Great place to come and eat if you are hungry and want something fast. I came to this restaurant two times and so far, the food is hot and good. The staff was really friendly compared to some other Taco Bell restaurants. So far, my experience at this place has been excellent. Keep up the great service at this place..

This review goes specifically to Tajj! I hope you get to read this. I’ve been driving all day today, starting from 7am and I came to stop by this Taco Bell to borrow their restroom and order me a quick meal. Love getting the doritos locos tacos! Please never get rid of them! They’re usually fast with the orders. The staff at this Taco Bell tends to get the orders correctly. I’ve personally never had a problem with this place.
Sweetest Fast Food Manager we have ever met. My little girl (6) always suckers the cashier into giving her a cup. Yesterday, the manager told her ," come here ". And, he walked her into the back and let her pour her freeze! Little did he know she had been extremely down and out the past few days! 20 stars!
Christina went out of her way to help my mom and I today because we tried to order from them the app send us to the other store. She said she can help us out with the order. I was so happy for her doing that for us. She needs a raise.
The food was great and tasted fresh! The staff were very professional and polite. If they forgot something in the order, they immediately fixed it. The orders were correct almost every time. Everything was clean. I recommend checking out the chalupas or nacho fries.
10/10 getting our order correct. On top of that, every time I have gone through the drive thru, the girl on the intercom is really friendly, up beat, and courteous. The food has always been exactly what we expect (no one goes to Taco Bell expecting a 5 Star feast, but it’s supposed to be the best bang for your buck). This location is definitely one of the better fast food places in the area!
I loved the Cheesy Street Chalupas Box here! Sad to see that it's a limited item (because it's my favorite food item here), but it was nice here. Would recommend if your wanting fast food.
I been here at least once a week and I must say everything I order is always there and the tea is always fresh and good. The managers there know what they are doing and always do a great job. Best Taco Bell I ever been too. Most Taco Bells always have random lettece or food that not suppose to be in a chicken quesadilla. Never have I had that problem here. They keep it clean and orderly.
SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH! I do not know what this site had done differently, but WOW! GREAT JOB! The young lady that heated me in drive thru was cheerful as she welcomed me to tango bell, she was patient as I found the items I wanted and answered my questions. The drive thru line was long but it moved very fast. A different young greeted me very friendly, handed me my order and credit card and assured me the order was correct. I did not check the order until I got home... and it was 100% correct! The whole experience was just like being at the great chicken place! Nice job!

I’ve eaten at dozens of Taco Bell’s, and maybe it’s just because it’s my hometown location, but they seem to get my order right, cooked to perfection, and out the door quickly pretty much every time.

They made the to go later so it wouldn't get cold or soggy. We didn't even have to ask for that. Seriously refreshing and better service than most sit down restaurants! Fantastic experience at this place. The place was packed full, but as soon as we ordered the food was made under 30 seconds. Real fast and super at that. Food is warm and well done and nothing is missed from our custom order. The people are friendly and helpful indeed. Very glad to have come to this place.
There was the absolutely nice gentleman that gave me great service. I do believe the workers name was Josh. He needs a raise for sure.
Best Taco Bell in the North Dallas Area! London took amazing care of our order and food.
Most of the time I get real good service at this location, there are times when there is a slip up, but they always give me a coupon for a free taco for my next visit. The slip ups are common ones like they don't get the order right the first time, or miss an ordered item that was paid for.
All was good and the food was hot and accurate. Service was just meh 🫤 I get it is a drive thru and fast food but I use Taco Bell all the time and there are people who just make the experience better. More personable.
Have had good service at the drive through and inside as well. The workers are always polite and helpful. Not your usual disgruntled fast food employees, they seem to be happy to be at work and helping the Customers. The store is always clean as well as the restrooms.
It's taco bell... but one that's truly "open late" as they advertise. Order was quick, food fresh (likely because so late - or early depending on how you look at it). Ordered extra cheese and this location actually does it. I don't consider a few strands of shredded cheese as extra, but this location is generous with it. I like that, especially when you pay extra for it.
