It’s good food and I’d rate the food a 4/5 but it’s getting a 3/5 because it is always a hassle ordering. The order is always missing something or they give you something you did not order which makes it hard to even validate tipping here (yes they ask for tip when you sign your receipt) if the order cannot be taken correctly or be correct when packing. There is also no screen although they do repeat your order at the window but they all do it differently so there is no consistency. Take the time to check your order before leaving.

Sunday around 6pm craving for some good food and we pick some from 3 different places to try out different flavors. My wife chose pollo Rico and the reason was because she loves Gorditas. Long story short we ordered half of chicken and one Beef Gordita, all of that for about $26.00 the cashier was friendly and attentive to my order. The chicken was amazing with lots of flavor, the rice and beans cooked to perfection. The only issue here is their Gorditas are not home made but you can tell that they are frozen and refried at the time of the order, the meet and all Of the ingredients were ok but not that good maybe because of the sensation of the bad Gordita tortilla. Again best place for chicken but not gorditas. Please excuse my bad typos.

Got the beef fajitas street tacos... wasn't impressed and not worth $10, but tha hot sauce was good

The food is of inconsistent quality, but the pricing is also scammy. For example, I ordered a lunch special but they charged regular price and when I pointed it out, they’re talking about tax, even though taxes are charged separately as a line item. Sso basically they advertise one price for lunch specials but they charge another price intentionally.

My daughter bought me a half order of chicken about 2pm in the afternoon. The chicken looked old , not fresh and hard to cut. The beans which are usually very good and tasty had no .taste at all just plain. I was very disappointed. I had stopped getting food there because it’s not tasting the same. I decided to give it another try. My sister in-law had also bought an order of half chicken. She had the same problem but she did eat her food she gave it to the dog.

Chicken flavor was really good every thing else was not worth the money. I ordered the whole Chicken it was served in a piece of butcher paper and tied up in a plastic bag, grease was everwhere. The beans and rice was only enough for one person. I questioned the portion and was told that was wall it came with. I was very disappointed in this place. It is a shame because the Chicken has such good flavor but it is served up like dog food.

I ordered a quesadilla with Big Fajita and I guess you counted the pieces of meat that That you put in there because I only had five pieces of meat and lots of cheese that is not worth the price I paid I also ordered a baked potato, and that potato had a lot of beef fajita on it. That’s a damn shame will not be going there anymore.

I don’t know if it’s because I am black but there is consistent bad service; wrong orders, or orders that are wrapped in plastic wrap other locations unwrapped. I like the food but sick and tired of racism from this location. Contracting corporate offices next.

Went in for dine in & she packed our food for take out. If I wanted to go order would have went through the drive thru. Lady at front lacks customer service. I order the number 4 & number 10 both beef. She looked back at the menu every time I said something like it was a bother to her and I knew exactly what I wanted. She just seemed like she did not want to be there. I will also be uploading the pictures we paid 30$ for an absolute disappointment.
