This is the best Pizza Hut in town!!! They always make the pizza perfect even with my complicated orders sometimes :-) sometimes I order a 3 topping but both halves have 3 different toppings and they still do a great job! Friendly service too!!!

When you know you have at least 2 meals out if 1...that's a real winner.

The pizza here was amazing. I'm fat and I know good pizza...this place was delicious!! The inside was nice and cool which was a good change of pace from working out in the heat all day. I highly recommend this place.

Manager Devin was helpful, courteous, and professional. Delivery driver Brian was fast and friendly. Overall this Pizza Hut is top notch. Great experience.

So i have ordered several times for delivery of course from this location, its usually great, But today on my bday, i got a craving for pizza with jalapenos! Guess what??? NO jalapenos, i swear it was like the end of the world. You simply don't mess with a pregnant womens food! usually i would let it go, but not today, called spoke to manager, was very professional, nice, and polite. They did fix the issue, and tomorrow i will go get my jalapeno pizza! so i guess pizza hut in Helotes is still great, and i have to keep ordering from there cause no pizza place can beat it, and management definitely knew how to handle a crazy pregnant women!

Just had the best delivery pizza of my entire life! Got here super quick and seemed like it had just come out of the oven. Also had the perfect amount of ingredients!

Great place for a small gathering and events. The service was superb and the quality of food was just perfect. We went as A party of 12 with very little advance notice and they got everything setup so quick. Servers were very friendly and helpful.

1st thing, give me my correct order, or making me wait on the phone awaiting the manager(Chris) for over a total of 45 mins. But the female said he was too busy to come to the phone to talk to me? I requested a credit for the missing/incorrect order. I never got to speak to him, so after waiting another 15mins I just hung up.

Ordering the pizza was easy and the toppings I like were available. The delivery time was accurate and the pizza tasted fresh and was good. The crust was not burnt which is a big issue to me.

About a year ago I would have given Pizza Hut In Helotes a 3, but the last 2 times I’ve ordered it it has been amazing. Not sure what changed but whatever it was has made me a fan. Oh and thank you Pizza Hut pizza makers for the great work and to the drivers you guys are awesome!!! Thank you.

Although this location is understaffed, they made the best pizza I have had in quite sometime! I always request extra sauce & most of the time, it still tastes like a less than normal amount. I always have left overs and the extra sauce makes it taste almost fresh still. Thank you!

I have a 30 mile commute to home from work. This Pizza Hut is on the way home. I can call as I leave work, the staff there are always friendly, take the time to listen to my order, even when I know it must be a busy night. My order is always right, ready and I'm in and out in minutes. Always great service. Thank you and keep up the great work.

This Pizza hut is the best operated one I have ever been to visit. The majority of pizza huts I have been to have been mediocre. This one is exceptional with outstanding service (especially during the lunch buffet). The server can manage the store when it is full during lunch and still do a great job. The pizza is also outstanding.

Great, fast service. We called from outside, they took our order and even gave us a coupon, 15 minutes it was all ready. They were very busy, so it was nice to see them still being attentive. The pizza was hot,fresh and delicious

Nothing like pizza and wings on a Friday night after a long week at work. There was a minor error in my online order: burning hot wings instead of medium hot wings. What did these guys do? Deliver a second box of wings at no charge! Talk about good service, and honest business practices. I didn't even call them about it. They PROACTIVELY re-delivered the correct wings without me even noticing I got the wrong ones. I mean, I noticed they were hot as sh*t, but I thought maybe I was just being a baby about it. Well done, Pizza Hut. You guys rock!

Aaron always does an excellent job. During the lunch buffet he always provides amazing service no matter the size of the crowd! The food is also above other pizza huts for some reason. We love to go here! Always have had good pizza with incredible service!

