I placed an order for 24 pizzas, I called this location to confirm that I could pick them up early, the staff were prompt, professional and carried the pizzas to the car. Thank you Jose, Sam and everyone working the morning of 10/29
This is an honest review. As soon as I walked in, the cashier was speaking rudely of another customer. The customer was not in the area to hear her. There is a drive through which is great if you order a head, and or want to wait 10 minutes per car in front of you. Inside, I ordered and paid for a classic cheese pizza, the cashier recommended to go through the drive through. I waited in the drive through close to 25 minutes, which is fine, but I handed her the receipt again so she can hand me the classic cheese pizza and when I got home I saw pepperoni. Please be sure to check you're prior to leaving.
Location is mostly reliable, but very frustrated by the lack of options compared to the location on 380. I end up driving 5 miles to the 380 location vs this one because they have plenty more options and their pricing is WAY better (literally 30%-40% cheaper: $1 for crazy sauce vs. $1.59 here... or $9.99 for stuffed crust vs $14.99 here... or $4.49 for Italian cheese bread vs $6.49 here). I don't understand the business principle of limiting so many food options or the 30-40% premium in price (because for me, it drives me elsewhere). Oh,
Girl working in drive thru was rude. I went to a different location.
Horrible customer service. After Door Dash dropped off the wrong order, called the store and was told I have to drive out to get the right pizza. (Duh, if I had a car I wouldn’t have used delivery) The “General Manager”, said he would not refund any part of the order. Had to dispute with my credit card company. NEVER do an online order from the Little Elm, TX location!
I ordered online and received an order number and everything!!! Waited almost 2 hours and finally got a hold of them just to tell me that they don’t have an order for me. KEEP in mind their delivery customer service told me twice that TWO drivers showed up and it “wasn’t ready” so they left. No one know how to give me my money back for an order they don’t have.
I called and placed an order under Bryan for just 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni when I arrived the total was 17 dollars which seemed off compared to other locations.. When I got the receipt I had come to find out that the store charged me for both Extra Most Bestest options which I did not ask for. When I mentioned this to the girl in the drive through named Emily she said that they automatically assumed it however this is wrong. They should be asking if I would like to upgrade and try to upsell instead of scam. I will not return to this location as she made it seem as if it were my fault since I “did not specify on the classic”. She did not offer to refund or re ring, nothing. I left this franchise feeling very disappointed, upset and spent more than anticipated. Be careful when ordering here. Update: They also didn’t even give me Extra Most Bestest Pizza’s. The pepperoni pizza only has 38 slices of pepperoni. So they charged me for no reason.
I had a really bad experience. I ordered a extra most best Pizza and they kept giving me a regular pepperoni. I paid extra and didn't receive my product after speaking with a manager and an employee which were extremely rude, they declined to give me what I ordered and paid for. I decided at the end to leave the store with a regular pepperoni.In my hand they didn't know the difference between either or or the products they offer.I'm not sure if the managers just cutting back on money.So he doesn't add extra cheese and pepperoni to the pizzas or what the situation is.But I will never come back to this location ever again. The girl in the front was extremely rude was rolling her eyes and was talking back to me
The workers are lazy and gave me the worst pizza ever from little Caesar. Nasty location and they don’t even put sauce on the pizza.
I ordered a pizza and on 03 27 for delivery. Little Ceasars gave me the wrong order. I requested for it to be remade, but they said that they couldn't. I have contacted the door dash several times. It is a month later, and still dont have a refund. I went to the store. The manager Sam was rude and uncooperative. I will not be returning to Little Ceasars.
Went to try the new bacon pizza bites. The guy tried to charge me $18 and some change for 4 of the pizza bites advertised for $3.99 for 4 online. They're also only advertised for $9.99 for TWELVE. I clarified multiple times what I was asking for and he told me it's because I added 2 ranch and that they are $4 EACH. Is he pocketing the extra money? I don't understand how they can get it SO wrong. I drove away cause there's no way I'm paying that much for tiny pizza bites. Super disappointing.
