I ordered the 3 for me. The old timer burger, garden salad and ice tea. The food was delicious, the burger cooked to perfection and you can't beat the price.

We had a good meal at Chili's. The service was impeccable! I wish I remembered the young man who waited on us. My husband ordered the Philly Cheese steak and I ordered the Old Fashioned Hamburger with a salad. My husband's Philly was a gooy mess of goodness. He loved it. You can't go wrong with a good old-fashioned burger. It was nice and thick and juicy. The only complaint was that they sat us near the kitchen. We endured many loud kitchen sounds during lunch. Not great but we didn't say anything. Great job on the food and service 🌶️'s.

The food is delicious and moderately priced. The staff here are amazing too. They're polite, quick, and go out of their way for you. The TVs are good too and they show multiple different sports.

Came here tonight with my kids I was tired of Really everything in the area Super Glad we did because Griffin gave GREAT SERVICE I mean she did not miss a beat. Our food was fresh she offered refills and suggestions on what to order I hadn’t had good service in awhile from anywhere it just genuinely felt good to be waited on from a waitress with a good attitude So with that being said Ask for Griffin 😉 the restaurant was Clean there was no dirty tables and smelled Fresh as well the young man saw us coming in and opened the door and as we were leaving he held the door and waived Goodnight!

This is the best Chili’s I’ve ever been too. They always have fantastic customer service. Tonight I decided to do take out for my order. It was late and I really just wanted to get home. I was taken care of by Isaac. He was the sweetest ever. So soft spoken! The whole staff was working hard while being extremely busy. As someone who works in fast food, I understand where they were at mentally and I think every single one of them did a fantastic job.

Food came out hot and most was yummy. I think they over cooked the street corn. Berry margaritas was very de-lish!!! David was one of the best waiters we have ever had there. Very friendly attentive and didn’t mind us asking for refills, napkins, boxes etc. do wish they had automatic doors for wheelchair bound customers. Would make it easier on the peeps that are with them. Trying to hold open a door, push someone through and take to go food out takes talent to not spill!!

I went for curbside and did not have to wait long at all. The to - go specialist was fast and careful with the food. I even dropped my headphones without noticing when paying and she gave them to me. Her name was Farrah and definitely deserves a raise.

Have not been to a Chili's in about 10 years. I was surprised about how quickly the wait staff takes orders and brings out the food. The food was hot and delicious. Prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back more often.

I just want to say thank you to all who work at the Atascocita location. I left my makeup bag full of gift cards in the booth. I don't use it all the time so I didn't realize it was gone until a week later. I called and they kept it with all my belongings in it. I can't thank them enough for their honesty and integrity.

I always have a good time in this restaurant. Henry does very good customer service in the bar area, always taking care of the customers with a positive attitude.

There is a guy with short hair that works at the bar that always provides top notch service. I go there periodically with my wife and toddler son and he always takes care of it. Attentive, courteous, and timely. Not sure his name but he looks like the lead singer from the band “The Fray”. Always great service and makes my visit to chilis a great one. This combined with the good value of a chilis meal makes this my favorite place to eat in Atascocita.

We asked for her name because after a long day of travel, she was very welcoming & interactive. Our service was really good but we didn’t catch his name. This was our first visit, it wasn’t very crowded. I have been to other Chili’s in the past, but not this one. For an appetizer we had chips and salsa. I ordered the combo plate with baby back ribs, chicken and quesadillas. There was plenty of food I didn’t finish the French fries and corn. Next time I’ll only get two options…. The food was delicious, juicy and hot. The burger was great !! I liked the option to pay at the table with the POS device, that way we don’t need to wait for the check. Our waiter was awesome and we will be back.

Cara, our server was excellent. Great customer service and friendly smile. The food was good. Although the onion rings we were a little dry and flavorless. The burger and fries was delicious. My daughter enjoyed her tenders and fries. The one thing I regret is the fact that children don't eat free on Tuesdays, like advertised. I should have driven 2 miles to Applebee's instead. Never, I still tipped 25 percent.

The service was amazing. Our serve was very pleasant, timely, and well mannered. My friend and I both got the soup and salad for our entree. The price for what you get is spot on. The only down side during our visit was the music. They were not busy enough for the music to be as loud as it was. However the experience was pleasant.

Went out late last night with a couple of friends to catch up over dinner and drinks. Even though it was later in the evening and I'm sure the staff was tired, our server Griffin was very friendly and attentive. She made sure we had what we needed but didn't overcrowd us. We had a great time and felt very taken care of. Great black bean burger as always.