He went out of his way to turn on the TVs for us so we could catch the NFL game, which made our visit even better. When my son accidentally knocked over some ice, he quickly cleaned it up without any hassle. His attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Great job, Pizza Hut! This Pizza Hut has recently went way down. It was the best before. Last time food not cooked enough. The past three times I tried to order from the girl on the phone and became so frustrated I ordered online. On my order that came out to $87. I tipped another $10. So let’s say with there delivery cost plus tip. The girl on the one told me unfortunately that they could not deliver my pasta and breadsticks they forgot. I spoke to the new manager who is nothing like Marcus the old manager and had a attitude upon taking the call. As we spoke I told her I know this is the 1st time speaking with her and maybe she was trying to come off assertive. However I’m going to match the tone I get. She agreed to deliver the order and said it will take a hour because there backed up. Now the family has there dinner except the 6 year old. Our order should have been the 1st order coming out not at the back of the line. I did order 1st. Under the new trainees and management I will not be going to order from here. In the past 7 years with 6 kid’s I have literally spent thousands. So much I can not count. You need to beg your old crew to come back or you will go broke New Update Old Crew manager Marcus handed our large order perfectly. Happy to see customer service back.

I’ve seen how others locations grab frozen wrapped up pizzas and toss the in the oven or already pre prepared pizzas from earlier in the day and bake those. I understand the need for this practice, I worked in the industry before. I’m not sure if this location doesn’t do this , you are in my opinion the best Pizza Hut in the area by far. Pizza is crispy and flavorful. Drivers are always so respectful and pleasant. You’ve gotten my order wrong a couple times and forgotten my 2 liter twice but I keep ordering because I love your pizza. I just really miss the buffet. Again, amazing flavorful pizza, I wish I could say this about all locations but it’s just not true.

I have been ordering from this pizza hut since they opened some 26 yrs ago or so, lately the past 4 or 5 yrs the service was horrible with kids running it, but to my pleasure, there has been a new manager (Marty) who I've dealt with now several times on the phone for delivery, and she goes above and beyond to ensure my order is correct, the directions are perfect, and my food is all correctly and promptly delivered. Thanks goes out to Marty & Pizza Hut Helotes!! 💯👍

cut the slices completely. we had to "tear" away a few slices and the kids had a hard time with that. i addition, pepper and parmesan are no longer "included" with the pizza purchase, which is a bummer

The food was great. However, if you are going to offer curbside delivery, then follow through with it. The PH in Helotes, TX did not follow through. Very disappointing.

Are they supposed to be the same size of the bread sticks or mini cinnamon sticks?" The lady replied on the phone "no only five" at this point I'm lost just trying to get clarification and to see if I'm getting what online says. Me - "On Google it says ten and other sites says the same." she replied " no 5 is there anything I can do for you." Me-"no" I hung up because that wasn't getting anywhere. I wasn't mad I just wanted clarification. I was only frustrated because she didn't understand what I was saying on the phone. In my first couple of sentences I had mentioned. Hey are they supposed to be the same size of the bread sticks or are they mini cinnamon sticks. After getting off the phone. I turned to tiktok and as I'm seeing other pizza huts around the world. They were supposed to be mini cinnamon sticks. So there were supposed to make the cinnamon sticks 5 sticks and cut the in the middle to make 10. But this location was not doing that. This third time I ordered and after calling everything wasn't amazing as the the previous times we got the triple treat box. I understand fast food can be stressful and even more stressful to a manger or team lead. But ensuring your products are great every time, and customer service is a reflection on who ever that is in charge. So please can that in mind.

I had to order more food than I wanted because you had a $12 order minimum for delivery. (I order one order of pasta) The extra food (Cheesy Bread Sticks) was just thrown away. You are contributing to global warming through this policy.

Take time with the order and check before sending. Pizza was made and cut horribly. I ordered half with peperoni and mushrooms and I literally got a total of 6 mushrooms thrown on 3 of the 4 slices. I didnt even have the energy to call and complain becasue I was so irritated. Glad I got this survey.

