rice. The 2 Tacos lacked seasoning and tortillas tasted identical to Kroger's brand (generic) tortillas. It came with jalapeño ranch which tasted nice. Red beans and rice was spot on👌, they had a spicy kick to them. Kids meal was a 2 piece chicken tender basket w/fries. Chicken was on the dry side, fyi the fries had seasoning on them🌶. Honestly portions could've been a little more for the prices. This place didn't hit my "oh we're coming back here" button.

We came in tonight for the first time in awhile. My husband has a pork allergy. If he eats pork he has a seizure and we just found out tonight that they cook the boudan balls in the same oil as fried okra and all other fried foods. So he's down to 2 things he can eat. Mahi Mahi and steamed veggies. I think the boudan balls should be cooked separate because I'm sure he's not the only one with pork allergies or that doesn't or can't have pork. Just a suggestion. It's all around just ok. The tables weren't already clean. The cashier had a long delay, maybe computer issues or something, but never explained or apologized as the line and our impatience grew. Our food was brought out at 3 different times. The boudin eggrolls had a mushy blended filling rather than the distinct textures & tastes inside of boudin. The ettouffee was lighter & blander than usual with mainly a tomato sauce taste. The shrimp were just topped with squirts of sauce rather than tossed in it. The fish breading was separating from it. The coconut shrimp was good.

We FINALLY went to this highly rated (by the locals) restaurant. It was a Sunday afternoon so not too busy. Service was still kinda slow. The restaurant was quite clean. Table was NOT sticky! I ordered the catfish dinner with shrimp, green beans, gumbo, and sweet tea. I'm always looking for a good seafood place. I was a little disappointed today. The food was hot but the fish, shrimps were a little spicy but no seasoning tasted. The gumbo did not have seasoning as well. The tea and green beans were great. For the amount of money spent, I expected much better. I would not recommend this restaurant to my friends or family.

For months oh, I have been seeing ads for this restaurant on Facebook. I didn't get a chance to go until recently on April 16th. As far as my reasoning for why I only gave this restaurant three stars oh, I will tell you about that in a moment. Now when you first walk in, the ambiance is perfect! It's bright, Airy and open with a home Town feel to it. The employees there are happy to take care of you with a smile on their face and generally overall happy. Yes that means that all the employees are not wearing masks at least they weren't on the day that I visited. Yet even with the setback of not wearing masks, it's nice to see a restaurant where all the employees are genuinely happy to be working there. Now, when first walking in, be prepared to be amazed by the menu boards! There is so much food to choose from! When looking at everything, it's going to be really hard to choose what you want at that moment! Your stomach will be growling it wants it all and your pocketbook will be saying we can't support that! Having spent about five minutes eyeing out the menu board and having such a hard time figuring out what I was going to actually eat for that day oh, I settled on the a half order of boudin balls and a bowl of gumbo. The half order of boudin balls is 3. When these Little Bad Boys arrive, I was not disappointed! These delicious balls of heaven were fried just right -- crunchy on the outside, moist on the inside! And get these pieces of Heaven in some ranch and you'll be wanting more! For my entree I ordered a bowl of shrimp, sausage and crawfish gumbo. I was expecting a bowls worth but what I got was a cups worth. And my girlfriend ordered a cup of the same thing and it wasn't that much smaller than the bowl that I ordered. Just to further my point, I had leftover gumbo and brought it home and so I stood up to a normal cup to show you that what I got was indeed a cups worth but got charged for a bowls worth. Not only that, I only received at most a tablespoon of rice in what they gave me. I was sorely disappointed in this. Now don't get me wrong, the seasonings and the flavor of the gumbo was phenomenal! It's the portion size to the cost that isn't correct. If you're going to charge someone for a bowl of gumbo then give that person a bowl of gumbo not a cups worth. And this is the reason why I gave the rating on this restaurant did I did. Will I be back? No. The only way I will come back is if the portion sizes become correct to the price charged. Otherwise else why should I bother when if that's the first item I ordered and the portion size isn't correct I shudder to think what the rest of anything on the menu board will be correct portion sizes.

on 3/9/2025 my wife was half way done with her food before my son's crab legs came out. His crab leg shells were impossible to crack, we could benefit with a fork but all they had was plastic. the two margaritas I ordered didn't taste like they had any alcohol in them. I ordered a shot of tequila and split between the two drinks, and made them drinkable. My meal finally came out, after my wife was done eating, and my son was half way done eating. after everyone was almost done eating the fried green tomatoes and boudin balls came to the table. I've never had this problem in the past, but definitely wont be back. If they were busy I would understand, but it was not the case. Definitely not worth close to $100.00. Forgot to mention the bartender used his bare hands to put the ice in our cups, I wanted to say something but my wife told me to keep my mouth shut.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Rude servers AND service. My friend left with no food after an hour and when asked where the order was 30 mins in, I was told it hasn't been made. IT WAS JUST VEGGIES. When they came, half of the bowl was oil and veggies egg l were just thrown is a an afterthought it appeared. I wish I remembered to take a picture to add to this post. If you are considering this place, KEEP DRIVING-I BEG YOU.