Not bad! Staff is attentive and love the fact that you have any option to either get service at the register or self serve. I got the taco cheese fries this time. Despite what the picture may show, its... Average. Not a bad eat despite looking like it might've been packaged prior to cooking but I can at least say the Jalapeños were fresh!
Average Taco Bell. Typically slow service. Carol has terrible customer service. She definitely needs more training or should just be fired but should not be on the register!
Usually we take and get it done very quickly yesterday was odd. Took several minutes to get our order and cars were still waiting behind us. Also for change the protein to chicken we have pay extra $2. I think Taco Bell management needs to consider this as we are just replacing the meat. This feels like a ripoff or paying twice
Update April 2022: last night my wife and I ordered from here( Uber eats) and had probably the worst experience ever. We aren't sure if it was an accident or the employees thought it would be funny because we had ordered a lot of hot sauce packets( we like to get extra because they rarely include them in our order anymore) but the ground beef had been mixed with a huge amount of spice. A friend ate quite a bit before we realized and they were up all night with terrible heart burn and stomach pains. Everyone else had heart burn, numb lips and tongues with burning sensations from the little they did eat. It was a terribly uncomfortable evening. This morning we got up and still had sores on our tongue from the spices. Who does this? I hope it was an accident because if it turns out to be a prank I'm sure a law suit will be the best punch line.
Ordered some chicken quasadillas and burritos for family dinner on the way home. Picked up at drive thru, and opened at home. Ta-da!! Foods were not what I ordered...Just ruined the dinner. Tried to call them to complain, but didn't answer the phone. I drove back for 20 minutes to return the foods and get a refund. The Manager and employees were nice and kind, helped me to get the refund though.
I drive for uber eats. I had multiple pick ups from here tonight and the drive threw line was wrapped around the building. Took me an hour and a half to run 4 orders. Not sure why anyone would do training on a Saturday night. Would have been a whole lot better had the lobby been open.
Could do better with Nacho fries... not so fresh! Good Supreme Doritos Tacos. Not so good in timing of serving with Watermelon freeze... needed to point it was missing than waited another 5minutes...! Actually Really waited that long for this simple drink service!
I ordered through the drive thru, got my food and it was the wrong order. I went inside and repeated my order twice and still received the wrong order. They were nice, but I just wanted my food. I just hope they can start focusing on giving people the right stuff, this happens every time we get food here. Maybe pay them more to care.
We went to this location yesterday. I like to substitute steak for chicken in the protein bowl, and you can't do that at the kiosk. I've tried it before. So, I walked in and went to the counter, and one of the staff came over and immediately said, "Do you not know how to use the kiosk?" I told her that I know how, but I want to make a substitution, and I can't do that at the kiosk. She responds, "Well, we want people to use the kiosk, and I can show you how, but you can't make that substitution at the kiosk." I told her that I wanted to order at the counter in order to make that substitution, and she reluctantly allowed me. As I was finishing my order, a group of people walked up to the counter to order, and she said the same thing to them. I don't like interacting with people any more than I have to, so I'd absolutely use the kiosk if it allowed me to make the substitutions that I want, but ordering at the counter should still be an option. There are going to be people who need to order at the counter, like elderly people, because they don't do well with technology. Computers are great, but that lady was rude, and it was unnecessary. She wasted my time with the back and forth instead of just taking my order.
The beans taste burnt every time I go to this location. Not sure what the problem is. It tastes disgusting, and I'm sure a health hazard. The kid at the window was nice. I think giving me 16 sauce packets for 2 items is a little excessive.
I go here all the time and the staff are always nice but today was different. One of the employees was pretty rude to me. He kept getting my name wrong and gave me a rude look when getting my food . He then forgot my drink, and when reminded, he gave me a watered-down drink. I'm still hoping this is a one-time thing.
2 stars since workers in the drive thru seem nice. But this is by far the worst Taco Bell in the area. Every time I go here I am rudely reminded that the food quality at this location is just terrible. Like what is up with the lack of lettuce in…everything. And crunch wrap supreme was a floppy mess, distribution of fillings in tacos is just way off. Cheeses Gordita Crunch (pictured) had probably half the amount of fillings as the location near Costco a few minutes away. Leaving this review to hopefully help remind me to never come to this location again.