Chili’s never fails at serving good food. We were a party of four on Mother’s Day ordering appetizer and two shared entrees. The portions were large enough there was plenty of food. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Requests were handled quickly. Overall, the dining experience was enjoyable.

I was craving wings, but my boyfriend doesn't like wingstop. GPS took us here. Our server seated us quickly and took our drink order. It wasn't busy as it was an hour before close. Our server was very attentive to our needs. Would definitely go back.

(4.5 Stars) Monday at 11am on the dot, doors opened up and an employee let us in. We were the first seated and our orders were taken. Great service. In and out within 35 minutes! Great variety of food. Attentive hostess. The place is clean, unless you take a look at A N Y of the walls. Don't do that. Please don't do that as you will surely regret it. I suppose children are the reason for this but they definitely need a wipe down with extra elbow grease (the walls that is not the children haha). I haven't been to Chili's for awhile. They have changed so many menu items, some for better some for worse. The price increase is what shocked me. I don't feel like the 3 of us had $70 worth of food but I guess we did. My oldest son got the bacon double ranch and my youngest got the old timer. I got the 4 piece chicken crisper and the chips n salsa were free thanks to the chili rewards!! I realize that along with every thing else in this world growing in price, that restaurants have to do the same. It just makes it bad for the lower income, single parent families to ever afford to go to dinner. This last part is for my own personal satisfaction but I wish they would cut the lemons for tea appropriately. Make the wedges bigger, easier to handle and squeeze. Cutting a lemon into 15 pieces just frustrates the person trying to squeeze something out of these small slices lol.

If you order online, you'll get a text saying to wait in your car and they'll text you when your food is ready. No they won't! Just go inside and wait in that cramped little space. It's one of my pet peeves when a company makes a big deal about a process, then they don't follow it. Btw, wayyyyy too expensive for what it is.

Update: this is a dine in review with a to go order. I had a free chips and queso reward so I had lunch in the restaurant. I was seated in the bar area and got excellent service. The food was very good and I added a to go order to take home for dinner. Haven't had the steak yet but the last time I had it it was very good. If you like Chilli's you might want to sign up for rewards. They are always offering something for free. This is a curbside pickup review. The curbside menu needs a little work. One of the things I ordered was the triple dipper appetizer and you only had one option to pick a sauce - the other two sauces were picked for you. Also, there was no place to modify an order - I would have liked to have had the pico left off the steak. The southwest egg rolls were very good, the big mouth burgers were good, the asparagus was delicious, the steak was undercooked but had a very good flavor and was still tender even after a minute in the microwave, but one of the chicken tenders had that rubbery texture of improper cooking. That one was tossed.

Rude to go staff. No welcome, no response after just throwing your food at you. And turning. Their back, fall creek location has better CS. They are more worried about having inappropriate conversations amongst themselves.

Chili's is a good place to eat. I usually eat here when my kids ask for it. I feel as if these restaurants are outdated and overrated. With so many new culinary choices, Chili's is a bit behind. The cleanliness is not the best as tables are sometimes sticky, and the restrooms are run down. Overall, it is okay but not a first choice.

The food steak, something call loaded mash potatoes and 7 noodles called Mac & cheese Not impressed by the food at all ? 10 oz sirloin (?) loaded with fat. No seasoning at ALL ! Frozen to grill

Our waitress Maddy was awful, the manager was kind and polite, the restaurant was clean, restaurant was clean, the food was decent but not worth the price. Would have given better score if waitress was better. She needs ALOT MORE TRAINING she isn't ready to serve people! If the manager reads this.... please PLEASE send her back to training cause if there wasnt a button to push on her tablet she had no clue what to do and teach her about cuts of meat, teach her how to interact with people, how to engage in conversation. A basic course in sales would be worth the investment. This isn't meant to be mean! My hope is she will grow as a waitress it was clear she had never worked as a waitress before. The manager was GREAT.

Chili's shows incremental improvement, but the service remains excessively slow. The Ribeye, ordered medium-rare, arrived as medium and was under-seasoned. The Tex Fries were served cold, giving the impression of reheated leftovers—a critical flaw. On a positive note, the Molten Chocolate Cake is consistently loved and a great choice for families. The Margaritas remain the restaurant’s reliable highlight and a strong reason to visit the bar.

Service was actually really good. The food was was terrible. Whoever decided to change the menu needs to be fired. I had the chicken bowl and it's only a faint shadow of the delicious bowl it used to be. The chicken was spongy AND dry as an added bonus. The chili bowl had enough sodium in it for a week's worth of your prescribed daily intake. Both of those dishes were some of my faves on the menu. Will not be coming back. Waiter was great though so they had that going for them.

