Great atmosphere and a wonderful change from other spots in the mall. Their beer list is more than simply Night Shift. For example, they also had Bissell Brothers and Foam (among others) when we visited. The seating is a mix of booths, low and high top tables. They also have a bar. We ordered the hummus small plate, burgers and the fried chicken sandwich. Everything was enjoyed. We’ll be back!
wow wow wow. everything including the service was great! let me start off with the mexican cola… just so so good. all the dishes we got were excellent! the hawaiian pizza had all the right amount of toppings and perfectly cooked to the right crisp, the garlic parmesan wings were good, the korean fried chicken burger was very well seasoned and the other burgers were good as well! the fries with the green ranch dressing was perfect 👌🏽 service was fast and everyone was very friendly. definitely recommend checking this place out instead of being waitlisted at the cheesecake factory or cpk
Food was great! If you only want to try one thing, get the chicken bites - Shy Bird "SB Dunks" with chive ranch. Life changing! We also had Shifty pizza (w/o salami) and the super secret sauce tray. Lime lite and strawberry vodka collins were delicious.
Me and my friend had a reservation for lunch time. We had a very knowledgeable young woman which I appreciated because I kept asking her questions about what she would recommend there and she had an answer and description for everything. I got the Fig pizza which was different for me but I loved it, great flavors! I also got the Tuna Poke and those were also delicious and filling. I tried the pineapple drink which had ginger beer in it and i loved it! Small sized brewery, dark but cute. I would definitely come back some time.
The Forager pizza was phenomenal!!! Best Detroit style pizza i have ever had! Paired it with an Oxbow Astral Forest barrel aged amber ale. There were no leftovers of either!
Chicken and waffles were excellent. Waffles were gluten free but didn’t taste gluten free. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Mark was awesome!
The place is located inside of Level 99 and is truly the Best Kept Secret inside the facility. They have really good artisan craft food options. The Guacamole hands was one of the best ones I have..It was next level along with the WiNGS. The food matches the energy of the facility...Great Price ,Great Taste and also Great Staff... A+ Definitely I must try
We stopped here before our trip to Level 99. The food was amazing. Farm to table comfort food. Family friendly. Great vibe. Lots of great adult and kid beverage options. We had a party of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). My 15 year old daughter is very difficult as a gluten free diner and enjoyed her tacos. Everyone enjoyed their meal a lot. We will be back! As a bonus, the table was perfectly level!
I love the Night Shift! The food is so good there. It was almost my birthday and I was wearing a headband that said birthday girl. And I said I didn’t want any dessert, but her manager wanted the waitress to give it to me anyways. It was a skillet cookie and it was DELICIOUS! 🤤 I would defiantly recommend this place. And the best part is, it’s inside of Level 99 in Providence RI in the Providence Place Mall. I would define you eat here again!
The place was so chill. The Detroit Style Pizza and Night Shift American Lager didn’t disappoint. We had the Forager and it was the really good. We met the Manger Tyler and he was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back with friends.
Came in for late dinner around 9pm on a Saturday in November. The service was very friendly and excellent. The pizza was great. The burgers were too. The birria tacos not so much. The chocolate cookie skillet was also good. Pretty extensive list of beers, even more than just Nightshift beers.
The restaurant is very cute and calm, we had an issue with 2 plates in our orders and they had it corrected very quickly and Tyler was a very big help and even comped it definitely would come again!!
Updated with brunch details 🧇 below! Night Shift Brewing is such a great spot! The vibe here is really cool, and it’s a fun place to hang out. The service is awesome—everyone is super friendly and we have always gotten our food pretty quick, multiple people checked on us while we were eating. The food is really good. The wings are the best I’ve had in the area, I’m eating keto for health reasons, so I love that they’re on the menu. My husband ordered the harvest salad and he really enjoyed it. We’ve also tried the pizza —the Hot Mess and the Figgy—and both were very yummy. The churros are our 10 year old’s favorite here. If you’re driving, parking is easy. You can enter through the food court if you park on the top level by the food court, or you can come in through the Level99 entrance. Highly recommend checking it out! Update: We tried the brunch, because Chicken & Waffles is one of my faves. The chicken portion was generous, tender on the inside and lotsof crispy goodness on the outside. My daughter had the waffles with fresh whipped cream and berries which was delicious. The waffles have a really good belgium waffle texture, they are gluten-free (but didn’t taste like gluten-free), they are not too sweet and come with maple syrup which is my favorite way to make waffles). The servings are big - 2 full waffles in each of the entrees with waffles, so we brought home two waffles for later. My husband had the BLTE (BLT with an egg). We also tried the berry cobbler and I highly recommend it. The manager and the waitstaff were friendly and attentive as usual.
Great menu selection. More than excellent service. Chips & feta cheese were tasty - loved it with a beer. Mark went above and beyond!! Also great service from Tyler. The atmosphere is 4 stars due to connection to family activity spot and noise level.
Great drinks as you can imagine from a brewing company. I believe the drink selection is seasonal as I was able to get different drink each time I visit. The food menu appears to be the same. The food is average. The burgers and fries are great. The Detroit style pizza is just okay. The portions are good for one person. The service is fast and friendly.
