Highly recommend! The quality of the food matches the level of service. Order one of their steaks and have 2 of their signature sides such. as the fried okra and steakhouse Mac n cheese. It’s incredibly tasty and you will not regret it. One of the best steakhouses west of Ft. Worth!

We had a fantastic male waiter, he was so attentive. The 6oz filet I ordered was magnificent. I was very surprised by the delicious brussels sprouts dish-awesome!! The caesar salad was good too. My friend had a New York strip and he ate every last bite! Great experience even though they were busy. I will be going back again.

My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day. It was our first time here. We were really impressed. They were busy, but being Valentine's Day, we expected it to be. We only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The wait staff did a great job taking care of us. The food was amazing! We started with stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer. They were out of this world good! My wife had the steak and shrimp combo and I had the chicken and ribs combo. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium well and seasoned perfectly. The shrimp was really good, as was the chicken. And the ribs were falling off the bones and absolutely incredible. All of the sides were really good as well. And the portions of everything was very plentiful. Would definitely recommend

Our server Jose was so amazing. Food was great too & came out just how we ordered but the review is mostly for our server! We never had empty cups, he repeated everything back to us, made sure we had everything we needed, but his personality & attitude made us feel like we were immediately friends with him! We don’t come here too often but I told my boyfriend tonight that we will definitely be back just for his service! Thank you Jose <33

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star review from me and my fiance I think this beats Texas roadhouse filling up with sirloin steaks homemade bread that comes out on a platter with butter and salads and more sides that come with meal well worth the 50$ speant and the extra fresh bread we got to take home our waiter was amazing so was her recommendation for dessert 🤩

Texas roadhouse who? Just kidding i love that place.. BUT... THIS PLACE IS ON FIRE!!! What we ate: Tea Stuffed Mushrooms (SO GOOD 🔥🔥🔥) Bread (complimentary) Mixed green salad, arguably the BEST salad we've ever eaten. So fresh and flavorful. Brussel sprouts were absolutely amazing. I will order these every single time. Baked potato was very well cooked and ingredients were fresh Sautéed mushrooms and onions. A must For the potato! Ney York strip medium rare and okra. The steak was still sweating when it arrived ND was easily the most tender steak my husband has been served in a restaurant. Great quality meat and flavors were on point. The okra kicks the pants off beef masters!! So good. Waitress: Shilene was very attentive and professional! We enjoyed having her as a Waitress! Great experience. Negatives (if they are even negatives) - the girl that brings your food out needs a personality. - the butter served with the bread would've been way better if it wasn't cold! Update: Still dang good. We hsve enjoyed every visit and every dish we hav ordered! Another Update!! Tyler is absolutely amazing. Easily the best waiter we have ever had the pleasure of waiting on us. He is an absolute treasure. The manager Ian was amazing as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday experience for my son. We were happy to spend such a special night with you guys! Thank you Tyler for everything!

We celebrated two family birthdays here on May 3. Brittany was our server and she made our dinner a wonderful experience. She was prompt and attentive and we lacked for nothing. The food was delicious. Our table ordered salmon, parmesean crusted chicken, ribeye, and sirloin. We also had two kid meals that were generous portions. All well prepared and delicious. Salads very fresh. Sides included baked potato, okra, roasted corn, and Brussels sprouts. We had the chocolate overload and chocolate lava cake for dessert. Thank you, Michael and Brittany for a lovely evening. P.S. Brittany needs a raise.

From Service to food it was just what I was looking for as it was my Dads 93rd Birthday. The Ribeyes were cooked to perfection and the salad and bread were fresh! Thank you for making my Dad and I happy! I definitely recommend to anyone coming to Weatherford. Some restaurants are so loud you can’t hear each other speak, this was perfect! I live in Ft. Very good meal. The prices were very reasonable but the food and.atmosphere were like a much more expensive restaurant. The center cut boneless pork chop was very moist and tasty. The Parmesan crusted chicken was very tender and tasty. The chocolate stampede desert was very good but you need several people to eat it. Best of all was the excellent service Rae provided. We both thought she was one of, if not the best, waitress we've ever had. Not only did she make us feel at home but she was very attentive and checked on us often. We definitely want her again next time.

I took my wife here for our 10th anniversary. It was our second time eating here and it was great both times. We were offered a table not far from the door since my wife is handicapped and walks with a cane. That was very much appreciated, and our server was very nice and attentive.

The chopped steak and chicken tenders with loaded baked potato were perfect, cream gravy for dipping my tenders. The side salad served with bread is equally great. Service was also exceptional. I highly recommend Longhorn. The steaks also exceptional. The shrimp, side broccoli, side asparagus and macaroni and cheese are equally good. A must try.

