Everything was phenomenal. From the delicious entrees, complimentary bread and dip, chocolate cake dessert, amazing customer service, and the ambiance. Perfect for a date night, family dinner, or solo dinner. I had a GNO and we decided to come to Juliet Italian Kitchen. This restaurant did not disappoint. Pictured below, I ordered the "SHRIMP CAPELLINI FRESCA" and my two other friends ordered the "CHICKEN PARMIGIANA". The portions are fairly large and the food was beyond flavorful. I will definitely be coming here again for great Italian cuisine.

Came to check out this plate for date night and loved it, I chose the spicy rigatoni alla vodka and was delighted. The entrée was rich with flavor and the quantity served justified the cost. Our server Michael was great and attentive to our table. He gave us a great explanation on the entrees to allow us to make the appropriate choice for the night

Great atmosphere, beautiful restaurant, and awesome staff. We started with the Roasted Brussel Sprouts and the Calamari. The brussel sprouts had a nice balsamic based sauce and chunks of bacon. The calamari came with fried squid rings only, fried jalapeños and fried lemon which was a nice touch. Of the two, my favorite was the calamari. It had a nice balance of citrus and spiciness. The Pork Roulade was excellent. The pork was cooked perfectly and tender. The spinach and cheese stuffed inside was great. The gnocchi it came with was chewy and crispy and tasted great in the cream sauce it came in. The Chicken Piccata came with a good portion of chicken stop a bed of spinach. The white wine sauce and caper sauce was great and it was a great option if you're looking for something that's not too heavy. For dessert, we got the seasonal Apple Crumble which was amazing. If you like apple pie, this is the way to go.

Lovely spot with a parking lot, which if you know Austin is a RARE find. Had the cacio de pepe pizza which was incredible! Drinks were fantastic and the wine brough us back to Siena. Great service as well from the team, really made us feel welcome. Will certainly return, tons of charm and care here!

Cute vibe and great date night spot. Nice large patio and dogs are welcome. Service was great too. I had the sausage pesto ravioli..so good. Pasta was tender and fresh, pesto cream was soft and blended perfectly with the ricotta filling. Didn't expect the sausage to be crumbles on top but nonetheless, delicious. Also had the sausage spinach pizza; it was ok. None of the flavors really stood out lending to a bland pie. Crust was great though! I was glad they had a dedicated parking lot because street parking was terrible. Overall, would return for pasta 😋

The food is top tier hands down. The chicken Picatta and the Lasagna were chefs kiss. But there are many restaurants with great food. Our server Ava made all the difference. The restaurant was packed but her service was still amazing. We will return.

From the prompt seating, to the amazing service provided by Nick D.!! My wife, daughter and I had an amazing meal. We started with the fresh mozzarella , absolutely perfect! The meatballs!! Like they were cooked by the gods! Then the main dishes, my Italian sausage and cheese ravioli, creamy, fresh pasta wrapped around what I feel was fresh made ricotta .....I've never had such delicious food. My wife got the baked rigatoni and she could not believe how amazing their pasta is. You can tell it's fresh! My little one had pasta in butter and I've never seen her eat so much! The atmosphere outside was beautiful. Just the right amount of warmth and cool breeze. If I eat Italian again I'm Austin it will be at Juliet's! We returned after trying for a birthday party 2 years ago. First time was fun, good enough, but this week, we FELL IN LOVE and wanted to marry our food. So good, so tasty, so perfect, so nuanced in all of the right ways … we shared 3 appetizers plus 2 entree dishes between 3 ravenous diners and cannot wait to re-validate SOON! We enjoyed everything : seasoned oil (scored a 13 out of 10) bread (7/10), beef carpaccio (8/10), shrimp scampi (8/10), margarita pizza (9/10), grilled broccolini (10/10 by one diner), calamari (9/10, competes with or better than Satellite’s, our longtime favorite!). Recommend you time your visit for happy hour and stick to the appetizer menu as much as you can. Delicioso!

I loved everything about this place! We had a fancy work lunch at Juliet’s yesterday and it was amazing. The atmosphere was upscale but relaxed, the staff was super friendly and attentive, and the food was stellar. The cocktails were fantastic, my rigatoni was perfectly al dente, and the stuffed mushrooms were out of this world! The tiramisu was so decadent— maybe the best I’ve ever had. Today I had a special Valentine's date with my mom!!! We love lasagna and decided to try Juliet Italian kitchen! We were so happy! I'm extremely picky when it comes to lasagna since I can make it delicious! I love ricotta cheese and a good red sauce. This lasagna was perfect! Perfect texture, many layers, lots of cheese and good bread. The server was friendly and did a good job topping our lasagna with extra Parmesan cheese! Too much cheese is never too much cheese for me!!! The size was perfect! I would totally come back when I crave lasagna again

Nick greeted us at the door and was genuinely happy to have us come back. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms for appetizer (fantastic 10/10) Butternut Squash ravioli (great taste and texture with an amazing base sauce 10/10/) and chicken parm (9/10 because it tasted awesome but could have used a tiny less cook time) We also ordered wine as suggested by our server Kai who was fantastic. We have previously been to Juliet’s and was not impressed however we gave it a second try and it was awesome. Overall was a nice and pleasant experience. Thank you. We will come back again!