The fried catfish was slimy. The gumbo roux was thick. The beer was cold. It a order at the counter place that is obviously in it for the money and not the food or experience. The tables are packed in so tight you have to plan your escape. My wife and I had a bowl of gumbo, a medium fried catfish and 1 beer and it was $27 before tip. We won't be back.

**One Star: A Complete Disaster** Where do I even begin with this trainwreck of an experience? First off, the place *looked* clean enough when we walked in, but there was this overpowering musky odor in the air—definitely *not* the familiar smell of seafood. I’m not sure what it was, but it was enough to make you second guess whether you even wanted to eat there. Things went downhill fast when one of my coworkers asked for extra sauce. Apparently, this set off the manager, who had the personality of a wet napkin. He scowled and made some sarcastic remark like, “Well if we put any more sauce, it’ll be swimming in it, and you don’t want that.” My coworker insisted, explaining that her last dish was dry, and he begrudgingly agreed. The result? He didn’t just add some sauce. No, he made sure her dish was absolutely *swimming* in it. Then, moments later, some girl from behind the counter came over with a *styrofoam cup* full of even more sauce, saying, “We just wanted to make sure you had enough.” Really? It felt more like a slap in the face for asking for something as simple as extra sauce. And the sauce itself was horrendous—creamy, overly spiced, and just disgusting. It was like they just dumped a bunch of Cajun seasoning in cream and called it a day. I ordered two clusters of crab legs, and if the $8.99 price tag didn’t warn me enough, the sad, shriveled crab legs themselves should’ve. These were probably the most pitiful, emaciated crab legs I’ve ever seen. They were boiled to death, and the tiny claws that had already cracked before they went in the water made it impossible to eat the meat. There was zero flavor, except for a vague aftertaste of whatever “Slap Ya Mama” seasoning they tossed on there. But wait—there’s more! The absolute cherry on top of this entire nightmare was the manager’s meltdown over a *dog*. Yes, a woman walked in with a golden retriever, and while the dog was obviously not a service animal (I mean, come on, the dog looked like it had just come from the dog park), my coworker, being a dog lover, asked if she could pet it while waiting for her food. The dog owner agreed, and the next thing we know, this manager comes charging out of the back like we just set the place on fire, screaming, “NO NO STOP YOU CAN’T DO THAT!” Apparently, this genius thought you couldn’t pet any dogs indoors because of food codes (whatever that means). My coworker, clearly embarrassed, sat down, and moments later, this guy came back with a half-hearted apology about how only service dogs and ESAs are allowed indoors and they can’t be petted. At this point, I’d had enough. I pointed out to him that emotional support animals (ESAs) aren’t held to the same standards as service animals and that he could’ve just asked the owner what the dog was trained for, but of course, he insisted I was wrong and tried to lecture me about laws he clearly didn’t understand. I gave up at that point because it was obvious I was dealing with someone who was more concerned about being "right" than actually knowing what they were talking about. To sum up: disgusting food, an unpleasant atmosphere, and the absolute worst service I’ve encountered in a long time. Do yourself a favor—skip this place, save your money, and your tastebuds. Honestly, you’d probably be better off licking a shoe than eating here.

Employees are rude and unprofessional. I will not eat here again. They were mad that we came in at 8:15. They close at 9pm. They already had the bar and kitchen closed. They made us get our food to go. I tasted my food and couldn't even eat it. It had so much pepper in it. It was supposed to be creamy Cajun pasta, not too spicy to eat pasta! I am assuming they thought it would teach me a lesson to not come in so late next time. We'll It worked, there will not be a next time.

I visited The Catch tonight. The lady that checked us out initially showed good customer service. However, I noticed that this same lady started to sweep and mop the floor and then went to get our food without washing her hands. When I brought it to her attention, instead of apologizing she made an excuse stating she did not touch our food although she was holding our plates in her hand.. To make matters worse when I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that she was one of the managers there. The owner needs to trained his/her personnel better, this was clearly a restaurant violation.

I was refused service, people at the bar were talking ask my opinion -- about tattoos! I said I personally would not get one due to health reasons. Then ask what that was! I stated 22% cancer rate. I am a RN and yes I see it. Was refused service. Very rude staff. Really corporate needs to be informed. If you do not want a answer don't ask.