So... I just pulled up to the drive thru lane at 12:07am on a Sunday night. An absolute ridiculous hour to go to Taco Bell; I don’t deny. But, once I pulled up I was told, before ordering, that they were incredibly short staffed and that they would have to stay nearly three hours later in order to go home. I would understand the rational behind that statement if they were slammed, but, we were the only car at the restaurant at the time. We were told that if we came back tomorrow night then we would be “hooked up”. We ultimately ended up driving out of our way to another location down the road at Dallas Parkway & El Dorado. We were in and out in 3 minutes. Jacob helped us out and he was PHENOMENAL. I am going to start driving out of my way for the better service at this location. Kudos to you, Jacob. Thank you for your wonderful service!
Usually very happy with everything overall from this Taco Bell, but the last few times has been completely awful and I will not be returning. Staff is rude, food is always messed up or missing, and when I try to confront it I am always met with disrespect. Disappointing.
What is going on with this place? Don’t you understand that vegetarian means no meat. It’s not one size fits all. The veggie Crunchwrap had meat. The spicy potato tacos were regular cheese tacos. Some of the add ons were missing in the quesadilla. Don’t know how people preparing can be so dumb. Cannot follow an order properly. Never going back to this place again.
This review is only for the ladies restroom. The water was scorching hot. I could see steam coming from the water. I burned my hands trying to get the soap off. Too hot to even wash your hands. Very very dangerous. Someone is going to get severely burned from the water being so hot. I told an employee who was in the restroom. She said sometimes it's like that. That needs to be fixed
Two years ago I originally gave this location a 3-Star rating. Today I'm changing it to 1-Star. I placed an order through the Taco Bell app for Drive-Thru pickup. Took me 10 minutes to get to their location, then another 10 minutes waiting on the food. Upon arriving home, I discovered two items were missing. Plus the other item's taco shells and tortillas tasted stale. Take my advice and don't use this location.
1st time going to Taco Bell in 4 years...went there at night for a quick bite to eat and was disappointed. Everything was cold except the chicken power bowl. The soft tacos weren't worth it at all and the nacho fries were cold, stale, and soggy. The young boy had the nerve to smile at me knowing they gave me old food. I use to love loading up on taco bell every once in a while. After this experience though, never again.
I wish there was a way to make a review without giving a star because this was the most repulsive experience I've ever had with any fast food chain. Not only did my husband and I wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes for our order but when we got our bag of food it wasn't even our order! So we parked and went inside to fix our order. I immediately knew why there was such a low quality of service when I saw the employees. They were all high school students just goofing around despite the long line of cars in the drive thru. When we told them that our bag didn't have our order they didn't even apologize except for one kid who wasn't even at the counter helping us. The girl that was helping us took the bag and put aside as if they were going to give it to the car at the drive thru window. I really hope they didn't because we had our hands all up in that food! Once they corrected our order, they didn't even say goodbye or have a nice day after we thanked them for correcting our order. Unfortunately, Taco Bell has lost another faithful customer :(
Zero rating and I will not recommend this Taco Bell! Ordered vegetarian Black beans Chalupa Supreme, they packed beef Chalupas, before leaving the store I asked the manager as she handed me my order package if it’s all vegetarian and no meat, she said yes all vegetarian. After reaching room while having dinner with family, it turned out to be beef! I had to drive back in the middle of the dinner to the store and told the manager what happened and she just said sorry, and when I told her that she told me it was all vegetarian, she said that’s what she was told... I am like how careless you are, messing up the order where customer is trusting your words and have to come back in the middle of the dinner... they made me new order and the guy who handed me the order said we all make mistakes! I will never come back here again, as they rushed in making the new order too, very poor quality of service and customer satisfaction!
I'm not sure what was going on but it took 15 minutes to get my order and others who came in after me got theirs first. Not to mention, they kept catering to an already seated customer who continued to come back up asking to have his food remade. How this continues to happen and not even acknowledge the waiting customer is beyond me. The young lady, Dawn, was very apologetic but it was not her place to do that. The manager should hsve made his presence known and made things correct. Unacceptable.
