I like Jack in the Box tacos egg rolls and french fries. But I do not like how difficult it is to drive out of the Jack in the Box it's facing oncoming traffic and when it gets very busy you'll stay there for at least 5 to 10 minutes just to try to get out

We do drive thru, either ordered in line or in the app, and the people are always nice. Food is typically hot & orders are correct. 🙂

I love the loaded tacos another favorite is the ultimate cheeseburger I did find out get the spicy tacos are not very spicy it looks spicy has a nice deep red taco shell but when you bite into it there's no heat at all sometimes you have to buy the product to find out if it's going to be a favorite or not

Jack in the Box has excellent prices and generous portions for what they are charging. Their hamburger is very tasty and comes second only to In and Out Burger. Their curly fries are delicious. They also have a couple of very tasty salads.

We always go to this branch as it is real close to our home. This past visit I decided to do a review. This place has always given us a real good experience every time we visit. And that’s the reason for for the review. My son ordered the Cubes Munchie Meal of course that was his favorite. Comes with a Coke drink that you can choose the flavors from the vending machine. They now have the touch screen version so you can get all the drink choices made by Coke including the Vitamin Water. The order was taken by a nice person named Lata. She took the order with a smile. Their kitchen is well organized that shows how the order was placed and given to the kitchen. Lata was the same person who served the order to us. Kudos to the management for a great employee!

It's fast food. What can someone say good or bad? If you're looking for something quick and comforting here you go. If you want something that tastes good or is good for you keep going.

Lately I've noticed they close the dining area or the door at 9 p.m. which is from what I know they should close the door at 10PM.Also dining and drive service isn't as welcoming while ordering some attitudes you will encounter most times the worst part probably is at night time the food is mostly saggy probably cooked early cause either they are sleepy or just busy chitchat on thier personal calls using the wireless earphones which mostly used by workers nowadays thinking no one noticed them while working..DUH WE CAN SEE YOU TALKING WHERE YOU SHOULDN'T BE LOL!!!!!

I get off work at 2 a.m and sometimes go after work usually theres is a slim hispanic lady who is very pleasent working graveyard shifts but the other night it was a different hispanic lady, nobody anwsered at the intercom so that I can place my order so I drove up & placed my order at the window I payed & the lady walked away into another door, 10 mins later she comes back her face looking suprised im still sitting there & she opens the window & asks if I needed anything. I was really upset how she just forgot about my food so fast when I ordered it to her face & payed & not even an apology at least she wasn't sincere about having kept me waiting there for such a long time. Regaurdless of this happening I'll still go back because I love jack in the box :) just hope this doesn't happen again

I specifically asked for the side of ranch and extra sweet and sour sauce and hot sauces twice and asked again when I got the bags, I asked is the sauce in here and the lady said yes. I can’t even understand why she would put other sauces besides the one I asked for? It’s something so simple and sounds shallow but it upsets me. It’s just a sauce, but please get it right.

Jack in the box is just like any fast food restaurant everything is fast therefore their customer service goes out the window once in a while you'll get a friendly customer service most of the times not a hi how are you? Nor a thank you. Sometimes the food is warm and fresh and sometimes is old and sagy, most of the times i have ever been to jack in the box is not always a good experience.

If you are in a rush, make some time to check the bag of food. I know how it feels to be rushed but getting the wrong order doesn't make it a better day! I like the food the only thing that makes it not a great experience is that they give you 1 ranch and 1 hot sauce when u ask for them even if I just ordered 5 meals. And if I ask for more they just give you 2 more. They see how many orders there are, what am I gonna do with 2 or 3 ranch for 5 people? Lol

I do my very best to stay away from fast food joints. But, sometimes a craving is simply more than craving. And, my craving here is for the curly fries. Really? Who prefers regular fries to curly fries? Those that don't like flavor? Honestly, curly fries are one of the most addictive things to my palate. I can definitely not eat just one. I have to admit I've had more than my fair share of tacos over the years. They're so cheap! Not authentic by any stretch of the imagination, not very healthy, they manage to fill you up for next to nothing. Seeing all that grease soaping through the wrapper - now that's a Jack in the Box taco. This Jack in the Box location underwent a makeover a few years ago and it's now more inviting & modern. Service has been good when I've been here. Plenty of tables to dine at. A convenient drive-thru for those that prefer their food that way. Parking is in a private lot. Just thinking about those curly fries has me wanting to hit up Jack in the Box. Guess I'll have to work harder at the gym tonight ;p

Every time I come here, theres something wrong with my order. One of the ladies always seems like shes in a bad mood. And this last time I came to pick up food, they never gave me a straw. So I waited till I got home to drink my soda and it was disgustingly uncarbonated. I dont know why I keep coming back. Im hopeful I guess

I ordered 6 tacos and jalapeno poppers...I take my ranch seriously people.... The lady asked me if I wanted any taco sauce, I said "no thank you, but lots of ranch please"... She comes back, hands me the bag of food and says "here you go"...I go "what about the ranch", she goes "it's in the bag", I look in the bag but can't see them, so I say "could I have a couple more please"... And she looks at me like I'm some sort of crazy person and says "I already gave you three" and then just stares at me..... I'm sorry... Do the ranch allotments come out of your paycheck, lady? You get stingy with my ranch.... You get a stingy review....