Got our order wrong then kitchen staff was laughing in the back pointing fingers and making faces. It was going to be remade, I asked if there was a price difference and the boy at the register said no, upon looking at me receipt it was almost a five dollar price difference that he wasn't going to say anything about. The condiment area was disgusting with tar tar and cocktail sauce overflowing all over everywhere. Very unsanitary. The floors were disgusting littered in trash and don't get me started on the bathroom. My husband and I decided to give back the meal & when asked for a refund was told it would take 10 mins for a refund. This place is atrocious. I would not recommend this nasty place to anyone.

Update from the previous five star review!!!! It is consistently hard to place to go orders over the phone. 02/17 I attempted to place a to go order, and the young woman who answered the phone told me she will place me on hold for ten minutes because they are busy. 02/21 my order was missing the French fries. 02/22 Again I attempted to place a simple to go order, and was met with a laugh, and I’ll put you on a quick hold. After several minutes I called back five times while I was en route there, with no answer. I walked in the restaurant that barely had any customers in it. Again my order was incomplete/incorrect. I notified a gentleman who was at the front counter, and mentioned you got it wrong yesterday, and again today, this is my last visit. He stated he understood. It’s frustrating, maybe I’m a sucker for punishment. I’m sure they will not care, but thank you The Catch, this is my last meal of purchase. The service for some reason has suffered!!!!!

We visited between lunch and dinner when the restaurant was relatively slow. Despite the downtime, we witnessed two separate instances where employees *rudely* yelled across the restaurant at guests. In both cases, the guests had politely approached to ask for something, then returned to their seats while waiting. They were respectful and understanding that staff were busy yet - were treated poorly, as if they were a burden. The cleanliness was also a major issue. The floors were sticky, clearly in need of mopping, which doesn’t seem to be done regularly. There were no paper towels in the restroom. The sweet tea was out, so a new batch was made. However, we watched an employee open a huge (approx. 50 lb) bag of sugar, pour it into a large plastic container, and then carelessly place the measuring cup on top before loosely setting the lid on. It wasn’t sealed at all - anyone could see the lid was propped open by the measuring cup. Worse, he shoved the container under the counter in the dining area, completely unsealed and exposed to pests. It was unsanitary and honestly stomach-turning. Between the poor customer service and the lack of cleanliness, this experience was unacceptable. We will NOT visit this establishment again.

This was horrible, first they got my order wrong, I ask for extra hush puppies and no fries with coleslaw. With a large whitefish and medium shrimp. No hush puppies or coleslaw, fish was soggy shrimp was lukewarm warm and they gave me two order of greasy fries 🤮 the tarter sauce was so salty I couldn't eat it over all I give it an F never going back $38.00 and they wanted a tip when you pay 🤦🏾🤦🏾

Service was completely pathetic. We came in at an hour until closing time. Upon seeing the attitude of the lady at the front counter I immediately asked my wife if she would rather eat somewhere else. She decided we would stay and eat there. We got our food and the ENTIRE TIME she stood there staring at us and rolling her eyes. We were so uncomfortable we left early and ate the rest at home. We were wondering why it was so dead when we went this time. It’s usually very busy now we see why. I wish I could get my money back. Also I see many reviews like this so I guess it’s a part of your company culture and you are ok with this behavior. Eat here at your own risk. Or maybe get Carry out.

I had their #1 combo, the every day go to selection according to the young lady at the counter...$12.61 for a single piece of fish, 3 Shrimp and some seasoned fries...??? I'm good, I won't be back... the quality of food and crappy service does not warrant this cost for their primary entree! Save your money, get your "catch" elsewhere!

Update to an original good experience 2 years ago... I had the worst experience at the Arlington location tonight. I order through doordash through pick up. Initially getting on Doordash with no intent to order my favorite fish but saw the Catch and thought sounds good. They always have good fish and I thought it would be a quick order. Place an order for the 10 pc fish, no hush puppies with a kids meal, corn and potatoes and a bowl of gumbo. My husband picked up order at 825 and came home. We’ve ordered from that location plenty of times and my order is normally right for the most part. Husband comes home with an order of 3 PCs of fish and lots of half fried shrimp and hush puppies. The kids meal was there and the corn and potatoes had no seasoning although I ordered it mild... people mess up, but it’s okay so I went with him to take the order back. I tried calling several times but no answer. I wanted to at least talk to someone because I knew it was closer to closing. I arrived to see there wasn’t much activity going on so I’m sure they were maybe avoiding the call because they didn’t want anymore orders. I let the young cashier know my order was wrong in what I thought was a pleasant tone and without responding, she walks off to the back and another person returns who I assume to be a “manager.” I let him know my order wasn’t right and that I ordered it in doordash and only wanted to let him know because it’s a fried fish meal. He then tells me I must get it refunded through doordash although I wasn’t looking for a refund, I was looking to have the order remade to I could feed my family. I also let him know that the 3 filets was not enough for a family of 5 and my daughter has a shrimp allergy. He is still insisting on a refund. I am irritated at this point because I see he just doesn’t want to remake the order and it’s easy to tell someone to refund it through a 3rd party so I insisted he just make the order. The “manager” rolls his eyes and walks off to the kitchen to make my order I’m guessing with the worse customer service so after I watch him throwing towels around and mumbling to the other workers, I went back and told him to cancel the order. I’d rather not someone make my food with that attitude. I’m trying to let the cashier know, black pony tail, with glasses by the way, and she now has the same poor attitude and is also rolling her eyes at me as well. I have spent a nice $50 trying to order and I am wrong for asking my order to be corrected... how dare me... I asked for the name of the GM and she says the first name and walks off with the worst attitude. So I then asked for the full name and she mumbles it and walks off again. This entire visit was completely unnecessary. I don’t know if it was just a bad night but their bad night has made that my last visit to this location and possibly this restaurant. Please retrain the staff. I would hate someone to experience the service I received tonight.

