Opinions de Ponchana Astoria
Love it. It is definitely not a place for a date or to chit-chat. I came for the Early Dinner Special $16, 3 course meal. Portion was just right. I did not need a doggy bag. The food was yummy, and the service was fast. Many people were still on the waiting list, as the place was small. My party of 2 was seated fairly quickly. But for those who are coming in groups more than 2, there will be a little wait. Overall, I would be coming back with other friends.
This is my go to Thai spot in Astoria. Dish recommendations below. My favorite part is that it is always a consistent experience. The service is always fast and attentive, the food is full of flavor, and they have good playlists. My go to dishes are: -Wok Fried Cashew -Braised Beef Over Curried Rice -Pineapple Duck Curry -Pad Thai
Those people who given less than 5 starts for food has not actually eaten here. Service is good as well, definitely will return here
Awesome staff and food. Can't beat the early bird set meal.
Amazing food and amazing people, for us our favorite is rotti massaman.
Beats most thai places around Queens! The lunch specials are very worth it. Good place for a lunch date if you're in the neighborhood. Not to mention, their service is super fast and friendly. Do try their Massaman curry with roti (it's so crispy & comforting). It's insane.
Everything here is great the services, the atmosphere, and most especially the food. The pad thai, beef soup, grandma's pork chop, roti massaman, and the bangbang shrimp are some of the best here. Their chicken skewers with the peanut sauce oh man, you don't need to go anywhere else. Don't forget the drinks, Thai iced tea, and the 50/50, with the dessert get the sticky mango rice. All this or some of this you're all set and I guarantee you're going to keep coming back. 😉
My 2nd time dining here. The 1st time the food was AMAZING! The 2nd time I stumbled across their 5PM-7PM 3 Course Dinner which includes a drink and coconut ice cream for dessert. I came in at exactly 5PM. And 7 minutes later this place was PACKED! I highly recommend their Homebrew Iced Tea. The portion sizes for their dinner special to be honest more than enough for me. Great customer service with sense of urgency. I will return again the next time!
Pochana is one of our favorite spots in town. Their food never disappoints and their drinks are always refreshing.
This is my go-to spot for Thai takeout! The Thai iced tea is absolutely amazing, and the curry puffs, pad see ew, and pad thai are all equally delicious. Highly recommend!
Such a hidden gem in Astoria and would highly recommend visiting. We ordered off the family specials menu and every dish we got were filled with great flavors. My favorite was the Beef “Khoa Soi” - a northern Thai curry with coconut milk, red onion, pickled mustard greens, lime & egg noodle. The beef was SO tender and the hot sauce added the perfect kick to it. Check out and follow @myweekend.cravings on Instagram for more details on this wonderful meal :)
very comfy space and kind staff! $16 three-course meal deal is nice - portions are perhaps a bit small but overall filling.
Cozy place with delicious food! The prices were extremely fair and the service was fast and friendly
Pochana is a great spot for authentic Thai street food. The flavors are bold and delicious, and my personal favorites are the Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao — both are packed with taste and cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and attentive, always serving with a smile and making you feel welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, making it a perfect place to enjoy a good meal with friends or family. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience real Thai flavors in a cozy and down-to-earth setting!
Everything about this place is perfect. I love their lunch special so much. Favorites are the Thai fried rice & pad see ew. The Thai iced tea is unbelievable. This is absolutely my favorite Thai restaurant in Astoria ❤️ the staff is so wonderful
Located on 30th Avenue in Astoria, my cousin and I found this cozy gem for a quick meal. Pochana is a trendy family-owned Thai establishment with an interesting lunch menu that includes an app and entree starting at $12. Upon arrival, the decor was simple. Their menu, although limited, was manageable and clear, making it easy to decide. For starters, we decided on the spring rolls (vegetarian fried rolls with plum dipping sauce) and garden salad (mixed green salad with peanut sauce). For our main meal, we opted for the pad see ew (fresh noodles, eggs, and Chinese broccoli) and mixed vegetables Thai wok fried rice. The food was very authentically flavorful, tasty, and all ingredients were fresh. The service was good, as the staff came over to refill our glass. The price is very good and is not overrated. We can recommend this place.