Food was decent but service seemed to be lacking and not attentive. Had to ask for every refill of drinks and for empty dishes to be taken so we could free up space. Not extremely busy in the section we were in or I could understand that issue. For a party of 7 and a bill of $160...I would've expected better.

Update 10/28 I came back excited to have diner with my girlfriend. After being seated we were greated with two employees one a Manager training and the another that was new to the job. Everything was fine up until we ordered our appetizer/drinks. As the Manager and young waitress left walking away the Manager turns not even 1.5 seconds of leaving, turns looks back at me and says clear as day "Yeah, you're getting slapped tonight" not breaking any eye contact what so ever with me. I was so confused I asked myself did that really happen? Then my girlfriend said "wait what?! Did she really say that?" Mind you, yes the booth next to us was quite loud but I heard the manager clear as day say that. That threw me off and after telling another waitress we were okay on eating there, that we not even drank a sip of our beverages yet and she gave us attitude like that. I've managed food service and retail for 7 years. Never have I ever had someone blatantly disrespectful both me and my girlfriend but also ruin our casual stops at Chilis. This is new to me. I've dealt with bad behavior from employees but never have I heard some obscure comment that was totally uncalled for. I wish I got her name but she was a mid aged Caucasian woman (Manager training someone ) at 8:40 pm You can find our possible order of a tall shinerbock, tito punch and mozzarella sticks. My family has eaten at this location before and it was perfectly fine. But tonight everything was awful!! The salad I ordered was full of black old lettuce. I'm really surprised that they had the audacity to actually give it to me. The pasta entrees were deplorable and flavorless! The southwest egg rolls tasted so so so so old. As if they had been reheated several times. Extremely disappointing! We will not be returning!

I loved Chili’s from the 90s to whenever they removed the Awesome Blossom, but when you can’t even count on the chicken fingers anymore, it’s over.

The only good and delicious food there was the appetizers Triple Trio we tried the fajitas mix it’s fair for a fast food restaurant but not tasty at all. The tenders were okay the Mac and cheese that comes with it it’s nasty and very watery the fries were good with ranch Mango tea wasn’t good at all very water down. Pink lemonade wasn’t good need more taste to it or maybe just more ice. I order a Corona very it’s was good very dressed and cold,I haven’t been there in a very long long time and price was expensive for what my food taste. Now i see why. In order from best to worst parts of this visit. First the service was good. We sat in a booth by the bar, and the bartender was attentive and efficient. No complaints there. The chips and salsa came out warm, which was a nice surprise, and the place looked for the most part clean. What could use some work: the men's bathroom. I get that things break, but the stall door having a crappy latch is just being lazy. What didn't work: The menu. It wasn't that long ago when I would get the 3 for Me with the Old Timer with cheese. It was a hearty burger, and probably the best deal in town. Those days are now gone. Chili's has chosen to now press the burger down to half the size, which means it's actually a lesser amount of meat, essentially making it a smash burger (an overcooked one). And they have an actual smash burger on the menu, albeit at a different price. The bartender did his normal sales pitch when I complained, but he failed to hide the truth: he said it was the same size as their smash burgers and cooked the same way. Then why bother with the two menu entries at different prices? This is a problem because I don't care how they spin it. They raised the price, and now you get about half of what you used to get, and they spin it like it was always that way. NO... IT WASN'T. I WOULD KNOW; I'VE ORDERED IT FOR YEARS. If you are going to con people out of their money, at the very least, don't overcook it the thing. Furthermore, the "cups" of enchilada soups are getting smaller by the day, with the new serving about twice the size of a thimble. It's embarrassing. And if that wasn't bad enough, they won't actually say chicken enchilada soup out loud anymore. It's just enchilada soup apparently. Probably because you'll get lucky if you get a single piece of chicken in it. I suppose if you don't say it, you're not obligated to serve it. I visited a different Chili's a while back, and was incredibly disappointed with them as well, mostly due to the same menu issue and bad service, but decided to give this one a try because it looked newer. Again, service was great, atmosphere was just Chili's, but the menu and food (the whole reason to go there) is simply not worth the price. It'll be a long while before we come back to any Chili's as this seems to be a pattern now. It's incredibly disappointing and heartbreaking. I used to love the old Oldtimers with Cheese. This new thing is not worth the trip or the money.

They got our "to-go" order wrong. When we called to get our order replaced, they said we had bring in the "wrong" order back as proof before they could start the right order. Needless to say, my husband was already home and we all started eating except my daughter because they gave her spicy vs original. He had to bag our order, take it back, and then he had to wait for the correct order. Yes we talked to the manager and that was her "20 yr old self" instructions. Ridiculous!