Ordered 2 shrimp and whitefish dinners asked if the clam chowder was creamy. See attached photo it is extremely greasy tastes nasty. Called to speak with the manager and all she said was she would report it. Told her we would never order there again and she said ok that is your choice. We have ordered from here frequently and tonight the fish was undercooked the manager didn’t car. What poor customer service my next post is on Nextdoor so all nearby neighborhoods will know what kind of service and food to expect from this location.

Everything must've been fried in old grease. I ordered a catfish basket and it was the most disgusting thing ever. The fries were also cold and greasy. I wouldn't recommend. I thought the food looked good but the taste was bad even when I drenched in hot sauce.

I’ve been to mutiple locations and never have I been this disappointed. I ordered a pound a crawfish with full house. The firsf picture is what they gave me drowning in crawfish water not sauce. The other 2 pictures is what I was expecting since Ive been to mutiple locations I was expecting the same outcome. Do better the catch - arlington. How is that your denton, garland and dallas location have the same recipe and this one doesnt ?

I just ordered this for the first time about 30 min ago. Ordered a full order of gator and a shrimp and fish combo with a banana pudding. This was the $15 gator FULL! Ha good joke No fries no nothing and this is a full order. So what does an order that comes with fries look like ? I’m super disappointed. Was excited to try it but now i lost my appetite.

Customer service is horrible!! I placed an order online through doordash. When I checked my order I had hushpuppies instead of sweet potato fries. I guess the system defaulted when I checked out. When I told the manager Nowie about this he shrugged it off like oh well. I asked are you putting the order in for the fries, he caught an attitude and said that's not what the system said walked off. I asked again... are you making the cries, that's what I was expecting in my order and I guess the system defaulted in error. I said there was supposed to be a $.50 unchanged. He literally starts arguing about you were blaming me for your order being wrong... that's a doordash issue. I told him this is such an easy fix. All you had to do was apologize for the system error and have me pay the .54. Why did he keep arguing??? I can't believe the poor customer service and problem resolution. I said it really wasn't that serious. I will not be back. The service was tremendously dropped. Ive been coming her since they opened but won't be back after this. Experience was absolutely horrible.

The food took a long time after I ordered. When I got it, it was so hot I had to wait for it to cool. When I did start eating I could taste the cooking oil. Twenty minutes after leaving I began to feel sick. I was drinking Pepto Bismol until the next day. I believe my fish was served straight from the frying to me. I have never had food that hot or greasy. Won’t be going back.

A far fall from grace, an establishment once known for exceptional food has proven time isn’t on their side. Tempura style frying yeah not for catfish nor okra! Fish was too clean and chewy, the shrimp was ssa. Cocktail sauce and ketchup tasted fermented as though the dispensers need a thorough cleaning. I figured some Dr Pepper would make it better, there was a friend waiting to greet me and let it be known he had dibs on it already. The fountain’s nozzles were probably ren & stimpy gross. It was not a catch 0.8/10 so disgusted I don’t want to see food.

As a restaurant owner myself I rarely leave reviews but man this place has just continuously seems to come up short. I should have just trusted the reviews, though years ago this food was good. Management is pretty low level and ownership takes no accountability for there mishaps.

I really don't leave bad reviews on restaurants because I truly am looking for the good in all but this place was truly horrible!! I came in with my husband and were not greeted at all, the lady taking out order was absolutely rude didn't even bother giving energy. Me and my husband are Hispanic so we love trying Cajun places and I can say I did not feel the atmosphere welcoming at all for us. I could see how the people working greeted all customers and not us, we were truly just disappointed on how everyone acted.
