Wonderful service I definitely will be eating here more often

This facility has been opened for a while now in my area and never thought to give them a try although my wife has. So I decided to try them with my wife and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was especially the choices. Secondly we received excellent service from Sandra, she was super kind and helpful and did everything with a smile, she even remembered me and my wife when I came the next day and offered a compliment to my wife's dress from the previous day so definitely an A plus for that lol.

A couple of weeks ago, a last-minute decision to come in resulted in a wonderful experience and surprisingly delicious food. Full disclosure, I've never been in a Qdoba before, so I had no idea what they offered and what the process of ordering was. The ladies working at the time were super kind and patient with me as I ordered for my whole family. Answering all my questions and guiding me through the menu. Went home and everyone was happy. Food tasted fresh & portions were very generous. I would recommend the shrimp & pulled pork! Special shout-out to Sandra, Mary & Genesis for being so helpful! Will definitely be back.

I had a mix-up with my order at the drive-through, but Christian handled the situation quickly and professionally. He was polite, efficient, and made sure everything was corrected right away. Great customer service

Had a very positive experience for dinner with my wife. Portions were more than adequate. (We each had bowls). The queso was steamy warm with just the right flavors of cheese and spicy. The tortilla chips were warm and crisp. The employees were all very friendly. The Coke dispenser ran out of flavor and within 2 minutes they corrected it with smiles and apologies. An oncoming emoloyee even held the door open for me when I left (I’m getting around on a knee scooter due to an injury) We’ll definitely come back

This place is amazing especially this location. I had a wonderful experience while Christian was taking my order . I was so pleased at how I wasn’t rushed, I got to taste, and the portions were great. Definitely better than chipotle

The place is so empty all the time lol i question if its open sometimes. But kids are super sweet usually. I see a lot of complaints about portions and disagree. Welcome to 2025 stuff is expensive. Service I dont think is much different than any other fast food place ran by what is majority kids Lol. I will say they actually service until 10pm and dont lie about their hours which is cool most places close around 20 minutes before and stop making things. And shout out to Abby who gives great customer service every single time!!!

These folks have gone out of their way to make a name for themselves. In a world of custom burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos they are making very high quality food fresh, and with unique spicy flavor options. This particular location has some of the best staff and customer service I've ever experienced. In addition, there's not a single time I've gone in and had to clean my own table, hunt for cup lids, napkins, or plastic ware. This store gets how to do a dine-in/drive-thru service.

The veggie quesadilla is top notch with their sauces. Loved it. You can customize your options based on your taste and the queso you like. I would highly recommend this place if you want to grab a quick bite.

Ughh what is chipotle??? This burrito was really good and filling! All of the flavors were dancing in my mouth 😂

Absolutely love Qdoba! In my opinion it’s even better than Chipotle. The food always tastes super fresh, the portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. Overall nice clean restaurant however food is so-so. The quality and price require proper adjustment. There are ample parking outside and restroom is clean.

Man, where do I start? We went to this location to redeem the Valentine's Day BOGO deal (14 FEB 25 @ 1130AM Ish) my wife and daughter. When we pulled up, I asked the crew staff if they were doing the BOGO deal today. The staff looked a little confused and thought I wanted a bowl (I think there was some language barrier issues/ predominantly Spanish speaking) and they thought I wanted a bowl. I asked them three times if they were doing the deal, until the manager on shift finally confirmed and said, yes. The crew member, young man still thought I wanted a bowl but I further clarified twice that I just wanted two chicken burritos. He was a little skimpy on the serving size and I had to repeatedly ask him to give a full amount. He fulfilled making the order and I thanked him for it. The real issue didn't happen until it was time for checkout. The other crew member, young man attempted to ring me up. I told them that I would be using the BOGO deal through the app. It wasn't going through, so he tapped his manager who tried to help. She wasn't able to ring it up and literally said rolling her eyes "I can't ring it up, someone used your coupon" . I was dumbfounded because there was absolutely no way someone used my account. I reiterated to her, that I just downloaded the app to my phone that day, it would be impossible for someone to redeem that coupon using my account. I showed her multiple times on my phone that the coupon was still there. Mind you, qdoba doesn't open up until later morning around 11AM, I was there around 1130AM which would make it impossible for me to redeem it somewhere else because the nearest Qdoba location outside of this one was like another 30+ minutes away. But she kept saying "Someone used it, I can't do it" in a very condescending way with her almost accusing me of trying to basically steal from the restaurant. I looked at her after several times of showing her my phone app the coupon was still in there and explaining to her that I never used it nor anyone else used at all. She then FINALLY overrode the system and charged me just for one. "I hope you have a GREAT Valentines Day, you can use that coupon (that she was unable to ring up) for somewhere else" she said rolling her eyes and staring me down as if I was some ratchet customer trying to lie to her. I told her her thanks and sat down with my family to finally eat. A few minutes pass by, some more customers came in using the EXACT same coupon with no issue. She came to our table and gave an apology saying she messed up on her end because she didn't ring up a drink that would have enabled the code to go through on her end. I told her I would like to purchase a drink to make it right, but she's insisted it was fine. My wife and I looked at one another shocked and just finished our meal. Idk if it was because she was having a bad day or something but the manger on shift was incredibly rude. While I do appreciate she came over to apologize at the end, it felt half hearted and she still seemed like she was annoyed as if I did something wrong. I felt mistreated as a customer and basically accused of trying to steal from the restaurant. I did not feel welcomed and was constantly given stares from her. I honeslty will not be coming back again. This is absolutely ridiculous that a manager did not have the decency to be kind to me while I was ordering or even sympathizing with my situation, but instead kept escalating at ever moment. I don't think I will be coming back here. The food was okay (Hence the two stars).

Had the brisket bowl and when we got home realized the "brisket" was just really one big glob of fat. No way she didn't know that when she made it. Certainly not worth $46 for two people when there's a Chipotle right up the road that wouldn't have a giant fat glob in it.

Upon visiting the establishment during the morning shift, the manager provided exceptional service with impeccable attention to detail. However, during our dinner visit, we encountered several issues. There was no white rice available, and the staff scooped rice from the bottom of the pan upon our request. Unfortunately, a fly landed on my food, and only upon my insistence was the affected portion discarded. Regrettably, a subsequent incident occurred when a fly landed in the chicken, and despite bringing it to their attention, the food was not replaced. Despite the courteous demeanor of the cashier, the manager's response was not commensurate with the situation, which left a negative impression.

It’s the second time I go in there to get a mini bowl which is advertised as $7 and we get charged for the full size bowl. Don’t offer a smaller and less expensive alternative if your going to charge your customers more.

I purchased the chicken tortilla soup....not one piece of chicken in it. Cashier didn't give me a receipt. Terrible.

I've been a regular customer at this location for the last year or so! I just dont get it why the staff is soo skimpy on the meat portions! It's like they are giving it out of their pocket! Why charge 13$ for a bowl when u can't even give full portion sizes! I am writing this review after observing this pattern for 30 plus times i bought from this store! I've been to other qdoba locations and they give full portions! I spoke to a staff member about it and his response is "im sorry, that's how they are trained". Well, train them better! Im sure other customers agree with me on the less protein portion sizes!

We should have seen the red flags of an empty parking lot and bad manners from the service team (a bunch of teenagers) but dang I didn’t expect it to be this bad. 0 stars. I DO not recommend. Or if you go make sure you triple check your food and quality before pulling away.