I’ve been here several times. This is the best tasting steak (porterhouse) in weatherford. Tried it three times and it’s always perfect. The French fries are just as good. The Broccoli isn’t like that broccoli from across the street thats yellow and hard …. Best restaurant in weatherford.

For a small-town, this place is a solid option. It’s not the best steak I’ve ever had, but definitely far from the worst. I ordered the 6 oz. filet medium-rare, and it was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere is a step up from spots like Texas Roadhouse or Beef Master, making it a nicer choice for a date night. The service was exceptional—everyone was friendly and attentive. I was a little disappointed that the old fashioned I ordered came out watered down (ice was really melted) and without cherries, but everything else we tried made up for it. The mac and cheese was really good, and the warm bread they serve when you sit down is delicious. We also ordered the deep-fried onion appetizer, which was a great start to the meal. My husband had the ribeye with Brussels sprouts, and both were really good. Overall, it’s a reliable restaurant and our go-to spot in Weatherford when we’re craving a steak.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Experience! From the moment we walked in, everything about this steakhouse was top-tier. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of upscale and cozy. Service was impeccable—our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Now, the food… WOW. The steak was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. You can tell they use top-quality cuts and the sides were just as impressive! We also tried a few appetizers and desserts, and honestly, there wasn’t a single miss the entire night. If you’re a steak lover (or even if you’re not), this place is an absolute must. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

My husband and I came here for the first time for Valentine’s Day. When we first walked in. LOOOOVED the Decoration. I love Western Decor. And we got bread and butter and drinks. The sweet tea is so good. I got the Parmesan crusted chicken and the mac and cheese. It is very good. And my husband got the 8 oz sirloin well done and baked potato and mash potatoes with gravy. He devoured his food in 12 minutes lol. He LOVED it. He likes this place better than Texas Roadhouse. We will definitely be back!

Longhorn has an enormous affordable lunch menu. Service is prompt and friendly. Food is fresh, hot and delicious. My steak was cooked exactly as I ordered. Perfectly spiced where I didn't use A1 like I normally would. I haven't eaten dinner there yet but will try it soon.

First time going there. Plenty of parking. When inside the atmosphere is so relaxing compared to their competition. Nice spacious booths for 2 or more. Wait staff was very attentive and took care of anything we needed. The salad was larger than most places that server salad with meals, it had a wide variety of greens and vegetables. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Loaded baked potatoes were very good. The deserts were to die for. They do not skimp on the deserts. Always remember life is short so eat the desert! Defiantly going back when in Weatherford. Stop in and enjoy a awesome meal with great ambiance.

LongHorn Steakhouse delivered a mixed dining experience. The kids' chicken fingers full of fat pieces, while decent, were accompanied by a standard boxed mac and cheese. However, the perfectly cooked sirloin stole the show, always full of flavor which is what I feel Longhorn is known for their seasoned steaks. Showcasing the restaurant's mastery of steak preparation. The Brussels sprouts emerged as a surprising highlight, boasting fantastic flavor. The strawberry cheesecake concluded the meal on a sweet note, offering a satisfying dessert. Seating at the bar provided a comfortable atmosphere, though service was a tad sluggish—possibly expected during the time of your visit. Overall, LongHorn Steakhouse offers a diverse range of dishes, with notable highs and a few minor lows.