This location is normally great but last night the young lady with braids was not friendly at all and the so called Manager named Allen not helpful whatsoever I definitely would like to escalate my situation……..
I've been here twice and both times they've messed up my orders. The first time I let it slide, as I asked for no ice in my drink and they did anyways. Happens all the time. But this second time has guaranteed that I wont be coming back to this location. I ordered a Quesalupa, a few other things, and ordered some sauces for the side. When I got my food delivered I realized there weren't any sauce cups. I was peeved but it was only like a few extra dollars. But once I opened my quesalupa, I cant see anything BUT the sauce. It's so frustrating. Now my lunch is ruined. Also fun fact, if you order off UberEats, then you dont get a survey code or a store number so you cant leave a review. And this location doesn't like telephones apparently either. Save yourself some time and go to a better location
Just ordered at drive thru 20 min ago. April 28th at 11:28pm. The female at the drive thru not only rushed us taking our order she repeated the order back and had us check the screen with attitude. At the window she open the glass to our money without saying a word to us and gave us a bag of all the wrong food. Fast food has a simple system to follow. She obviously don't need to work here. Unprofessional
Kimberly was leaning against the counter staring at me as I walked in. Stood staring as I was looking around for the cashier. The man who was working hardest announced "Kimberly front" and somehow, she managed to waddle to the front. I decided not to order for my family of four based off her single digit IQ. Seems the owner would better off with a pile of rocks taking orders.
If I could give 0 stars...I would. First whoever took my order was rude on the speaker. Second I get my Mexican pizza it has shredded cheese on the side. You're thinking that's how supposed to be right... well it's supposed to be melted. I had piles of COLD shredded cheese on top of my Mexican pizza with a dollop of sour cream on top. 3rd.. I had to get out of my cozy, warm vehicle in this 18° weather to go inside, having to get my 6 yr old out of the car, & correct my order. Lastly when I talked the "team leader "/manager... he's wearing a Confederate Flag Hat...NOT Taco Bell attire. Yeah that didn't make me feel any better. At that point I was scared for my son & I to eat. So we ended up throwing our food away & going to another place. Smh
The drive thru attendant asked if I was picking up an online order, to which I replied "No'. In spite of that, I was given a bag with an online order for "Randy 156d", which was not mine (I did not realize it until I got home). I was correctly charged for what I did order, but of course I never received it. Even the incorrect order I received did not match the contents listed on the label. I would say there were multiple errors committed here, errors that need to be brought to the attention of the drive thru crew so that it does not happen again. Obviously, I will not be ordering there any time soon.
We waited over an HOUR in line. I am not exaggerating when I say we sat for 30 mins or more AT the window waiting on food for 2 people. I don't know what was going on, but an hour....even 30 mins at the window....is inexcusable. Period. I'm not sure what the excuse was, but nothing beyond an emergency that should close the doors could account for 30 mins sitting at a window. No specialties were requested.
Horrible experience. Very upsetting and disappointing. I ordered 2 supreme tacos. I was charged an outrageous amount of $3.98 for 2 supreme tacos; but then was only given 2 plain, regular tacos. Also, not sure why this location never gives any advertised free item even when asked for.
Workers were fine but the food always is not what I asked for. The store was not busy when I ordered and arrived. Why have extra fees for ingredients your employees do not provide? Most custom orders are ignored when adding ingredients and they will not add anything extra even though that is what you paid for. Only get the standard items or only remove ingredients and don’t add any that don’t come with it.
I ordered tacos for my wife and myself, and it took 20 minutes to receive our food. Apparently, food delivery services are a priority, not customers actually in the store . As for the food.. it's Taco Bell.
Placed a mobile order tonight and was missing a few items (as always). When we went back up to get the missing food, the manager (Alan) refused to replace the missing items stating that because it was a mobile order we could be lying. When we went to place a new order for the missing items, the cashier who heard the whole thing gave us our missing items for free. The manager needs to be replaced immediately for trash customer service. The cashier was amazing and helpful.