I have been hesitant to leave this review because I HATE leaving negative reviews. You can check my reviews and you will see that I am a person who enjoys building businesses up, often taking and sharing photos of the food and the atmosphere. I ordered food for delivery on July 16th at 8:37 pm via the Little Caesars app. After I pressed submit, I immediately realized that I had the delivery address saved as my work address, as I had just placed another order delivered to my work on July 10th. I immediately called customer service after changing the address in the app. They reported that they would try to contact the driver but there would be no guarantees. The driver would not have been involved yet because it had literally been seconds since I submitted the order. So probably 30 min later I got a notification on the app that the driver was on the way. The Little Caesars is less than 5 miles from my house. About 30 min after he had been en route, I noticed the driver's location on the map on the app. He was parked in my neighborhood about 4 blocks away from my house. He stayed in that spot on the map for at least 30 minutes (It was probably closer to an hour). I called customer service again and told them what I had observed and they did not verbally acknowledge what I had told them. They spoke over me and said "the delivery was delayed due to a change in address". The location where the driver was on the map was nowhere near my work address. It began to weird me out that this driver was at this address for so long with our food. I told customer service that I wanted to cancel the order and wanted a refund. Customer service was very rude, continuing to speak over me but eventually said that they would issue a refund. This was in July, the refund never happened. About 40 minutes after that phone conversation, the driver showed up at our door. We did not answer because we didn't want that food. He left it on our doorstep and left. We inspected the food and it was smashed and one of the boxes was open (smashed open). There was no way we were going to eat that. I send an email to customer service and filled out something on the app about my concerns and nobody ever reached out. My work likes to order Little Caesars for lunch, but we are not going to use them anymore. I will also be telling everyone I know about our experience. I think it would behoove you to do some phone etiquette training with your customer service person and find out what the driver is doing when they are supposed to be delivering food. Not that anyone has been receptive to my comments.
I ordered a cheese sauce pepperoni pretzel pizza, which I've ordered from here before without issue, however, this time, the pizza looked terrible and i even told the manager that. It looked like a pizza they were getting ready to throw away. I work in a bakery, and if ANY of my breads looked like the dough they used for this pizza, I would throw it away immediately. I called the store to see if they could remake it or give me a refund for it, the employee laughed on the phone and the manager was extremely rude, telling me that he made the pizza and it was fine and that I didn't know what I was talking about. It took my boyfriend having to talk to the guy for them to remake my pizza, but I'm way nicer than my boyfriend.
Don’t go here they deserve zero stars my pizza was cold the manager went back and fourth with me as if they did something right. Pizza was dry and cold….Their argument is that they’re privately owned. They literally did NOT WANT to compensate me for their mess up. Go to a reputable company that can fix the issue and cater to customers…
Ordered through their mobile app for delivery. Their orders are delivered through DoorDash. Doordash driver dropped our order off at Sonic. I called Little Caesar's and the manager/owner said he couldn't do anything about it. I needed to call DoorDash.. DoorDash said they can't do anything because I ordered through Little Caesars' app. Sitting on Little Caesar's corporate line for over an hour and a half to be hung up on and to sit on hold for longer than 15-20mins each time I have to call back..... at the time of this review I was still sitting on hold with Little Caesar's trying to get someone to give us our money back.
Update 12-16-19 went at 9pm bought 2 pizza and one of the pizza had mold on them. When I called up there the Rudy lady answer the phone and said pizza was hot and fresh i said no pizza was cold i live not even 5 mins away and the pizza was not hot or fresh had mold. Wow really they where no help on the phone. STAY AWAY from here. Never ever ever will i be going back! Worst little caesar's ever. They absolutely never have anything hot and ready. Gone throughout the week multiple times and at different times and they never have anything ready. The woman working window always say 15 to 20 minute wait, when actually that turns into 30 to 45 minute wait. Longest I had to wait was 54 mins for 2 pizza and some crazy bread. This place is ridiculous, stay away from here. Update