The good: 1. The Parmesan crusted chicken was the best item that we tried 2. The cheesecake was phenomenal 3. The Ribs were amazing The bad: 1. The waitlist/check in was confusing and not the most organized 2. The French fries were a little over salted This was our first ever dining experience at a Longhorn Steakhouse. We had to put our name and number on the waitlist and it told me the estimated wait time would be 50-61 minutes. I expected to get a text saying that it was getting closer to time, but I didn't receive anything of the sort or the ability to check in with a link that was meant to be texted to me. I then received a call asking if we were still planning to dine there when we were pulling into the parking lot. We came into the restaurant and we checked in with the host stand and we were told it would be a short wait since we have waited over our estimated wait time. The host stand appeared to be still getting the hang of things since this location hasn't been open very long.We were seated less than 10 minutes after we arrived, and greeted by our waitress Shauna. Shauna was a great waitress and very personable, she definitely made the dining experience even better. We ordered our drinks and received some delicious bread. I decided to get the Parmesan crusted chicken with the half rack of ribs with French fries, and my girlfriend got the 6oz renegade sirloin medium rare with the Mac n cheese and a Caesar salad. The Caesar salad was decent, it had a very tangy flavor and it could have used a little more cheese. My half rack of ribs was great, I really enjoyed eating them. The barbecue sauce was delicious and the even put an extra dipping bowl of barbecue sauce on the plate for you. The Parmesan crusted chicken was top tier in our opinion, it was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. The garlic Parmesan sauce that they put on top of the chicken made the dish amazing. This is the best item on the menu that we tried. The French fries were a little too salty in my opinion, but the French fry itself was really good as well. The 6oz sirloin was good, but I would say that Texas Roadhouse has better flavor for their steaks and for a better price. I had heard that they put too much pepper on the steak, but we asked for light seasoning and the steak came out pretty good. We received the steak more on the rare side instead of medium rare, but we weren't too picky about that aspect. The Mac n cheese was decent, it had a very strong bacon flavor and the bread crumbs on top added a good crunch to this side. Finally we decided to get some desert, and we decided on the cheesecake. This cheesecake was probably one of the best cheesecakes I have ever had, the caramel drizzle on top of it was delicious and the crust was amazing. We will definitely be coming back once they have had time to worked out the kinks in their systems. Update 1 week later: It seems like they are slowly getting the kinks out of their system. Our visit went a lot smoother than last week. We were seated at a high top table next to the bar. Our server was Daniel S, he was a great server and very attentive. He was very friendly and we enjoyed conversing with him when he would come by the table. We decided to give the brisket queso a try, and it was delicious. I would say that this is a must try if you plan to get an appetizer here. We then proceeded to order the Parmesan crusted chicken with a ceaser salad and mashed potatoes and the half rack of ribs with the Parmesan crusted chicken with a double side of French fries. The Parmesan crusted chicken was just as delicious as it was when we were here last week. The rack of ribs was great as well. The mashed potatoes were good as well, they are a little on the lumpy side, but I believe that is how they are meant to be made here. The French fries were still on the salty side, but they tasted great. Overall our experience here this week was good and we will definitely be coming back.

The steaks were delicious but the loaded baked potato was anything but loaded. We mentioned it to the waiter and he said yes its sparse... so that's normal? The waiter did his best but he seemed to be a little over loaded with tables. We did like the atmosphere, it was relaxing after the table with the screeming baby left. : )

Update: It's been a while since our butter incident. A friend wanted to eat "local" so we ended up at Longhorn. I'm pleased to say that the butter was back to what it used to be, so adding a star to the review. Longhorn has been a favorite go-to since they opened. We normally have good servers who are always friendly and attentive. Since we eat here 2-3 times a week, we quickly notice when things change. The brisket queso, always a fav, recently came out cool instead of hot, plus it was quite greasy. We tried it again on our next visit and we asked to make sure it was hot. It did come out hot, but again, was very greasy, which made it unappetizing. So, we continued to eat there but stopped ordering the brisket queso. We were also told we could change the salad for another side, but were not told that we'd be charged an additional $2.99 for doing so. Evidently, asparagus is considered an up-charge side. (Surely the server should point out that we were choosing an increased price point item for our meal.) When we went in a few days ago, the butter for the bread, which is always a favorite, had been changed out. It was simply terrible. It didn't seem like butter at all and definitely had been changed from what is normally served. I'm sure a newbie would never know the difference, but this seemingly minor change has probably ended our visits to Longhorn, which is sad, as we were usually willing to work around other issues (like twice getting a very tough steak) but the bread and butter is almost non-negotiable. It often made up for any other disappointments. But gosh, how is it worth it to ditch good butter for some strange looking mixture that presents as butter but tastes awful. C'mon Longhorn, we drop a lot of cash for a meal, surely you can serve decent butter. Sigh.

This Saturday wad my 4th time to eat at Longhorn Steakhouse. It has become a regular stop when visiting family out past Weatherford. This time I tried the chicken parmesan and it was way too salty. I couldn't eat but a few bites. I tried the shrimp and lobster chowder and it was excellent.

