As a Palm Beach resident and longtime Bice customer, I’m always on the lookout for exceptional dining—and Salute exceeded every expectation. This was our second date night here, and once again, my husband and I were blown away. The food is absolutely phenomenal, the ambiance is warm and inviting, and the entire experience feels elevated yet welcoming. A special shoutout to Valentina, the hostess, who is truly an angel. Her grace and attentiveness made our evening even more memorable. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Palm Beach,Salute is a must-try. It’s hands-down one of the best restaurants in the area—five stars all around!

The food is excellent as well as the service, they made special dishes for the kids and prepared pasta sauce that was not in the menu, a very nice couple were playing live music. The entire family was happy and pleased. We will came back again for sure. Totally recommend.

This was the best dining experience I’ve ever had in Palm Beach County when you consider both the food and the service. We had the 5-course tasting menu and added a dish from the summer truffle offerings. I really appreciated that the restaurant offered such a great tasting menu for just $68, and also made it easy and affordable to try a delicious truffle dish. The food was truly excellent. Each course had its own flavors, and there wasn’t a single dish that wasn’t great on its own. But if the food was amazing, the service was spectacular. Ali and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make our anniversary feel special. Ali knew the menu very well and gave us great suggestions. On top of that, everyone we spoke with was kind and welcoming. We felt relaxed and taken care of the whole evening. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a must-try in Palm Beach County for any occasion.

We had the 5-course tasting menu and every dish was outstanding. The portions were perfectly balanced — generous enough to be satisfying yet allowing us to enjoy all courses comfortably. EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!! Is all I can say. From the food to the service to the atmosphere. So glad I made reservations here to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Even though this was our first time here, it will definitely not be the last! Valentina and Ali are awesome. Their service, menu knowledge and attention to detail is outstanding. They made us feel special!!!! Hats off to the chefs. Both my wife and I chose to try the 5 course tasting dinner with it being our first time at Salute. What a great representation of what Salute offers. Every dish tasted better than the last. Everything we ordered on the tasting menu was phenomenal.

I had a wonderful experience at this Italian restaurant! My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the atmosphere, along with the incredibly friendly and attentive staff, made our special day even more memorable. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that the place is dog-friendly — such a lovely touch! The seafood spaghetti was absolutely delicious, one of the best I’ve ever had. To top it all off, the restaurant gave us a sweet gift — some beautiful macarons. We truly felt cared for and can’t wait to come back!

"Oh Honey, we found a gem!" Salute Ristorante is cozy yet upscale, with light house music and a welcoming vibe. Service was seamless—six people (including the bartender) made sure we were taken care of. The food is next-level: farm-raised, made from scratch, even the butter and bread basket trio. Cocktails are perfection with their crystal-clear ice cubes. Family-owned with pride in every detail, and happy hour from 3:30–5:30 PM is a must. We celebrated our 25 year anniversary and they made us feel so special on our day.

First time at Salute, and the experience was outstanding. We went for lunch. The location is very interesting . It’s situated on the ground level of a condominium, but its tucked-away layout gives it a hidden, secluded feel. Very cool spot. The outdoor area is beautifully done, surrounded by lush plants and greenery, and there’s also indoor dining and a bar with a small lounge. To start, the homemade sourdough bread was delicious. They offer a very nice selection of wines by the glass, and the menu is full of tempting options. My girlfriend and I shared the Carciofini Salad, made with shaved baby artichokes topped off with aged Parmigiano. Simple, healthy and incredibly tasty. I had the seared scallops, each served on a tiny crispy potato puff and topped with shaved truffles. Absolutely delicious. We also tried the roasted spring chicken, perfectly cooked with mushrooms in a superb wine sauce. To top it all off, the service was excellent. Giovanni took great care of us and provided expert guidance throughout the meal. We will definitely be back!

The food was cooked/seasoned perfectly, properly balanced, presented correctly+beautifully. Their manager Valentina has a staff working seamlessly together to provide excellent service. If you’re lucky enough to have Ale as your server the recommendations are genuine and spot on. Manny behind the bar makes great cocktails and seems like a sponge just wanting to learn more and more. Though rare, it’s fun to write this type of review 10-10!

Thank you for making our last night of vacation a wonderful time! The service was exceptional with everyone helping one another and caring for us. The food was delicious. We felt special. I tried the artichoke and avocado salad.. never had fresh artichokes before! I can’t stop dreaming about this! Yum! Thank you!

The food is talked up down to the tiniest detail. We were looking forward to having something exciting and new to eat. It was a very big disappointment. My meal was sort of gooey glop of melted mozzarella with some bitter sauce over some suppose it lobster that we had a very fishy taste very big disappointment. My fellow diner had two dishes and a feature dish that was quite pricey. It was absolutely flavorless. We both looked at each other and we’re like are you kidding and we’ve eaten some of the best places in the world like the real Lester per se France. If there is a relative working as a cook in the kitchen, they need to get rid of them and get a real chef because that’s probably one of the worst meals we ever had. Sorry to say that cause you’re nice people. Another thing I did not like is every time you look up at least four people are staring you dead in the face from the alcove by the kitchen, you look over to the other side people are staring at you. The staff just stares at you. It’s literally uncomfortableso they won’t be seeing me. Maybe you’ll have better luck.

The tasting menu for 90.00 was a total rip-off. In total you are lucky if they give you in total 5 oz of food. Terrible experience. The salad course consisted of 4 tiny tiny, quarter size spinach leaves with an almost invisible slice of pear. The pasta was ONE quarter size ravioli. The chicken course consisted of a thumb size piece of chicken. The only thing that was of a fair size was the dessert. Left and went out to get pizza. If you want a real Italian experience pick another place. By the way the management ignored my protest as to the portion sizes.
