I’ve been a Starbucks customer for 20 years, and I’ve never had such a pleasant experience—especially so close to closing time—as I did tonight. I visited at 8:34 PM on Sat 2/7, and the girl working (she had a tattoo on her left forearm) was truly exceptional. I couldn’t read her name tag without my glasses, and I declined a receipt since I paid with cash, but I want to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming and friendly. She asked how my evening was going, took the time to explain the differences in the drink I was ordering, and offered a warm farewell on my way out. It was genuinely refreshing, especially compared to many other locations where staff often seem unhappy, distracted, or caught up in conversations or their phones. Her customer service left such a positive impression on me that I felt compelled to write this. I truly hope her management sees this, because she represents exactly what great customer service should look like. Kudos to her for making my night.
Ordered a matcha late, a caramel macchiato and two dirty chai tea. The matcha and macchiato were fine but the two other dirty chai had a weird taste. I didn't really enjoy my early afternoon drink :c

My drink and bagel tasted as expected. The gentleman that took my order was polite. However, it took them 25 minutes to begin making my drink. This location was not clean. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the dirty floor and dirty tables. The bathroom was also not cleaned. It looks like they were short staffed.
I usually love Starbucks, but today’s visit was disappointing. When I tried to place my order, the barista walked away mid-conversation. The manager stepped in, but seemed distracted — I had to repeat my order three times even though the store wasn’t busy. When I finally received my drink, it was the worst version I’ve ever had (and I’m a Starbucks regular who orders this drink often). I went back to ask for a remake, but the manager ignored me at first until the barista came over. When I explained that the drink didn’t taste right, the barista said they would just make it the same way, which felt dismissive. The manager did eventually authorize a remake, but instead of offering another solution or making it himself, he walked away. The second drink was better, but I had to switch to something different since they insisted the original would taste the same. Overall, this visit left me really disappointed in both the customer service and the quality of the drink
The store had the mobile off and bathrooms were a mess. I had to wait for toilet paper. The workers had no sense of urgency. I noticed a manager? At a table and she told me she was on a call to alert her to bathrooms. After I sat down next she was off her call but did not bother to ask me what I needed she did not care. If SB managers cared they would get off calls when stores were busy? No common sense
service is terrible.. everyone working in this place has a attitude and isnt friendly at all id advice everyone to skip this starbucks and go to the next nearest one.. another thing i notice is the owner does alot of apologizing In the comment section but doesn’t seem to address the same problem or majority of us have with the service
Ordered a Honey Citrus Tea 25 minutes before pickup and it was not ready upon arrival. The order was only made after I brought it to staff’s attention. This is a recurring issue—multiple past mobile orders have been marked “ready” in the app despite not being started. Additionally, the store frequently operates with a broken espresso machine (they only have one), which further slows service. Overall execution and order management at this location are consistently poor. Customers should not have to place orders an hour in advance for basic items.
Arrived at 7pm , Sunday the 7th, Light-skinned black guy working the orders. I tried ordered several drinks ,amazingly he said they were out of them. Out of coffee? Crazy . My girl also tried to order several drinks and he said they were out of her drinks also. Dont know what game he was playing as we were the only ones he was saying this too. We were nice , no hard time , have no idea. We received what ever they had because we wanted not to leave empty handed...because we were persistent to get something. Anyway, I read bad reviews about this location and should have gone somewhere else , possibly Dunkin which was right next door.
Extremely poor service. I ordered two drinks. One black coffee the cashier never made and a sugar free drink. I waited 5 mins as they prioritize mobile orders. After noticing it wasn’t sugar free the barista gave me an attitude and said I had to wait another 5 mins for her to remake it. This is not how you treat a customer especially when the employees did not do their job correctly. Do not recommend.
I’ve been here 3 times and there is always no one at the store and it takes 20 mins to get my drink out. Slowest service ever. Not coming back to this location.
The worst service ever, there is no crowd no order still I had to wait 20 mins. All the employees did was talk and gossip amongst themselves
This is my second time ordering from this store and waiting 30 minutes for my drink. The first time I figured maybe it was a rough day, but this is ridiculous! I travel all over and never have experienced this. The store is packed, and there’s 3 people behind the counter, 2 making drinks and 1 making food. Both times I’ve gone, customers have flipped out on the baristas because of the wait.
If I could put 0 stars I would do it the guys who serve at this time do not give a good service 20 min waiting waiting for a coffee, DEV the name of the very rude boy and his unprofessional appearance and BRI the cashier out of the ordinary these guys are crazy I will not return to this type of service terrible service and DASK not to mention I think these people should not work together
Terrible experience at this Starbucks location. I went in to order a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with no whipped cream. I watched the barista make the drink with whipped cream anyway. When I received it, I politely told her I had requested no whip. She remade the drink but with attitude and handed me a cup that tasted like nothing but milk, caramel, and crunch. I explained that the original drink was actually made correctly, except for the whipped cream. She made a third version, again with visible frustration, and this time it tasted like nothing but ice. Throughout this interaction, the manager stood nearby and said nothing. Frustrated after three poorly made drinks and poor customer service, I requested a refund. The person at the register asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. To my surprise, they pointed to the same manager who had watched the situation unfold without stepping in or offering an apology. The manager simply said she could remake the drink, no apology, no acknowledgment of the poor service. This was a disappointing experience from start to finish, and sadly, it’s not the first time I’ve had issues at this particular location.
This is the closest Starbucks to me which is disappointing because they are the absolute worse. They are consistently understaffed which affects the quality of the coffee they produce. One day your order is correct the next its wrong its rolling the dice everyday depending on whose on staff for the day. They are always low or completely out of inventory and their mobile order option is heavily off. I wish I could give them a zero. It's pretty obvious that this store is managed poorly and needs to be closed for proper training.