5 stars all across the board. We had probably one of the best Detroit style pizzas we ever had, great wings, and enjoyed our drinks. Our service and waitress was also excellent. For bar food, this was top notch. Everything is made fresh right in their kitchen. Highly recommend.
Night Shift was everything I needed and more! From amazing food and drink to excellent atmosphere, I had an amazing time. Food was great! We got Sticky Chicken Wings and Rosemary Truffle Fries for the table. Both tasted great and were of decent portion / what you can expect from any restaurant. The glaze in the wings was sweet and spicy, they were crispy, and the dipping sauce was rich - everything worked so well together. The Koran fried chicken sandwich was a big thigh, soft bun, and tangy sauce. I subbed in a side salad fir the fries and was not disappointed. The dressing on the side was creamy and green. Service was great and super quick. We were greeted immediately when we walked in, had drinks within 5 minutes, and got out food shortly after ordering. Our server was super friendly and welcoming. She even knew we needed plates right as I was about to ask her. The room was a bit louder than expected, but it was a super comfortable room to hang out in. I will definitely be coming back, even if it is only for drinks!
Andrew and Jose gave us great service. And the food was delicious and a bit creative. Of course the beer is outstanding
The food and atmosphere are fantastic. Our waiter was so great and was so friendly, the Detroit pizza and the gf brownies are to die for! And the drinks can’t rave about them enough! I highly recommend night shift for anyone looks for a fabulous well priced meal and a delightful experience
Best burger and fries I've ever had. When you come, ask to sit in Sage's section. She's amazing and you won't be disappointed! Great atmosphere, great food we will continue to come back again and again.
First time here had the most amazing experience . Best bartender I have ever come across her name was Heidi. I don’t know where they found her but they better keep her cause. I’m gonna tell my friends about this place and this wonderful bartender. She was amazing. She had me laughing so hard and what great service and truly a great time
5 stars. Food was delicious especially the forager pizza. Tasted fresh. Staff was very friendly and attentive and made it a great experience for our party of 6. Stopped by Level 99 which is right next to it. Highly recommend!
We were here 5/30 and had a wonderful time. I had a hard week and we were treated so kindly. The host was such a nice gentleman and our waitress was great! Food overall was really good, but the pretzel stole the show. Burger and tomato soup were also excellent. Thank you 🙏 Side note. Lighting was soft and seats were comfy, definitely a perfect date night spot.
Food was great! Ruby, our server, was very attentive and efficient. Would definitely recommend eating here! Also right next to/ connected to Level99!
All the food and drink has been fantastic every time I've been here. Last time I visited, the service was the highlight, with exceptionally friendly staff that took it upon themselves, without request, to host a lovely date night for me with fond memories that will keep me coming back.
The best dining experience! Our waitress and all of the staff were beyond satisfactory! Everyone was very efficient here! The food and drinks are unbelievable! Highly recommend!
I don’t understand why this place isn’t constantly packed (oh well better for us). The nachos are amazing !! Out of all the chicken joints popping up, this hot honey sandwich may be the best in the country ! Not even lying. The guacamole has a creamy queso Fresca and corn on top, it’s perfect! We travel from out of state and get the same things every time and it’s always a short wait and perfect! The sesame mule is our go to drink. Can’t speak highly enough about this place.
We were there for dinner on Valentine's day. While being seated I made a joke about the restaurant going above and beyond on something (will skip the specific details) and to our shock the GM Joe took care of it. Our waiter Rory was great. Good food, great service. Happy to recommend.
Best service ever starting for the entertainment side thanks to Nick for the warm welcome and make my daughter birthday day memorable. We sat for dinner my daughter was craving pepperoni pizza so I told her to order the roni roni pizza soon the server Olivia get to our table she was very professional, offered us drinks soon the drink hit the table we place our food order and for the birthday girl surprise (my daughter) Chef Brandon serve our food with a big smile, Drew (Mr. flex) as well take care of us making my daughter birthday night a fantastic one. Thanks everyone for the excellent service
We stopped in tonight while playing at level99. We thought it was going to be basic bar food. We were so surprised at how next level and amazing the food was. Drinks and service were beyond anything we could have expected. Joe the manager went beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. We can’t wait to come back.
Drew displayed AMAZING customer service. My wife and I were entertaining a group of 7 teenagers for a birthday party. Drew helped us multiple times and had an outstanding attitude. I’ve been to Level 99 multiple times before and Drew made sure to point that out. He thanked me for being a loyal customer. I will refer more people to this location and when I’m back I hope Drew is there so I can say hello!
Russell at the natick restaurant absolutely made our night. Provided amazing service and has convinced me that nightshift kitchen and tap will be a regular dinner choice for my wife and I. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Great service, great food, great beer. Love it
There was a little wait but totally worth it! Great selection of local beers and cocktails and the food is always on point! We had the feta dip, which i highly recommend and the chicken bacon ranch pizza. Staff is friendly and attentive and we very much enjoyed our experience. Definitely will be back!