Really great spot near Barton Springs. Plenty of seating inside and the decor is cute. Lots of outdoor seating and fun lighting. The staff was amazing at their jobs. The served free bread and an oil, parmigiana, garlic and green onion mixture. I've never had this before but I like it so much better than the usual olive oil & balsamic vinegarette. We ordered the calamari and it was great. Nice surprise with the fried jalapeño fir a little kick. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana and my husband ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Funghi. Both meals were delicious.

I had only been to Juliette once before and this was before the pandemic. I had a pasta and a side salad and it was underwhelming so I never returned. This time it was a COMPLETELY different experience. We came in for a wine tasting lunch with some wine reps and I ordered the Bibb Lettuce Salad with Grilled Salmon. It was a delight. From the home made dressing to the perfectly cooked fresh salmon, everything was perfect. I like clean simple foods with no more than four ingredients. This salad was just that. I will DEFINITELY come back. The good was outstanding and the interior super clean.

We ordered fritto misto it’s a mix of calamari, shrimp and vegetables, kids pasta and puzza looked really good as you were in Italy, watermelon salad was ok, but maybe because I liked fresh cut watermelon. My wife made reservations for a dinner date night. Our first time, and just from the parking lot to walking in sets the mood! The atmosphere is incredible. We both had drinks, very strong very nice! Then started with the fried Calamari appetizer. The freshest calamari I have ever had, and fried to perfection! I also loved the fried jalapeños with the order. I’m a fan of spicy foods and they had a bite! For the main course we both had the Chicken Parmigiana, excellent choice! The spaghetti noodles tasted like they were just made, along with the sauce! The serving was very generous that we both had to get to go boxes. A wonderful, and delicious meal! I couldn’t have asked for a better date night dinner! Service was excellent the entire time. Definitely looking forward to another visit soon!

The first time we went to Juliet’s Kitchen was on Valentine’s Day, and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. Our waiter that night was rude, and I ended up leaving feeling very emotional and even crying. We spoke with the manager afterward, and he kindly apologized and invited us to come back another day, assuring us he would take care of us. We decided to return yesterday, and the experience was completely different in the best way possible. The service was amazing, the food was delicious, and everything felt so warm and welcoming. Our server went above and beyond and curated a beautiful dinner for us. It truly madeup for the first visit. We definitely plan to come back again. Thank you for turning our experience around!

Had a great time here for my birthday dinner with friends! I made a reservation on open table which was also very easy. They have complimentary valet parking which is amazing in this area. I had the butterfly spritz, shrimp scampi and complimentary birthday tiramisu which was incredible! The staff were all lovely and so accommodating of gluten free and vegan dietary restrictions in our party. Also the prices were so reasonable for the quality of everything. Would definitely go back for another nice occasion!

Had the most wonderful brunch at Juliet Italian Kitchen in Barton Springs! Our waitress was so welcoming and helpful with ordering - she really made us feel at home. The Tomato Basil soup was perfectly seasoned with that fresh, homemade taste you crave. The Roasted Garlic and Ricotta Ravioli was absolutely divine - pillowy pasta with a rich, creamy filling that had just the right amount of garlic. Even the Non-Alcoholic Spritz was thoughtfully crafted and refreshing. The atmosphere was inviting and the whole experience was perfect for catching up with friends over incredible Italian food. Can't wait to come back!

Came here for the first time 2 weeks ago and the food was so good! I ordered the ravioli which was a bit pricey for the small amount it is but it was perfect and didn’t make me feel bloated or gross after, very authentic food. They also do have a great happy hour which you can choose a $9 margherita pizza as well and other items. It’s a casual/business casual restaurant, and family friendly as well! You can choose your sit indoors or outdoors and there is plenty of parking as well (free) which is great!

Unfortunately, the menu was completely different—even though it was a weekday—and only the brunch menu was available. Everything had eggs on it, including pizza. Eggs on pizza at 3pm isn’t really what I was hoping for. It was pretty disappointing, especially since I just wanted the turkey bacon sandwich again. I find it hard to believe there wasn’t turkey available to make it. Hopefully this was a one-off, because my first visit was genuinely great. Make sure you get the lunch menu!

