Awesome place to visit....had a party of 9, the young lady at the seating area was really helpful as well as the manager, he put some tables together for us as we were waiting for other ppl to arrive and he seated us before they got there so we pretty much did not have to wait....the food was fresh and hot and even though it was our waitress first day, she did an awesome job and was very helpful all the way.....if ur ever in Arlington and need a good spot, please check them out.....yeah man

We literally tried everything all was so amazing. Our waiter Adam said Anthony was the cook he is so amazing!! And was the only one back there. Food was so flavorful definitely get your money’s worth. Manager Alvero was very nice as well and stopped by to ask if we had any questions.

Our server Ivy was really awesome. He made sure we never needed anything and was super amicable. He's probably the best server I've had. The food was also really good. I ordered the chicken and shrimp alfredo and once it came out it looked like a fancier version of mac and cheese, but this tastes 100 times better. Afterwards, the games tied the whole night together and made the experience more fun.

My wife and I have been coming here for years but they recently renovated the play area and let me be the first to tell you it looks amazing! They now have darts and shuffleboard along with the classics! It’s a gray place to take the kids or even get away from them for date night!

Nice renovation. Seems like there are more things to do, but fewer games in the game area. Food was way better than before. Liked the people in the front, directioning people to dine or play. Security was there as well on a busy Saturday night. It was fun!

1st time to Dave's and ot was so so good our server was awsome! The gluten free bun is really good if your Celiac like myself just tell them they go way and beyond to make sure they do best u don't get cross contamination they gladly gave me a salad instead of fries cause there fries are not gf! I had cheese burger my wife had the kids burger 1 bonus kid had chicken strips other had cheese burger. Definitely going back !

When every other place in this area was having an hour to two hour wait times, we were able to walk in and find a seat almost instantly around the bar area. We got there just before two birthday parties were about to arrive. The waitress was knowledgeable and very polite. The food came out the exact way it was ordered. It was very delicious and we even shared with each other. Great for families, date nights or even for a single person to go get a bite and/or drink. Many options at this location.

I love the atmosphere. It's a place for everyone to have fun and enjoy your food. My waiter was horrible. Did not take order in time. Took a long time to get my margarita. Did not ask is I need anything else

Always a blast to come here. We always bypass the bar and sports area, and head straight to the game section. Like a big arcade! Fun games. Wish the prize selection was bigger, other than that, I would definitely recommend!!

Very cool place. Hadn’t been in ages. Love how it is all set up! It’s meant for the kids...the game area but I had fun shooting hoops...attempting to catch ghosts...playing air hockey, racing Mario kart and showing off my strength. Love how easy it is to swipe to pay for a game. The set up of the bar in the game area is sweet and bartender was very nice! The drinks are good. Cool environment where you can watch the game and keep the kids entertained!

It was a great experience, people were very nice the food was pretty good should try the spinach dip and the wings. We had a fish & chip platter delishes. The games were so much fun and I ordered a chilton. It was a wonderful vibe all around. Would recommend for a kids party.

Showed up a few weeks ago early on a Saturday and was surprised by the staff clapping and cheering as we walked in, they welcomed us with gifts and smiles it was so cool. We rented the dart throwing station for and hour and ate some amazingly delicious food and ended off at the arcade, so much fun. I had the most amazing time at Dave & Buster’s Arlington!!! 10 STARS!!! The open gaming floor is laid out exquisitely, with games for all ages. I had an incredible time playing my favorite games; which include Spin-n-Win, Deal or no Deal, racing games, and more. This location even had an oversized, giant Pac-Man, which is my absolute favorite game to play. The gift shop had a great selection of prizes and candy. The bathrooms were extremely clean, and the dining area was also very clean and organized. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in the gift shop. I would definitely recommend that you take care of family here for a great experience! Wednesday’s they have half price games.

I took my youth and their friend as a way to spend some time on a weekend. The careful calculation of how many credits to buy versus how quickly they might burn through them was the most frustrating part. Because after I paid for our cards, I saw a poster that they had an unlimited deal that was not shown to me or offered by the cashier. And it would have been less money. The food was good and the service was fine. They were mostly teenagers and young adults that were nice but not necessarily engaged or engaging.

Games were subpar, and some didn't work but still took points off your card. Took awhile to convince the people that I was not trying to scam them. Literally, the first game my 6yr old wanted to play took nearly 25 points and never worked.

I didnt like the smash burger.... but the fries and drinks were on point. I thing the prizes are to high for lil kids.