Here’s a refined version of your review that maintains your original tone and voice, while improving clarity, flow, and polish: We need to preface this review—again—by saying that steakhouses are our favorite type of restaurant. This LongHorn is just a stone’s throw from Texas Roadhouse, a staple in the Lone Star State. While both specialize in steak, there are some key differences between the two. LongHorn has a more refined, upscale atmosphere—less chaotic, no loud birthday songs, and a generally calmer vibe. The decor leans more toward a classic Western motif rather than the novelty sports-bar aesthetic you often see elsewhere. One minor issue worth mentioning: the restrooms had experienced some flooding during our visit. However, that felt like a one-off and not something to judge the restaurant on long-term. Service was nearly spot-on. Our server put in a solid effort—so much so that I wish I could give her an extra half-star. There were just a couple of small missteps, like not checking in soon enough after the steaks were served (more on that in a moment), but overall she was pleasant and attentive. Now, onto the food—always a big factor for us. We love to cook at home and consider ourselves to have fairly discerning palates. We started with the Texas Tonion: a long, narrow plate of fried onion petals served with a creamy, zesty dipping sauce that tasted like horseradish blended with Frank’s RedHot. Thankfully, our server anticipated that not everyone might love that combo and offered ranch as an alternative—a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. Next up were soups and salads. We split a Caesar salad and sampled both the chowder and the potato soup. Everything was decent—not remarkable, but solid enough that we’d happily order them again on a return visit (and yes, we do plan on coming back). For our entrée, we shared the porterhouse steak. (For those unfamiliar: a porterhouse—or T-bone—includes a filet on one side of the bone and a New York strip on the other.) My wife favors the filet, while I usually go for a ribeye, but I settled for the strip this time. We always order our steaks medium, understanding that "medium" can be a bit of a moving target depending on the kitchen. We’re not overly picky if it’s slightly over or under. That said, this one was way under—borderline rare. Had the server checked in a few minutes after it was served, we might’ve asked for it to be fired a bit longer. But by the time she came back, we’d already eaten half and decided to let it slide. To her credit, she did ask about it eventually, and we let her know it was a bit undercooked, but we were fine finishing it as-is. This is where management truly shined. Even without a complaint or a scene, the manager on duty found out we weren’t fully satisfied and stepped in without hesitation. She apologized sincerely and went above and beyond to make it right. My only regret is that I didn’t catch her name—she deserves serious kudos for how she handled the situation. All in all, LongHorn is a well-run, respectable, and affordable steakhouse. If you're not looking to spend $100 per person, but still want a satisfying steak dinner in a relaxed setting, this is a fantastic choice.

Hadn't been to a Longhorn in a few years, happy one has opened in Weatherford. Likes: The food - 12oz New York Strip, Wild West Shrimp, Caesar Salad, and Crispy Brussel Sprouts - I, personally ate the steak and shrimp. OMG, I'm not sure I've ever had tastier shrimp! The steak was also wonderful. Curbside carry-out - after going inside to place the order and pay for it, they offered to bring the food out to my car. Dislikes: Lack of friendliness or personality, from the girl who brought the food out to me So Design of the restaurant - on the west side of the building, there are about four numbered parking spaces, all with signs for "to-go parking." There is a door, ideally close to these spaces. When I tried entering through that door, I found it was locked. While making my order, a manager was helping and asked whether I'm parked in the to-go parking. I said yes and added that I tried going in, through the to-go door, but found it locked. The manager immediately responded that it's an emergency exit only. Why would a restaurant designate four parking spaces, as "to-go," have a door nearby, but force customers to walk around, to the front door? Once I entered, I was escorted to the area where the to-go parking is and the emergency exit. That's my biggest reason for a 4-rating.

We arrived for a late lunch and had to wait for the hostess to bus tables before we were seated. We had plenty of time to review the menu before our waitress arrived. It took an unusual amount of time for our salads to be brought to us. I ordered dressing on the side and my salad was drenched in dressing. The steaks were brought out before we had time to eat our salads. The seasoning on the filet was a little spicy. Not everyone likes spicy. A little disappointed in this steak house.

Was really nice place. Nice server! Delayed drink from the bar and had to get it taken off check ( it arrived after we received the check). Food was good, but I have to say, I liked Logan's pork chop and sweet baked potatoes better. You do get 3 pork chops with Longhorn though. The atmosphere was great! Love the new decor.

Our food fast, but we waited for service quite a long time. And when ordering our server did not pay attention to the details that I asked like dressing on the side, no croutons or medium well cooked it was just frustrating

I went to dine on a Wednesday evening about 7pm with a friend. We had a choice between waiting at the bar or at the front for a table to become available. We chose to wait at the front, and I left my phone number, and they would call me when a table would be ready for us, and the wait would be up to 20 minutes. We were seated after waiting about 10 minutes. The waiter Mateo greeted us with a big smile and was attentive throughout our stay. We both chose the 12 oz. ribeye, mine was cooked medium, and they got it right the first time! I chose mixed greens and mashed potatoes as a side dish. Oh, and we started with an appetizer: Texas brisket nachos. Overall, it was good but a little too much salt for my taste. I had unsweetened tea with lemon. It had a hint of possibly having been stored too long but was still drinkable. My main course was absolutely delicious. Also, immediately after being seated, Mateo brought us a fresh baked mini loaf of bread to the table, very tasty. When we were leaving, about 4 or 5 employees were huddled together at the front, but 2 of them took notice and said goodbye. To summarize this visit: it was perfectly fine and I will eventually repeat a visit but to get 5 stars take note of the ice tea you serve and be sure to have the restroom in a more pristine condition. I have only second-hand information about that, my friend told me this.

