Domino's

Location consistently lies about order ready times, food is often undercooked, location is extremely understaffed as well. Do not come here, it is worth taking the time to go to a different location.

We’ve pretty much given up on this miserable Dominoes. We tried one more time. We ordered a simple cheese pizza for delivery at 6:42pm. Still no pizza at 8:40. We gave up and tried to cancel the order. We called the location several times and just went to voicemail. Of course voicemail is full. 1-800 number all AI and tells you you have to call the store to cancel. Ugh. I’ll be disputing the charge.

You might as well just close it down. I order a 10in pizza last night. The driver immediately calls the gate with an attitude, then tells me I have to cone down and get the pizza because there was no tip left. Originally was goin to give her a $5 until she walked up the stairs with an attitude...I gave her a dollar and change...she left it at my door. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I order from here a lot. And the last few times I ordered. My delivery driver always tells me she can’t delivery my order to my door because her ankle is broke. Literally every time she comes. I tip and give explicit instructions on where and how to deliver. I ordered again today because the weather has me sick and my doctor put me on bed rest. So I am physically unable to go down the steps. I asked the lady several times could she please walk my food up due to my situation (usually I just go down to get it because it’s not a big deal) what made the experience terrible was her rudeness and attitude. She got very combative and confrontational and set my food on a trash can with no lid where my disposals go. I’m completely disappointed. I threw the pizza away because on one wants to eat food off a trash can. I’m upset that this is the standard. The manager (a gentleman who eased the situation) promised me a refund. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again. See the picture below

We ordered pizza a few months ago and it was soggy and disgusting. Tried again last night and after almost 2 hours after we ordered it for delivery the manager calls and says “do you still want your pizza?” ?????? Canceled the order and hopefully getting a refund. I will not be ordering from dominos at all anymore it’s always a nightmare. Just go to papa John’s or something and save yourself the headache lol it’s disgusting and never correct or timely

The worst EVER I’m from out of town here at the hospital with my fiancé. Ordered pizza for dinner she tells me 30 minutes I waited outside for almost an hour for my food to be delivered. I called numerous of times to get my order to not get an answer and it says the voicemail is full. I even had my mom call from a different number to still not get an answer. I would avoid this location wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Then to get a call 2 hours later saying they can’t find the hospital.

So I ordered a pizza online for pick up and it took them an hour . No one was doing anything. This place needs new staff. I love domino's. They're always people standing outside the stores here which seem suspicious . Makes me wanna not come back to this place

Honestly impressed by the inability to make a pizza correctly. I ordered 1 pizza for pick up, I go in once the tracker says it complete. The guy working says they still need a few mins- no problem with that, i wait 2 mins and he says actually we have to remake your pizza its burnt. I appreciated the honesty and went back to my car, wait 20mins come back in and pick up the new pizza. Imagine my surprise when I get home and the pizza is RAW! Currently baking it through in my own oven. Awesome work.

I have ordered from this Dominos more times than I care to admit. Last night I ordered delivery and it never showed up. Never got a call. The store would not answer the phone, and their inbox was full. This is not the first time this has happened. The one time I ordered here and actually received my food, it was cold. Hopefully I've learned my lesson this time.

Took over an hour for 1 pizza, couldn’t get a hold Of anyone. Finally it gets picked up, driver says he can’t find my address and it’s out of his range. It’s 10 minutes away. Driver keeps interrupting me and hangs up on me. I call the store to cancel the order and they hang up on me TWICE. Both men talking over me and down to me. I’m in the food service as well and I have a lot of patience but when 2 different men talking over me and hang up on me I’m done. I also never leave a review. Don’t ever go here.

My pizza arrived 54 minutes late. This has happened before from this location. Additionally, the pizza was made terribly: uneven base thickness, uneven crust width, and uneven slice sizes. The cheesy bread wasn't sliced at all. Of course, everything was lukewarm because it arrived so late. We won't be ordering from here ever again!!

First time I ordered the pizza was not cooked well and have of it had a burnt crust bubble with no sauce cheese or toppings; the second time I ordered from here it was an hour late then marked as delivered but not delivered. I called the store almost 10 times and never got an answer- and the voicemail was full. I called like once a day for a week trying to get in touch with the GM who I was told had to help with that stuff. I finally reached him and he was annoyed with his team and said they could’ve actually done this for me when I first called. He got my information and said he’d refund it and it’s been a month now and I’ve gotten no refund- pretty sure he forgot.

Ridiculous service. Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a pizza at 7p from this location — which is literally one block from our home. At 7:52, the driver (Matthew) left the store to deliver our pizza. Since 8p, I’ve watched Matthew’s car on the Domino’s GPS tracker move around our neighborhood at a glacial pace. I’ve tried calling the restaurant 7 times in the last 45m — not a single answer, and the voicemail is full. And I can’t even dispute the order, because Domino’s doesn’t give you an option for “never delivered.”

I have ordered here twice in my whole life at this Ponce location 1 year apart from the first time I WATCHED MY DRIVER PASS my house then never recieved my pizza. Now a year later I order a pasta from the PONCE DOMINOS and they never show up, they don’t answer their phone I called 12 times in a row. Absolute garbage. Get some new employees, give me an option for no stars

I wish there was a negative rating available because if it was I would be SURE to rate that. I ordered 5 pizzas for 25 7-9 year old kids, whom just had a hour and a half practice of running, sweating , and tackling. My pizza from the app tracking left the store at 7:49 pm. I called and spoke with an associate who assured me my pizzas were on the way TWICE!!!! Well, ONE HOUR LATER … No Pizza! No answer from store associate! And sent 25 kids home absolutely STARVING!! I am absolutely disgusted with the service from this particular store! Hopefully you guys can do better at this location!

I placed my order at 6:23(Pizza box was crushed topping stuff to the pizza. Breadsticks is full of grease from the pizza because I had melted garlic butter added to it no receipt, food cold, and they don’t want to refund my money worse Domino’s ever.