I started off with their bang bang shrimp and dumplings. Both were scrumptious. I got the ginger lemon cocktail which was very refreshing. My main meal was a ginger basil chicken dish with rice. It was very good. My taste buds were more than pleased. I left stuffed. The place is tiny. It can seat 25-30 at most. Nice place for a Thai date night. Parking can be even more challenging if you choose to go on the weekends.
This is one of my favorite places! I visit them literally once a week. The food is incredible and the staff is very very kind! The food feels like a home cooked meal. Always super fast if you eating in or doing takeout. Great price and comfortable option. Worth visiting if you are not a local, and a must if you live in the area this restaurant will become one of your favorite. ❤️
Small unassuming Thai restaurant, but if you've heard good things about the food they are absolutely true. Ordered the wok-fried chilli basil beef as part of the excellent lunch deal (starter+main for ~$13) - some of the best Thai food I've had, 10/10. Their Thai iced tea/coffee is nice too. Not quite spectacular, but a great end to a meal, especially if you like the layers of coconut.
Had lunch prix fixed with egg roll, stir fried vegies w beef, jasmine tea. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and well prepared.
I love a good Thai spot & Pochana exceeds everything one is looking for when searching for a Thai restaurant! I love good food, and an even better special! They have an insanely affordable dine in early bird special on weekdays from 5-7pm for only $16!!!! that includes a drink, an app, an entree AND a dessert. And every bite and sip is delicious!!! I got the thai spring rolls, the shrimp thai basil fried rice (spicy!! So make sure you can handle the heat!) with an incredibly tasty Thai Iced coffee! We also got crab Rangoon’s 100/10!!! Beef pad thai & as dessert we each got a scoop of very tasty coconut cream ice cream with peanuts! As side apps we got the bang bang shrimp, very tasty (a little soft on the inside) & the massaman curry! This was very unique and delicious! They also have incredible mocktails we got the Ginger fizz (tastes like an incredibly refreshing gingerale but so much better) and I also got the tropical cobbler. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere is great, staff is kind and friendly, we had a great time! I appreciate the warm hospitality, generous offerings & delicious authentic food that takes place at Pochana! Will definitely be back! I highly recommend checking them out!
The food tastes so good and fresh! Another Thai restaurant I’d highly recommend to try out in NYC. Thai Iced Tea and Coffee are at the sweeter side. You’d love it if you prefer sweet. I love my fried chicken with rice especially the dipping sauce was so good. Grandma pork rib was good too! I’d definitely visit back again for the good food and good service.
Recently visited this spot and I highly recommend it. The tastes of the dishes are very authentic and I genuinely loved everything I tried. I went for the early bird special which comes with one appetizer, entree, drink and dessert. I ordered the pad thai which was really flavorful and the spring rolls were super crispy and yummy as well. The dessert was a coconut ice cream with some peanuts on top. Also loved the bang bang shrimp and the mocktail options they offered as well!
my new go-to for authentic Thai family-style cooking! 🇹🇭✨ This family-run gem brings traditional recipes straight from their home kitchen to your table, and you can taste the love in every bite. The Pad Kee Mow is so yummy. And the Duck Curry is very rich, flavorful, and everything you’d want in comfort food! 🦆 The cozy setting and the warm, welcoming staff made the experience even better. Trust me, this place is worth the trip. We ordered ⤵️ -Tom Kha Chicken -Squid Leg -Dumplings -Pork Chop -Pine Curry Duck -Crispy Banana -Mango Sticky Rice -Ginger Fizz & Cucumber Cooler Follow @spinx17 for more NYC food recs!
