We almost never go to Ojos Locos because the service from the waitresses is usually horrible, but today we decided to give it one more chance, and we were attended by Valentina — a very beautiful, kind, and professional waitress. Our first language is Portuguese, and she spoke to us in all three languages: Spanish, English, and Portuguese. Very smart! We will come back for her! Professional service.

For being the first time at ojos locos, I got to say the service is 100/100. I was greeted by the manager and I have to say excellent customer service. The food is 100% the atmosphere is excellent the workers are always smiling and they are always attentive to you. They are un top to make sure that you are having an excellent time , the music is excellent variety of music I feel super comfortable being here. If anybody comes here you have to ask for Kris or Keyla they really know the meaning of customer service or any of the girls here. I highly recommend everyone to come and visit this establishment if you want 100% customer service.

First time at Ojos Locos - North Austin, and it was totally worth it. It was a quiet Monday night, but the vibe was still fun and I can only imagine how packed it gets on weekends. We sat at the bar and Sandy took care of us and honestly, she was the highlight of the night. Absolutely gorgeous, with a great attitude and amazing service that made the whole experience better. The food was good, but Sandy and the atmosphere are what will bring me back.

I was hungry after running errands all day. New in town. I asked for a table cause I didn't want to sit at the bar and the girl who seated me she kinda gave me a weird but whatever haha its cool. Anyways, Juli took my order (burger with bacon and some ranch on the side) and she was amazing. Was having a bad day. I caught my girlfriend with another man in our bed. I decided to let them finish and went to Ojos Locos. Asked for a table and was sat with Amanda. She looks so similar to my ex girlfriend which I knew I was going to like her. Amanda was very welcoming with her smile and laughter. I had not been here in so long and she told me all about the new drink and food specials. The tacos she suggested hit the spot. Had a great experience. She helped me forget why I left my house. I will ask for her again when I have to leave the house.

OMG!!! I went there with a friend after work shortly after midnight. It was a Thursday or Friday. The girls there were total knockouts!! Beautiful!! The food and service was great too. I was trying to take a picture of a couple bartenders and waitresses on the DL but my flash didn't turn off like it was supposed too. That was lame! The cop at the door checking ID's was very nice and chill. Great place. Really!

This restaurant was located at the end of the entrance to our hotel, so we decided to eat dinner here and I can honestly say, I was not prepared for what we experienced! I would share my typical photos of the inside of the restaurant but due to the mature nature of the outfits worn by the waitstaff, the photos would probably violate Google's decency standards. We later learned it was 'appreciation of lingerie' week 🙃. In addition to that, they had a live DJ that was playing music so loud, we could barely hear each other or our server. It was clear this environment was not designed to ever be a family-friendly place. The food was fresh and tasty but I would not return here due to the overall environment.

I actually like the place. The service is good. The beer is cold. The food is ok. Plenty of TVs to watch sports too. The HUGE drawback for me is the blaring music. It's so loud, you have to practically yell to have a conversation. Left with a headache. Unfortunately, this is an ongoing complaint. Too bad they don't do something about it.

I went out with friends but they were over charge about the beers not because I was drinking I was counting, they will call security and we didn't want to make a big deal out of of it because they think because your drinking were not keeping a tap on our bill but just be aware of the bill besides they asked for a credit card ahead of time and leave it open to keep charging. We did enjoy everything else food, atmosphere and the music which is played as long you pay the dj for songs which I did not liked, you didn't enjoy a mix of music but just corridos that customers pay for songs and just spanish not that I don't like it but I thought you go to enjoy a different type of music. It was our first time there but I'll be more careful next time. Also, our waitress was more attentive with other table with guys but I'm not gonna put her in trouble so just leave it as it is.

I'm huge on serive, so when I visited this location and set at the bar for over 5 minutes and didn't even get greeted or acknowledged, I was disappointed. When the bartender finally got to me it was "what can I get for you"? I just expected more of a friendly vibe and I definitely didn't feel it. I had one beer and loaded fries and I left. Not likely to return.

Overall, this place is pretty cool. It has low raitings because people fail to realize that it's a sports bar and want to bring their family there. The best way I can describe this place is like a Hispanic Hooters. The girls are all beautiful, pitchers of beer, loud music, and countless t.vs. Good place for a get-together with the boys. However, the serive is trash. I think the girls are used to serving men who tip based on looks (nothing wrong with that) so when it came to serving me (a woman) I wasn't getting the same attention as the men around me. Took a while to get my order taken and took even longer to get out of the establishment because our server forgot about us I'm guessing, so we had to flag somebody down. I do understand because it's busy in there and a lot of people want drinks, however staff need to know to treat all their customers with the same urgency. Nothing to not go over, but something that was definitely noticed. I would recommend this place.

