We moved to the area about 6 months ago so of course we are making our rounds checking out the local food, we have been back to this place like 10 times it’s amazing! I have gotten so many different things off the menu and nothing disappoints! Forget any of the less than 5 star reviews you see, they are all disgruntled unhappy souls taking their problems out on a hard working small business owner that makes delicious food. I will be a life long customer!

I just ate what was without question the best pizza bagel of my life. This place doesn't look like much but they know how to make a bagel. I'll be back!

Absolutely love this place! My fave is the garlic and jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. It’s always packed here especially the morning rush time. I’ve yet to try their sandwiches but I’ve heard it’s good too. 5 stars!!

This is take out only locally owners bagel shop and the bagels are excellent as is their pre mixed cream cheese options. We almost always have these in hand at home. They do make breakfast sandwiches also and have some lunch offerings. Good value as well.

This was one of my husband's favorite lunch spots when we lived in Natomas years ago. I came in yesterday to get us bagel dogs as a surprise for his birthday and they were just as good as they used to be! You guys rock

Their blended vietnamese coffee is strong and delicious! And I don't have to travel to south sac to get a bagel dog and this shop's bagel dog is 3x the size as the usual size. Soooo worth the money!

The blueberry scones here are divine. The middle is moist, not crunchy, not undercooked, just perfect. The tops of the scones are cooked to a golden brown perfection. I think they brush it with butter sometime during the baking process, because it taste like real butter. Whatever they do, they have the formula dialed in. Worth going out of your way to stop here. Also check out their pepperoni pizza bagels.

These are some high quality bagels for an affordable price. The bagels are super fresh, and they'll make your sandwich to order. Definitely the best bagel shop in the area. They are also good people. We love supporting this business.

I went for lunch and ordered a sandwich on a plain bagel, along with a Thai milk tea. Bagel sandwich was really good. Thai tea tasted a bit artificial, like they use a syrup. Service was quick and I didn't have to wait long. The person who took my order wasn't super friendly but she was quick. Price was completely reasonable.

We came here recently for breakfast and were shocked by how many people were here in line. We, myself, my husband, and my son, got 2 bagel sandwiches and 1 bagel with strawberry spread as well as a honeydew slush for me. We all enjoyed our bagels and they were still nice and warm when we got to the parking garage at Old Town Sac. They tasted great and the honeydew slush was perfect. We also grabbed a muffin for later which tasted great.

Everything was fresh still warm, came home and the bagels were perfect for eating. Everything has been delicious can’t wait to go back and get more!! Ordered on door dash. The food was good not great. They were out of cinnamon rolls which was disappointing since we didn't know until our order arrived. Also on their dd profile it doesn't say that the bagels have cream cheese on them already so I ordered one and a side of cream cheese. They didn't put cream cheese on the side they put double cream cheese on my bagel that I was hoping to save for later but it was really soggy. Especially with to go items it's better to put things like that on the side to preserve the food quality. If they did that and fixed their dd menu they would be 5 stars for me not 4.

They have a variety of bagels. I usually get the mushroom/ provolone or the Cheddar cheese /Jalapeño which are both delicious. The price I get charged is never consistent with the older Asian lady. I normally get charged 3.50. However, she has charged me more on two different occasions.$ 4.35 today and closer to 5.00 dollars before. I'll have to ask when someone else rings me up.

First time here. Got a pizza bagel and a Jamaican smoothie. They are quick and efficient. Food is delicious! Makes me want to visit everyday.

If you're looking for decent food then you've come to the right place. Everything I've gotten for the most part except for a couple of things has been above and beyond tasty. But sadly that is where my compliments and end the problems start. There is little to no service when it comes to the process you are greeted with "what do you want' or silence and a stare. There is no organization or lines so people are left. Wondering where they should stand, where they should order and where they need to pay. This is not my first time going there but I do wish some of these problems will be resolved. It would make for an absolute wonderful restaurant experience.

ALL of the prices have changed, and they are double what is on the menu board. Not $6.50 but $12.50 for a sandwich. $1.50 for just butter? They only allow take out now and have nowhere for you to sit. I used to love this place but I'll need to find somewhere new.

The bagels are amazing... no complaint there. Every time I get any type of sweet bagel, it tastes like onions and garlic because they use the EXACT same knife for ALL bagels. If I don't specifically ask them to clean the knife then watch them like a hawk, it happens EVERY TIME! It's a disgusting taste that I have to endure when it shouldn't even happen. Use two separate knives! Onions, garlic, cheese, and jalapenos don't taste good with sugar. I have been going there for at least five years. Not cool at all!!

I am absolutely disgusted as I witnessed a homeless woman who was crippled in a wheelchair had come into the café. Another person came in and paid for her to get a full breakfast, including a coffee and walked out and let the people know that it was for the homeless person. I sat there and waited for my food. I ordered my food and waited and witnessed the woman knowingly not give that homeless person the food the patriot had paid for. I felt so bad for the woman as she was inquiring about the food that the Man had purchased on her behalf And so I decided to walk up and ask myself what had happened to the food. The lady lied to me and said the man did not pay for food when I saw him pay with his card in order the food for the woman. So then I proceeded to purchase food again for this woman and the woman let me know knowing I had children, knowing someone had already paid for this food. I then waited for the woman to get her food and once again the woman did not give her the food I had to come up and inquire again about the Food and say when would she be getting the food that I purchased. Then a man laughed about the situation thinking it was funny. I think it’s disrespectful and disgusting to treat people this way with all the current things that are going on in the world, especially someone who is handicapped in our community. In addition to that the food is cool, but it’s not something you can’t make it home. Secondly, they raise their prices. Their prices are extremely high. Their food is overrated. I will not be going here again zero out of 10.

A few weeks ago, I went to pickup breakfast for my team. I noticed they had cinnamon rolls. So I inquired if they can be sold by the dozen. She said that is fine, I would just need to call the day before to put in an order. I've been trying to call here all week to order the three dozen cinnamon rolls. Every time I call it goes straight to a recording saying that the voicemail is full and they are not accepting calls at this time. So trying to call them is a waste of time. Also, theyve lost business now because I can't order what I would like to get for my team.

I walked in, to check out the bagels. They look big and fluffy...... the original bagel is small and hearty!!! The reason is because the fluffy bagels are baked and the original bsgels are boiled to cook them. And then broiled to crisp but only the outer part of the bagel...... I asked if they were boiled she lied to my face!!!...... they aren't boiled they are BAKED! Does bagels are huge!!! Not originals. Sorry!!!!! can't trust does asians! I'm not being racial but they lie alot!!! Very disappointed!!!!!

I decided to give them another try and boy do I regret it...I had to repeat my order several times just for them to forget to add cheese to my bagel sandwich...now they just rush you out the door...this time I mean it when I say I'm not coming back here. I got the bacon, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel...it was bland...I should've added cream cheese for flavor...the bacon is undercooked...I won't be returning here

Wanted to try it. Stood in line under "ORDER HERE" sign for 5 minutes while the entire staff completely ignored me and all the people behind me. Even a fellow customer acknowledged me but absolutely no one behind the counter (at least 5 people) even looked at me. Eventually I left. They must have too many customers already and don't want any more.