I love Thai food, so when I say I love a new spot I definitely mean it. This Thai food is so good and so affordable. I love the dining experience and the staff was lovely! Recommend for family dinner or for a perfect first date. Either way the food was perfect!! The mocktail was everything i loved definitely recommend trying them.
CHEAP EATS ALERT!!! Pochana is a family style hole-in-the-wall thai restaurant in Astoria, offering $16 EARLY BIRD DINNER SET for an appetizer, entrée, dessert and drink. It is almost impossible to get a 3-course dinner for this price in an expensive city like NYC!? Each course comes in reasonable portion and everything tastes homey and delicious. My personal favorites were crab rangoon (creamy filling wrapped in thin crispy wonton), pad see ew (we licked clean the plate, and the shrimps were bouncy!), and Som Tum (refreshing). For drinks, their thai iced tea was very legit. The halloween mocktail was so spooky and creative!! It made me wanna try their other halloween specials on the menu. Last but not least, their new Mango Sticky Rice Sundae was another highlight. It was made of sticky rice, coconut ice cream, whipped cream with toasted coconut. We were surprised by how sweet and ripe the mangoes were. What we got for our Early Bird Sets: - Crab Rangoon* - Tom Yum Soup - Pad See Ew with Shrimp** - Green Curry with Chicken - Homemade Coconut Ice Cream - Home Brewed Thai Ice Tea* Salad: - Som Tum (Green Papaya Salad)** - Larb Gai (Minced Chicken Salad) Mocktails: - Spooky Halloween - Ginger Fizz Dessert: - Mango Sticky Rice Sundae*
WOW! Love the spicy Basil Chicken and they have sweet mango sticky rice now too! HIGHLY recommend this combo! Haha. The waitress was so sweet and the food immaculate.
@pochananyc has an amazing 3 course for $16 early bird special! you get an appetizer, entrée, dessert and drink for that price. that is such a great deal in my opinion. this deal runs from 5-7pm on mon-fri. ft: -curry puffs: crispy on the outside, and filled with delicious sweet curry inside. the plating was super cute. -scallion pancakes: i loveee scallion pancakes. these had a thin layer of crisp on the outside, and then very chewy and flavorful on the inside. it's so different from chinese scallion pancakes (which is what im used to) in a very good way. i loved it -garden salad: very standard garden salad. it usually has peanut dressing on it, but i took it off because of allergies! they were very careful about contamination and allergies which i appreciated -steamed dumplings: my friend really enjoyed this one. super good appetizer since it was a quick bite, but fills you enough to wait for the entrées -chicken thai fried rice: WOWWW. this was some good fried rice. not too oily, perfectly salted and slightly sweet. i eat a lot of fried rice and this was AWESOME. pretty decent portion too! -beef Thai fried rice -thai ice tea -mango juice -shirley pops!!: i order shirley temples a lot, and this HIT SO HARD. it was so good. they also added pop rocks on the rim of the drink which made me super happy. very fun!!! thank you for having me ♥️♥️♥️ 📍pochana 33-16 30th Ave., Astoria, NY 11103 follow @rebeccatakesnyc for more nyc content!!!
Probably one of the best Massaman Curries I’ve ever had. Their scallion pancakes are also amazing. Paired these with a fresh lemonade and it made my entire experience . I’ve been coming for years and never regret a trip, or my takeout orders. Highly recommend this gem!
Pochana’s Early Bird Dinner Set is a great option for a satisfying meal at a reasonable price. Available Monday to Friday from 5–7 PM for $16, the set includes an appetizer, an entrée, a drink, and a dessert. The portions are well-suited for one person, offering a nice variety without being too much. I tried the Thai Tea, which was herbal, sweet, and refreshing; the Pad Kee Mao with Beef, which had bold flavors and a good kick of spice; the Steamed Dumplings, which were meaty and filling; and the Coconut-Topped Ice Cream, which had a pleasant twist from the crunchy coconut. If you're extra hungry, you can always opt for larger portions from the à la carte menu. Overall, it’s a flavorful and budget-friendly option worth trying. My girlfriend and I were standing outside looking at the menu and a woman walked by and said “this is the best Thai food I’ve ever had” so we had to go in and try. It did not disappoint even a little bit! Perfect meal for a cold New York City day.
