My favorite Flame Broiler. Only when I'm in the area, otherwise I'm reluctant to eat at one. They always have fresh food. Portion sizes are good and the service is always good. Plus the guy who runs it is a cutie 😜

5 stars if you like healthy rice bowls, which I do. Facility is clean and well kept. Food is consistent and service is quick. Parking is always available.

When you fan the flames, the hunger will broil Flame Broiler Cerritos, which opened in January, sent out flyers advertising their Customer Appreciation Weekend on May 21 - 22nd, which had chicken bowls for $5 & $1 drinks. I've been to the Artesia & La Palma locations on a handful of occasions, so having an opportunity for discounted food close to home was something I couldn't pass up. Ordering goes as follows- Size - mini, regular or plate Base - rice (white or brown), veggies or both Protein - skinless chicken, Angus beef, organic tofu or half & half I remember food being previously made to order, but now it seems Flame Broiler now pre-cooks their food and stores them in covered warming trays. Pro - Less time for food Con - Food isn't freshly prepared Chicken bowl with vegetables, no rice- With a slathering of magic sauce, not to mention the red & green hot sauces, the chicken bowl with veggies proved to be a great weekend lunch. The veggies consisted of cabbage, broccoli & carrots. The chunks of chicken were tender & moist. I would've preferred more to my bowl, but with my request for lots of green onions, I had a meal that was quite pleasing to my palate. Between the 2 hot sauces, I preferred the green sauce because it had more body to it. Flame Broiler has several specials posted on the windows, which include- Tues. Special- 2 chicken bowls $10.99 Weekend Special- $5.69 chicken bowls Service was good. My order was taken promptly & I had my food in no time. Ample seating, via booths & seats. The Flame Broiler has a spotless interior, which looks like they opened today and not a few months ago. Parking is in a private lot, with Flame Broiler directly in front of Crunch Fitness. Once Crunch opens, I'm sure Flame Broiler is going enjoy brisk business from health-conscious gym members. Flame Broiler is a great local option for quick eats by way of their bowls or plates. The chicken was good, and now I'm game to try the Angus beef. With reasonable prices, flavorful food & minimal wait time, I'm sure to frequent this location when I want to get my grub on. One thing I dislike about this place is that they are greedy with the portion size for White meat! Not only do I pay more for white meat, I get less meat.

Great, quick service on healthy food! They had our mini bowls ready right away...these are a great size for a mini. Only thing we questioned was being allowed to use self-service on our beverages. Didn't know that was allowed right now. But thanks for the great service... we'll be back

Look... If You would like something healthy & some good protein for a fast food joint then Flame Broiler is a good option. None the less it could get quite boring really fast cause they don't have many options to choose from & their portions for the price it doesn't add up! Tuesday they have 2 regular bowls for $13.99 & I devoured both bowls for dinner & I ain't even fat YO!😱🤔🤭🤫💋❣️🤣

My father and I traveled about two miles away from the hotel we were staying in to another Flame broiler on Spring st. in Long Beach. The location was one near the house my parents lived in for 30 years. I looked up their advertised hours and it was scheduled to close at 8:00 PM. No problem I thought, it was 7:30 and less than 15 minutes away. So, when we pulled up and the lights out and chairs stacked on tables with not a single person in sight is what came upon at 7:43, you can imagine our disgust. Were it not for google maps showing one closer to our hotel that was said to be open until 9:00 we would have been sunk and forced to regroup and put together 4 new orders from somewhere else. We made it to this second location and placed our order and paid. Then explained to the worker what had happened, he quickly put our order together apologized for the hassle he had nothing to do with, and threw in 4 free extra sides to offset the sting of the earlier event. That's the way customer service should be handled. We weren't expecting anything or even lodging a complaint, but appreciated the small gesture, it truly went along way.

Is there a reason why Brittany the cashier can’t make eye contact with paying customers. I would rather her be in the back. No one wants to look at a miserable face. Made me feel miserable. The face represents the company.

The green sauce had mold in the dispenser, like a white brownish color in the tube once the lid was open, black mold at the start of the tube where it meets the bag. The sauce looked to be a brownish green. The orange sauce had a white milky appearance in the tube, could be like a fat separation in the sauce or mold I tend to think mold. Hopefully the food doesn't get me sick. Kinda intresting they got inspected a few days ago and this happened.

The green sauce had mold in the dispenser, like a white brownish color in the tube once the lid was open, black mold at the start of the tube where it meets the bag. The sauce looked to be a brownish green. The orange sauce had a white milky appearance in the tube, could be like a fat separation in the sauce or mold I tend to think mold. Hopefully the food doesn't get me sick. Kinda intresting they got inspected a few days ago and this happened.

Yesterday on 06.17.2023 around 6pm to 7pm this girl with very unpleasant attitude was serving my food and I tend to make a mini bowl in to a regular bowl she tended to do do a face expression were it was noticeable on how annoyed she was and served it to me mind you honestly this was my first time here because there not any near by my self I work for a customer service environment and I’m run a facility I’m a general so for me to come and get this type of experience and her not know how to hide her emotions is not correct I normally never leave reviews but yesterday was just honestly a bad experience I won’t be going back and she had a tattoo please talk to your employees because this isn’t the type of environment you like to provide for ur upcoming customers that may or may not have a location near by and be more careful are hiring people that would like to work for the food industry because her customers service was not only Rude, unprofessional, and show this teenager is there for a pay check . Please talk to her !! Hope this is the last someone gets experience like this. Thanks ,

Went there on 7-17. Portions are small, I had to ask the young girl to add more veggies. I should have asked for more chicken they give you so little.m, it was like leftover shredded pieces of chicken.First and last time going there.
