I had a great experience at Goobne Chicken! The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff was really friendly. Jade helped me when I picked up my order-it was ready on time, and the service was so nice! Definitely coming back to try more things 🐔✨

Delicious food that’s a healthier option. The food was delicious! We got soy garlic wings, original wings, and chicken fried rice, with the unlimited salad. The server was kind and provided everything we asked for. I highly recommend.

First time trying it today and soooooo good!!! I got the volcano chicken rice bowl. I wish there were more single order items though. I wanted fried chicken but it seems you can only buy enough for a group. Also So sad to see it was kind of empty ??? Sorry luv dduk….

We got boneless 1/2 and 1/2 with Pepper crispy and Honey Butter crispy, it was very moist and juicy. Also got the baguette bowl which was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with sweet cream cheese. I'll be back to try other flavors too. Just fyi, boneless is only available in large size.

The food was very delicious and the young lady who took my order at the front was very polite and professional. She got my order correct on the first try even though my accent can be a little strong, but she was very patient and understanding. Overall I like the calm atmosphere of this place and its food.

Tucked in next to 7-leaves at the corner of Artesia and Norwalk. This place is famous for their oven roasted chicken. It is said to be featured in the k-drama Business Proposal. I ordered their original galbi on a bowl of rice. Honestly I wanted to try their volcano spicy chicken but the meal was for my inflight meal so I cannot risk having to spend half of my time sitting on plane toilet seat. Super delicious, and the price is decent for a good sized bowl.

1. Customer Service - When I walked in, it was empty, which makes me surprised because this place has better tasting wings than BWWs and other places. I was greeted but I feel some disconnect with the guy who’s at the counter. Kind but disconnected. 2. Taste We ordered the honey Butter Crispy, Volcano (haven’t tried), and the Pepper Crispy wings with a Galbi Bowl (haven’t tried) The galbi flavor we tried the other time was good but was missing a more tangy or deeper umami flavor, it tasted like a generic teriyaki sauce. The Pepper Crispy is the best flavor we have tried so far, it’s got a crunchiness to it and the pepper flavor is subtle but there. The honey Butter was also good, almost like a garlic butter flavor but with a spot of sweet, the oven roasted crispiness is the best part that makes the flavors pop. The sweet and spicy wings were good, nothing crazy but great sauce coverage. All in all, like I said, much better than most wing places that I have eaten from. Places like jack in the box, wing stop, BWWs, and other sit down restaurants. I took the food to go and after a 15-20 minute drive, the wings were still hot and crunchy. 3. Quality The wings are a great size, the sauce covered the entire chicken and it didn’t feel like I had a dry chicken in every bite. Moist and crispy, quality from the oven roasted technique. 4. Price The price is up there but the size of the wings, the sauce on the wings has great coverage and isn’t overwhelming. I am willing to spend this amount if it stays consistent and tries more on the galbi flavor. Great place, will come again!

Goobne, meet Roodne KFC = Korean Fried Chicken. Goodne Chicken bangs out KORC = Korean Oven Roasted Chicken. Occupying the former home of Bangin' Buns (and Cauldron Ice Cream, prior to that), Goobne Chicken has opened up with much fanfare, being featured on Netflix's Business Proposal KDrama. Oven roasting chicken provides healthier, lighter fare for those so inclined. Lunch Specials are either Goobne's Galbi Rice Bowl or Volcano Rice Bowl/$10.99 Volcano Rice Bowl- A generous amount of food, a sauce a bit too sweet for my preference, Goobne's Volcano Rice Bowl had a fair amount of heat to it. The diced chicken was tender, and the rice proved quite filling. A great deal. Service was good. Minimal wait for the food to be ready. Ample seating inside the restaurant. Goobne is located next to 7 Leaves Cafe. Parking can be difficult during peak hours. Welcome to the neighborhood, Goobne! Korean fried chicken is great, don't get me wrong, but it's great to have a healthier option, without sacrificing flavor. I'm anticipating coming back to order wings. The difficult part being which flavors to choose. Highly recommend!

It shows two separate tax charges—one listed as sales tax, and the other simply labeled as "tax." I will be reporting this to Consumer Affairs for wrongful tax charges. On Sunday, December 14th 2025, around 6:30 PM, I went to pick up my chicken order. I told the young woman employee I was there to order the chicken, but she didn't hear me. I repeated the request, but she still didn't hear me. I told her who the customer was, and she didn't hear me. I repeated it three more times, and I almost yelled, saying she could hear me. From what I could tell, this was clearly intentional. The employee was a young woman in her early 20s with dyed hair, so there was no way she wouldn't have heard. It was clearly discriminatory and intentional. As a Korean, this was my first time at a Korean chicken restaurant, and I was so shocked and dumbfounded. If it weren't a Korean brand, I wouldn't have tolerated it. But I'm still angry. I hope the owner trains his employees properly. If anything like this happens again, I will absolutely not tolerate it.

The worst part was the whole pizza reeked of old, stale flour!!!! We were extremely disappointed for the quality and the price for the pizza 26$
