I ordered a few drinks and food for my family through the app. I made a mistake for the order and ahh man it was put on pick up instead of delivery. I had to call the store and say their was a mistake. They were really really nice about it and I felt so bad 😭😅. They ended up giving me a refund for the order and told me all I had to do was just re order for delivery. Customer service was awesome wish I could say thank you lol I felt so bad 😂.

Buy One Get One milk tea app promo *Social Distancing review* Cooking boba pearls in my Instant Pot for several months now, I don't frequent the local boba tea shops like I used to. It takes a promo & a new twist on boba milk tea to get me to bite. Tastea dangled that lure, and I was hooked! What Tastea specializes in is customization, the most pertinent options to me at no extra charge. Using the app, I can easily pick & choose just the drink I want. The 2 important to me are- Base - non-dairy creamer (default), whole milk, oat milk, almond milk Sweetness - none, lite, medium, full, either sugar or stevia For nothing extra, I can choose a drink with oat milk and stevia. Well done, Tastea! After reviewing my order on the app, it was a quick jaunt to my local Tastea to pickup my order by the entrance. Horchata milk tea & matcha Thai boba milk tea- My drink was the horchata milk tea, medium sweet w/ stevia, oat milk as the base. Muy sabroso! I haven't had horchata in decades, because of the insane amount of sugar per serving. I used to go to Alberto's, and order 1 or 2 large drinks of the bubbling diabetic refreshment. Older & wiser, I don't/can't do that, anymore. However, stevia-sweetened horchata via Tastea, now I can! It tasted just about the same as the horchata I used to guzzle at Alberto's. It did have the stevia aftertaste to it, but that's a minor complaint, in lieu of all the added sugar in regular horchata. The matcha Thai boba milk tea also received high praise. Service was good. Ordering via the app, I just popped in & picked up my awaiting drinks. Parking is via a private lot. Tastea is located next to Yogurtland. Tastea is a hit with me! Having stevia & different non-dairy options available at no extra charge is what sets Tastea above the rest of the boba pack. Along with horchata, they also have a seasonal pumpkin pie drink. Even though I make boba milk tea at home, Tastea will have me coming back with BOGO promos and creative drinks to choose from. Highly recommend!

I love tastea! You should try thier shrimp it really good ... BUT it doesnt go well with the drinks. So you should eat it then give your tastebuds a rest then start the drink, otherwise youll get a bitter after tatse but both are delcious just not together.

Best tea spot in Artesia they have from milk tea to boba and lychee me and my gf we always like to go when we finish our errands and we enjoy a nice cold tea or boba less than 10 bucks for both that's a steal we recommend we will be back soon 😊

There was a customer going insane with these workers from the barista or people inside making the drinks to the cashier and they were still polite and explained to this crazy lady that they are only following guidelines for their establishment. I hate to have witness a person be so entitled and rude to good people but I admire how they responded with such a great attitude. Best customer service👍

They had just put in a register where you can order it yourself and it was really easy and simple. The staff was really nice and the drinks were made in a short amount of time. Tastea offers great fruit teas and unusual smoothies, and the best sea salt jasmine tea I know of. I hate to say it, but I don't recommend their regular boba, and I definitely don't recommend their pudding. The first is plain and harder than I'm used to, with no flavor (but their honey boba is good), and the pudding is a disappointment. I thought it would be more like Gong Cha's, which is a soft, vaguely vanilla thing that complements the taste of the tea and has a pleasant texture. But the two times I've gotten pudding in my tea at Tastea, it's been something like extra firm tofu that comes in chunks and floats at the top of the drink. That being said, Tastea is definitely a solid drink place. They have a great watermelon summer drink, and I'm in love with their sea salt series. The employees are friendly and incredibly nice, and the decor is a refreshing series of greens. Bonus: their large is absolutely massive at 32 ounces, so once you find something you like, order up. They have a loyalty app, too. Definitely work this into your drink rotation... Just avoid the pudding.

Edit: I took away a star because they only have crystal boba which is not the same as ordinary boba, and only honey boba which isnt vegan. How are you going to offer 3 non dairy milks but not be vegan friendly? I always stop by this place on a hot day after picking up some South Asian grocery! Love their variety of flavors! My personal favorite is thai tea with boba added in. Can't eat the honey boba so i just get regular. Also, vegan milk substitutes are for no extra charge and that's what gives this place 5 stars, because I can get yummy milk teas with oat milk and not get surcharged. The coffee and some of the other teas are great too. Boba is not free at this place, its 50¢ extra, but that's okay for me considering they made oatmilk free. It has a very easy to spot sign, but make sure you dont accidentally enter Yogurtland if you are looking for tea. Its the vegan choices here that many boba shops don't have that make this special. I do go to the LBX one more often since its closer, however they are pretty much the same.

This is located in pioneer. I ordered house coffee and coffee macha, hot and small. Most of us don't lift the cover anymore just to see the amount of coffee inside. But I do, and the amount of coffee that I got were just a little more than 3/4 the cup. I uploaded the pics here. Taste was good. I also ordered avocado smoothie I like the bambu avocado better.

Been coming here for years but today the customer service was mediocre. Too much of a rush to kick us out. Did not offer any add ons like usual. This is the kind of service that makes people go to different spots.

The big plexiglass separator is distracting because you can't hear the people behind the counter well. The drinks are pretty good with many flavors to choose from. My first time going today. The drinks taste okay just they give you something you didn't order. I asked for strawberry banana and got strawberry sensation (strawberry sensation didnt taste natural. Its very artificial tasting. Thats why I wanted strawberry banana for a more natural flavor) . And I asked for Boba on my other drink and didn't get boba. Double check when you order with the cashier when you come here.

This is based on my experience, not on the taste of tea. Ordered 2 drinks and had to wait outside due to covid. Ok. I waited and waited and kept seeing people get their drinks. After 15 minutes, I go inside to ask how much longer. After giving my name, they said my order was canceled ..really? I've been waiting right outside the door looking at you make drinks!! She had to check with the manager because apparently she voided my order. She apologized and gave me the drinks. Apparently they were in the fridge--...
