To all the haters out there: what is the deal?? This store is amazing! I was visiting the capitol and was in desperate need of a pizza pick me up. The guy on the phone was very polite and helpful. Arriving, I saw that the store was in a repurposed gas station. That was pretty neat. The pizza was just right. Super tasty. Medium pan pepperoni with extra cheese. Mmmmm. They did not have tea or lemonade on deck, but they were not afraid to point me across the street to Canes for a delicious Arnold Palmer. Great experience. Five stars to rub in the face of all those 1 and 2 star haters.
Pretty solid and consistent pizza. The app has great coupons.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The pizza was delicious and freshly made! The crust was crispy, the cheese melted perfectly, and the service was fast and friendly. One of the best Domino’s I’ve ever been to! 🍕
I have to share an experience that truly deserves a 5-star rating, not just for the product, but for the outstanding character and customer support of the store manager. I placed an order around 2:30 AM (about 30 minutes before close). I accidentally fell asleep, and when I arrived at the store around 4:00 AM, the staff were cleaning up and the store was closed to new customers. I learned my order hadn't been made and I would get a refund. I explained to the manager that I was utterly disappointed, as those last $10 were all I had left to spend, and having the order fall through was a disaster for me that night. The manager could have easily focused on closing and just processed the refund, but they patiently listened to my argument, genuinely assessed my tough situation, and offered what he had to help me out. His incredible act of kindness made me truly happy at the end of a disappointing night. People like this manager are the backbone of great businesses. He didn't just stand for the customer; he went above and beyond while cleaning up after hours. I am truly appreciative of this store manager for his kind heart. Thank you for making a difference!
James was an EXCELLENT…very welcoming & friendly on my visit in Austin. The world needs more people like James. Thank you sir.

The employees were nice. The food was fresh. Wait time was just as advertised. Thanks for the icing!

Super friendly workers! Greeted as soon as we walked in and helped almost immediately despite being fairly busy. Quick completion time too :)
Last 3 deliveries have been terrible service, very VERY late deliveries because they got lost. Every time, the drivers didn't speak English, so I couldn't even help them find me. My place is not difficult to find. They are the only people EVER to tell me Google can't find my address. (Clearly a lie to shift blame off of personal ignorance) Everytime I called to complain, the assistant manager handled the call perfectly. Also the food was always correct if not a little cold.