Worst. Service. Ever. My husband and I visited after an extremely long day at work. Exhausted and hungry, the guy working the host station told us it would be 20 minutes, but waitress for 40, which was weird because the place was really dead. The server was really nice, but they always disappear for like 10-15 minutes at a time, which is really inconvenient when you need more to drink! I wouldn't classify this as the worst experience ever, but efficiency is not a quality here. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area with much better service.

This location of chilis was the worst food iv ever eaten from chilis in my life ! Wow smh EVERYTHING was nasty &imean everything ! im so sad right now . The ribs were 90 degree , GRAVEYARD bone dry ; imean swallowing raw cinnamon dry smh &they were burnt as well ; the loaded mash was HORRIBLE with absolutely no taste , it was literally like eating display food ; my goodness smh ..&i ALWAYS get their loaded mash , but from different locations the sauce that was on everything was a nasty , sour type of tangy , not chipotle tangy ..like a spoiled sour type of taste . HORRIBLE the meat inside of my sliders had a spoiled tang to it as well lord have mercy &it made my stomach hurt .. my croutons inside of my salad were made from saved bread tht they had in the back of the fridge dating back to the 1950’s , im convinced smh they were unbelievably stale ! I cant believe chilis did me like this today , i will never in my entire life go back to this location ..yal really hurt my taste buds , my stomach &my feelings BAD smh

I really wish that I could give this establishment 0 stars because of the lack of service, the lack of ability in getting an order correct and no remedy to rectify the situation. The manager, Issac T. is not competent enough to manage anything. He is too emotional and does not provide a solution. His comprehension level is very minute, very unsatisfactory, very poor. I gave visual aids (the food) and he still seemed to not understand the problem. He came to the table with a negative attitude, he did not smile nor apologized for the inconvenience, he did not properly introduce himself and he refused to modify the bill to only reflect the food that was not returned. I refuse to pay for something that was not consumed. I guess I asked too difficult of a question because he refused to answer me and walked to the back. I had to ask multiple workers just to get his name and no one seemed to know the number to corporate or an area manager. Issac is the "manager" of this establishment who does not display the characteristics of a manager nor leader, instead he is a coward who does not understand the meaning of great customer service. This experience was the absolute worse!

We hadn’t been to Chili’s in awhile. Don’t bother, everything went up like $40%, they messed up a big item we purchased, the party platter crispers- we ordered the honey chipotle and got home to see it wasn’t sauced. They forgot the ranch also. And the pasta and fries were mid. I had contacted Isaac the manager for a refund. Wasn’t processed. After 6 days I had to email and after a back and forth was still only refunded the price of the plain crispers not the whole bill that I asked bc of tip, tax, missing ranch for the meal, or the trouble I went through. So we are not returning to Chili’s. Spend your business elsewhere.

I hope the beef fajita is not one of your best selling point. I paid $33 for some pre-cooked frozen beef fajita. That taste like y’all warmed it up in the microwave I believe that’s the worst fajita I’ve ever ate and I eat it all the time so bad I didn’t finish my plate

I was super hungry coming from work haven't eaten all day and walked into Chili's to the order takeout told her exactly face-to-face what I wanted. When I got home 17 me later they gave me something completely different than what I ordered I called and talked to the manager Matt because I was so upset about this and all he could say was but you were only charged for this. I continue to tell him it doesn't matter what the charge was I wanted what I ordered and expected it to be that. I feel like it should have been compensated in some way

The brisket quesadillas were horrible. They barely had any meat, almost no cheese, and far too much nasty BBQ sauce.

We came and ordered waters and free chips and salsa.. we waited for our waitress to come back and it took her 25 minutes to come take our order - she seemed really busy and like she needed help but we ended up leaving because it was taking way too long

This is the lettuce i received for my bowl . None of the modifications i made were fulfilled . My kids can’t even eat the food due to this. I order through door dash so i was told there was nothing they could do . Pasta dry with Cajun spice ALL OVER IT . I didn’t even get the items there were supposed to come with the order per their own menu. Absolutely ridiculous. Money down the drain and no accommodations. door dash does not reimburse the full amount . NEVER AGAIN

Haven’t been to this location and a few months. Sad to see it’s gone down hill. Food was cold, after we got out food we never saw the waitress again. Never got refills. We had to pay on the tablet because never came back to the table to help us. Worse service I’ve had at this location.

