These days, the frying flour is thick and the oil is old, so the chicken skin is dark brown. But the workers were friendly so I felt good
It's small but service and food are good!!! Love their beer and their fried chicken wings!!! All flavors are sooo good - crispy fried and sweet garlic are my family's go-to here! Their cubed pickled radish is yum!! Their pizzas are good too! Love their crust - it's more fluffier than crispy. All in all - YASSS PLEASE! I've taken my friend and her family, as well as some coworkers - then they take their own friends - no disappointments yet!!
The food was AMAZING you will not be disappointed with anything you order!! Pizzas BOMB! Chicken, FANTASTIC! The best fried chicken I've ever had. Lots of flavors to choose from and the service is excellent will be returning here! We definitely over ordered but will be having delicious leftovers in my lunch 😋
First time Just left not even 5 minutes had to stop to try em…hands down the best wings I’ve ever had and I’m a bit of wing connoisseur really good
Super pleased with my experience. The wait was short and the atmosphere was just what we were looking for with my girlfriend coming off work - casual and comfortable. Got the sweet garlic popcorn pa-dak, corn cheese, and spicy chicken cheese, all fantastic. Pa-dak was crispy, sweet, and savory (would get wings next time, we were just lazy). Corn cheese was on point and even had a little pineapple. Spicy chicken cheese was a new venture for us and was delightful - extra savory, not too spicy but packed with flavor. With a pitcher of beer the bill barely came out over $40 - definitely plenty of bang for your buck. This place is perfect for when you want to grub on some perfectly executed comfort food. Can't wait until our next trip!
The Buffalo style wings were savory and delicious and had a bit of spice. I also had the small Hawaiian pizza. The crust is amazing and it's filling . The small pizza has four slices and contains three types of meat the bugogi was delicious. Tried some waffle fries and my least favorite was the popcorn chicken because it was mostly dark meat so the chicken pieces did not look appealing. The pricing was reasonable and ALOT of customers order to go.
I have recently started going to this place and I LOVE their pa-dak chicken. It is definitely one of my favorite places to go to for that popcorn style type chicken. Their pickled radishes are the best pickled radishes I've ever had. Since they are open late too I will be coming more often at night.
The wings are great and the sweet chili flavor is my favorite. I also get the korean pizza with potatoes. Most of the time I get my order to go so I haven’t eaten at the restaurant itself. Have ordered here many times and would recommend.
The customer service was great. The food is well worth the wait because everything is hot and fresh. We had their wings and waffle fries. My favorite wing sauce was the garlic parmesan. The sweet potato pizza was amazing too. It's different but in a good way. I'd go back just for that. 5 🌟
The food was so delicious! I love Korean food period but I will say that the food here is very authentic and worth the long wait. When we were there they only had one waitress and she didn’t seem very patient or overly pleasant. But it’s ok I know it’s a cultural thing..so don’t take it personal. Anyways 10/10 I recommend this place for sure!
I've been here several times and prefer coming with 4 or more people as we share wings and other dishes.. Last time e had sweet chili, mango habanero and lemon pepper wings and they were delicious. Perfectly seasoned and crispy. Staff is also attentive enough.
I ordered fried popcorn pa-dak, which was perfect for a 10pm snack. The green onion provides just enough of a vegetal touch to complement the crunchy texture and flavor of the batter on the chicken. Simple pleasure but perhaps a revolutionary concept for the American palette (that being the pairing of green onion with the fried chicken), given the absurd treatment of fried chicken in our popular culture and its contribution to a rather poor quality (and/or poor perception) of fried chicken on the mass market. I had it with a Sapporo pint which was a perfect match. The service was quite neat, clean, and friendly. All around, no complaints. The atmosphere was pleasant and perhaps a bit unnerving for a first-time visitor like myself. By the end of the visit, however, I had settled in quite nicely and was able to appreciate the amenable surroundings! Edit: I have to report that, the very next morning, I woke up with a horrible bellyache and a chalky mouth. Not blaming this restaurant or this experience, but I have to report it. I wonder why that happened?
This place is legit. If you like pizza and you like fried chicken, this is your spot! Restaurant isn't too huge, but it'll easily hold approximately 8-10 different parties. I recommend you order the combos since it comes with a 2 liter drink, a pizza pie, and an order or your choice of chicken! They have wifi here and have free yummy Mexican candies!