Review is a bit late but the experience left a lasting impression that I remember it well. We arrived to enjoy a quick lunch that quickly turned to continuous waiting to the point that our food was cold when it finally came to us. I don't recall the female server's name but IMO she's half to blame since they had her tending to us and the bar at the same time. Perhaps assigning a server with better multitasking abilities and memory so that this wouldn't happen again or to other patrons. To start off we requested for 2 loaf's of bread which she confirmed and then ended up not bringing to us after about 10 minutes which I had to remind her about after she finally brought us our drinks. Then after ordering we had to wait approximately another 20 minutes to receive our food (which as I mentioned earlier was cold so must've been sitting at the counter ready for us mind you one of the items was an entree from the appetizer menu!). Then with every time she left it took a minimum of 10 minutes for her to tend to us after making a request (napkins, bill, payment - you name it!). I ended up not tipping as this whole lunch experience took my family and I, 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete! The worst was she continued to forget about us to the point I had to follow up with other servers and staff! This by far has been the worst dining experience we've encountered here as we visit at least monthly for my wife's favorite meal.

We were there earlier this evening. Our waitress was fantastic, the food needed improvement. I ordered the shrimp(no rice) crispy brussel sprouts and broccoli. My husband got the chopped steak(medium rare), fried okra, and french fries. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and when they finally did bring it, it was cold, the brussel sprouts were not crispy, and my husband's copper steak was raw in the middle. We should have sent it back but we didn't want to wait another 30 minutes for food so we ate as much as we could. We have eaten here before with no issues and realize being the weekend it's busier but unfortunately this time we were not impressed.

BAD MANAGEMENT. the staff - for the most part - is doing the best they can, but the management is horrible. We were at the bar and the poor bartender could not keep up with bar drinks, restaurant drinks, to go orders, and waiting on bar tables. She was rocking it - best she could - while other staff were standing around not helping at all. As seen in the video, ALL the bar tables needed bussed while wait staff just lingered around. The “manager” came out from her hole at one point and mixed a drink, poured a beer, and then went back to her office or whatever. Sad. Unprofessional. Get better management or you will lose the few GOOD people that are on the team. We really need a place like this in W’Ford, but this manager ain’t cutting it. By the way, I scanned this video after we had been there for 40 MINUTES! Are you kidding me? Come on Weatherford, we can do better than this!

They seem to put their staff/Servers before customer. Apparently their servers needed rest and we were not able to sit at a table even though the place was half empty. Poor management.

I usually love going to Longhorns because they are generally consistent. Our food was good. We had lobster and salmon which were delicious. The stuffed mushrooms were the best thing at the table. My daughters kids cheeseburger came out with no fries. Told the woman who dropped it off. She said, "they probably just aren't up yet". But, never came back. Asked our server. Still never got them. We never got drink refills. Not super attentive at all.

Took longer than it should have to greet us and take our drink orders. Came to the table with the wrong drinks. When my dad and husbands beer came they were both in warm glasses and were flat. Had to send them back. Had trouble giving us our plates of food. Service wasn't great but the food was delicious.

My steak was a little bit overdone I don't know if i'm giving an accurate review because I got it to go it may have been better if I had eaten there.

Review for LongHorn Steakhouse – Weatherford, TX (off I-20) LongHorn has always been one of my favorite places to eat. I used to visit frequently when I lived in Arkansas, so I was truly looking forward to dining here again. Yesterday afternoon, I went with two friends to this location. The hostess was excellent—very kind and attentive. Her warm welcome reminded me why I liked LongHorn in the first place. Unfortunately, the service from the waitstaff was disappointing. No one ever came to our table—not even to offer a glass of water. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, so the lack of service didn’t make much sense. What bothered us most was seeing a customer who arrived after us, seated right next to us, get immediate attention. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but it felt like I wasn’t welcome. I sincerely hope that wasn’t the case, but the whole experience left a very bad impression. I expected the welcoming service I was used to, but sadly, this time, it didn’t happen.

We love to eat at LongHorn Steakhouse but I don't understand why they don't have bake potatoes???? Who ever does the ordering doesn't do a good job. We have been there 3 times and no baked potatoes. Every steak place has baked Potatoes. We go about once a week to eat . I think we will try some where else next time. The steaks are really good . But our waiter wasn't anything to brag about. He doesn't do as good a Charles on taking care of you.