Brunch a Juliet Italian Kitchen was wonderful. The drinks were top notch, in particular I really enjoyed the Juliet Old Fashioned. The food was delicious, but I do question the naming of the 17 layer lasagna. While I'm sure it had 17 layers it was a shorter stack than expected. Nevertheless, it was a great lasagna. The atmosphere was great and the brunch menu prices were reasonable.

Cute place with indoor and outdoor seating and some parking in the back. Service was good, and the food was delicious. They have a small wine selection, but the cab/merlot blend was very tasty. The bruschetta was excellent and their Caesar salad was filling. The pesto chicken was devoured quickly and I took the remainder of the piccata chicken home to enjoy.

Service was amazing and so was the food. We had spaghetti with meat sauce, spaghetti with meatballs, and lasagna. The food was flavorful. Can’t wait to go back and try the pizza. Their drink were super cute looking and tasted good.

Not impressed unfortunately. Reviews seemed to tell a different story but the food lacked flavor. The calamari was just chewy rings. The pasta lacked flavor too. For an Italian restaurant this was disappointing. The service was good and I can't complain about that. Going to 4 stars as I appreciate the response from the restaurant. Thank you.

We arrived in town from Fort Worth for the SXSW event. My family and I enjoyed a meal here. The ambiance and the food were quite satisfactory. However, my wife ordered the pesto chicken, and the alfredo chicken appeared. My wife informed the waitress that the dish was not pesto-based. The waitress informed her that it was pesto (it was white sauce not green) and then proceeded to her that "your good" then leave, leaving her with the impression that my wife was satisfied with her meal. Unfortunately, we decided not to return.

Decent Italian food! We went here as a big group and made prior reservations. They have ample parking space, indoor and outdoor seating. I lived there indoor ambience. The service is perfect and they are helpful and kind. We ordered the fried calamari, brushetta, meatball pizza, fettuccine funghi, mushroom manicotti and chicken piccata. My personal favorite was the pizza - the crust was perfectly good and the cheese was delicious. Definitely recommend their pizzas. I tried their Mimosa and it was perfect for a sunny afternoon. Overall a good experience.

Popular spot for traditional Italian fare. Good menu options. Pasta is cooked quite well. I thought the Bolognese was good not great. Tiramisu average. Extensive drink and wine menu, but the wine is spendy. Service was just ok for us, some long pauses between orders and delivery. I would certainly repeat but perhaps not frequent. Update: my Austin friends all love this place so I'm updating to 4.

We paid a visit to Juliet Italian Kitchen for the first time last week! We came on a Tuesday around 5 and there was only one other family in the restaurant, so plenty of parking available around back! The patio, greenery, decor and mood of the restaurant are very aesthetically pleasing, with plenty of cute picture opportunities. Our waitress sat us in the front hallway with big windows to the main street out front, and if was fun to people watch while waiting for our meal! Our waitress was also very friendly and sweet with my kids, although we didn't see a kids menu while there. The food itself was just ok, not the best Italian in the Austin area. My kids ordered spaghetti and the noodles were thick and not normal spaghetti noodles, which is ok, they just got full super quickly. I had a stomach ache after my meal, and again after my leftovers a couple days later. Overall it's a fun restaurant to try out!

Stopped in for lunch and it was pretty quiet. They have a large patio area, but we sat indoors to avoid the heat. Ordered the Spicy Rigatoni and a mushroom and chicken pasta. They were delicious! But it would have been nice to be offered Parmesan cheese as others tables received it upon food delivery.

We were staying at the Carpenter hotel (just across the street) and decided to walk over for dinner. Wasn’t my first time here, but it’s been well over a year since my last visit. The food was okay - nothing special overall but it was good and the portions were large. They also gave us a complimentary tiramisù for our anniversary, which was thoughtful (and it was good, too)! The service was the best part of the dinner but unfortunately we went a few weeks ago and we forgot his name. He was great though and really made the night! Overall I think there’s better Italian food in the city but the service here is always great and so is the location :)

First off, the lasagna is amazing. I was already pretty full by the time I got through about 4/5 of it! The only downside is that the meat can be a little too much for me. 😢 The bread is a bit too salty and dry, but the bruschetta is absolutely delicious! 🤤 The spicy pasta is definitely super spicy, but the bacon in it doesn’t really taste like bacon — it’s more like ham. 🥓 The lemonade tastes like 95% water and 5% lemon, which is disappointing because I really love lemonade. It’s just not balanced enough. 💧🍋 On the positive side, the service is amazing — everyone is super friendly and respectful! The place is beautiful at night with all the hanging lights and fancy vibes. It is a bit expensive, though. 💸

Nice place for a late afternoon snack or dinner. Excellent service in a good location. Menu and food are very good with fair prices.