I ate here last night. I was excited to see a Pizza Hut with a buffet. Walked in and was greeted by the cashier and told to sit anywhere. It was hard to find a clean table. Finally just wiped one off myself. Sat down and got tired of waiting for a server so I went to the salad bar. Went through three plates before finding a clean one and loaded my plate with a good fresh salad. It was great. Didn't have any silverware so went to server station and retrieved some. After eating my salad I was off to the pizza buffet. Great selection and fresh pizza. Still no server. Got thirsty so I sent back to server station, got a glass, scooped ice and filled my glass with a beverage. Still no server. I returned to my table and finished my pizza and a couple of more trips to the buffet. Another couple came and sat at a booth near me and I told them the food was good, but the needed to fend for themselves if they wanted to eat. After I finished my meal, I got in line to pay. No ticket. The cashier seemed to know to charge me for one buffet so I paid and left. The salad and pizza were great and if you don't mind cleaning your own table and fetching your own utensils and drink, this is the place.

Paid for ham and pineapple and got just ham. I tipped the driver $5.00 and then noticed a delivery charge of 2.50. The guy on the phone said if was for the company. I told him to tell the manager that they could keep it and as long as they were sneaking in an extra 2.50 I wouldn't be buying there. Sauce was too salty anyway.

We were disappointed with our visit here today. While the pizza was as good as ever and our server was good, that was it for the good things. The sign along the road said they had a salad bar. They didn't and that was the main reason we stopped. My wife doesn't care for Pepsi products so she asked for iced tea instead. They didn't have any. It was cold the whole time we were there and our server even agreed that she was also cold when she was away from the hot ovens and was in the lobby. Regarding the salad bar - our server said that the distributor has had trouble getting product to them since Covid. That may be, but then take it off your sign if you don't have it.

Ordered thru the phone app to pickup on a Sunday morning after church. When I arrived at 12:30 pm for my pickup they only had 2 tables with about 5 people dining in. The inside of the restaurant is not very clean, and you can tell they have not updated the interior since the '90s. I ended waiting almost 15 minutes for my order to be ready, but I submitted my order around 11:45 am to be ready at 12:30 pm. I will not order from here again, or dine in because of the lack of cleaning. Luckily the pizza and pepperoni rolls were better than the service I received.

Never again. Driver screwed up my order. I contacted the store and asked for a Manager. I was left on hold. I always tip 20% but Pizza Hut and there drivers never have to worry about my business again.

Overpriced and the order is never right. Let’s also not forget their lack of friendliness. Place is totally empty. Two men at counter, not busy don’t greet you and they grunt at you when u walk in to Pick up pizza that was suppose to be curbside.

The $4.99 buffet deal would be a switch and bait, Sign up for Pizza Hut to get your email address and start bombarding you with hourly deals then "YES you can have the buffet for $4.99 plus $2 drink minimum 2 people. Full me once shame on you fool me twice; there will be a second time!

You can't get through in a timely manner like you use too. You have to listen to the same recording message over and over, then if you do get a live person, you can't understand a word they say. Use to be if you call, i.e the Helotes one, you get to talk to a live person.. not anymore.

No salad bar, no servers, only had small cups. It was the old pizza hut building operating as a pizza hut express. When you bring your family to pizza hut you expect the decor the vibe the salad bar its just not that place.

Terrible... not handicap accessible. Waiter screwed up my wings. Floor was like walking on greasy floor. Waiter didn’t come back to me after to come back to me. I barely fit while walking around with my walker. Not enough room around buffet. Floors looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a week. There was a dead huge bug on floor that I took a picture of.