Food was good the service was great for the number of people there. I like how kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Food & drinks are very tasty, the pretzel sticks with their Thai chili caramel sauce are 🔥🔥🔥. A little too pricey for the quality & atmosphere, though, and you don't get enough value of games for the amount you pay for power cards.

Great customer service, loved the vibe of the environment and seating arrangements. I came her for a friends birthday celebration and for some reason I thought it was mainly for kids nope. The experience I had was great and the food was delicious, I will definitely be back and if service stays consistent I will update to 5 stars.

Got great experience with family. A lot of fun game for kids at reasonable price. The food take really very long to be served. And my food even came burned, wasn't able to eat half of it. They proposed to replace it, but given the long cook time it was not possible to wait another 45 minutes. Other than that , the service was good and food status update was regular.

I had the Cantina Nachos, family ordered, the chicken Buffalo wings with fries, kids cheeseburger and fries, Shrimp dip and chips. The lemonade was not tasty at all. Very watered down.

Happy Valentines Day! I got the shrimp scampi flatbread and the hubby got lemon pepper and sweet heat! Not crowded service was great! 4stars because hubby asked for extra crispy and had to send his wings back for extra crispy

I had a card back in the day for the San Diego, CA D&B because it was such a fun place to go for fun with friends and kid-friendly family time. The service was good. Masks NOT required! Not overly crowded. Service was pretty good*attentive and even had malt vinegar for my fish & chips!! This Arlington based location is smaller than the one in CA but I was happy to be able to take my visiting 11 year old niece. She had a blast enjoying the 1st person shooters, driving arcade games and even her old uncle shoeing her the classic games from our Atari generation. Overall thumbs up.

We had several people in our party all wanting to pay separately and different ways but we had to keep ordering more drinks and food adding to the bill and none of it was accurate upon checkout so we had to wait for the check to be split and handled. The selection of games was great and my daughters had a blast for their first visit. The dinning situation needs work. We waited to be seated at the sign that said wait here to be seated behind another family for a bit with now acknowledgement of staff walking by. I asked one of them where do we go if we want to eat. I was told to just walk around and maybe find and empty table, but most likely I won't find one because they are busy. We settled on some low quality over priced wings that my kids refused to eat and quickly moved on to the games.

This is the worst Dave and Busters. The employees make it better but it's bad.

DO NOT GET UNLIMITED “90” unless you have a toddler and dont mind limited games. You can only win 1500 tickets. And you can only plays green and blue games. Not worth it.

First of all, we arrived at lunch time. They waitress we had was alright. Then we played games for hours... that was amazing until it got super busy. Around dinner time we ordered more food but now we had a different server. We waited an hour and a half for our drinks. My son was so desperate he went to drink from the bathroom sink because they weren't bringing him water. Finally, a different server walks by, who was extremely busy, and I explained. She brought our drinks right away, but then we had to wait an hour for our boxes to take our leftovers home. Just a headache. So in a nutshell LUNCHTIME IS GREAT. DINNERTIME IS AWFUL. Also, the prize area was amazing. Definitely not penny prizes like most arcades. The staff in that area was great.

The food here was average and really just on par with other sports bars. They tried to elevate it a little bit and it is a good try but they ultimately don't come through with great flavors. I had the Beastmode Bacon Burger and it sounded amazing on the menu. It has pork belly, regular bacon, sharp white cheddar and bacon jam. It looked really good upon arriving at the table too. However, for having all those items it tasted rather bland. The temperature and texture were good but I didn't taste pork belly or sharp cheddar. The burger patty itself also lacked seasoning. It sounded and looked better than it tasted which is always a disappointment. The fries were good and my kids enjoyed the arcade. I do like how the bar/restaurant seating is separate from the game room so we can eat before the kids see the arcade and go bonkers.

Food was sub par brought my burger with cold fries and server didn't return for 20 minutes. I could see him on the other side watching the football game. Won't be returning!

The food and atmosphere was good. The service was "alright" at best. We had to wait extremely long for the food to arrive but we were there to watch a game so we didn't mind. I was a bit disappointed to find the tip (18%) was already included with our ticket for two people.

The game prices have went way up! Then even winning 3,000 tickets you couldn't get anything good from the prize store. The food is still good though.

I’m very disappointed due to the food service for the following reason; I ordered Korean Spicy 🌶️ wings and i got Korean Barbecue. Server argue that they were Spicy Korean when they were NOT. At the end I I did not get why I ordered . Poor Customer Service.