My husband and myself visited this Chili's location Monday. We went at time of the day after lunch closer to 4:00 when there were no more than 2 other customers seated at tables. When we entered we waited for more than 5 minutes while the waitstaff was having a hardy laugh with the bartender. We were finally seated and a waitress came and never returned. We watched her/him visit the same two tables twice without ever returning to us. As we were leaving we watched a person (looked like the owner) take a handful of cash from the bartender watched us as we left and the waitress looked at us from a distance without saying sorry, or acknowledging us leaving. We will NEVER return. BTW I am black and my husband is white. All patrons in the restaurant were white.

Went to celebrate my brithday but was disappointed highly unsatisfied by our server and her fellow crew members was treated like a option rather a choice to provide great and quilty service. And the meal portions were samller than usual as well.

We were standing at the front waiting for almost 5 minites before we were even greeted and seated, while we were the only ones waiting. after being seated, it took roughly 15 minutes before someone even came by to ask if our orders had been taken yet. after our orders were taken, I opened my silverware and was greeted to a disgusting dirty knife and fork. We spent another 20 minutes waiting for our food. When I finally got my burger, It was cooked medium-rare (I was never asked how I wanted it cooked, and this could have easily upset someone else). It was also missing the tomatos, and was not served with the promised garlic dill pickels as advertised. Overall, Service 1/5. so much waiting, on a relatively empty and non-busy resteraunt, is insane food 2/5. tasted fine, but not served as advertised. Unacceptable. I likely won’t be back here, the service has constantly been getting worse every visit, and now the food is coming out wrong.

Ordered 2 old times with cheese on door dash. I specifically asked for both to be well done and they are so pink and bloody its disgusting!

Worst service, management, dirty atmosphere and cold food experience ever. Stay away. We chose to dine in on a Sunday around 5-ish and was not what appeared to be crowded... we sat down and waited... and waited... AND waited. After 10 minutes someone finally came and got our drink order. There must have been a shortage on ice water because it took another 10 minutes. When they finally brought our drinks the waiter said he'd be back in a few to take our order... but it was longer than that. Given that we had a baby and a 3 year old we were getting pretty frustrated, especially because our 3 year kept saying he was hungry and so far all we had gotten was drinks. More time and more waiting had us about to walk out the front door. We finally managed to order an appetizer from another waiter which still took forever to get his attention. Manager came to apologize but sounded bothered and rushed. We tried to put our dinner order in with him but he again sent our waiter(whom was a complete scatter brain), again, took another long period of time and although we had our 3 year old occupied with the table games he just couldn't sit any longer. Our dinner and appetizer came together (horrible timing) and all I could focus on was the steak I ordered that was 5 times smaller in person than the actual picture on the menu. My husband ordered ribs and although he said they were cold he was okay with it but was left without any napkins to wipe his hands clean. Again... waited for service and couldn't find any. They also charged us with a side of shrimp that was never brought out and when we asked him to adjust the ticket he looked at us in disbelief. No, we never received it. Anyway, between the check, check adjustments, and to-go boxes we spent more time waiting then actually enjoying our meal. I could have spent less and made a faster meal for our wasted time here.

On February 4, 2026, my family and I dined at this establishment after a long week. We opted for in-restaurant dining to relax and unwind. While the food was good, the service was adequate. However, the hostesses, who were seemingly idle, were seated behind us in the booth. As the restaurant was not busy, they engaged in inappropriate conversations among themselves. They discussed various men they were in relationships with, cosmetic procedures such as lip fillers, and other personal matters. This behavior was particularly annoying, considering that they were employees. Their actions did not reflect well on the company, and the management should take corrective action. Alternatively, they could be assigned a specific location in the back of the restaurant where they can sit and socialize and receive compensation without actually benefiting the job they’re hired to do.

Upon entry we were not greeted. We sat ourselves at the bar where two bartenders talked and ignored us and still refused to acknowledge or greet us. It took over ten minutes to receive water to drink. We had to remind her to get our appetizers, which was almost cold at that point! She didn’t follow any of the instructions on the salmon which was dry and no pesto like I asked for. When we were told they were out of broccoli, we were told that asparagus was the substitute. Failing to mention the extra amount then charges me an extra fee!! I was so disappointed in the lack of intelligence behind the serving line and all the chatter about I nearly lost my temper and walked out. The food was good but I will never go to the 1960 location in humble ever again.

My food was poorly prepared. I ordered the triple dipper. Burgers without bacon, southwest egg rolls and boneless buffalo wings. The burgers looked as if someone scrapped the cheese off of one and a big chunk of meat was missing. There was also a white substance in the meat. The wings were hard. The food didn’t appear fresh at all. Highly disappointed.