Wow Wow Wow. It's been years since I came to Queens for a day out and when I planned the journey from my borough, this was the first place I went to catch their lunch special. I love the portion sizes. Enough to enjoy more if that makes sense. I had their red curry with chicken, the bang bang shrimp, and spring rolls. It was my first time trying plum sauce. So sweet 🩷 Their mocktails are so fun. I had the ginger fizz. It tasted like a ginger ale icee 😍. I have to come again so I can have all 8! 😂 Very sweet staff. Nice space. Tasty TASTY food. 😂😋. Thank you for having me. I'll be back again 🩷⭐
What a gem !!! Truly !! One of the most underrated Thai restaurant The Star Dish: Scallion Pancakes (Fried Chive Cakes) The Scallion Pancakes were truly 100/10! They were absolutely spectacular—crisp on the outside, bursting with chive flavor inside, and perfectly seasoned. If you go, this appetizer is non-negotiable; it's a crispy, flavorful sensation I’ve never tasted before. 🍽️ Main Dishes & Drink The rest of the meal was perfectly executed and so well balanced: Pad Kra Pow: Flavorful, savory, and spicy with aromatic basil, served beautifully with rice and a fried egg. A great version of this classic. Red Curry: Rich, creamy, and deeply satisfying, with the perfect blend of spice and coconut milk. Thai Iced Tea: The perfect creamy, sweet, and refreshing cool-down drink. Special shoutout to the wonderful, warm and welcoming staff . I’ll come again and again !!
First time here! We were presented with a warm welcome, and seated swiftly. Husband and I arrived during lunch time and got ourselves a dish and an appetizer; crab Rangoon, laab GAI, Thai fried rice (veggie), spicy noodle soup (chicken, thin rice noodle), and Thai tea with lime (forgot to take a picture 😩). Tastes quite good and authentic. Even at an medium/mild spice level flavours are still there.
So yum, fast service Early bird special 2x: thai tea was great, appetizer that we chose were rangoon (2pieces) and spring rolls (2 pieces). they were small but yum entrees and ice cream (about 1 bite size) were good For 16$ I would say it was a good amt of food and delicious!!! would totally come back
🤳🏼 Foodstagram: @ashthetic.eats Nothing better than sipping on Thai iced tea with a delicious spread in front of you! 🙂↕️ Visited Pochana for their $16 early bird special (Monday to Friday, 5-7pm) and was not disappointed. For our party of two, we each ordered something different to try a bit of everything -- spring rolls and steamed dumplings to start (both super fresh and paired perfectly with their sauces), then beef pad see ew and shrimp green curry for mains. The pad see ew was one of the best I've had, and the green curry was rich and flavorful with perfectly cooked shrimp. We ended with their homemade coconut ice cream, which was light and creamy. The space is cozy and great for all group sizes. If you're a party of five or more, definitely call ahead -- it gets busy, especially during early bird hours. Service was quick and friendly, and all the food came out hot and fast. Couldn't resist ordering a couple more items outside of the early bird menu because everything tasted so good! Highly recommend if you're craving Thai food and want an incredible deal. Can't wait to go back!
I’m not sure why this place has negative reviews. I was skeptical about coming because of the reviews but LET ME TELL YOU. That was some good food. The Thai Iced Coffee tastes like caramel. The scallion pancakes were delicious. The spring rolls were very good. The PINEAPPLE DUCK CURRY WAS PHENOMENAL. I can’t wait to be hungry again to eat my leftovers. I can’t wait to come back next week either. Also the service was very good. I didn’t have any issues with anything. I would recommend to anybody
Thai food is my weakness so I am glad to find Pochana. They have an early bird special for only $16! You get an appetizer, entree, drink, and dessert. The entree portion was generous! They also have many options so it will cater to every palate. The service is friendly and quick in this cozy establishment! This is a must try!