This was our 3rd time. 1st time about 6 months ago fine. 2nd time we were completely ignore with 2 behind the counter doing nothing but on their phone. Yes they saw us. This last time we were told you have to order at the kiosks. Yet they had no customers. Yes we could have order thru kiosk but if your not busy why not take care of the customer. We left and won't be back.
Guess I can't order food at this Taco Bell again. I ordered a No 1 - 3 crunchy Taco Supremes and a side of pinto beans with salsa. When I got home what I had been given was 3 regular tacos and a side of potatoes with sour cream. I don't know - maybe no one in there can read or maybe they are all drunk. I now understand why I was the only one in the queue at dinnertime.
I experienced a significant delay in the drive-thru service, which extended for approximately 40 minutes due to orders from DoorDash and Uber. As of 12:50 AM, this level of service becomes highly problematic. I had previously placed my order through the mobile app but remained in queue for an extended period. It is apparent that the employees in this establishment prioritize Uber orders, seemingly lacking awareness of the inconvenience caused to in-person customers who are physically waiting in line. After enduring approximately 55 minutes of waiting, we were notified that no food was available in the kitchen. This situation raises concerns, as it appears that the staff may have been aware of their inability to fulfill my order but allowed patrons to continue waiting in line. It was only when the line progressed that we were informed, through the speaker system, that the food was unavailable. The handling of this situation was unexpected and disappointing. Moreover, when I inquired about why such information wasn't conveyed earlier during the wait, there was an inability to provide a satisfactory explanation. This experience stands as one of the worst instances of service I have ever encountered.
Yeah there system just took the money out of my bank account and i didn’t actually get food. when i drove up they said i have to call customer service for my money back. And there is nobody in the drive through and they guy go i need you to get out of my drive though. lol I rated everything one star because i never actually got to experience it and the way it was handled was not the best. ask for confirmation. The littel girl that was originally talking tried to and some guy cut her off. im assuming he was a manager but he clearly lacked managerial training and the little girl actually was doing right by asking for the confirmation.
I am NOT being forced to use a kiosk to order my food. It's an option. No it wasn't busy. Next you'll ask me to make my own food because it's convenient.
Didn't think I'd ever have to request "hold the attitude" when making my ordered. The night staff seems to care about meeting thier drive thru time clock more than meeting their customer service standards.
Customer service is ok. Food was absolutely deplorable. The food was room temperature. I sent back my first taco because it had obviously been sitting around for a while and turned into the consistency of a leather shoe, chewy and all. I got a number #3 which literally caused me to have to go #3. I have never eaten at a Taco Bell where I thought the food tasted funny. I thought maybe it was just me but a roll of toilet paper later has proven otherwise. Buyer beware. This was gross. Dined 5/5/21 around 1145am.
Worst Taco Bell ever. Service is shoddy at best and the tacos are so greasy that your hard shell turns to mush by the time you get to your table, that is when they give enough meat to even call it a taco. Thought it was a one thing but have tried several times and equally terrible each time.
The issues with this Taco Bell are numerous. They have forgotten to give us more th a. Half of our order several times. Today my 5 year old ate a cinnamon twist and said it tasted weird. I had one and it tastes almost like soap. Clearly something happened and these were contaminated with a cleaning product.

Used to love it but they took away the breakfast menu. Ordered a Crunch wrap instead and there is no meat in the middle and maybe 1 mm thick meat paste on the sides. Used to love this place but it has gone down hill.
The customer service is absolutely terrible! I will never come to location again. The workers were extremely rude and I took a picture of how long the line was because while the line is wrapped around the building the workers are literally just sitting on their phones and chitchatting in the lobby having a good ole time while the line just keeps getting backed up…. Absolutely trash workers here.
Order keeps missing things at this location. Talked to store person over phone and complained. And he suggested don’t come here!!! I will consider the option not to come and advise same to anyone for this location. They treat you at the counter for order pick up like you don’t exist. Put a display for order status if you don’t have time to talk to your customers. I am also not interested in talking to you, I just want my food without missing any items. Someone home has to go hungry because you guys take it lightly. It is someone’s dinner, have your people pay attention to ordered items.
