DeSano is one of our favorite, most ordered from pizza places! Authentic pizza that tastes as close as possible to pizza we’ve had in Naples. Great Margarita DOP. Every cannoli flavor is yummy. They were kind enough to surprise us with a free “bonus” pizza on one of our delivery orders.

Amazing pizza!! Two large pizza fed my family of 5. A little pricey but worth it! They even gave my kids dough to play with while we waited for our pizza which came out pretty quick. It you want high end pizza this is your place! Good drink options and dessert options too.

I gave the 12" lasagna pizza a try, The crust here is more "floppy", but I didn't mind. Though you may want to let the pizza cool for a few minutes in order for the toppings not to slide off. Overall a fresh tasting pizza and the 12" was just enough for me, as the ricotta was rich and helps you stay full. Service was great as well, and I would return. 4.5/5

My husband and I came here for the pizza school to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was such an amazing experience! We got to make our own pizza, which was so much fun and made the day extra special. Jordan was very kind and professional, and the whole team made us feel welcome. Everything we tried was outstanding — the salad, the meatballs, and of course the wine, which was absolutely delicious. The pizza we made honestly felt like the best we’ve ever had. We’ll always remember this day, and we’re so grateful to Desano for helping make our anniversary unforgettable. Highly recommend the pizza school experience!

Halcyon is such a cute little spot—part coffee shop, part cocktail bar, and all-around great vibes. I didn’t get a chance to try the food, but the atmosphere alone makes it worth the visit. Cozy, stylish, and perfect for hanging out, working, or just enjoying the scene. And the espresso martinis? Amazing. Smooth, balanced, and honestly some of the best I’ve had. Whether you’re in the mood for caffeine, cocktails, or just a chill place to unwind, Halcyon hits the mark.

So this place has been here for ever I feel & it looks it. The place could use a little polishing up. It round take much to make this place shine. Super chill vibe, they have done games you can play with like domino's battleship and cards. They have a full bar with some Cafe bites. I ordered their long Island coffee drink that has a limit of two. The first tasted pretty good and strong the second one I don't think the person knew how to make it. It tasted like regular Iced coffee. A $10 Iced coffee 😏 Hubby ordered an old fashioned with brandy he said it was pretty good. He also ordered a sandwich with a bag of potato chips. They have cute little smores kit if you want to have an interactive kind of experience. I've been to their newer location and have to say it's cozier here but a little less polished if you don't mind that than make sure to stop in

Delicious Coffee. I loved the Matcha Latte. We went early morning on a Saturday. There were not many customers at the time. Service was quick. Mid-century modern decor. We ordered avacado toast and breakfast tacos. It was good. They serve cocktails too.

Decided to stop by while waiting for a table at the nearby Roosevelt Room and had a very relaxing time. The vibe inside is definitely coffee shop first, bar second, and overall fairly chill. The seating space inside was large and accommodating, and drink service was very fast. I particularly liked the wall of liquors behind the bar, with a respectable selection regardless of where you go, and very respectable when considering the coffee shop environment. I'd recommend stopping by!

Halcyon is one of those downtown spots that works for almost anything—coffee in the afternoon, a casual meet-up, or cocktails later at night. The vibe is laid-back but still feels “downtown,” with plenty of seating and a solid patio for people-watching on 4th Street. Drinks are well-made, and it’s nice having food options too (the tabletop s’mores are a fun add-on if you’re hanging with friends). It can get busy on weekends, but overall it’s a dependable, easy choice when you want a relaxed bar-lounge feel without the club chaos.

Outstanding prices for downtown, happy hour Sunday is the best prices for drinks I've seen in any area of Austin. Has outdoor seating. Bartenders could be a bit quicker. Maybe stop talking and focus on getting drinks out.. No line and having to stand and wait 11 min and 9min for a drink is not good.. Doesn't seem long when writing this but stand and watch someone talk about whatever for just a few mins will be frustrating, 10min seems like forever..

I enjoyed my experience at DeSano. The pizza was good as was the salad. I will note that it was quite pricey compared to other pizza joints in Austin. Although I understand as it seems like they use very high quality ingredients. The menu had a number of good options, so you can’t go wrong with whatever direction you go. For you ranch lovers - this establishment does not offer ranch at all for dipping.

Fantastic pizza, lovely homey atmosphere, if a bit pricey. Their largest size leaves enough for lunch tomorrow, too! Will certainly be back to try one of their desserts.

I loved the pizza, I understand the concept but just in case I want to mention it, if you're with a friend that does not eat beef or has dietary restrictions is kinda hard, cause they actually wear a shirt that says No chicken and 2 other things (don't remember) and don't even ask for them, if you do (my friend asked because it was our first time there and we didn't know) they just pointed to the shirt, I mean I get it but it was rude. Apart from that is a nice place, I liked the food.

The pizza was really good. The flavor was amazing and the pizza crust had a nice smokey, crunch. If the center of the pizza wasn't floppy, I would've given this place a 5 star. I like the bicycle theme inside and it's cool that you can see the chefs make the pizzas in the pizza ovens. We will definitely stop back by when we're in Austin again.

I really liked the quality of the pizza, but was a bit let down by the menu—it only had pork as the meat option. It would’ve been nice to have more variety. That said, my daughter absolutely loves the place! The decor is super cute, and they even give kids some dough to make their own little pizza to take home and bake—such a fun touch. Overall, it was a good experience. I’d come back for the vibe and the quality, but I’ll probably look elsewhere if I’m ever craving a different kind of meat.

This place is really popular. There were a lot of people even on a weekday after 8 PM. The pizza looked delicious and was served with a generous amount of meat. However, I found it more visually appealing than flavorful. Honestly, the taste didn’t impress me. We ordered the Calzone Vesuvio and Pizza IL Maiale. We also got the Italian chopped salad, which had a lot of sausage and cheese.

Still one of my fun bars downtown—great vibe and always a good time. That said, it could use a little extra attention: the patio fan hasn’t worked in a while, the inside could use a DEEP clean paired with a much needed AC filter change. With a bit more upkeep, this place could really shine again.

I visited Desano for the first time and I ordered a margarita pizaa, all their meat is pork so if you don’t eat pork no options for u other than vegetarian option, the tomato sauce taste like it’s not cooked I ordered the 16 inch which is the largest size funny thing it came with two leaves of basil customer service is not the greatest, first and last time will be here not the greatest experience

Honestly, ordered the avocado toast, got guac (like actual mashed guac with pico de gallo & jalapeño bits) on soggy white toast and it took 20 mins to come out. $14 insane! Nothing is made fresh, the barista was unenthused and said everything is prepped night before so even though they have an egg burrito on the menu they can’t make eggs as a side.

The real bad experience one could have just by seeing the outer appearance, I am sure would never come back here, just got betrayed by the name as was looking for coffee. The wait was real long for just coffees, secondly as waiting for the coffees went to the washroom the washroom which is not clean could have the worst and the upbeat kitchen ever. Just wonder their food how would it look after seeing the pictures uploaded. Their coffee was just a a regular one didn’t even taste well. Would never come back again.

I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for since I moved to Austin, and it used to feel like my little safe space. The atmosphere was always warm and welcoming, thanks to the familiar faces behind the counter who made every visit feel personal. Unfortunately, it doesn’t feel the same anymore. With the old employees gone, the energy has shifted, and the aura that made this place so special is missing.

I have never been to a place with more rude employees than this one. I live nearby and wanted to like it. Just walked in there this morning and had the guy at the front just grumble at me "I'm busy. Not taking your order" without even looking up. This is the third time I've gotten some weird attitude after daring to step foot inside. Never again.