One of the best dinner specials I’ve ever come across. I figured for $16 the portions of everything would be pretty small, and while the appetizers were small (keep in mind they were also only for one person), the entree was a good size and so was the dessert. My friends and I all shared three different dishes, my favorite of which was the chicken noodle one (I forgot the exact name). The noodles had a great texture and flavor and all of the vegetables were perfectly cooked. The coconut ice cream was really just vanilla but it was still very good. The staff was kind and the food came very quickly.
Pochana Thai Kitchen in Astoria is a family-run Thai restaurant by husband-wife chef duo from Bangkok. Stop by Monday through Friday from 5pm to 7pm to take advantage of their $16 Early Bird Special. You can choose one appetizer, one entree, a drink, and a homemade coconut ice cream for dessert. Add a couple appetizers and mocktails and get a taste of everything. Their homemade crab rangoon is delicately crispy and full of cream cheese. Check out their menu specials for seasonal dishes as well. Their friendly staffs are happy to go over their menu items and can adjust spicy levels according to your requests. Stop by Pochana and have a taste of Thai dishes now!
We stopped by for their weekday lunch special for $12 and it seemed like a great deal. The design of the place is simple yet cute. We ordered the stir fried mixed vegetables and green curry. The lunch special includes appetizers so we got the soup and spring rolls. Good came out fast and service was great.
Really good Thai food in the heart of Astoria on 30th Ave. Small-ish space inside but the food was fantastic. If you can't grab a table, they do a ton of takeout. Will definitely be back to try some more of their menu soon!
Update: there were 2 new girls. The best service so far, very kind and attentive from one of them. The Duck Noodle Soup is still amazing! It was nice to come back. The best dish for me so far was Bangkok Duck Noodle Soup. The whole snapper tamarind fish, as a fish special, was a little bit dissapointing. Plain taste, fried too much, so it was way too dry. The prices for takeout should be more moderate during covid pandemic. I spent $40 including tip and I was still hungry :( Overall experience was very good (4*), only because they use fresh products. On the top of that Pochana is family owned business. P.S. Thumbs up for June! She knows the job.
Review only for $16 early bird special! Value is definitely there! The drinks are 1/2 size of a normal size drink. Apps in this set are perfect size. The entrees are a bit smaller in portion than your normal dinner size but I totally understand given the price point. Entre size was like a lunch portion maybe a tad smaller. The ice cream was nice but didn't taste like coconut without the flakes. It was the size of a munchkin for comparison. Overall, it was a fast service and great set if you can make it M-F 5-7pm. Negatives - - The spacing between tables / actual tables are super intimate and close together. - Portions are inconsistent. Tables around us had bigger portions. The ice cream size for us looked much smaller than the ones posted last week. I would come again for this dinner set. I am not sure about everything else
"Pochana Thai in Astoria is a delightful discovery! The flavors in their dishes are absolutely delicious, and the service is impressively quick. I did request the Thai Friend Basil to be less spicy, but it still had quite a kick to it. On the other hand, my friend ordered the Pai Thai, and it was excellent. We also shared the fried squid legs served with a sweet and spicy sauce. While the squid was a tad chewier than expected, the overall taste was still quite enjoyable."
Loved this place! The food felt truly authentic, and the customer service was warm and attentive. A lovely dining experience overall.
If you are looking for price first, and everything else later this $16 dinner meal is a good value. Portions are appropriate for price, Thai iced tea was good. The pad Thai was good but it really just wasn’t something I’d get again. The flavors are too lacking, shrimp had very little flavor as well. The pad kee mao thing we had was too sweet for our liking. It is good for a cheap meal though especially with an appetizer. I do like that they have a few GF options. Room is extremely small, and it’s one of those quick turnaround spots to eat and go. Personally, as much as I enjoy a good deal, I would rather pay a few bucks more for better quality dishes.