I was visiting from our of town with my family and suggested we come here for lunch to kill an hour and a half with all of our kids. There were 11 of us in total on a SUNDAY MORNING! The place was empty and I ordered my food first, before anyone else arrived, assuming we would have plenty of time to relax and enjoy ourselves and received mine and my sons last. We had to follow my kid around with a bowl of rice getting him to eat it and use all the credits we bought. My steak, THE ONLY STEAK I got to have in Texas, was of course cold and I didn't have time to finish. Just an absolutely brutal last meal experience with people I only get to see once every three or four years. If you go, make sure you have at least two hours to eat and don't bother trying to talk to a manager, or anyone for that matter, because they not only don't care they will straight up disappear on you to never be seen again.

I ordered an all American CHEESE burger with no tomatoes or onions. I did get them anyway but didn't make a fuss about it, but realized there was no lettus, pickles, AND cheese. Just the bacon. Our server was at least kind enough to give me sliced cheese to put into it. That's the only saving grace I'm not giving this place one star. At least the waiters were honest.

It's unfortunate and still hard to come to terms with seeing customer service or simple friendliness as a thing of the past, especially in the SERVICE industry. Brought my family here for dinner and games on a weekday evening. Made a reservation for the off chance it was busy (it wasn't) around 6:30 pm. When we walked in, there was a waiter/host and waitress/hostess standing at the entrance to the restaurant area. My wife and kids had walked in before me (cold so I needed a jacket) and my wife had told the host, who turned out to be our waiter, we had a reservation as I was walking in. He tried to get the hostess' attention to let her know since she had the restaurant iPad in her hand but she was a little busy doing something on her phone. Once he had a chance to let her know, another girl came walking up and they didn't care in any way that we've been standing there close to 5 minutes waiting for them to seat us and decided to start whispering back and forth while looking at something on the first girls phone (definitely not work related) while the waiter stood there awkwardly and clueless to whats happening same as we were. I forgot to mention, the restaurant was completely EMPTY! Not a single person to wait on in there at all! Why they couldn't just seat us instead of pretend the reservation even made a difference makes absolutely zero sense to me. When the girls were done satisfying their itch for gossip, they asked for the name on the reservation and we were finally taken to our table by the waiter. His service also ended up being sub-par along with the most of the food just being ok at best. The Brekky Burger (pictured) was pretty good, though, and the truffle fries weren't too bad, but some were almost soggy. We had to ask for one of our sodas a couple times before he finally remembered to bring it out..... after the food was delivered 🤦‍♂️ We also had to catch him walking by to another couple that came to dine in order to get our drinks refilled. BTW, that other couple and my family was as busy as it got the entire time we were there. Finished dinner, paid the bill and went to play some games with the kids (elementary age to high school). Definitely not as many games as there used to be and didn't really stand out like they used to. More of an oversized average arcade for the most part other than a couple games like a large hungry hippos you sit on and an ax throwing game. It was still a good time though at least. We definitely have no intention of dining there again and will be trying to convince the kids to try somewhere else if they bring it up. The service wait staff was the biggest reason that turned us off to D&B. With so many other options that are similar in experience, and seemingly much less patrons than you used to have, it may be helpful to reiterate to the staff that friendly = more return customers, more return = more hours for labor = bigger paycheck/more tips. No worries either way, though. Peter Piper Pizza isn't far, is ver friendly, has enough games to be satisfied, and only cost 10-20% of what D&B cost!

The experience was not that good ! We were not greeted when we arrived and the chicken in Alfredo pasta was not fully cooked. The place was also not as much entertaining as other Dave and Buster's.

My family and I went here on a Friday afternoon at around 3:00pm. It was virtually empty at the time. There wasn't a hostess so I located an employee and confirmed we could seat ourselves. The waiter was nice and personable. We ordered our food and ended up getting the game play packages for the kids. You can get an entree plus a $20 game card for $29-$32 depending on the entree. The kids menu ha $4 drinks no refills which is a drag. The food took a really long time even though there were only 4 other families in the restaurant. When it came out it wasn't hot and didn't look anything like the picture in the menu. It was trash really. My sauce even had a skin across the top, probably from a microwave. We were extremely disappointed with the food. Top Ramen would have been an upgrade and I'm not exaggerating. The taste was worse than the presentation. The arcade portion was fun but we had quite the time with the cards. The machine doesn't print the tickets it loads then on your cards. The problem is, some do it instantly and others say tap or insert card to get tickets. So by the time we realized the latter, we had left half our tickets on the machine. We started tapping to load the tickets and of course kept accidentally buying another round at the same game. This was very annoying. It happened because the message to tap for your tickets doesn't immediately disappear when it's successful. So you think it didn't go through, tap again, buys another round. All in all, the kids had fun. We will go again for GAMES ONLY with the knowledge of how to use the cards. Restaurant, never.