I was introduced to this restaurant a long time ago by a friend. I got hooked ever since. I love coming here after the most randomest of occasions. Great selection of food, but we tend to always get the happy combos they have. You can't go wrong with anything here. I personally enjoyed the sweet garlic wings they have. The bulgogi pizza is spectacular. Last time we came here was on a Friday night and fortunately they weren't packed out, which is what we weren't expecting (it was probably like around less than 50% capacity.) We definitely lucked out, but results may vary. There were a lot of people coming in to pickup takeout orders, so that may have to do with not many people dining in. I'm looking forward to eating here again.
I’m happy that my friend recommended this place to enjoy Korean fried wings and pizza. We always order the Happy Combo #4 and its enough food for 2-4 people. You receive a medium margherita pizza, Korean fried wings, and a 2-liter drink. You can choose 2 flavors for the wings. My favorite is the sweet chili. I thought it was going to be super spicy but it’s mild with a good flavor. The pizza is very tasty and cheesy. Overall, the service is great, food is delicious, and the place is clean.
Wonderful gem. Rating the food of a restuarant is tough. Simply put: everybody has their own taste. So, if you don't like rich, bold flavor; then don't come. The mango habanero and garlic butter wings are so rich and bold in wonderful flavor. They do a wonderful job in frying the wings also. The bulgogi pizza was pretty good also. Some of the best wings ive had in my 52 years.
My friends and I had an amazing dining experience at this cozy Korean-inspired pizzeria! The fusion flavors were absolutely delightful, blending traditional Korean ingredients with classic pizza toppings in the most delicious way. The crispy fried chicken was a standout, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection but the highlight of our meals was the stir-fried octopus, which was simply bomb! The flavors were bold and perfectly balanced of sweet, tangy and extra spicy, making it a memorable dish that we can't stop thinking about. We also enjoyed their selection of drinks, the Sapporo tower, which paired wonderfully with the meal. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, service was fast and amazing, making it the perfect spot for a casual night out. Highly recommend this hidden gem for anyone looking to try something new and exciting!
We enjoy coming here, they close pretty late, have great combo deals and good options to choose from. Their pizzas and fried chicken have a lot of flavor. I recommend the chicken Alfredo pizza and lemon pepper or garlic Parmesan chicken flavors.
Late night guilty pleasure Korean fried chicken and Korean pizza eatery. Service was good and the food was tasty. It does get pretty busy at night and at the time I went. Ordered the popcorn chicken pa dak and some fried zucchinis. The dishes came out fresh and really crispy but not to the point where it will rip your gums when biting into the pieces. It's open til 2 for those who want to drink there or to sober up after another venue.
Came here around 11pm for a last night snack and whoa they exceeded my ordinary expectations by so much. I got 6 of the regular wings and 6 sweet chili, they came with a side of pickled radish which complimented the plain wings so wonderfully. The wings were cooked to perfection with an exterior coating that was light and crispy. The sweet chili wings were perfect, not too sweet and not too saucy. Also got a side of fries for $7, the portion was large but they are just regular decent fries nothing special. Definitely glad I visited though, the chicken was packed neatly and were truly 10/10 wings.
Love this place!!! Absolutely love the sweet potato gold pizza, if they had sweet potato bread sticks I'd be getting them every time.
Super delicious chicken and pizza with beer!! service salad too

Super delicious chicken and pizza with beer!! service salad too
My son wanted to have a family dinner here for his birthday. I was a little unsure, but it was his Birthday, after all. We ordered three pizza and some wings and popcorn chicken. The pizza flavors were exotic, but really tasty. For the popcorn chicken, we picked the garlic parmesan flavor. It was the best garlic parmesan flavored chicken I have ever had. The other sauces were solid. The buffalo was mild but really flavorful. My son said not to get the lemon pepper flavor, and we did not. Everything we did get, was delicious though. It's a small place and to seat us they pushed two tables together. We just had water to drink. I really liked it and will add this to my list of go to places.
I personally love pizza but Korean style pizza which this place has !!!! The Padak opens until 2 am since what!?! A pretty long time! Korean style fried chicken and Korean style pizza(please reply me if someone tried sweet potato crust pizza, potato pizza!), order to made! LA Dodgers sponsor- Golden road ale beer is available on the tap! Casual and comfortable, cozy place in the city of cerritos!
i love you flying chicken pa dak. i’ve been going here since the beginning and the wings are so fire they make me wanna act up. the honey garlic is my favorite! and just when you think it couldn’t get any better, they sell LARGE portions of ranch and open til 2am?! what more can you ask for?
Excellent food and service, is something unique all well prepared and tasty.