Not only did I show up when the app said (40 min after I ordered) they then said it would be another 20 mins for it to be done. If I could put NO star I would! This is for the Pizza Hut in Helotes, Texas. First and foremost, after waiting forever for dine in to open yet again we saw the sign displaying dine in open and excitedly planned for our trip back to this place after years since Covid. Let me tell you to beware what that false advertising sign says. Dine in to me means you will be treated like a customer eating in their restaurant. No one comes to your table to take your order. You order at cash register. There are no napkins or silverware or fountain drinks. We were hesitant, but had been waiting forever to come back for our Pizza Hut dine in experience and ignored the red flags. Ordered large pan and medium thin and pizza came out in a box and not brought to you. Your given a paper plate and wipey! Opened the pizzas and pan was a hand tossed and thin looked like a small. The pizzas were not fresh and looked like they’d dried up. It’s dine in. We were the only ones in place. Also very expensive for nothing good and had money refunded and walked the **** out. Just beware it’s not a typical dine in as advertised. Pizza no good. Better off getting delivery and hoping they give your correct pizza. If they can’t do in store while you there good luck.

Dine in is open. Don’t know what for . We walked in to dine in and no one said anything even though we were the only people eating there . The manager was at the cash register and didn’t say a word. One employee was out in the open looking at their phone as we sat at the table no one bothered to say a word to us. Finally the manager came out and just said if you want order you have to walk up and place your order at the counter. He said that after we walked in and sat down . This location got use to being closed during Covid . Staff don’t look like they even want to help customers. Keep your dining room closed.

Do not serve thin crust pizzas to customers when you over cook them. Take more pride in what you serve. The texture of our pizza was comparable to card board. Very hard & dried out with no flavor.

Horrible experience with this establishment. All pizza was old and cold for buffet. Asked Mgr to make some fresh pizza and she stated we would have to wait a while due to other orders even though it's a buffet. Manager had no urgency for people in actual restaurant. Store manager -Suzie doesn't understand customer service whatsoever. She would rather make pizza in the back oppose to ensuring her customers are satisfied. Worst pizzahut manager is Suzie! Yuck. There was a sign on the floor that said "Slippery when wet." Wrong. Slippery period. They don't use degreaser in their mop water is my guess. The dessert picture menu hanging on the paper towel dispenser on the table was equally slimy. The televisions were covered with greasy finger prints, as well as the walls. The place was just plain dirty. My family ordered pizza, and I ordered a meaty marinara. I truly didn't think that they made it on site (It's a pizza place), but I thought they would at least try to trick me... No, they didn't. They brought out my Pizza Hut TV dinner still in the tin and plopped a wet oval dish in front of me. Nothing to negotiate the meal to the plate, that would have involved yet another item in the store to clean and they already had enough issues to deal with in that area. Our waitress wasn't any happier than I was (after I saw the condition of the place). I don't understand the type of attitude that would allow folks to work in that kind of environment, and think it's okay. There is no pride in their work. There is no feeling of ownership. I can't imagine myself ever going back. I was in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War, and I'm not that brave. Pizza Hut should close it.

I had to put my pizza and cinnamon sticks in the oven because the dough was so raw. My husband's pizza had raw meat- Italian sausage. We also had chicken Alfredo pasta, which was great, but the bread sticks that came with could've been cooked a little longer.

I placed my order #3210810184741001333012537 @ 6:47 p.m. the time line was to take 58-68 minutes. The tracker gave a time of 7:50 however the tracker /delivery reach the fronr door @ 9:00 p.m. (over2 hrs). Once in the house the 2 pizza's came cold a not even sliced. I never seen such bad service!!!

Pizza Hut app charged without providing an order but initiated a pending transaction to my account. Manager Marti and General Manager Susie stated there is nothing they could do to help to just charge another order to resolve the issue. Also, Susie stated I should have never placed the order using the app and when the app messed up the first time, I should have just called them! But then stated they were way to busy to help me and I should just place another order! So basically the pending transaction will disappear after 2 to 3 days but go ahead and trust us this will happen but charge my card again to make another order. Great customer service people. Disown an app your company promotes and then belittle the customer that tries to use it! Thank you for all the help but that didn’t really help.

I was excited to take my son since he loves the dine in experience. They advertised that dine and salad bar was open. The salad bar wasn’t ready. The person who was supposed to opened didn’t show up. Needless to say their salad bar wasn’t ready. It would take them another hour to set up. What a total let down. Pizza Hut has gone down in service.