I’ve always had good experiences here, but this visit was disappointing. After a 45-minute wait to be seated, it took nearly 20 more minutes to place our order. Our server only came to the table three times, and we never received needed condiments or drink refills. The food quality was also below what I’ve come to expect for the price. I hope this was an off day and that my next visit is better.

Long awaited Longhorn Steakhouse in Weatherford finally opened and was sooo disappointed. I'll start with what was GREAT---the decor and atmosphere nice and appealing. Our server was very nice and alert to our needs. Sorry, but Texas Roadhouse food is fantastic but can't stand being inside...too loud. First, got there just a little before 3:00pm...sorry, lunch menu is no longer available!! You guessed it, dinner menu prices outta sight. Instead of rolls, they serve a tasty loaf. We got the 6oz sirloin medium well (we all know med well means light pink center, wrong. This was a medium rare) and sides of mashed potatoes and fried okra. The okra was visually very appealing (it was whole, not sliced) but gummy on the inside. I went simple with the chop steak in brown gravy, caramelized onions and mushrooms...it was good, with sides of garden salad and steamed broccoli. The croutons were a strange flavor, I'm thinking parmesan?? The broccoli also tasted a little off. The food did not fit our palettes. Won't be back.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT come here with a group of more than 4... they will always tell you a 30 minute wait and you will ALWAYS wait at least twice as long. The food is fine, but you'd be just as good at TX Roadhouse or Beefmasters, both of which have around double the seating capacity and larger tables. If you've got under 5, you have a decent chance of getting a table in a timely manner. This is not the place for large families, groups, or parties of larger than 4.

I ordered a well done steak. When they brought it to me, the center was bright red. I sent it back and the outside looked to be more cooked but the center was again bright red. I won't send something back a second time so it was basically just a lost cause at that point. One of my dining partners ordered chop steak and said she only wanted a sliver of pink. Hers came out raw in the middle. Raw hamburger is pretty gross. My other dining partner ordered fried okra. Apparently they just fry up whole okra without cutting it into small pieces like EVERY other place I've seen. Not a single bite of it was edible. The outer skin was so tough you couldn't even bite through it. Food was a salty overall. Waitress was the only good thing about our experience, really. Bread was good. And I think my partner liked his chicken fried steak, but that was about it. Will not be returning.

Was at Longhorn steakhouse tonight and was highly disappointed in the service. Not only was our steaks not cooked correctly, we were told as our food was coming out that they ran out of baked potatoes and asked us to choose another side. I asked them to comp the difference in price between a regular side and and premium side since 1. They waited until our food came out to tell us but 2. You were the ones who ran out of an item that is a huge demand at a steak house. The Manger said no. I wasn't asking for a free meal. I was asking for a 6 to 8 dollar markdown on my bill for the problem. After that the waitress stopped coming to our table as much. Big let down!

Worst Steakhouse I have ever been to. The Margarita was terrible, the queso was cold and gritty. I thought maybe the meal would be better but food was cold the steak was not cooked how I asked. The waitress neglected us. so we had to flag her down for drinks, and everything. I will not be going back.

Arrived about 7:45 PM Friday night Salad was good, baked potato was underdone… It was still hard. Steak was burnt at one end and bloody in the middle. We ordered okra and it never came. Finally, the manager came out and said they were out of okra. He said people just loved their okra and that they had run out two hours ago. So you’re telling me that people love Longhorn okra and you don’t make sure you have enough to last you until 11 PM on Friday night. I spent around 50 bucks for my meal. I don’t think I’ll be going back for a very long time if ever. There’s too many other places where I can spend my money. Some reviews say the food is good, but that wasn’t my experience…..Well, I guess you have to ask yourself one question… Do I feel lucky… Well?? Do you punk?😁

K
Korina Smith

The best thing was the service. Our server was nice and friendly, even though she was very busy. Could not eat the steak since it was overly salty. Ended up paying almost $70 for 2 meals and 2 drinks. It's a skip for me.

My steak was overcooked and my husband's was undercooked???? The baked potato had a very thick salt coat, instead of a sprinkling.

B

Lack of planning (no baked potatoes on a Friday night) lack of training (waited on us with dirty dishes in his hand) out of wine glasses so we had to wait until someone left to get wine. It was our first time for the 4 of us. Disappointed, we want this place to be great. It wasn’t. We will give it one more chance.

We like the Longhorn. We normally have a good experience. We picked girls up from school last week and went straight to eat. They seated us and the kids and I went to wash our hands. The restrooms smelt so badly of urine it was stomach turning. We used hand sanitizer instead. It just put me off. Waitress kept cutting me off whilst ordering. Tables were sticky as were the menus. We will not eat there again.