Horrible attitude I ordered from DoorDash and it was a pick up order when I went there to pick up my order they said we did not reserve my any order and there staff was turning on the computer where the online order pop up and one staf told me you have to call DoorDash about your order 😡 she had very bad attitude she was keep ignoring me very bad service 👎👎👎…

The owner of this establishment is a first class, A- class A-hole! Who needs to gain some knowledge on how to treat ppl. I've known this man to be the owner there for many years and he's never been very kind at all! If there was another J. I. B. Just as close as this one is to where I reside, I'd go there! Anyway, there food is decent, the prices are okay, the service is basic and the restaurant it's self is outdated and just mediocre. The main thing people dislike about the place mostly is the ppl begging for this, that and the other from a place called, Founder's next door. the ppl from Founder's get fed breakfast, lunch, and dinner @ Founder's but if they didn't wake up in time for said meals they'll beg for cash and food at J. I. B. It's annoying mostly but not a big deal.

Drive thru cashier, Marina, touches food after touching money. She justifies it by claiming she used sanitizer before stuffing in the dangling fries with her bare dirty hands. Nasty attitude when I kindly asked for my money back to return those fries. I guess washing hands before handling food is not the standard here. Take business elsewhere.

I came through the drive thru at 4 in the morning because it’s a 24 hour jack in the box but the worker said they were closed for 10 minutes.

Mexican chubby employee wearing a gray hat began shouting slurs from the dining area to the kitchen. They got the order of an elderly customer wrong and everyone in the kitchen began mocking the customer, including this chubby guy. They all abused the fact that the old guy didn't speak Spanish, so all the slurs were taking place in Spanish.

If you want to know what it's like to eat inside a restroom then this is the place. The food is good the customer service is great but boy does it stink. I recommend not getting off your car and stick to the driver thru.

Not to mention that they always end up leaving something out in my order, like fries, etc. On a particular night they were very rude and unprofessional when I canceled my chicken strip order because they ran out of barbeque sauce. The two girls who worked the night shift made faces and spoke in an obvious sarcastic tone the whole time and about my cancelation. Very disappointed.

I just called to get a refund on food that literally had hair in it and the manager said I should’ve called late last night when I ordered instead and that they do not give refunds and then she hung up on me. I tried calling back but she did not answer the phone . So if I was going to call last night and they choose to not answer the phone just like she did who would’ve helped me anyways? I came on April 7th Thursday night around 12am I ordered popcorn chicken box got my ordered when I opened the box and saw a 2 long hair in the box so much disappointment... management need to improve the safety.👎

Ordered through doordash for customer pick up, received my order confirmation and pick up time. I got there at the time it said it would be ready and the very rude manager on duty decided it was best to argue with me instead of help resolve my issue. Immediately after I left I received two texts letting me know that jack in the box canceled my order.

Horrible! Literally one of the worst! If a manger sees this please contact me before this goes to corporate. I was in drive thru and while waiting for my order the cashier made me back up IN THE DRIVE THRU and drive forward again so the sensor at the window considers me a new customer and gives a better time record to the store. While at the window, my order took long and she was trying to charge my card but she thought it's not good for her restaurant's reputation as a manager in charge that night so she made me exit the drive thru and go around and wait again in the line behind all the other cars. That made me wait longer and my food got cold and soggy. If you want a good score for your restaurant you don't have to mistreat your customers. Never heard that it's okay for you to make a customer wait twice in line so your camera or sensor considers it a new customer that's taking a shorter time. So disrespectful!

Went today to check out ice cream menu. Was immediately greeted with a terrible smell emanating from restroom (possibly) so left. I have a soft spot for homeless people and appreciate restaurants helping people out with restroom, but what good is catering a restroom to people loitering outside who won't even respect the privilege...

Right now they have a deal with the Dodgers. When the Dodgers get 10 strikes, you will get a jumbo jack free with the purchase of a large drink. Unfortunately, their employees don't want to honor the deal. They give you some excuses for you not to buy it and when you do they over charge you. I have talked with management and yet they continue to defraud the Dodgers.

I went in today around 1pm. Got helped by iris. Took my order after 5 minute of standing there. After my order was taking she gave me back my changed. Didnt leave the coins on top of the Bill's but inside as she gave it to me it dropped. She laughed and did not apologize. While I waited for my food. I saw either your fryer or grill position worker with no gloves. Touching frozen food without gloves and wiping her hands on her pants. That's cross contamination. its fast food I get it. But you guys need to train the employees better.

It never fails. My order always gets messed up. I ordered a jr. jumbo Jack with cheese and when I got home the wrapper stated “jr. bacon cheeseburger.” The burger was flattened I immediately unwrapped it. It wasn’t a jr jumbo jack nor a jr bacon cheeseburger!! It was just the bun, cheese, and ketchup!!! WTH?! Who does that! I got charged for a burger, yet I was given bread and cheese! Make sure you thoroughly check your order before leaving the drive thru. The workers hired there are completely incompetent. The only reason why I’ve taken the time to write a review is because it’s happened to me too many times at this location. It’s the closest one to me and when your desperate and starving, I only hope my order comes out correctly. It’s seriously a hit or miss here.

