Wow, this place is so amazing. Food, people, and service are above and beyond my expectations. I loved their signature, SMB (Seoul Meets Bagel). It was so delicious and portion was big. You won't be disappointed. If I ever visit the NYC again, I will not hesitate to go back.

This place rules. From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere - just 10 out of 10. Seoul meets bagel might have been the best breakfast I have ever had in my life - and Ben’s balls are also just a can’t miss item. Next time we are back in the area I will make it a requirement to swing by and grab some more of the awesome food (and balls) from this awesome establishment.

This place lives up to the hype 100%. The SMB sandwich and the veggie version were both fantastic and each ended up being enough for two meals. The surprise star was the arancini that had beef bugolgi and kimchi. The owner was super welcoming and funny too and made hs feel like regulars (which we hope to be even though we don't live in Queens lol).

This place is so quintessential nyc. It's busy and loud and delicious and perfect! I love the staff, they are so funny and lively. The food is phenomenal. They always have free snacks like Nutella pudding or fried rice balls. I come here often for bagels and coffee. There is typically a line, but it moves quickly. Love this place!

Stopped on our way back to Boston after visiting friends and schools. Definitely lived up to the hype. We got the soy garlic wings and DAPS which were both fantastic. Banana pudding and arancini are also amazing. Ben is an amazing owner and worth giving him your business. Ask him to make you an ice tea - far better than the bottled stuff. Highly recommend!

Finally decided to take a trip into Astoria to try this bagel place and was met with joy and satisfaction! The staff is super kind, and was very helpful in suggesting what items to try since it was our first time there. The bagels we got were around ~$11 which seems a little pricey but the portion is huge and they are very generous with the amount of meat filling so I think it's actually very value. I liked the DAPS better than the SMB because it had a sweetness to it that complimented the rest of the sandwich, but both were excellent. The owner was so kind that he even threw in a complimentary order of Ben's Balls for us to try which ended up being super delicious too! Will definitely be coming back :)

I was on my way to the airport from the Bronx and looked up bagel shops along the way and Between the Bagel was the highest rated. I understand why now! The food was delicious and the service was great! I was laughing the entire time I was in there and absolutely destroyed my bagel sandwich and Ben’s ball! This wasn’t just the best shop on my way to the airport, it’s one of the best bagel shops I’ve been to in New York!

Very nice, energetic owner working the front and is clearly a good friend of all the locals. Gave a free arancini while waiting for the order. Also accepts payments only after the order is completely ready. Arancini was fresh and delicious, I got a SMB on an everything bagel and took a few extra bagels to eat at home with their scallion cream cheese. 정말 최고입니다.

Between the Bagel NY truly lives up to the hype! Their SMB bagel is a must-try, incredibly filling and delicious. And don't even get me started on the Kimchi Balls – the sauce is perfection. Seriously, half a bagel can be a full meal! Plus, the staff's kindness and occasional free dessert samples make every visit a delight. It's easily one of the best bagel spots in NYC, and I'm a loyal customer.

Truly live up to the glowing review. Staffs were really friendly, making recommendation on bagel option to go with the filling, and give out Ben’s Ball randomly for customers to try. They genuinely look happy to be there. Opted for the famous Seoul Meets Bagel and although its ~$11, it is a good value and fill with flavorful marinated beef. A good spot in the neighborhood!

Best bagel in New York! We discovered Ben’s place on our first morning in New York and kept returning every day during our trip. We tried different bagels, all super delicious, huge portions with fresh ingredients (even the mini bagel makes you full). Make sure you try SMB, truly amazing! Ben is very kind and friendly, the whole place has a nice atmosphere. Between the Bagel is a true gem, absolutely recommend to anyone around!

Korean inspired bagels. The bagel we got was just okay, but I like the concept. My roommates really loved it tho. Was a bit of a wait to get our food. They had free complimentary chocolate banana pudding tho (so nice of them!) - Seoul meets bagel (SMB): 8/10, pretty good flavor and large! Didn’t wow me tho - Chocolate banana pudding (complimentary): 9/10, so solid! Very chocolatey

Great relationship with the staff, you can tell this place is very community-based and really knows its locals. The food is great, and the bagel with kimchi is such a unique, original combination you don’t usually find anywhere else. I do recommend it for a one-of-a-kind flavor, though the meat isn’t the highest quality. MASSIVE PORTION SIZE.