L
Lindsay Otto

The worst steak ever. Overcooked and way too seasoned. They automatically butterfly the filet which defeats the purpose of a filet. The baked potato was good though. Definitely not worth the money though.

The steak had very little flavor. Baked potato was over cooked. Too expensive for what we got. Waitress was fantastic!!

When we arrived there were approximately 10-12 tables empty. We still had to wait 10 minutes to seated. The hostess and another young lady were upfront, but neither of them seemed like they wanted to be there. There were children (6-7) running through the restaurant with no adults supervising them. Finally some parents (three mothers, never saw any fathers) showed up to get their children under control. We were about to leave and the hostess called us for our table. Once we were seated our server come by and said he would be with us shortly. We saw why there was no available seating right away. Every table we walked by on the way to our table had not been cleared. It was like they did not have anyone clearing tables. The carpets were a mess (no one vacuuming up messes once guest left). The place looked like it was not being managed very well. This was at around 2:45 to 3:00 PM. The lunch rush should have already ended. Our server seemed very busy. Within minutes he was back to take of us. He took our beverage order and we were ready to order our meals. He brought our beverages and he brought our salads a few minutes later. Our entrees were ready about 10-15 minutes later. Our server was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the Chicken Fried Chicken. It was huge. The sides were large portions also. My wife ordered the Parmesin Crusted Chicken. The entree (two pieces) and sides were large portions also. The problem with her meal was that one piece of chicken was pink (not fully cooked). Shecatecthe cooked portion and left the other. We never send food back due to not knowing what kind of mood a cook may be in. Our server was very talkative and attentive during our visit. When we finished dining (a little over an hour) it seemed like more employees showed up and started cleaning up the mess (bussing tables, sweeping floors). We were here 90 minutes or so. We never saw a management person during our entire visit. Maybe they need to spend more time overseeing the operation of the restaurant. The best part of the visit was our server.

First time going to longhorn steak house and with a lot of expectations, we went on a Friday around 6:30 pm they were very friendly at the entrance and gave us a table quickly, food was great but service was terrible , drinks with no straws, had to ask our server for refill several times, never check on us even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all , never asked if we need anything else like dessert or to go box, he definitely was paying way more attention to other tables than us, and made us feel discriminated. will definitely be going back to Texas Road house for steak from now on.

2 for reasons... Traveling west to NM and wanted steak in Texas before the nightly drive. Paul my waiter brought a warm little loaf of bread and butter. The bread was good. There was nothing exciting about it and the top it off, the butter was cold. This made it difficult to spread. He kept my drink full and continued to check on me as I waited for the New York Strip parmesan cheese crusted to top it off. The issue, the cook. I like my steak cooked medium well. (Light pink) Just my thing. A good chef can prepare a steak to order and it still be delicate to eat. My steak came out (look at pictures) appearing to be spot on. It had the moisture and the searing was okay. It lacked the parmesan cheese crusted topping. And there is broccoli as a side. I dislike broccoli's taste and smell. As I cut into the steak, it begins to bleed. Paul either messed up the order or the cook (not chef) decided to change it. He takes it back for a correction. Done right, a chef can do this and still leave you with a delicate steak to bite into. Second time it comes to the table. I cut into it, tough and so red. (not bleeding out) Paul was quick to drop the check on my table. I called for the manager. He did his job and we spoke. He took the terrible piece of meat and had it taken off my bill. Sadly, nothing was said or asked about getting a steak after that. Maybe it was an off day for the cook and Paul's second or third day. 🤔 I cannot in good faith recommend you eating here. Enjoy the travels and cheers!

The food was good - but the service was NOT - waitress didn’t pay any attention to us - had to continually flag down other ppl to help - From the greeter (didn’t welcome - didn’t thank for coming - never really looked up) to our waitress who never left the back (restaurant was not busy) - this was a disappointing experience! I’ll def be taking my family’s business elsewhere - So while the food was good - the staff ruined the evening.

We waited awhile for our food. Everyone's food came out except mine which I waited another 10 minutes for. When I got it I took two bites of my steak and then noticed a long hair was in the charcoal of my steak. The manager came over and said she will comp my meal. They offered to get me something else, but I was so disgusted I turned it down. The service in this place is lacking as well. I have a history of being a waitress and this place is lacking in the customer service department. My family and I will not be back.

We went to Longhorn in Weatherford at 2:00 on a Wednesday afternoon. We had never been there before. We each ordered a 12 oz ribeye steak plus a salad and fried okra. We were not informed by the waitress about any (extremely spicy) rub. They were so so hot with cayenne that we could not eat them. She brought us one new steak without the seasoning to split and never came back to fill water or check on anything. We had to hunt for her to get our tab. Our tab was for about $60 and the whole visit was a terrible experience.

