One of my favorite bagel stores in Westchester! I work in the area and depending on the time of year will be at the Bagel Emporium at least 3-4 times a week for an iced coffee and bagel. I appreciate that they have almond milk and I make sure I stop at the Yorktown store when I’m pet-sitting.

I haven’t been yet but my fingers are crossed it’s restored to greatness ______________________________________ April 4th 2019--Bagel Emporium is closed and boarded up after a fire last weekend. ______________________________________ Really like the bagels, especially "super onion" (which would be more accurately described as "egg everything"). Pass on the coffee, cream cheeses, deli, and other baked goods which aren't as good as the bagels nor other options on the block. Don't like how the place always stinks of egg/cheese sandwiches, made from a questionable-looking flattop behind the cash registers. But the bagels are so good to overcome this for me.

They have one of the best egg salads! The yolks are almost like whipped cream. Fresh bagels and love the variety of cream cheeses. The bagel oven with the rotating trays of endless bagels is mesmerizing lol

I had the blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese and I was not disappointed! There is a reason they were rated best bagels. Plus the coffee was fabulous!

This little bagel shop is newly renovated as it suffered a fire. The new space has a clean modern vibe, has lots of natural light and still has the best bagels around!

Great bagles. Large selection to choose from as well as Flagels and baked goods. Prices as expected in Armonk / Westchester county area. Breakfast sandwiches are very tasty and their online ordering system is easy to use. Orders are processed quickly. Not a dine in cafe but there were 2-3 tables to eat at. Much more a take and go.7/5 would recommend and will eat at again 7/17/2025 another great breakfast sandwich from here. Service was quick and food was hot..fresh .and tasty. The best spot in the area. They also do sandwiches and deli. Just go!

We are on a long road trip and stopped into the Bagel Emporium for a quick bagel and coffee. The bagels were fresh and delicious, so many options to choose from. The coffee was hot and the staff was friendly. Happened to speak to the owner asking for a tire place nearby after helping us find a place. He brought us out a dozen warm bagels and bagel chips for the road. Southern hospitality in New York was refreshing and so appreciated. If you can stop here, do so. Family owned and amazing

Best bagel I had so far...not too dense and heavy. They are soft inside and chewy or crispy in the outside and not pre cut at all. Will definitely come back here.

I really like the bagels here! My typical order is the bacon egg and cheese on an egg bagel and it’s so delicious. The sandwich itself is a little pricey, but they’re not stingy and really pack their sandwiches with yummy bacon. For the quality of food you get, I think it’s worth it. I try to go during off-peak times because mornings can get pretty busy! This place is popular with the locals, and I totally understand why.

I found this shop en route to the airport, I had never been before. I was able to place an online order and it was perfectly executed within 10 minutes! There was a line out the door when I came to pick up, so it was obvious this place is popular. I was able to pay and tip online and my order was packaged and ready to pick up, so I was able to grab and go. Bagels were perfect!

Bagels are made on premises as are a nice selection of muffins and other baked goods. Many in town come for the coffee as well. I am not a coffee drinker though. 2 buttered and toasted cinnamon raisin bagels will set you back $4. They also make an english muffin cinnamon-raisin bagel that I enjoy, not toasted, with cream cheese. I feel that toasting it kills the english muffin texture of the bagel. Staff is friendly and service is prompt. It needs to be as the line can sometimes be out the door in the mornings. There are a few small tables inside and several out on the sidewalk when the weather is nice

Pretty solid overall. My only issue is that the jalapeno cheddar bagel appeared to be dyed green, with almost no jalapeno flavor and a slice of cheddar melted, and barely adhering, on top. I think most of the other places bake the bagel with cheddar and jalapenos on it. Would skip that bagel aside but everything else was good

I called and they said they wouldn’t take any orders for today. I got here and they had people taking online orders. The person lied to me. Wasn’t sure I’d get the bagels I wanted…

The Bagel Emporium recently had a fire. They are rebuilding.

Currently closed for refurbishment. Which is a shame as it came well recommended.

Spent $10 on a bacon egg and cheese just to find a long hair inside.

Bagels texture is good, but the flavor is weak. The best part is the cream cheese flavor choices. The coffee is ok. Not hot enough. Overall very disorganized and not clean enough.

The food is great and they have so many options. However, they have indoor seating available, but no highchair available. Which makes coming with my children difficult.

Husband went to get bagel I asked him to get me a cranberry scone, the scone had 1 cranberry & it was old it was hard like it had been sitting for a few days. Bagel we’re alright. Not impressed

I’ve been A patron ofthe bagel emporium in Armonk most mornings for years. Lately my order is wrong a little too often. I do not buy prepared food. I’m only buying bagels and muffins To bring home, once in a while, a small container of cream cheese. Today I ordered five bagels and I came home with five flagels. If I’m not mistaken, they are more expensive and these are incredibly tough and firm, possibly stale. Certainly not freshly baked. I thought of bringing them back, but the last time I brought back Incorrect muffins, the server told me that I was wrong and he was right; I had ordered a coffee cake muffin and a blueberry muffin and I came home with a poppyseed muffin. I have never ordered a poppyseed muffin at the bagelEmporium before so I’m sure I did not miss speak. But it Did discourage me from returning the flagels. I guess I should check my bag before I leave each time. But as I mentioned, it’s just happening too often. It’s discouraging.

I'm questioning the cleanliness of this place. I saw flies inside the bagel case. I would imagine this isn't exactly how we want are food to be handled. I think this place is average at best.

I had a flagel with olive cream cheese and it was really good. The staff is depressing and the coffee was cold.

They messed up my order, only gave me 2/3 bagels I purchased, and took over 20 minutes to make it

Good bagels, though it seems like every other time I go in, they always short me a bagel. Just bought half dozen today got home realized they only gave me 5. This has happened too many times, that I should know better and check before I leave. I'm sure they would provide me with the bagel if I went back, but it's too much of a hassle for 1 bagel.

Usually the bagels are pretty good. But today that wasn't the case I ordered a bagel with butter, pretty simple. For some reason it tasted and smelled like fish.

They make you get sides with the bagel sandwich specials. The sides are pretty bad and not even labeled. Low effort and low quality. Very likely just store bought. I had to throw them out. It's a waste of food and a gimmicky way to increase prices. But this place prioritizes profits

There was an item missing from our online order and after several calls and unreturned messages, they refused to credit us for the amount of the item that was not included in our order. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Worst breakfast ever in this bagel emporium. Bagel was burnt sloppy eggs. Server was terrible.

Nice place and great bagels, but I asked and paid for a jalapeño bagel today which was not placed in my bag with the others. There were only a few left…really wanted to try it and feel like I was robbed :(

Want to love it, but consistent incorrectly filled orders leaves me looking for an alternative. Employees attempt to "remember" your order instead of writing it down,, and get something wrong every time. Business owner should address this issue. Current record is 0 and 3 for correct order taking.

I was there today 6/03/2025 around 10:30 am. I saw this girl picking her ear while she’s walking around the store. I was watching her closely if she will wash her hand after. But yet she went behind the counter where the bagels are. When I had a chance to talk to her I told her to wash her hands before serving food. She seems she got offended and just look at me “ me? I have to wash my hands? I said yes. I saw you picking your ear and then you bite that finger. I was disgusted. And can’t go back there again
