The Hydrous a wonderful and fruity cocktail. The shrimp tacos were spicy and not too heavy. The burger is huge. Come here for a relaxing meal.

Our motorcycle group went here for our weekly dinner ride. Perhaps they don’t get a large group on Tuesday nights and we could have called but the service was only slow due to our group of 20 and the location only having a bartender and one server. Though slow they got our drinks and orders out to us and the food was good, and the drinks cold. The incoming storms provided a nice light show!

Restaurant Review: Tower Tap House - Little Elm, TX Tower Tap House in Little Elm offers more than just a scenic lakeside view—it's a great spot for casual eats and good vibes. On a recent visit, I sampled the stuffed jalapeños and the chef salad, and both dishes impressed me. The stuffed jalapeños were a perfect blend of spicy and savory. Packed with a creamy filling, likely a mix of cheese and sausage, they had a satisfying kick without being overpoweringly hot. The crispy outer layer added a delightful crunch, and they were served with a dipping sauce that complemented the flavors nicely. If you're a fan of jalapeño poppers, these are a must-try. On the lighter side, the chef salad was fresh and well-executed. It came loaded with generous portions of grilled chicken, cheese, boiled eggs, and crisp vegetables. The greens were fresh and crunchy, and the salad itself was big enough to be a full meal. It was a great option for something healthier yet filling, especially paired with the beautiful waterside views. Hydros is next door and they have water skiers of all talents going around the lake. The casual, laid-back atmosphere at Tower Tap House makes it a great spot to unwind, whether you're grabbing drinks with friends or enjoying a meal with family. With the combination of quality food and the scenic lakeside location, it's definitely worth a visit when in Little Elm. It definitely has an Austin vibe! They have indoor and outdoor seating, yesterday was such a gorgeous day that I enjoyed sitting on the patio with a book. I’ve been to Tower Tap House many times over the years, definitely one of my favorites! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fills up quick in warm weather, great place to watch the water park. Cold beers, list of shots and drinks. Slows down during cold months. Food is what i would consider “bar food” so tastes best if eaten while drinking or after a run / workout. Plenty of parking and a place to walk. Service is super friendly, smoking allowed and dog friendly. Nice place to catch a quick sunset and meet some locals. Bar fills up Fri/Sat in the mid to late evening time.

I recently visited Towers Tap House located at 290 E Eldorado Pkwy in Little Elm, TX, and I must say it was a good experience. Speaking of meals, the food at Towers Tap House is equally impressive. I had the pleasure of trying their nachos and wings, and they were absolutely delicious. The nachos were loaded with flavorful toppings, including a generous amount of melted cheese, fresh salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. Each bite was a perfect combination of crunch and savory goodness. The wings were cooked to perfection, with a delightful crispy exterior and tender, juicy meat inside. This is a great place to eat! They have sports playing on the TVs. There is a stage for live music. We went on a Tuesday so we didn't get to experience any live music. The food was delicious. The service was a little slow but the food was worth it! They have fish options and one veggie plate. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because they do not have another meat option or gluten free options. And they do carry Heineken zero alcohol beer. Otherwise we will be back again! Thank you, Tower's!

Quick seating at 6 on a Friday, and food was out lightning fast. Great selection of entrees and appetizers. Our server was attentive and did a great job with the person she was training. The view of Hydrous is definitely cool, and the entire experience is kid-friendly- before 10pm! Music is on the loud side, but there are plenty of tables to accommodate if that's not your thing. I don't drink, but I was still impressed with the bar atmosphere!

The portions are massive, and the food was delicious, but they need to seriously consider getting a better air conditioning system. There were several fans throughout the restaurant, but it was still way too hot inside, which put a damper on what would have been a perfect meal. I know it’s crazy hot in TX right now, but if other businesses are able to keep it cool inside, so should Tower’s. I hope they work out the AC problem because I’d like to return for the great food. The fried catfish was the winner, and all dishes were very reasonably priced for the portion sizes.

Guests came to visit me the night before Thanksgiving. They were hungry so I went to Towers for their food. I called to place the order; it went to voice mail. I tried the online site; it only took me to a menu page to order after several other clicks on "menu" or "order" gave a 404 error. The 3rd attempt, I went in-person. The only employee who seemed available to talk to me was the female bar tender. She was just talking to a couple of male patrons & asked if I needed something. I told I wanted to place an order to take out. She promptly took my order & gave me change (in all $1 bills - i.e. expecting a tip). There was no service (I didn't sit at a table, didn't get water, etc.) - she merely entered an order in the computer. So, there was no reason to leave a tip. I filled up my guests' car & returned to pick up the order. The bar tender gave me the sack, & I asked if there was ketchup in the bag. Never stopping to look, she said, "there should be." The bag was tied in a knot, so I trusted she was right. I went to my guests' hotel & delivered their food. There was no ketchup & no utensils. I went back to the restaurant & to the bar. The female bar tender yelled from the other end of the bar, "Did you need something?" "Ketchup & utensils," I said. "Your server can help you," she yelled back. (I never had a server; she took the order.) There was no one around; she didn't care. I stood waiting. A woman walked by & asked if I needed something. I said, "yes - the bar tender isn't much help. I need ketchup & utensils." She retrieved them & I went on my way. The bar tender was irritated I didn't leave a tip & she had no interest in providing service thereafter. A burger & salad cost $34. Being a customer wasn't enough. The entitlement, poor attitude & poor service doesn't give me an interst in returning any time soon. (But the burger & salad was good.)

They are very racist at this restaurant. When you place an order for Wings to be Extra crispy they fry them without them being crispy. The cook and the lil young waitresses has very rude attitudes, very unprofessional, dresses inappropriate, very rude, not polite, horrible customer service, food take to long to cook and it be cold for the amount of time waiting. The manager will tell the customers the cook refuses to recook your food & the manager does not want to come out to talk to customers. They have a selective way of how they are going to cook and for who. This restaurant/bar is a 1-10. I actually would like to upload a video, but it's only photos. And we were the only African Americans people in there. Be very careful here. Poor customer service, trust me you will feel uncomfortable here. The waitress stated the manager name is Tony.

I know it's bar food, and you should be drunk to eat it, but I don't drink, even when I did this wouldn't have been a choice more than once. The nachos were underwhelming, the shrimp tacos were a joke, smallest shrimp I ever saw, honestly could not even taste the shrimp and completely over priced. Basically corn tortillas, and cilantro...trash. The blackened chicken sandwich was dry, bland, and plain, terrible choice. The waitress brought my companion a red beer in a gaucho glass. No ice, no salt rim, no lime, the tomato sauce was okay...piss poor. The shrimp batter was so salty, disgusting, not edible. Oh wait the catfish was about average for catfish. The tartar sauce was not my cup of tea, to be honest after seeing the color and finish I didn't even try it. There was one good thing, although undercooked in the middle, but the taste was there, without further adieu: drum roll please, the hush puppies were superior, excellent balance of heat and seasoning. That's a whole lot of items to have an off day on. I live 5 hrs away, but I don't think I would return if I lived across the street, and they were having free food. The service, well she tried, but by the looks of her, she has been hung over for years possibly decades. Dry out, find a new way to live. Lackluster service, probably a series of bad choices, but there is still hope, not at the restaurant. Big party and had to leave gratuity. The tables were dirty and crusty...so I had to return the atmosphere to 1 star. The bath rooms smell like piss that should have been cleaned up, and the door does not lock on the men's stall. This was on a Friday for lunch, btw, but I do not believe it would make a difference, probably gets worse as the day turns to evening, then night.