Very inconsistent food quality, Went there Sunday night ordered chicken tenders with broccoli and rice… I waited 20 minutes then the waiter came out and so they overcooked the chicken tenders, I told him I was hungry. I waited another 20 minutes for them to do the same thing overcook them, but bring it out to me with cold, broccoli, and cold rice….. Which means my rice and broccoli sat for 20 minutes while he tried to cook more tenders I asked for the manager and told him I waited 45 minutes for nothing no food and all I did was say could I put a new order in for you…

We came in about 2 pm on Tuesday 3/18/25. The little girl greeter was absolutely the rudest I’ve ever had. We obviously interrupted something she had going on was not happy about the hindrance. Wife and son shared the ribeye. I had 8 oz sirloin. It was cooked right but still not great. Wife and I both had salads. My baked potatoes was either undercooked or really old. Theirs tasted oki think. Wife got food poisoning and very ill still trying to get ok almost a week later. She had ate nothing else that day afterwards

We’ll never go back again. It took 20 minutes to get a shrimp appetizer out to us, 30 minutes to get the Caesar side salad out and then about 45 minutes to an hour just to get our steaks, and the place was completely dead... By the time the steaks came out we were full and they were supposed to be cooked medium but they were so overcooked that the majority of mine was grey. We were already too annoyed with the whole place so we ate a couple of bites and left. This is definitely a place that I’ll never spend my money again. Back to Texas Roadhouse we go.

Had a filet and it was absolutely horrible! Couldn’t even finish it. I ask the bartender “is there some kind of glaze on this steak?” She told me that they started adding a lemon glaze. I said “a lemon glaze to a steak?” And she replied “yes sir.” I couldn’t even finish it, and had to order a desert just to get the bad taste out of my mouth. Bartender didn’t care if I liked it or not. Paid and left! Never again!

Me and my husband went in yesterday afternoon not busy at all and the hostess looked at us and then walked off we waited to be greeted and seated for over 10 minutes so we left and went to olive garden

The meat was tuff. A friend and I both ordered medium-rare and it was rare. They were very nice and took it back, but the blood was running out of it after they brought it back. Could not eat it. My friends was the same way. A waste of money. Good salad and baked potato. The steaks were terrible. Thank you, Bobbi Klein

Easily the worst steak I've had in my life. Way overcooked and dry. Not sure how you mess up a filet, but here we are. Please avoid wasting your money here and just go elsewhere. If you must try something new, don't try here.

We have gone there several times and the service was good. However tonight it was the worst ever. The lady at the front was no where to be found. After a few minutes she showed up and showed us to the table in the bar area which was not busy. Ten minutes later they ask us what we want to drink. She brings the glass a little more than half full of water and walks off we sat there and waited for her to come back and take the order. Almost ten minutes pass and still nothing. We got up and walked out and not a soul noticed that we left there was no one at the front. I am sure we will go back. Lets just hope the service is better

Good is always warm and decent. But it just seems like their people aren't taught how to be servers. We went on a Thursday. 2 small boys my husband and I. Our waitress was a nice girl. But she only had 2 tables and it took us a life time to get our drinks. Like long enough my husband wanted to leave. We had to ask a random server walking by to check on them. Then our food was served to the table next to us . The only other table in the place. We dont hate the food its decent. Mushrooms are perfect . Steak good. But the service is horrid EVERY SINGLE TIME.

S
Steve Roop

My sister in law said her food was just OK. She ordered a salad. Brother and I ordered the chicken fried steak. Neither of us could eat it. I love salt, so does my brother but the steaks were so salty, the mashed potatoes were even satlier and the gravy was even saltier. We drove in from Granbury. Such a wasted trip. The table next to us had food issues to. The waiter said there was a different staff in the kitchen. Nobody who is a cook would ever salt food like that. It literally tasted like brine. The manager credited the two chicken fried steak dinners, but charged us for the beverages. We'll never go back.

1 of the 3 Cowboy Pork chops was not fully cooked. We asked for 1 new pork chop to replace the undercooked one. The new pork chop came out undercooked as well. The kitchen got the pork chop fully cooked on the third try. Manager never came over to check on it. 🙄

The bar is just horrible. Sat down and wasn't greeted for about 10 min. I don't know if I would recommend this specific bar to anyone! It was not that busy. In the very least, a hello, thank you for coming, we will be right with you. That would have been nice. We moved to a booth, and hopefully, it's better. Tanya is pretty nice.