I did not enjoy my waitress over charging us for the $5 shots, the $5 off buckets of beer and charged us full price for the wings that were supposed to be on a special wing day. On top of correcting my waitress about my tab and still tipping her $25 she came back with the receipt and asked if we can "help" her get the 20%. She wanted a $48 dollar tip. I liked to hear the place have a beer and eat something after work but this was after eating me and my 40 year old from work we had two beers and the second beer that they gave us was flat and with a strange taste I tried to talk to the manager and with a Sinoco nod he said that this is how they serve the second beer, and if they don't agree, we'll change to bottled beer, it's more silly... it's not worth taking advantage of the people. but pay attention when visiting this place

Manager, security, and waitresses, are all sub par. Very rude, condescending, and down right disrespectful. I would recommend any other pub, dive bar, or just twin peaks. I recommend they have a training camp and shop other establishments such as twin peaks to get a feel of what the standard should be. Beware of the waitresses trying to send money to themselves via cash app, Zelle, etc. super sketchy. Never will I go again. If you don’t buy enough drinks they will also kick you out for not generating what it appears as enough revenue.

I was there with a good friend of mine Monday February 2, we had two beers each then we ate,had 2 more beers,we asked the bartender two give us another beer and the manager told us that we had to leave,that we were there for to long? I been to that place many times during football season,basketball,etc. I seen guys taking shots of tequila,drinking beer after beer,doing drugs in the bathroom and they never got kicked out. It was really embarrassing to be escorted out of the place. I will make sure that all of my friends and relatives don’t visit this place and believe me I know lots of people.

We had been here before and wanted to visit again because the 1st time we had came like 3 weeks ago was awesome... This time we were with 3 other friends and were gathering for mt husbands birthday.. When we walk in it was so freaking hot,now mind you it was maybe 70 degrees this past weekend so to walk in a place that feels like the heat was on was horrible..Plus we were about to eat and drink.. Well they sat us back by the emergency exit because we were a large party.. We were fanning ourselves and so were the people at the next table..So my brother goes and cracks the door thats on the side of our table..Cause we literally couldn't breath it was so hot..Well the manager comes over about 10 mins later with 2 other security guards all buff in the chest like we were doing something wrong..They later explained that the door was considered an emergency exit! I have no clue how when multiple people were going in and out of it..but i digress.. 1 of the other managers hears our complaints about the air and he turns the unit that was blowing hot air out off and they crack 1 of the big garage doors to let air in..Fast-forward we start ordering with our waitress and mingling..She tells my friend in Spanish that we have to put a card on file,and really stressing the issue..We are like no we will pay after we eat and enjoy ourselves like any other restaurant..We then request the manager,the one with the funny haircut comes back over and says we either need to give him 100.00 in cash or a credit card to put on file before we order anything..We are like what! Now we are a party of 5 and we all had separate tickets we are like we are not doing that! He proceeded to say how they were a sports bar and a tab to eat and drink was required..We knew that was a lie cause we had just left a few weeks prior and we did not go through that! So my husband tells him no we are good we will go somewhere else because now we are being profiled it feels like.. This is the sad part 3 of our friends went in the next day and ate and ordered drinks and no one asked them for a single deposit,card nothing they paid after they enjoyed themselves.. we traveled to Austin to enjoy my husbands bday and even bragged to our friends about our last experience hence why we returned..But after this past Friday I wished we never went! We ended up going to the Domain and enjoying ourselves ! I dont know what it was we all looked good smelled good everything..We are a beautiful group of people so I have no clue why this manager treated us the way he did..Putting a card on file for a tab has always been optional, but he wouldn't give us a option he was forcing us and stated we couldn't eat pr drink until we did! Smh We will not be returning !

They pretend to be a sports bar focused in futbol/soccer but they often don’t even have the game on. And when they do, they don’t put the audio even for popular games that they promoted on their socials (like Mexico) on an otherwise uneventful weekday. There are much better options for a true sports bar to watch soccer. The service, food, and pricing is nothing special neither.

Unfortunately I didn’t have enough to tip I only had enough to get the tacos I heard about and wanted to try it (40$) The server at the bar gave me my receipt and I signed it, but she gave it back to me 2 more times saying I signed it wrong, then said so you’re not going to tip? And I was like I can’t and she “we don’t get paid enough you know that right” and walked off and I couldn’t even tell her I would but I didn’t have enough but I wasn’t even there for 10 minutes when this happened. Idk it was just rude and I usually tip but it’s crazy when I can’t, how someone acts. Usually people just understand.
