The service her was amazing. We stopped by between soccer games and only person was working. He took our orders and worked hard to get everything out. I stopped by Vitality Bowl on Eldorado with my friend, and we had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the customer service was top-notch. My friend and I ordered a Power Protein smoothie, and Power Panini. Everything was well made and super fresh! I really appreciate the improvements under the new management it’s a noticeable upgrade! This place has officially become my go to for healthy eats. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend checking it out you won’t regret it!

Great açaí bowls, but a lot were just taken off the menu, which is very disappointing. I would like to know why this is, but have not been given a good answer yet. Other than that, staff is kind and food is good quality.

Friendly staff and clean place. I came here a week ago and tried the Warrior bowl, which was very good. The fruits were cut well, the smoothie was smooth, and the granola was crunchy. I also ordered a juice, which was definitely fresh, but I was disappointed with it because it was warm. I returned a few days later and got the Vitality bowl, which is very similar to the Warrior bowl. The smoothie portion this time around wasn't blended well as there was a large cold/semi-frozen fruit (I suspect a strawberry) in it. I asked a staff member whether they can make the juice cold, and they said the juice is generally warm because the fruits are warm. They said they could keep it in their fridge for a few minutes if I'd like that. I didn't want to wait so I left. I'll be coming back for the Acai bowls.

I’m only con if I had to have one would be that he wasn’t knowledgeable about how many grams of protein the additive contained but he did admit to not knowing and asked someone. So again I definitely appreciate his patience with me!!

The Vitality Bowl's fruit was extremely fresh and delicious. Although it was a treat from my son it was bit pricey

The service was ok, but chicken panini was soo good, I will definitely come back for only panini. And the price was 7.99$ totally worth it. I also ordered pina colada smoothie, which was ok, but I think it’s overpriced, for the size that you get. Medium size is $9.49.

I like this place and the food, but I was not happy with the customer service received. The lady just stared into space while I was deciding, she didn’t offer any ideas for what I should order. She didn’t say a word to us the entire time. Didn’t repeat the order back or anything. She is tall, blond, with a round face and greenish blue eyes. I’m not sure her name because she never said a word and wasn’t wearing a name tag. otherwise I’d give it 5 stars! I really like the bowls and the juices.

Tried this place for the first time. Flavors were very average and nothing special.. 2 small bowls + 1 smoothie was $34, which definitely seemed pricey for what they are. There are many other smoothie/bowl places in the area with better flavors and prices.

We are pretty big on clean eating and smoothies, as much as this type of place is right up my alley it’s definitely failed to impress me every time. I seriously keep trying to love them! But the fact that it took 15-20 minutes to make an acia bowl on 3 separate occasions was a little ridiculous but also that I’m pretty sure they top them off with cheap sugar cereals instead of flax seed or healthy granola makes me sad. Also the green in the smoothies is definitely an added coloring of some sort, because its like freaky green. We make these at home all the time and they are never that green🤷🏻‍♀️ and then I finally gave up on my desire to love this place when I found out they don’t use organic fruits or veggies, kinda defeats the purpose for me. “I love Juice bar” just spoils me I guess and it’s hard to compare this place to them.

Customer service is non existent. I placed an online order at 10:00 am and received a confirmation email that my order would be ready by 10:15 am. I arrived at 10:10 to be second in line waiting for an order. The staff told me my order was in process, they were short staffed, and would be right out. YET, she took 4 peoples orders behind me before going back to work on my order. At 10:45 am she returns with the 4 orders of the people who ordered behind me and told me mine was next. WHAT? I have in the store waiting for 35 minutes (30 min past delivery time) and still don't have my order ready. It doesn't take a 5 star restaurant 45 min to get food out once ordered. I had to leave, no food in hand. I asked for a refund as I couldn't keep waiting for my order to be prepared and for a manager to call me. The charge is still sitting on my credit card and no manager has contacted me.

Disgusting, soupy, overpriced açaí bowls. This is not what açaí bowls should be like (melted soupy and gross). Never eating here again. Service is super slow.

Horrible experience going here. Avoid at all costs. Put in a take out order for 2 bowls. I asked the only person working there how long it would be and I was told 10-15 minutes. I come back 25 minutes later and it's still not done. I am then told it's going to be another 15 minutes. The store reeks of smoke and I was told there was a fire in the toaster. After an hour of waiting I ask to be refunded. The kid tries for 10 minutes to give me a refund and fails. Then he tells me to download the app and then he can refund me, I tell him no. I finally get the cold and unappetizing food.