Cashier rang my order up wrong, and charged me more than he should have. When the Manager came to correct the Order she said I had to be more clear, when I order... the Cashier even claimed that he was confused, and was taking fault. But still didn't get my order corrected, due to the very rude attitude by the Woman Manger. There's 100s of "Jack in Boxes" go somewhere else, I will.

I went to the drive-thru because I'm on my lunch and the girl that took my order didn't seem so pleasant at all. She's even told me my total I had to read it off the screen then when I got to the window she took my card with an attitude. Then gave it back to me with no receipt. I got my drink then I got my food and still when I looked in the bag there was no receipt and my fries are cold. I really hope the manager puts that girl in check. When I asked for catch up she handed me a ridiculous amount and dropped some of them on the floor outside the window. No thank you no see you next time nothing. No wonder they're continuously hiring because they hire people with Attitude apparently.

May want to think twice about visiting this location. I had to use the restroom there today and was quite surprised when a centipede crawled past my foot, on the restroom floor. I was glad I was wearing boots and quickly “dispatched” the centipede, picked up the remains with a paper towel, and showed them to the person on staff who was “in charge” today, to let her know it had been there. The obvious concern to me is that if there was a centipede (poisonous animal) in the restroom, what kind of critters might be living in the kitchen at this restaurant?

Did I come in when an employee was having an off day? Or, perhaps I may had been dealing with a new employee? I went to the drive-thru to order an ultimate cheeseburger combo with a Coke. The cashier almost forgot to give me my credit card back as I was about to drive away. A few minutes later when I arrived home, I discovered the French fries were missing from the bag. So, I drove back and explained to the cashier that the fries were not included. She looked inside the bag and when she saw they weren’t there, she gave me fries. I asked if I could receive a discount due to this happening. To my surprise, the response I got from the employee was ‘you got your fries.’ The manager was nearby and also confirmed that no discount could be given. I’m home now after driving to Jack in the Box twice and am no longer feeling hungry. I just looked in the bag for the receipt and thought it might be possible they initially thought I only wanted an ultimate cheeseburger and a Coke, but there was no receipt (and also was never handed one). On a side note, when the ultimate cheeseburger was newly created during the 1980s this was the location I first tried it at. I’ve continued to order the ultimate cheeseburger, however, there are so many other eateries I can go to which don’t have these frustrations and appreciate customers putting money into their business. *****Per the response below, I contacted Jack in the Box but haven’t heard back as of 11-12-23. The guy wearing a glasses seems like shift manager there always give you a face like you owe him a billion dollars. Food is good and other workers there are good. Except him, I ordered the Munchie meal and he gave me the portion of the kid fries in McDonald's and I asked him and he said that's the portion he suppose to give and repeat the same line over and over with that face. I came to this Jack in the Box in Artesia around 12:30 AM, expecting to order some food since it’s listed as a 24/7 location. There was complete silence at the speaker, even after waiting a while. As someone who has worked in fast food for over 8 years — including overnight shifts — I completely understand being short-staffed or under pressure. But I would never leave customers hanging like that. They’re the priority. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I pulled up to the window, where two employees told me to “go around” — even though I had already waited all that time, and there were other cars behind me also waiting. That kind of service is frustrating, especially late at night when people are just trying to get a meal. To make things worse, they threatened to call the police when all we wanted to do was place an order. I wasn’t rude, aggressive, or disruptive — just hungry and confused. I’m honestly shocked by the way we were treated. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I say that as someone who works in fast food and understands the demands of the job. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this needs to be addressed

Unfortunate that if you accidentally place a wrong order on the app, there is no way to cancel that order on the app and the store is unable to cancel the order as well. Hope this is an oversight corporate decides to fix soon.

Perhaps it was her first day on the window or her equipment didn't work to be able to hear well; I ordered a combo with seasoned fries and she gave me just that, but also extra charged additional COLD seasoned hella SPICY fries with extra oil. I ordered little tacos; they were cold from the inside. Coffee tasted like hot water with a hint of coffee. The manager did try to make things better, but it was just too dissapointing to have to wait longer. The atmosphere seemed chaotic, they looked lost. Their ATM machine also couldn't stretch to be able to tap. IDK, it seems it all adds up to the rumors.. that this Jack will soon close; or perhaps they were just going through of a tough time since there was a weird lady roaming around the drive through stopping cars earlier, in which I had to drive around for 10 minutes for her to leave. THAT, I hope it was that, that made this location service for tonight a -10. On the plus side, the Dr Pepper was on point.

I usually order from here because I live a minute away from jack in the box.I order Nashville hot popcorn chicken big box through app at night. When I asked some sauce the lady who was working was so rude and told me they do not have any sauce. When I come back home and see the order which I order was hot popcorn chicken but it was classic popcorn chicken. So, this is not the first time they have mistaken with my order. I don’t know why they work if they don’t like to talk and be rude with customers.
