I don't write many reviews, but sometimes when you see employees go out of there way to help. You should say something. I have been coming here for a long time and really have to say how amazing the employees are. Maria Rodriguez is so nice and very respectful. It's crazy on how she manages both dinning and the drive thru orders. A she helps me at the drive thru and customers in the dinning area are asking her questions as she is trying to help me. That must be very difficult to manage at the same time. Unfortunately, some customers don't have manners and get upset. But she maintains a very positive attitude even whe the customer is sometimes yelling. Either way, I enjoy my visits everytime. Burger King is one of the most visited places I go they're not the tastiest but the prices are good and it's convenient on my last visit the order-taker extremely nice and looked at me when he gave me my change and receipt one of my pet peeves is a lot of times they give you your change with their head looking into the restaurant and their hands just stuck out to me it's a little rude but it happens a lot

The women that work at this location are amazing from roota to the Toota the won’t let you down the men that work there are a disgrace they will serve you old food and act like they are there for a paycheck only if you ask the men to have a fresh order they will re-drop the fries and nuggets make them hot but nasty and give to you consistently I’ve told them they nasty doesn’t seem to matter to them I hate when they work and will try and skip when they are other than that it’s great there

No air conditioning in the playground area. Nice place, clean easy to park. Good place to get ice cream with chocolate sauce and cookies and play.

Food is as expected. Our order was completed quickly, and the place doesn't get very busy. Unfortunately the playground is closed and there is no hint towards it ever being re-opened.

Satis-fry me, honey! Free satis-fries, plus BOGO Whopper coupon. I'm a sucker for free stuff. Coupons, promos, schwag - they turn me on like a light switch. For Saturday and Sunday, Burger King offered free orders of their new Satisfries, with 40% less fat and 30% fewer calories than McDonald's fries. Add a BOGO Whopper coupon that I received in the mail, and it sounds like lunch to me. Ordering was a breeze as no one was in line. Burger King also offers seniors coffee for only $0.50, which is a great bargain. After a short wait, my bunless Whopper with Satisfries were within my grasp. The fries reminded me of Del Taco fries. Thick, crinkle-cut fries, a little crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I usually prefer crispy, crunchy fries, but I'm all for changing it up from time to time. The Whopper was my cheat item, with bunless being my usual order for burgers. Service was good, as we were greeted, the wait wasn't long & our order was correct. The dining area was clean and the playzone looked fun, even for an old fart like me ;p Parking is limited in the front, so you may have to park in the lot directly behind Burger King or just drive-thru. I enjoyed my free Satisfries. They were good and, being a couple hours later, I don't have bad poops, so it's A-OK to me ;p I recommend stopping by this Burger King whenever you receive their coupons in the mail and are looking for a quick bite. Now with their Satisfries, you can feel less quilty about choosing fast food, if only for a limited time. NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM

So since they started show UK ng the advertisement of the taco i decided to try it out... boy oh boy was i DISAPPOINTED AS HECK. DID NOT LOOK ANTHING CLOSE TO THE ADVERTISEMENT. Not worth. 99 cents for 1 smashed deepfried taco like the ones you get at JACK in the BOX

The exterior is outdated the drive thru looks a lil sketchy ... Went for the chicken nuggets 10 for $1. They didn't have bbq sauce they suggested the buffalo it was amazing ...kept my leftover sauce in the fridge and used it with other dishes sooo good!

Be careful at this location. Lots of homeless coming into restaurant and stealing soda. Homeless man was in bathroom....they need a lock/code on bathroom door. As soon as homeless man came inside, the remaining people inside left.

Since I moved back to Cerritos I haven't been to his Burger King in a long time the experience was so so that's why I gave it three stars it seemed like they got my order right as I was taking off I asked my daughter check the bag and she told me we're missing the burgers and as I was going to back up I see the guy in the window waving to me sure enough they forgot not only the burgers but the fries and they took a while to even get him ready and there's a car behind me and it had the backup so the food was good it's just the experience was so so I'm sure the next time it's going to be better because there will be a next time I also have to say the two ones that I talk to her very courteous and we're sorry that it happened

If you go for breakfast they are not that organized breakfast sandwiches are not cooked good the customers service is not great here they will ignore and act busy even if they are not busy everyone just walks off and goes to Spanish speaking me kids nor wife liked this location although Burger King is great this location has no leadership and no passion for making the food stay away haven’t went back to this location after two bad experiences and barely moved to the neighborhood which is disappointing because we were happy they were close

I go there time to time and normally no issues but today server had mind somewhere else. I was rhere around 10.30am No one was in front of me and was quite slow but seevice was real slow and ahe almost forgot my coffee and order was to go but she forgot that also.

Went inside and ordered. Ordered 3 sandwiches, they forgot one. Fries were cold. Found out about missing burger when I got home. Went back, told them they forgot my spicy chicken sandwich. Apologized and then proceeded to make another, threw in some hot fries. Got home and wife says “this isn’t a spicy crispy chicken sandwich”. And they gave me a paper straw. :(

I love BK for the most part, but this location is franchised and is more expensive than most. They usually don't run the same promotions as BK Corp or other locations. The food is just okay. The service is not up to Bk's standards. Not friendly and do not acknowledge customers in a timely manner inside the location. That has been my experience any. I don't go there anymore. And they Do Not Except EBTs hot food programs ( which help seniors, the disabled, and mother's or families that are low income ). That is not very Community Friendly⁉️ It's also not very Smart, because not only would that be Community Oriented...It would also Improve their Business.💲💲

When I showed the receipt that two items were missing due to the clerk's order mistake, I was told it was OK fine. and didn't apologize. can't believe it. I won't go to this store anymore.