Every time I order from this store they never get the sauce right. I always order 15 hot sauce packets. Usually I receive none and I ask them to bring them I get no response. Same again. I asked for 15, I got 7. Contacted the driver and TB. No answer.
Every time we go to this location, there's something wrong with our order. The food is stale at best. We ask for no tomatoes and they leave them on there. We order items that require a fork and we have to ask for them otherwise we don't get them. The last couple of times we go, we didn't get a straw either. We have to drive an additional 10 minutes to the next closest location to get fresh food
If I could give zero stars, I would. A woman in the kitchen was extremely rude, making unnecessary comments. I waited 30 minutes for my food without complaint, and when it was ready, I asked another staff member for help. She intervened, told me to wait, and made a snide remark despite my patience. Her aggressive behavior toward customers is unacceptable and ruined the experience.
This is the second time they have messed up our order. We ordered 2 chicken chalupa and they gave us 1 enchilada and it wasn’t chicken (we don’t eat any other meat other than chicken). We waited 30 minutes and got the wrong order. Called the store and they don’t pick up either. It’s too far to drive now and I am very frustrated. Very bad service!
Got my order wrong. (Cheesy Gordita Crunch combo) instead they gave me 3 tacos. Asked for a correction and they gave me what you see in the photo. We had already driven off and then were found out that 1 of the 3 tacos had the sauce that comes on the cheesy gordita crunch lol.. Whoever is cookin/prepping food doesn't seem to care (Saturday 3/26 at 3pm.
Placed an order here. Saw them grab a rag dunk it in some cleaning chemical, squeeze it out, wipe the counter and use the same gloves to make my food. No change of gloves. Mind you his glove was very wet. Even made eye contact with me as he shook his hands to try to dry them. Seemed to be being trained but his coworker who was advising watched and didn’t advise him to fix it. Got me a chemical chalupa 💔
Every time my family gets food here ... which is rare because it's wrong every time now. Missing food, pay extra for different type of meat on belle grande got literally like 2 to 3 pcs of steak, and just overall waste of money. Half cup of cheese, literally 80 percent tortilla on the 5 layer burrito, quesadilla not cut. Last two trips missing food. Too far to drive to go back. CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Pictures don't even do justice.
Another place I'm done with! Got home, was really hungry, opened the wrappers and THIS is what they serve at this place! Not sure if just corporate greed or employees taught to do this, but it's unconscionable especially when people are struggling! This was supposed to be a treat from cooking but was a waste of money! They need to update their menu pictures with these! This is what you're gonna get!

Not trying to sound like a Karen, but the food I received tonight was soggy and not even edible- I actually ended up throwing it away because I was worried about getting food poisoning, and half of our order was incorrect. My tacos were falling apart in my hands. I tried calling once I got home (which mind you- is 5 minutes up the road…so there’s no way these tacos went soggy in that time) to let them know and they hung up on me with an “idgaf” attitude. Don’t waste your time here. You’re better off starving for the night than wasting your money like I did.
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from this Taco Bell location. I ordered 2 Veggie Mexican Pizzas, 1 Beef Mexican Pizza, a Beef Chalupa, and a Chicken Quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeño sauce. Unfortunately, the quality was very poor. My Beef Mexican Pizza had barely any beef and was filled mostly with beans, which was not what I ordered. The Beef Chalupa was already open when I pulled it out of the bag, making it look carelessly prepared and unappetizing. On top of that, all the Mexican Pizzas were stale and soggy instead of being fresh and crispy. What makes this more frustrating is that this is the closest Taco Bell to me, and I’ve been disappointed here countless times. I keep hoping for improvement, but the consistency and food quality continue to fall short. I really hope management addresses these issues because customers deserve better.
Ordered a black bean crunch wrap supreme and confirmed it was correct on the screen. About 1/5 of the way through and I found meat inside. I’m vegetarian. I won’t be going to any Taco Bell’s ever again