My husband and I stopped in for lunch, and it did not disappoint! Everything from the food to the service was fantastic. The manager checked in, and we had a great chat with him. The food comes from a scratch kitchen, which makes it even better. Plenty of options to satisfy everyone, especially if dining with a vegetarian. We headed in to Level 99 after (which is attached), and it was so fun! You can get the food, snacks, and drinks from Night Shift right in the Level 99 venue, as well. Overall, highly recommend :).
Was an amazing experience. They wished my friend a great birthday along with a free backstage experience!!! Along with a delicious free desert. The food and drinks were amazing!!! Definitely coming back for future birthdays or just for fun!
We enjoy our lunch .. pizza is the best.
This restaurant is located in the Natick Mall and specializes in burgers and pizzas. The burger buns are quite ordinary and a bit salty, but the pizzas are outstanding and truly impressive. If you’re a pizza lover, this place is definitely worth a visit!
Service is a little on the average or less side. Would have loved to try a few more of their brewery selections but had to flag down servers to get a beer refill... so not super attentive to empty glasses, but food was decent and was a nice quieter spot with a good atmosphere.
Brought my children to Level 99 to discover a corporate function. All the tables were roped off, no place to sit and feed the kids or watch them. Not to mention how crowded it was. Fortunately I was assisted by Heidi, who was kind enough to apologize for the circumstances and help me navigate the situation. I was unhappy that there was no mention of this as I was paying, you cannot see into the play area from the check in. She was able to make things right . Thanks to Heidi, we will be back.
Service was great but the old uniforms were better and more inviting. The red flannels made me think I was talking to my local bartender the new ones seem too performative. Would have given five stars if they still had the old uniforms.
Nothing special, at the same time not bad. The drinks are the best part. They have a good variety of everything Night Shift and then other breweries. The food is avg at best. Wouldn’t consider it pub food, but more fancy with an Asian twist. Standard pub food would have been great. The pizza is good, but has a little too much sauce. Lastly, the prices are pretty high for the location. Park in the garage and walk over. If you don’t want to sit at the bar on a weekend make sure to make a reservation.
Waited 10 minutes to be served. It was dead, so there are no excuses for this. The food was fine. I got the ahi tuna burger, which was a little fishy. My partner loved his pizza, though.
I enjoyed the atmosphere and comfortable booth. The beer I had was delicious! The burger tasted great but was undercooked and unacceptable. The server kindly took it off the bill. Good service. I would try it again.
A very average place. We got garlic Parmesan wings which I thought were decent but my wife wasn’t crazy about. We both agreed the sauce wasn’t good, too much garlic. Next we got the Birria French Dip. The meat was nice but overall the sandwich was too salty. Sadly the french fries that came with it weren’t salty enough and they clumped together in a soggy heap. The service was spotty. They brought extra plates for our wings but then took them away and didn’t bring any for our shared sandwich. Another server that wasn’t ours came over and said “who got the beer” and when we said we hadn’t, he acted like we didn’t know what we were talking about. Food was also slow coming out even though the place was half empty. The atmosphere was fine for a restaurant in a mall but nothing special, kind of upscale sports bar. Bottom line, I’d eat there again but it wouldn’t be my first choice.
Atmosphere is great. Menu is limited with burgers, pizza and sandwiches only. Was hoping to get a dinner. Our service was subpar at best. Wanted to give it 2 stars but giving it 3 stars because Russell messaged us through open table and discussed my daughter’s allergies ahead of time which made us feel more comfortable. Drinks were very expensive.
I’ll give two stars because the drinks were good and the apps are great. The main entree terrible. Not the best service and with the place no being large it shouldn’t be hard to attend to tables. But our server was non existent. Also please get regular ranch.
We had Laura C on 1/17/2025. I think at the beginning she was nice and attentive. But after we ordered our food she basically disappeared and I felt terrible since my sister didn’t like her food and most of us had issues with our meals. We weren’t able to be accommodated. She also never came to ask us how everything was. She also gave us our check without us asking for it. At that point we were all set. Between the food and the service, we will only be getting drinks next time and hopefully not from Laura.
Place was mostly empty, no one was up front to seat us and took 10 mins to be noticed. Took 20 mins for a beer to be poured and almost 30 mins of trying to flag down our waitress who was yapping with her coworkers to get us our check. Not worth the waiting for over cooked food and poor service.
I am so disappointed. The waitress was so inattentive not just with us but the table next to us. The bartender was loud and obnoxious, she was so unprofessional she should have been asked to go home. She was outspoken about her personal feeling about the restaurant manager who was making drinks because she was to busy doing nothing. Our waitress brought complimentary French fries and we waited for ever for a grilled cheese. The French fries were disgusting tasted like old oil. This ruined my entire Sunday.
Very disappointing experience!!! We came here to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the restaurant was not busy at all. The food was excessively salty. Although they offered a complimentary dessert for the birthday, the execution was careless. The waiter dropped off a cake with an unlit candle and walked away. We were left sitting there awkwardly, unsure if anyone was coming back. After waiting, I had to go to the front desk myself to ask for the candle to be lit. They eventually returned with a lighter, making the situation even more uncomfortable. This was by far the worst birthday experience we’ve had at a restaurant. We will not be returning!