Started with the hand-pulled mozzarella which was tough and not very flavorful. It had a little balsamic vinegar on it and that was the extent of the flavor profile. I was really looking forward to the chicken piccata but that was breaded and fried almost like a cutlet versus a traditional Italian preparation that is dredged in flour. It tasted okay but could have used more sauce. The side of polenta that it came with was cold and the replacement side they sent was hot but lacked any of the lemon sauce from the main dish. The butternut squash ravioli was just okay. The squash itself lacked flavor and was tough. Bread with our meal would have been nice but because we did not ask for it initially we did not get any until our meal was almost over. Service was a little slow because of some other larger party in the restaurant but our server was nice.

Waitress and host were very nice. Ambiance is great! We started with happy hour apps, and we got the meatballs… it was alright. Nothing like melt in your mouth good…but for $9 we weren’t mad. Entrees came, and I hate to say it, but the food is mediocre and reminded us of the taste of a chain restaurant. Our plates, my husband got the spicy rigatoni alla vodka and I got the mushroom fettuccine fungi and added chicken on both plates. It all lacked flavor.. we weren’t happy with knowing what the cost was to go out and we could’ve made better at home… unfortunately we really wanted to love this restaurant but we will not be back.

I ate here twice. Once on a date, and once in a group. I had their ravioli on the date. It was fair and decent, but I felt it was a bit bland. Just like the date, I wasn’t left with the best impression. Second time was with the group, and I had chicken piccata. The chicken had that strong lemony and zesty flavor. They nailed that. The chicken was tender. The chicken breast wasn’t boneless as a chopped portion of the ribs/wishbone were still attached to one end of the breast- and was breaded and hidden as part of the beast. That seemed a little odd for a cutlet dish like chicken piccata, really wasn’t appealing. The polenta that came along with it was just ok. Overall tasted fine anchored by the good caper/lemon flavor, but could be refined. My dinner companions weren’t ecstatic. One (European) barely touched her lasagna (swimming in too much tomato sauce according to her), and the other (NYC native familiar with NYC Italian cuisine) felt their pasta dish was just ok. The restaurant is nice, good location. Ample parking in the rear lot. The staff was great! Too bad the food wasn’t as nice as the staff. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian place, I believe there are some better choices in town.

Management handled my situation reasonably well after the fact. I will give this place another chance!

Had a lunch special yesterday with caprese bruschetta and the spicy rigatoni alla vodka. The table bread was not good, the bruschetta was not balanced at all, just a piece of bread with way too much tomato, very little balsamic, lack luster pesto and way too much garlic. The spicy rigatoni alla vodka was basically inedible as it was way too salty (I like salt) with no spice or vodka. I will say the did cook the pasta properly, the service was good and the location is nice.

While our waiter was amazing, food was absolutely awful. I would heavily caution against the risotto balls, way too much breading and sauce was blown out of the water by whatever is in my fridge at home right now. Either way, irrelevant because we were both looking forward to the pasta and hungry. When we did get the pasta, both dishes were extremely undercooked—vodka rigatoni I wouldn’t have even had more than two bites if I wanted to. I think Olive Garden would’ve been a safer option. Will never be back. Disappointed because did want to love it.

I have patronize Juliet italian kitchen on several occasions. The biggest problem we ever had was the hosted prioritizing our presence. We had to waited for at least the longest 15 minutes before she took time off the phone to greet us and provide a waiter. Initially, I thought she was inexperienced. But this never happened to other customers of different hues. We spent a great deal of money and provided generous tips. I love some of the food and was excited that we would become familiar with the entire menu. But on the last occasions the hostess was so pase' to our needs that we decided to never patronize the resturant ever again. In these harsh economic times when you spend you money and seek out to highlight a small business as a possible investment. Then one should be treated with common courtesy. Which we were not. The wait staff is wonderful. But when the guard who holds down the entrance is bias, or lacks customer service, or tact then entry is mute. So to all my followers think twice about patronizing this resturant. All backgrounds deserve common decency. Which we could not rate as welcoming for this establishment. Don't waste your money; because if your not wanted in then they don't need your money nor your referrals.

I loved the atmosphere and the service here, but the food was so disappointing. The chicken parmigiana was dry and tough. It tasted as if it was never tenderized. The exterior wasn’t crispy and I barely got any basil as garnish. The marinara sauce was on the acidic side and could’ve used more salt. My friend loved her pasta, though.