Crispy chicken sandwich was burnt & chewy. When complained manager rudely started yelling& threatened to throw me out. Refused to give corporate phone # A/c doesn’t work, no towels in the rack managers name “Elizabeth “ never go to this location .

I ordered a big fish and said no mayo like 3 times and I kept saying it because I didn't see it on the screen and the girl said "ok" and when I get home, there was mayo. Extra mayo on top and on the bottom of the fish. The other food I ordered was cold.

Me and my kids got food poisoning here. We were sick for a week. The employees are dirty. The food is disgusting. They let homeless people sleep there. And they're phone number is out of service.

They only care about the drive through. I waited at the counter for 30 minutes. They kept saying one minute but never came. Terrible indoor dining . July 27th 12:33pm

I don't think I will go back there 😭. Rude customer service. There is a give away by the store. When in Togo they say on counter, when on counter they say online. If you don't want to give,then why make us run. No wonder the joint has deserted looks.

Worst service ever, no fast food restaurant takes one hour to deliver 4 hamburgers. They gave me the sodas first, the soda cups melted before I could get the hamburgers. If I could give less than one star I will put - - - star.

It's Burger King.... but this store the management has checked out. Had a long line and at least 2 managers were to busy chatting outside to come help. Took 20 minutes to get an icee and a soda. Another incident a manager was charging for dipping sauce. Told myself and 2 friends different prices. Very certain that money was getting pocketed by the manager. Had the audacity to yell at me as i was leaving because i complained. Mind you i had just sent $10 on a meal, so one or 2 sauces shouldn't have been unreasonable. But still $4 for a solid meal is currently the best deal in fat food... i mean fast food.

I'm not happy. I ORDERED 2 for $6 DOUBLE SAUSAGE with NO EGG. I get to work and there is EGG on my croissants and bacon and one sausage on BOTH sandwiches. My order should have been checked before being given to. If ppl can't do their jobs, they need not work in this field. I don't live in that area so it's an inconvenience to return and after attempting to call the store, it says the lowjack customer is unavailable or something to that effect. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card.

Evening shift employees are some of the laziest employees on the planet. On several occassions I ordered a shake. I was either told they sold out or the machine was broken. Tonight I go there and placed my order. I ask for a shke with my order and was told to pay at the window. I thought okay I guess I'm getting a shake tonight. There were several cars ahead of me so it took awhile to get to the window. When I reached the window it was then that he told me the shake machine was broken. I was furious. Why wasn't I told that when I was placing the order. I could have left instead of waiting 20 minutes in line. I will never go to that store again.

Terrible service and dirty. They had 1 other customer already served and no one in the drive thru but they still couldnt seem to find the time to take our order. I made eye contact and asked for assistance and they ignored me. When I finally got my food it was brought out on a tray even though I ordered it to go and it was on the receipt. Bathrooms had roaches on the floor in all the stalls. The only thing that they did well at was having a lot of their paper crowns available.

Eating breakfast right now. Coffee is very strong. We asked Elizabeth to replace it but she told us it's all the same. We asked if she can give us hot water and she said that they do not have hot water. We know this is not the regular taste if their coffee. Breakfast meal and burrito are great but service is very very bad. Will not come back to this place. Very very bad service!!!!!

I used to love Whoppers but now I don't. I don't know if it's all Burger King's Whopper or just this location but the one I ordered... Wow, can it get worse than cafeteria burgers? The buns were stale and falling apart, the patty tasted like microwaved frozen meat, the mayo was barely there, and the lettuce weren't fresh. If they don't get their burgers right then this Burger King might end up in the graveyard like a lot of unsuccessful restaurants in Artesia.

I order the same thing every morning. 2 breakfast burritos with no cheese and no hash browns. Why was there hash browns and no sauce? Where did I say no sauce? I said my order TWICE. Please start hiring workers that speak and understand English.

Worse service and they are only interested in your money. I had ordered burgers and clearly mentioned I don't eat chicken, meat or fish so I was looking for a veggie burger. I repeated this twice to make sure I get what I was looking for. But they had provided a meat based plant burger. I went to the counter and requested I was looking for a veggie burger, they showed me photo of plant which was used for cooking petty which teast like chicken. I had to throw all of my burgers to trash. They clarify all of these after taking your money.

I ordered a Whooper with Cheese extra mayo and Large fry. I asked if I could get some tartar sauce in a cup on the side. The cashier said no I couldn't. I told her to cancel my order. She lost a sale because she doesn't know customer satisfaction. What is the harm in that???

The customer service was beyond unbelievable… they took about 5 mins of me standing next to the register to take my order and there were no cars or other clients. One of the employees had just mopped as we were entering and the floor was very slippery. Why would you be mopping during dinner rush hour when people are out for food? We specifically came to this location because my daughter likes to play on the little playground and just for our luck their kids play area is “closed for maintenance.” The food was decent nothing special. Avoid this Burger King at all costs.