I tried to try this place for the first time today-and failed. After standing at the counter for 15 minutes and 2 workers saw me standing there, one finally asked if she could help me. I asked how long it would be for a salad since I had not pre-ordered and she said “oh it’s probably gonna take a while because we’re pretty backed up“. The only people I saw working in the store were too young teenage girls, who obviously need a lot of training. There were literally 2 people inside waiting for their order.

I walked in with my kids, I was not greeted. The customer service was cold. I ordered a breakfast bowl, paid the cost and a tip even though I didn’t want to. The employee acted like she did not want to be there Another employee comes out to tell me they don’t have strawberries or bananas and I could pick another bowl. I didn’t want anything else because everything I wanted had strawberries or bananas. I said I wanted a refund and they said they didn’t or couldn’t do one. I asked them to call a manager and they did. I received a refund all except my tip. It was a $1 but it was a tip for service that was not given to me. I wanted to give nothing

So disappointing I’m posting for first time ever . 15 dollars for a salad of prepackaged items. The egg was even pickled. You could get same salad and quality from any supermarket for 5 bucks.

HORRIBLE. NONCHALANT, YOUNG, UNCONCERNED & UNDERSTAFFED. Originally when this place opened it was great, unsure if it is under new ownership or management but it has become terrible. Ordered through DoorDash and was contacted about an item they were no longer offering that I had ordered, instead of offering a replacement for that ONE item out of the two on the order it was almost as if was the young lady was encouraging me to cancel the order (by me having to contact DoorDash) in its entirety. After me, as the customer, had to ask what it could be replaced with I still never ended up getting my order. I tried to give them another shot today, when I sent someone to order a kale salad and veggie panini, also to no avail, as the wait time exceeded 45 mins for two items in an empty store. Asked for the owner or manager, of course no one in leadership on staff. We were given a panini with meat as well (wrong). So 45 min wait, paid for, and wrong. Another day I ordered the Kale salad in the middle of the day and was told they had no kale. (11:00 am) on a weekday. Ridiculous. Great concept, great food (when they have it). Terrible customer service, you go in, your order is taken and the person disappears to the back forever. Either they are understaffed or just don’t care. Either way, only order or dine here if you have 30 mins to an hour to spare on any given day.

If I could choose a negative star I would. I stopped by this establishment last week for the first time and was rushed to order my meal and the main staff member at the register (Presley) was very rude. I was greeted with "are you ready yet", I kindly replied with I will need a moment as this is the first time I have been here. After a few mins she returns and says "you have any idea what you want yet". What type of service is this??? The food was good but, I wont be returning to this location due to the rude staff member. I do realize we all have bad days but, if your in front dealing with customers this is not the way to have people return to your business.

Ordered for pickup 15 mins before the store was closing and was shocked to see how it was made… we ordered 2 vitality bowls and was shocked to see there was hardly a big teaspoon of açaí layered at the bottom and the rest was only granola and bananas and strawberries with few berries…. This is an açaí bowl… where is the açaí?… maybe ordering before the store closes was a mistake but they should NOT take orders if they give such experiences

10/25/24 at 130pm. Asked cashier about ingredients in a salad dressing. She threw up her arms, said “I don’t know, I don’t make it.” Did not offer any assistance to my question. Since she didn’t want to help, I said thank you and headed out the door. As I am leaving she goes into the back kitchen and yells “Oh my god this lady…” I was not even out the door yet and the kitchen door was still open. I make eye contact with a little bit older taller lady and yell that is was ridiculous that she wouldn’t even help me with food allergy, about a salad dressing. Very unprofessional! Absolutely ridiculous.” And I walked out. This person clearly does not want to work, does not want to be there, and does not want to interact with people. So disappointing, will never go again. Unfortunately, this was a very large go to for the office too and lost my business. Please know that I tried to do my research on their menu before visiting, I have had their bowls before but never a salad and there was no menu option for me to access.

The girl stated they were done making juices for the day because they cleaned the machine already. I was literally confused. I told her that was unacceptable since they are still open for business. She then said okay I’ll call my manager. She didn’t call Anyone. She just gave me my total. Then she didn’t give me all my change and said they were out of Pennie’s, dimes and nickels. I want the rest of my change back and if this is how this place is going to be ran, I won’t come back.

I order a non - chicken, non dairy Power Panini and they gave me chicken which messed with my religious fasting for Holy Lent. I will not be return to order from here.

There were 4 other tables sitting with no food, waiting. A man sitting behind Me seemed exasperated. He made a phone call and I heard him say he was waiting for 45 min. At this point I had been waiting for my food for at least 20 Minutes. I got another workers attention through the kitchen door window. I asked if my order was almost finished - he answered Yes, but when I asked how much longer, he said he didn’t know. I cancelled and left. Don’t waste your time. 👎🏼😑