They boot you the second you leave the property line. Definitely predatory parking enforcement to gain some money while also having hidden fees with their food, pay for parking on holidays, in my opinion the manager here is shady and being malicious in making money. Even paying customers have been booted
Every time I order from here, without fail, they never follows delivery instructions, make me walk outside to get the food from their car, and never have the right order. For example, I’ve tried to order a Diet Coke the last few orders, they ALWAYS show up without a drink at all or something I didn’t order, and say “oh well we were out.” then why is it on your website or why didn’t you call me before the driver left the store girl?
Be extremely careful parking here. I left my car for less than a minute and it was immediately booted by Central Parking Enforcement. No warning, no grace period, just a $100 fee on the spot. This feels less like parking management and more like a revenue trap. If you step away from your vehicle for even a brief moment, expect aggressive enforcement. I understand private lots have rules, but instant booting without any reasonable buffer creates a predatory experience for customers. If you’re planning to order from nearby businesses, think twice. One small mistake can cost you $100.
Placed an online order and they did not follow the directions at all. Not to mention when I brought it up, the guy was extremely rude and defensive. I was not in a rush so I didn’t mind the order being wrong but if that’s the attitude you’re going to have when a customer tells you an order is wrong- that’s a problem.
Left our soda and $10 worth of sauces we ordered. They put us on three consecutive holds for 30 min until we finally snapped. These guys do not take their job seriously and are an absolute joke. Don’t waste your money here. I’m contacting corporate about this place because their manager needs to go. This has happened many times now. Just tarnishing the entire brand.
Placed an order online and it told me it would take 30-50 minutes. Around an hour it said it was delivered and it definitely wasn’t. Called store told me to wait 15 minutes, called 15 minutes later and they told me I was next stop and it should be another 10 minutes and then 2 hours after I places my order I called and they told me they would just refund my order and wasted over 2 hours of my time, and now I have to go find food somewhere else. Doesn’t get worse than that.
Waited 40 min for a pickup order & then they got our (simple) order wrong twice. That wouldn’t have been a problem but the woman making the pizzas, Mariana, got angry instead of taking accountability for her mistakes.
Got my car booted in a split sec!!! I got out of the car to grab boba and came back for the pizza all within 10 mins. The boot guy handed me a $100 boot ticket as “I left their property”. Ig the business is getting bad so they had to find a new way to make money.
There is a predatory parking enforcement operation located here - DO NOT patronize this location. Even if you are a customer, they will boot you. There is no recourse, they just boot you. Argue all you want, the boot will be there when you're done. There is no appeal, nothing. Late stage capitalism at its finest.
Waiting forever, really frustrating. Way longer than predicted on the app. Jennifer has been “on the way” for the last hour. Unbelievable.
I am writing this because the service at this location tonight (9:00 PM pickup) was genuinely concerning from a customer-service standpoint. When we arrived, the front counter employee asked for the name and immediately told us the order was not ready. His tone, body language, and facial expression were openly irritated, as if customers arriving for pickup were an inconvenience. Shortly after, another couple walked in behind us and received the exact same treatment. Both of our orders showed as completed on the in-store screen and in the Domino’s app, yet the employee repeatedly insisted they were not ready without checking properly. After a long wait, the other couple explained they had ordered over an hour earlier. The employee again appeared frustrated and dismissed the concern. A cook then came to assist and quickly located their order it had been ready and sitting there the entire time. When I later asked about my order, the front counter employee again reacted with visible annoyance instead of verifying or assisting professionally. The issue here was not the wait — mistakes happen in food service. The issue was the employee’s attitude, lack of effort to verify orders, and poor communication. Customers were made to feel like a burden and were given incorrect information while their food was already prepared. This experience reflects a training and accountability problem that management should address. An employee representing the front counter should not display hostility toward customers or refuse to properly check completed orders.I am writing this because the service at this location tonight (9:00 PM pickup) was genuinely concerning from a customer-service standpoint. I parked in front of this Domino’s to get bread sticks. I saw a vintage store next door and thought that’s cool, I’ll check it out. I was in there for a few minutes and then went into the Domino’s. I didn’t see the breadsticks on the menu so I asked the lady behind the counter. She said I think you’re thinking of Mr. Gatti’s with the long breadsticks, but we have the little bites that are similar. I really wanted the long sticks of so I left only to find a boot on my car. The parking attendant came out and said I can help you with that. I said why did I get a boot on my car when I’m literally going into Domino’s to order food. He said you can only go in the Domino’s and not next-door when you park here. I said so I should park here, get my food and then park 20 feet to the right on the curb to go to the store right next-door he said yes and I had to pay $100 to get the boot off. Domino’s is dead to me. We order delivered pizza from there all the time in Lago Vista. Not anymore.
Ordered 5 pizzas, desserts, and sodas to the School of Nursing for a farewell event for one of our staff. Scheduled it for 11:15 am delivery. No food at 11:45 am. No food at 12:15 pm. No food every arrived. I was assured on the phone three times that it would be here, that they were just running behind. People's lunch break is over now and everyone has left. I tried calling to get the refund for the order never getting delivered and was asked to call back later to speak to the manager. I only went with Domino's because the Leander locations are so reliable. This is my worst pizza delivery experience every. I gave the food 1 star without knowing what it tastes like since it never arrived.
I work nearby and order from this Domino’s pretty often. Today I stopped in to quickly ask if they had a restroom I could use before my Uber arrived, and the employee responded very bluntly that the bathroom is for customers only. The tone really caught me off guard, especially since I’ve been a customer here many times. I actually would’ve bought something, but the attitude was so off-putting and he couldn’t even be bothered to come to the counter, that I walked a few feet down the street and went somewhere else. Honestly, there are plenty of places within feet of this location where you’ll get better food and staff who don’t look like they hate their lives. I’d recommend choosing one of those instead!
I recently found myself at this Domino's location and, as someone who is new to the Austin area, I was completely unaware of the issues surrounding parking and customer service here. Unfortunately, my experience mirrored some of the negativity mentioned in earlier reviews. While I had high hopes for a quick pizza fix, I was met with an atmosphere that felt unwelcoming. The staff seemed disengaged, and I could sense some tension in the air. It’s disheartening to hear that others have had similar experiences, especially when they mention feeling disrespected. The parking situation was particularly alarming. I parked my car, only to discover later that the area had been partnered with a private booting company. I didn’t see any signs indicating that parking was restricted, and I returned to find a ticket on my windshield. It seems like they have a system in place where ticketing happens almost instantaneously, leaving little room for error. I can understand the frustration of locals who have been caught off guard by this. Given my experience and the stories I've heard, I can’t recommend this Domino's. It's a shame, as I was hoping to find a reliable place for pizza in my new neighborhood. I’ll be looking elsewhere for my pizza cravings, and I suggest others do the same to avoid unnecessary stress and frustration. If you’re new to the area like me, be sure to check the parking regulations thoroughly and perhaps consider dining at a different location.

slowest delivery i’ve ever had to wait for, could’ve gone and handmade the pizza and picked all the ingredients myself before it came

Horrible service. Waited an hour for a pizza without pineapple on it. The lady making the pizzas just kept getting it wrong and then yelled at me to just take a refund and leave instead of just making the correct pizza.

⭐ 0 Star — Absolutely Predatory & Outrageous! I came here ready to buy pizza, but never even got the chance. I stepped off the property for literally 30 seconds — not even a full minute — to take a quick picture of a funny sign and grab my wallet from my car. In that tiny window of time, they booted my car. Thirty seconds! The money I planned to spend on pizza is now going toward this ridiculous boot fee. This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s a blatant money grab and a slap in the face to anyone trying to give them business. I wasn’t hanging around, I wasn’t blocking anyone, I was about to walk in and spend money. Now I wouldn’t come back here if they were giving pizzas away for free. If you value your time, money, and basic decency, avoid this Domino’s. They will boot you before you can even open the door to order.