The bartender must have been called in on her day off, no greeting, no smile, no good service. My food came 22 minutes after my friend received their food, no apology, sandwich was soggy with about 15 fries. Friend got his drink when he was done eating and was told " oh I forgot". $16. for one drink was more than my dinner. Not again! Euless location only for me.

If it was not for two of their host I would have given 1 star. The waiter for my baby nephew was rude and forgetful obviously did not come to work. The food was ok. I complained about our waiter to the manager and he played in my damn face forgot the order too. Like we only sitting for a couple of hours. Geesh worst time ever!

This was an event my family at 2pm for fun and food. My experience was no good at all with the food. I ordered fish and shrimp for $18.99, and when my plate arrived I only got one small fish and six small shrimp on a large plate that wasn't even full. Our party was a party of 27 people and the only food that was good was the burgers. The other food on the menu was mediocre. My daughter ordered loaded nachos with chicken and she didn't like it at all. Wasn't appetizing and looked gross. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want great food to choose from. The game area was very boring. We had difficulty trying to figure out how to get tokens to play games. It was very complicated for a first-timer. This place is more like a SPORTS BAR. I don't recommend if you want fun games. This location isn't the one. The location in far North Dallas is much better with better food and games. Arlington location isn't the one for us. We spent over $100 and had someone else's order on our ticket that we didn't notice until we paid and left the building. That's on us and the waitress who should have asked how the tickets were suppose to be split between 35 people.

Very unhappy with the service and food. It took over an hour to get our food once we did items were missing in the oder, our drinks were never refilled even after asking. Chicken fingers were flavorless, fresh tomato and basil shrimp linguini looked and tasted like shrimp spaghetti, grape tomatoes and basil never found in my plate. People sitting next to us ended up leaving after asking someone 5 times to clean their table and were waiting for 45 min for someone to come get their order for drinks. Horrible service, this was our first time here celebrating our daughter's birthday an we will not be returning.

The truth is that customer service is poor. The waiters take too long to bring the dishes and there is no good coordination on the order. It took about an hour to bring us our dishes without the place being full

Came in with my family and some friends, 9 total. Everyone ordered their drinks and food. The friends we brought with us got their drinks and their food in a reasonable time. My kids also got their drinks in a reasonable amount of time. My wife ordered a water and I ordered a tea/lemonade. Can someone explain how it took over 45 minutes to get those 2 drinks to the table? There were even 2 polite and subtle reminders. By the time the drinks came, I just decided it wasn't even worth it. I said we aren't even interested in the drinks and to just cut the check and we will pay. The food for my kids hadn't even been delivered in over 45 minutes either (chicken.... Buffalo wings... and fries...) explained the situation, still got charged full price and they charged me for the drinks we no longer even wanted. Yeah I'm not coming back.

Wanted to come here for my birthday with my partner. Immediately an employee stopped us and made sure we were over 18. Afterwards they walked away but watched us intently while we tried to get cards and talked. I felt really unwelcome and just wanted to leave and so we did. Just felt untrusted and looked down upon on a day I was really excited for. Update - Still waiting on a response from management. 4 days later and still nothing.

We came in with a couple of friends to enjoy playing games and some food and drinks. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case, horrible experience.

The waitress Jada ID# 972253 was terrible. I ordered a Tortilla soup and she forgot to give me a spoon. Her excuse, a simple, “Oh I forgot.” How does one that is in the business of serving food i.e., waitress /waiter not think about checking the orders as they come out to make sure the tools needed to consume what they would eat are there? At the same time, I asked for ground pepper and I didn’t get it. Again she said, “I forgot.” She honestly is not very smart, does not care or just not functioning mentally either way there is no excuse for her lack of attention to detail. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It's is very expensive for each game. Not reasonable prices, not affordable. The Worth eating there. Especially the high points to get something worth it is redicules.

We were truly looking forward to dining and playing the arcade games here, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. It took over 30 minutes just to receive our drinks, and the food service was disjointed — part of our order arrived, while the rest took another 15 minutes to be brought out. Throughout the evening, service remained inattentive and disengaged. Our server made minimal effort to interact with the table, and we found ourselves having to get up multiple times to ask for assistance. Each time, we were met with indifference and a clear lack of urgency. It’s disappointing when hospitality feels like an afterthought. Given the overall lack of care and coordination, we don’t plan to return.
