We walked into Jason's deli there at Arlington by Parks Mall about 9:30 last night heading back home to Burleson and wanted to stop in and eat something cuz we were hungry and it was getting late. But I wanted to praise the cashier I don't remember his name He had curly hair and he had a cap on and he was very helpful with a smile even though it was late. My honey told him y'all are probably ready to go home and here we are getting food this late and he said Oh no problem we still got an hour and a half to go. He was very pleasant and professional and friendly and also the salad bar area the young lady that was working last night with glasses and a cap on she kept the salad bar very clean. The staff was just friendly overall. The gentleman that brought us our food was also serving with the smile. Jason's deli is blessed to have this great crew and I just want to y'all to know how wonderful they were with us last night.
Called up there because I ordered delivery on Grubhub. We were waiting about an hours for our order. Then got a message that the order was cancelled due to the store being out of an item. The lady that I spoke with apologized for this and it sounds like the Grubhub driver took picked up our order and never delivered it. She immediately said i can remake it and have our driver bring it to you. Without hesitation, so very impressed by the service with this. PS I hope the Grubhub driver that took our order enjoyed it lol.

Staff are friendly. The soup, sandwiches and salad bar are always yummy. My current favorite soup is the chicken pot pie. My husband's favorite is the free ice cream 😉 and the beefeater sandwich probably on that order 😂

I called Amanda last week because my daughter’s prepaid dinner before her volleyball game at Workman wasn’t received. Amanda confirmed it had been delivered, and after putting two and two together, it turned out the school hadn’t gotten it to my daughter.Amanda immediately offered to add a dinner to the next delivery. As a busy working mom, I depend on Jason’s Deli’s Buy Dinner Before the Game option for Workman games, and Amanda made sure we were taken care of. Thank you, Amanda, for going above and beyond — you are truly an amazing leader!
The penne pasta was fantastic and left overs were just as good the next day. The French Onion Soup Rhonda had was good and she "wishes she had another. " The chocolate cake with pecan slivers was rich, delicious and wow to the nines. The Texas Teas were very satisfying and quenched our thirst. Overall this reviewer would rate this a 10 and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Went a great time. We beat the lunch hour. Everything was so clean and fresh. The cashier was friendly. Salad bar is always the go-to for me. Corn bread just dipped in the cheddar broccoli is delicious 🤤
I eat here for a decade now and I like that everyone is so respectful and hard workers. The people in the kitchen are always Courteous and Available. Monse, the Manager always keeps her calm and she is helpful at all the times. Today I saw Amanda, the manager helping the bass ladies to pick up tables so kindly for a long period. This places is always clean and food is always fresh. Probably one of the best all you can eat salad bars around. They have a variety of soups you can choose from. Best part the the ice ed team you can get for free so yummy. Come and eat at Jason's deli and enjoy the fresh food.

Jason’s is always a good spot for when you’re not sure what you want to have. There is a variety of things. Lunch time soup and sandwich is always my option. Service is fast and food is fresh. Can’t forget the free ice cream
Stopped in for a quick bite. The prices are fair for what you get. The manager’s special (soup and half sandwich) is a great deal. I ordered the bowl of soup. Chili tasted fine, but it was not temperature hot. Also a teaspoon of onions and a pinch of cheese are all the toppings offered.

This was the only restaurant open during the snow storm. Food was ok. I'm not a sandwich person. But it was good for what I needed.
Bought a California club today for lunch. It was good as always but when I took a bite I noticed something in my mouth that wasnt food. I actually pulled an avocado sticker out of my mouth. Its disappointing, I understand things happen and we're human. I would just suggest to be a little more careful and mindful.

I picked up an order today. Pedro was my server. I ordered from the Vegetarian menu not realizing I had to expressly tell Pedro to not include the chicken. I also discovered two items were missing from the salad. So, I went back to Jason's to get this corrected. I told Pedro about the missing items & he said "I don't believe those items were missing ". He said thos more than once. I asked him if he was calling me a liar. He then stated he just didn't believe his kitchen staff could leave off those items. Pedro also said "we know people like to get free things ". By this time I am tired of being insulted. I asked for the manager. He finally came over & did confirm that the two items were indeed missing from the salad. Obviously, I no longer wanted a salad so the manager refunded the cost. I won't be returning to this particular Jason's Deli again thanks to being treated so rudely by their employee, Pedro.
I ordered a kids pasta with meatballs and they gave me little to no sauce. I eat from Jason’s deli often, and I’ve ordered this exact meal before, so I know how much sauce is typically given. I was so excited because I love this meal, and I’m very sadden by the poor service. :(