Best K Chicken wings with the biggest menu and variety. I’ve been going here for years and 15 dollars for 9 wings with two flavors to choose from is perfect. They give a free lil salad and we just love this place!
Everything was great, chicken was by far the best Korean chicken ever

I had pretty high expectations of this place because of friends hyping it up and it was alright. The servers are all friendly and the food was pretty good. Their chicken is definitely better than their pizza for sure. They do have some I are arent as great like their kimchi bugolgi tacos (definitely overpriced for it as well). Their combos are fairly priced and you get a bang for your buck for them. You are definitely in for a good time if you bring a group of friends of family and I would recommend.
Very interesting wing options, the chilly ones are my favorite. Love the waffle fries too! Service has always been really nice. Deducting one star cause the food is a bit too greasy for my taste.
One star off because the wait is a bit long. If you are like to drink and chat with friends & family & don’t mind the long wait...the food is GOOD. The potato pizza is surprisingly good. The Happy Combos are reasonably priced. The wings are delicious. I have to warn you though. They serve you a plate of coleslaw with corn. Don’t eat it! Wait until your food comes. I was just snacking and snacking & the waiter brought us another plate. Soon I was too full from the coleslaw that I barely managed to eat a few of the wings & a slice of pizza. If I had known, I would have held off on eating the coleslaw. That’s just diabolical! Parking is free but the lot fills up pretty fast. The bathrooms are decent. The servers are friendly. There’s not that many tables/booth so time your visit well or you might have a very long wait (cuz a lot of people showed up after us). Informal dining so you don’t have to dress up all fancy. There’s a cafe nearby & ice cream shop if you still have room for dessert afterwards.
Got supreme pizza and chicken wings. We got three flavors: garlic parmesan, mango habanero, and sweet garlic. The garlic parmesan was a bit too buttery. The mango habanero was good, very saucy but a little crispy. The sweet garlic was very good, crispy and flavorful. They were sauced a lot. The pizza was tasty and it had everything on it. 👍
Came across this when googling Korean fried chicken places, and decided to give it a go. Ordered the combo #1 and an order of Korean kimchi tacos. The combo was hands down the winner. They give you the entire bird, your choice of flavoring, medium sweet potato pizza , and 2 liter soda of choice. It wasn’t as crunchy as other Korean fried chicken that I’ve had, but the flavor and juiciness of the chicken made up for that. That and the freshness of the chicken too. The sweet garlic sauce won over the soy sauce option in my opinion. The sweet potato pizza was surprisingly good. I’ve never agreed with pineapple on pizza, but it worked well with the rest of the ingredients. The pizza bread was dense and soft, but not the type that leaves you in a bloated food coma like other pizza doughs. The kimchi tacos where pretty disappointing, the tortillas weren’t toasted or warmed, and the added salsa and sour cream didn’t mesh well with the bulgogi and kimchi. I honestly didn’t even taste the kimchi in there. Aside from the taco that was a huge disappointment, I’m going to go back to try other flavors that caught my eye.
This is the best, crispy KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) in the area. Get the sweet spicy sauce on the side to preserve crispiness. The side of pickled radish cuts the richness a bit. Pizza is interesting but only ok. Service is very slow when they are short-handed so generally we do takeout. You don't get the complementary slaw which is pretty good though.
Chicken is great but the draft beer is hit or miss. Sometimes it smells off, have noticed this issues a few times. I think something is wrong with their machine/tube. The pizza is also pretty decent.
Hello everyone and welcome to Flying Chicken & Pa-Dak. This place is a fusion between Korean food and a pizza parlor. I recommend the sweet potato pizza. If you’re in the mood for wings, I recommend the lemon pepper wings and the soy sauce wings. They have a variety of combos. I recommend the pizza, wings and soda combo. The prices are reasonable, and portions are very generous. They do accept cash and card. Parking is very limited in the plaza, so get there early before dinner. Thank you for reading my post. Please follow me on Google Street maps, and check out the places I visit.
Great price for their combo meals. We got 2 order of the combo wings. The combo comes with 1 medium size pizza, 12 wings, and 1 liter soda of choice. You’re able to choose 2 sauces for the wings and we got mango habanero, lemon pepper, honey garlic, and something else. For the pizza, we got bulgogi and Hawaiian. On top of that I ordered the dumpling and rice cake soup which was pretty good. However, there were only like 6 dumplings and lots of rice cake that couldn’t be finished. Towards the end of the soup, it started getting a bit saltier as well. The price you pay for the amount of food you get is decent. Flavors are good as well. I think the only complaint is that they drench their chicken in sauce which isn’t my preference when eating Korean fried chicken.