Came for the 16$ early dinner deal Can't go wrong with a 4 course meal, definitely worth coming and leaving satisfied Nice cozy place, the deal is from 5-7pm, came at 5:30pm and got seated right away. The various options is nice, mostly noodles and rice dishes with meat being a 2-3$ add-on, but overall all the food was delicious. Highly recommend if in the area
Honestly mediocre food —we ordered from GRUBHUB Over a half It was not also not accurate. They didn’t give brown rice we asked and We paid for — also did not give extra vegetables we paid for - so overall we will not be going Back to this place
Fast service. Best Thai food. I had to come back and edit my review sadly. The servers have been so rude and grouchy lately. The food is still very good. However, the service has been making it a very unpleasant experience. I will still eat the food but absolutely not tipping while being treated poorly
Great food but expensive! Be careful when ordering takeout, portions are tiny. I paid $14 for a cup of white rice, 1/3 cup of veggies, 1/2 cup of tofu, dime for size reference. Most restaurants would give u this whole container full of tofu & veggies and add a thing of rice on the side.
I ordered a beef chili basil dish, and literally one second after I paid, I asked if it was possible to switch it to something of equivalent cost — a braised beef with curried rice from their special menu that I didn't see at first. They told me they couldn't make the change because "it's already made." I want to stress that I asked immediately after paying — within 2 seconds — and still, two separate staff members told me the kitchen had already prepared the dish and that they'd have to throw it out if I changed my order. I said I understood and stood off to the side since this was a takeout order. A few minutes later, one of the staff asked me to sit down, and after waiting about 15 minutes, they finally brought me my food. What really bothered me wasn't really the delay - I didn't mind waiting, but the complete lack of concern for my experience— especially considering this restaurant charges more than many similar spots. The whole situation left a bad impression, and I walked away feeling disappointed and turned off. In top of the that they gave me chicken when I ordered the beef! I probably won't go here again.
There are so many great places in NYC to eat that I avoid places where I experience rude behavior as I did here today. Plenty of other good Thai food nearby. I won't be back.
This was my first time trying Pochana. I enjoy Thai food and try to visit as many when possible. Let me first say this, the service was quick, however, I must say, the food was extremely greasy. I am so sorry I didn't take pictures for proof, as my fingers we so greasy and I couldn't pick up my phone. I ordered the roti, curry puff, and scallion pancakes. My friend ended up throwing her scallion pancakes in the garbage. I had to squeeze each roti skin in a napkin too soak up the oil. Very disappointed. I haven't tried the curry puff yet since I think I have had enough greasy food for the night. I'll try it tomorrow. Two stars because the service was quick.
Went for the early bird special, but the advertised price of $16 was misleading because any protein costs an additional $2 to $3. The portions were small, and I actually left hungry and grabbed a slice of pizza afterward. The food was okay, but everyone in my party ended up with bad stomach aches and felt sick the entire next day. The service also left a lot to be desired. The waitresses were pushy and seemed visibly annoyed with our small group, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Overall, between the upselling, small portions, mediocre food, and poor service, I won’t be returning.
“I went for the $16 special meal, which includes an appetizer and a main drink. I ordered the spring rolls, but the portion was very small — I only got two pieces. I also ordered the Pad Thai, but I ended up not liking it at all even though it was hyped on their menu. It even had a strange smell. The service was also slow and very unprofessional. I’m not coming back here again.”
I ordered squid leg and it’s burn the lady server told me that I think it’s natural color because the oil is dark that means they didnt change there oil when it’s already too dark.
The service is great. The food is hit or miss. The last time I ate there, it was absolutely disgusting. We got some noodle dish and it tasted like ketchup and peanuts with shrimp on slimy noodles. The time before that we got a fried rice dish that was quite good. If you like taking risks this is the place for you. The atmosphere isn't bad it's small. The service is great. I find the people who work there very kind gentle and polite. If only they could be more consistent with their food. The portions were quite small but considering the food tastes horrible their small portions really wasn't the main issue.
