Customer service has really went down. I don’t know how great it ever was, I’ve only been in the area about 7 months but it’s keeps getting worse at this location. My drink is always good, but this last order I had to wait seems a bit long for my order and when it came it was missing the fries. Ok, all I order was 1 drink, a fry and an onion ring. When I said I didn’t get it, the girl simply replied , that I wasn’t charged for a fry and continued to talk to a customer flirting with her. No remedy for my order. So I left. Will not be returning to this location.

Very slow this sonic is so bad and it’s the one on 1960 across from target this is so sad they took our order and it never came out no one never came out and said anything… yall please don’t come here ever very unprofessional..

I went through the drive-through and ordered one Meal and a drink the lady at the window could not count or she was trying to steal from me. She was a heavier set white lady with brown hair and I think she had glasses but she told My total was 18.64 So I gave her A $20 bill and .64 cents So I could get two dollars back. She took my money, hurried up and shut the window and then before she gave me my food, she gave me like $.50 back. I told her that I gave her a 20 and the exact change so I should have two dollars back. She did not argue with me. She said that she was sorry, but when she gave me the change, she left the window open and she turned around to her purse and took two dollars out of her purse instead of the register so I am assuming she was stealing my change and thinking that I wouldn’t notice so watch how much change you get back from this sonic

Went to sonic today the lady was incredibly rude and has the most annoying voice she got my order wrong twice and was mean about it and it took about 15 minutes for one meal and they served about 3 people in front of me when I went to her and told her she got an attitude with me and started ignoring me and said I was incredibly rude to her when I wasn’t and she explained to me they have a new manager so they are messing up multiple orders because it’s part of a managers learning experience and so I asked to cancel my order and she slammed the window shut and got even meaner and came back and told me I should get my refund in about a week if I don’t get my refund I’m going back to argue

Horrible place the staff is horrible and mean and messed up our order twice and then started yelling at us and getting an attitude and told us to leave after making us wait about 15 minutes and she openly admitted to messing up multiple peoples orders

The heat and exhaustion of the day can get to you now and then in Texas weather, but never rely on Sonic to provide any relief. Their service is truly horrendous—just terrible. If you’re thirsty, quench your thirst somewhere else. The service is the worst part, so I warn everyone to stay away and spend your money elsewhere.

Don't even try going to this sonic it's exactly 11:34 Sunday September 28 I saw two lady's going to there car (workers) I asked if they were still open.Lady looked racist by how she was looking at me and my children and said real bothered only drive thru.Could already see her face was pist that someone actually came and they have to work.i pulled up to the drive thru and she says sorry our slushy machine is not working etc just not wanting to work.I will be reporting this sonic to corporate.Also I pulled over to write this review and the man that works there at sonics just followed me.He parked right behind me,so I had no choice but to leave and I shouted I was gonna call the cops if he continued to follow me.What were they trying to do,scare me?Follow me home? Follow me home then vandalize my home?

It’s 1am on a Friday. This sonic has just opened up 24hrs. I go to visit and get a #3 w mustard, and a country fried steak sandwich w tots and a cherry limeade. I do not feel the need to check the bag bc i was clear they were clear in hearing me and trust has to start somewhere. The burger was lukewarm and missing mustard (the person who ordered was hungry so no pic of that unfrotunately), the steak sandwich was drier than the knee of a person who doesn’t believe in lotion but is trying to start, and the tots were clearly scraped from the bottom of the tray. The tots were smooshed w lots of crispy crumbs, thats how i know. So go on ahead and give em their regular hours back when the food was better and you werent tryna capitalize n still not pay a livable wage thank yoooooouuu cos i did not deserve to pay for that 🥰

Bun was very old hard as a rock. I was going to eat the meat but then thought maybe it was old too. Manager did say she would reimburse my card. But why would you send this out not a 12$ burger Update called again no contact from owner and no refund. My suggestion is to avoid this place and go to the one by the Kroger on Atascocita. Much fresher food and quick. Called in twice owner still hasn’t contacted me. If there was a zero star I’d use it. Still no refund, no call from owner 3 calls to corporate nothing crickets. This dump needs to close up. Obviously the owner doesn’t care.