Pizza and fry chicken recommended. Waiting time weekday around 20min. Weekend around hour. Very delicious and teasty. Combo special has a lot of options. The combo has included soda, too. Fry chicken has 3 options, 1. original fry chicken 2. Sweet Garlic (4 different labels hot sauce - Original, mild, hot, very hot) 3. Soy sauce My favorite is green onion chicken. (Pa Dak) If you want a try to Korean style fry chicken, High recommended. Also, try to wings, too. Thank you.
Fresh hot food. Pizza was the bomb. Chicken could have been hotter as far as temperature. Still a delicious lunch!

Having been to the ice cream shop next door, we saw Pa-Dak and were curious. When we walked in, service was prompt and friendly, but the place was a tad messy, as if they had just experienced a big rush. We didn't know what to expect from the chicken (which is the reason we came), but I suppose I was expecting something a bit unusual. Most of the other Korean cuisine I've tried has a distinct flavor profile, and maybe I was hoping for some distinctiveness in the fried chicken. Well, it's fried chicken. It was hot, crisp, and good; but not distinctive. The batter is somewhat crunchier than our typical fried fare; which was interesting, but again, not distinctive. I can't comment on the other dishes, but they get good reviews here, so perhaps I'll try again.
Customer service was very poor Food even they flying taste old Well mane was only that day For me. You need to try it

The smell when you walk in, is not very inviting. I threw the food away (popcorn chicken with sweet chili sauce) about a quarter of the way through. Flavor was fine mostly. But the "chicken" didn't taste like or have the consistency of chicken. If you're used to American food, I suggest you skip this place. The smell alone should've run me off, but I was determined to try the pa-dak n chili sauce.
They use old chipped nasty beer pitchers and glass mugs and they smelt a strong odor of dishwashing detergent or some type of hand lotion. They just ignored what i said even though they have been informed.
I was a regular customer until, one of the employees was very rude. I came in with friends, asked for a table for 6ppl and he rolled his eyes, and then slammed the menu books on the table. What kind of customer service is that? I just asked for a table and right off the bat he is rude. If he doesnt like working at a place that gets alot of business then why work there. I love the pizza here. Its good quality pizza but after that bad customer service I wouldnt even come here again. We ended up walking out after he did all that. He made me feel like i was bothering him which i wasent. He needs to fix his attitude because he will drive customers away.
I live just a couple of minutes away from this place, so I had high hopes that even an average fried chicken would be satisfying. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the chicken as it was soggy and didn't taste fresh. Considering there are numerous other options nearby, I don't think I'll be visiting this place again.
For to go. customer must check if the sauce is included. They forgot to pack the sauce, For me, at least 2 times. I ate padak (chicken with green onion) without green onion. Yeh.. they nicely promised free chicken for next time. 파 없는 파닭을 먹네, 한 한해전에도 그랬는데...
I was hesitant to write this review—because it might scare people away. But maybe that’s the point. When we arrived, we were the only customers in the entire restaurant. That alone felt like a red flag. Still, we gave it a shot. We asked if half a chicken would be enough for two people. The staff insisted it wouldn’t, and pushed us to order a whole. When the plate came, it was clearly too much for just two people. It felt like an upsell tactic, especially with no one else around. We couldn’t shake the feeling we were being made to over-order just to boost sales. As for the chicken? Sadly, it didn’t live up to expectations. I’ve had far better Korean fried chicken—even outside Korea. In fact, many places in the Philippines serve a much better version. This was overly sauced, lacked crunch, and tasted more like disappointment than gochujang. I wanted to like this place. But I can’t recommend it—not when there are so many better options.

First time I came, there was a lady who was so phenomenal. Her service, suggestions, and overall presence was warm, inviting, and exceptional. Today I returned to a guy who seemed extremely nervous. He denied our service telling me that the kitchen closes at 1:30 AM (the business closes at 2:00 AM). Even though it was only 1:25 AM. I acknowledged the current time by saying, “Okay. It’s not 1:30 AM yet.” He nervously looks, and I said never mind. He said sorry as I walked away. Never again. Have consistent rules. Have them displayed for customers, and abide by your own rules. Anything else is unacceptable when running a business.
I'll never go back there again: Not impressed with their chicken. They use old oil. Disappointed. I was expecting more 'cuz they have good reviews from other customers.