I’m incredibly frustrated with this Pizza Hut why’ve been having “tech issues” for weeks. We order online and use a gift card. Online it takes the gift card but then we receive a call from them saying the gift card is declined… the first time we were understanding and paid a different way. The second time they called saying the gift card was decline but also that it is showing a $0 balance (because online it accepted our gift card). After trying to understand what was happening, and some back and forth, the individual was very indignant and I was accused of trying to swindle them and get free pizza. Our gift card balance is now $0 because Pizza Hut online took the money. They outright refused to honor our order and as such has stolen $40 from us.

I legit haven't ate pizza gut in probably over 10 years...but I decided to give it a try again. But no water? While I wait? They don't give out water.... it's insane to have to pay for water. Literally the only person in here right now. Got no hello from any of the workers.

I ordered a Large Meat Lovers Pizza and when I got home I found out they gave me a Supreme Pizza. I called and called but as it was when I was there no one was answering the phone and I stood at counter for a good 15 minutes before being acknowledged by anyone even the cashier who walked right in front of me just ignored that I was even there. Only way to get me to go back is if better service is available. First time ever that I have had an issue with Pizza Hut.

Went to go eat on a Saturday inside. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with Cinnabon rolls. My girlfriend and I were waiting and about 15 min the cashier asked what our order was and I was told they did not put the order in and apologized which was ok because mistake happen. He also gave me a extra 2 liter soda and offered a extra Cinnabon roll order which was nice. So we waited about another 15 min we got our food. The pizza looked good tell I lifted the pizza. The pizza dough on the bottom was raw and did not taste good. I did not ask for another pizza because we waited 30+ min for an undercooked pizza and they had a full kitchen staff as well. They did agree as well that the pizza dough was raw. I did get a full refund of my order and my gf tried the Cinnabon rolls and she said they seemed over cooked and tasted funny. Just make sure your order is correct when you leave if you are picking it up and it’s fully cooked. And for the ppl cooking it just make sure it’s cooked. I would have not had a problem if it wasn’t.

Got the order wrong last time. Received Italian meat pasta instead of veggie pasta that I ordered. Called the number listed. No response. This time, the pastas were bland, half filled in the pans they come in. Serving size is way off both times for the pasta. Will not order from this location again.

Showed up at 9:45pm to sit down and eat. They close at 11pm. Every staff member refused to serve us because they "cleaned already." We even offered to tip them crazy good and they said no. Imagine turning down customers that are literally offering to give you CASH and turning it down. Unreal.

The employees need to take no short cuts and make pizzas fresh, no reheating and adding toppings. My pizza tasted as if it was out all day wdry crust no bubbly cheese.Alao when someone pays for double mushrooms or toppings its not your preference it what the customer requested.My pizza was also not cut and no extra sauce. You definitely need one person other than who made it check the quality. I paid 19.99 for a really bad med pizza. really think district manager s need to do unannounced popins.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Food was accidentally sent to the wrong address, I admired my mistake and told them I would come pick up the food. I was there within 15 mins. They voided it, refused to give me the food for my staff. When I tried to call for payment they would answer my call. Put me on hold for 10 min. Meanwhile I asked to talk to the manager, they refused because she “happened to walk out”. Do you think they made us fresh food? Nope. Gave us pizza that was sitting there for an hour. DONT EXPECT ANYTHING BETTER. Everyone on that staff there today should need to take a class in customer service. Ridiculous.