I’m really frustrated by this restaurant’s lack of consistency and transparency around ingredients. The first time I went, I was undecided between the Pad Thai and another dish. I asked whether the Pad Thai contained fish sauce (mind you, fish sauce is NOT listed among the ingredients on their menu), as I can’t eat it. The waitress assured me that if an ingredient isn’t listed, it’s not used. I trusted that, but that day I ended up ordering something else. Today, I decided to finally try the Pad Thai and, just to be extra safe, I added a note saying I could not have fish sauce. Thankfully, I included that note: I soon got a call from the restaurant letting me know that their Pad Thai “always” contains fish sauce. So which is it? I was lucky. But what if I hadn’t added that note? What if I had simply trusted the information I was given or assumed the menu was accurate? I would have ended up eating something I intentionally avoid. Customers need to be able to trust that ingredient information is accurate and that staff are able to answer basic questions about what’s in the food. Please, LIST YOUR INGREDIENTS CLEARLY, and make sure your staff provides consistent, reliable information. Until that happens, I can’t trust what’s on my plate. Sadly, I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who needs to know what they’re eating. If the restaurant updates its menu to accurately reflect ingredients, I’d be more than happy to change my review.
I stopped by a week ago with a friend. The $16 meal deal was alright, the portions were on the small side. What I didn't appreciate was that as more people came, the waitress sat them on either side of our table when there were other tables spaced around the restaurant. We were all squished like ants - no place to put bags or coats. Here's the part that I don't like - it seems like they automatically added a gratuity to the bill. The woman didn't give me a receipt, demanded $22 in cash as the total when I only ordered the $16 dinner, and even with taxes and fees it shouldn't be that expensive. That's more than a 30% tip! Then she had the audacity to ask me how much I wanted to give for tip AFTER I paid the $22. Sneaky, unacceptable, not worth it. ***EDIT*** - 12/21/25 - I reached out to them as they asked, and a month later they still haven't responded. Just horrible.
I’m never coming back here again. The food was mid and not as good as I expected. The service was slow, and the waitress didn’t even seem to know how to serve customers. Absolutely terrible service. The only thing I liked was the Thai iced tea. This place also feels like a scam — they add an automatic 18% gratuity and still ask for more tips. It shouldn’t be like this; tipping should be our choice. This is not good at all.
BEWARE!!! They will overcharge you and think you wont notice. Woman at register includes tip in bill, please ask them on the spot to break down the price for you so that you are aware of this. Customers should be able to CHOOSE how much tip a server deserves. You can find better Thai food elsewhere with honest prices and kinder employees.
Don’t listen to advice from TikTok. The price is ok but the portions are tiny. The Thai iced tea is good. Also the service is slow and they add on 18% auto gratuity and they still ask for more tip. So yeaaaaaaah nah
Two Waitresses. Ill mannered. The restaurant was empty when they’re around 945 pm. I had a bike they told me to wait outside. I was looking at the menu from their website, trying to order a dish from the family size and they’re like its not available. They Started speaking something, possibly in Chinese something about me it didnt get a good vibe. Im sure they are good. Thanks
SUBPAR/MID Thai Food no flavor & small portions. I won’t return also it smelled in the restaurant not sure if it was a stinky sour towel they kept using to wipe the tables or what but it didn’t smell good. Wings were overcooked & curry was full of bamboo shoots 5 shrimp inside that were not cleaned I lost my appetite upon seeing this.
Went for the $16 deal. The portions were so small. The appetizer was two dumplings… So it wasn’t an early bird special. I was just a promo grab. Food was good. Cannot complain about the taste but the service was also bad. Waited 15 minutes for the ice cream that ended up being a spoonful of ice cream. Left still hungry.