We came here to eat inside after spending the day at the cornyval in the hot sun. All 5 of my children were HOT AND HUNGRY so we thought pizza slut around the corner would be a perfect place to go, dine in, cool down and relax in a comfortable friendly atmosphere. NOPE NOPE NOPE, DIDNT HAPPEN THAT WAY AT ALL!! We were told we are NOT ALLOWED TO EAT INSIDE! We could only order pizza and were forced to exit the premises. We had to sit outside across the parking lot at the Children's Dentist office in the grass to eat. We were told that a huge party of people with kids was going in to eat there at 5:30pm, we arrived at 4 pm, mind you. I was told they DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO CLEAN UP THE TABLES!!!!!! This IS WHY we weren't allowed to dine in!?!?! Because the employees here are SO LAZY THEY DIDN'T WANT TO DO THEIR JOB??! I have never heard of an entire establishment being rented out for a party, refusing other customer's service. I am appalled and flabbergasted that this whole situation. I USED TO WORK FOR PIZZA HUT AND WE NEVER REFUSED ANY CUSTOMER'S THE OPTION OF DINING IN!! EVEN WITH A PARTY BOOKED AT THE ESTABLISHMENT, WE ROPED OFF THE AREA THAT WAS RESERVED FOR THE PARTY AND ALLOWED OTHER CUSTOMERS ACCESS TO DINE IN!! THEN MY HUSBAND ASKED FOR THE DISTRICT MANAGERS # AND THEY TOLD HIM TO GET OUT, THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE A DISTRICT MANAGER FOR THAT STORE FOR ANYONE TO TALK TO!??!!! SERIOUSLY PIZZA HUT??????? I WILL NEVER GIVE ANOTHER THOUGHT OR DIME TO THIS PLACE!!

At no point did I receive the pizza or any courtesy call from either Pizza Hut or DoorDash to address the situation. When I finally reached someone at Pizza Hut, the representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. She claimed that a DoorDash driver had “stolen” the pizza and refused to make another one, directing me to contact DoorDash for a refund. When I called DoorDash, they told me to contact Pizza Hut for the refund. This level of service from both Pizza Hut and DoorDash is unacceptable. I did not receive the product I paid for, and I have been caught in a blame game between your two organizations.

Completely over delivering at this place. I'm not sure what has happened recently, but things have quickly gone downhill. We ordered a very large order recently and the food was severely undercooked and barely edible. Thank goodness for ovens of our own. Of course when we called to address this issue we were simply shrugged off and told that someone had to be guinea pigs for the new hires. Most recently we ordered a pizza and had the estimated delivery time like always. We figured that maybe the trainees had been trained sufficiently. Obviously not. Not only was the pizza delivered more than 20 minutes late and COLD, the store kept hanging up on us every time we tried to call to check on the driver, and the driver was unapologetic. Furthermore, the wings that we paid for were barely dressed in the sauce. I am completely disgusted by the lack of common courtesy exhibited by the employees here and I would highly recommend AGAINST ordering from this Pizza Hut, ever.

I will never order pizza from this place again. Everytime we have ever ordered from this Pizza Hut they have gotten our order wrong. I thought I would venture off and try them once more. That was a huge mistake! I ordered online and customized our pizza and I was told I ordered it wrong. The young women I spoke with at first did not know how to do her job and stated I needed the receipt number so they could look it up. When I called back the second lady claimed to be a manager but her customer service skills greatly need to be improved. I will stick with Marcos Pizza from now own. Their customer service is on point and I have never had a problem when ordering pizza from their site.

The value of customer service is hard to find and this pizza hut is an example the employees looked really dirty the manger clothes and hair looked dirty she is rude they have no inside menus they charge for the pepper and Parmesan there good to charge you over 20 dollars for a pizza but can't even give you a small package of peppers or Chess they don't have no customer service hygiene and appearance is bad restroom light wasn't working it stunk in there when I use the flashlight on my phone it was dirty and the toilet wasn't flushed bad service bad attitude dirty employees the restraint chairs were all dirty and dirty tables there wasn't even anyone in the dining room this establishment needs some training on there work ethic and hygiene and customer service

I ordered over 30 minutes ago and they told me 10-15 minutes I strongly do not recommend this place for anyone diving and wanting food

I have to say that the employee needs an attitude adjustment. A greeting of any sort would have been nicer. Instead being rude and asking 'What do you want '? The pizza was really delicious. Ill be back yet I hope Sarah can have a smile on her face instead of a mad mug.
