What a great place to eat. From the manager to our server Valley, they are pleasant and attentive. The food is better than the Pizza Hut I remember. Highly recommend.

We have had consistently great experiences at this Pizza Hut! The food is hot, fresh, made correctly, and so easy to grab through their drive thru. It's become our go-to pizza pickup when we are in a hurry!

Always hot food!! They forgot my 2 liter, after calling them they offered a refund or for me to come back up and grab it. Manager was very apologetic and polite! Want good pizza, come here!!

I pick up for doordash from this location, the manager is super sweet and don't really ever have issues with this location. Service is great even when they're busy or short staffed

Ordered online for carryout & the pizza was as expected from Pizza Hut. Not sure why all the negative reviews. We got a hot pizza & excellent customer service. I would not hesitate ordering again when in Weatherford.

First and foremost you don't have to go inside to get your pizza or order it, You just drive up to the window. On their worst day they're still fast service. They must have a really good crew right now. I think they weeded out all the bad apples.

I went through the pick-up window. The women that gave me my pizza melts was very prompt and courteous. and told me to have a blessed nite. As for the food, I had stopped getting pizza there about a year ago because I felt the quality the food was not up to my taste standards. I had alway liked Pizza Hut, but not all the Pizza Huts are the same and you can tell some have consistent superior quality and taste, some are inconsistent, some are mediocre and some just plain substandard. The one in Weatherford went from mediocre to substandard in taste and quality over the years. I had notice the store had closed for remodeling a while back. So I notice they were open again and give them a try and to my surprise they were superior! I have only ordered twice so far and used the pick-up window both times. I ordered a large thin and crispy pepperoni the first visit. The second visit I ordered a Pizza Melt and they were awesome!

Jessica and her team were amazing! Nothing short of fantabulous! The food was served quickly, the crew checked on me for drinks, and whatever else I may need often. I was pleased with my visit.

Server Wendy is awesome. Good to know there's a pizza place with vegetarian pizza.❤️

Vallee was awesome she took my order and saved me money. She had great recommendations and was very apologetic for the long wait on hold. She also informed me that they were out of mushrooms, which I would have been sad to find out when I received my order of supreme and wings.

Great young man waited on us… Polite & respectful- courteous with my grandson… I apologize for not remembering his name -young , dark haired , approx. in his 20’s Applause to whom hired him!!!!

So far we've only had good experiences at this location. Pizza's are good and service at the pick-up window is great. Usually do pick-up. Haven't dined inside. My favorite is the New York pizza. Hope they keep it on the menu.

The employees are attentive, buffet stays pretty fresh but they do their best on request. Have eaten here for close to 30 years, my 2 adult kids as children and now our grandkids. ^_^❤️

Every time i come in here and Jessica is here my day brightens up she’s always so friendly and nice and fast.

The food here was fresh and amazing. They seemed low staffed but still kept up with customers generally well. The staff was very young yet punctual on delivery.

This was our second pizza order from this location the first was excellent. This second order was good, but the pizza was slightly undercooked. Toppings were plentiful and the delivery time was excellent.

Pizzas I ordered to go were great. We order from this location 99% of the time. We always have to go pick it up because we live 1 mile outside the delivery zone. I was in town today & stopped by to order. I was going to use my app however they never understand my instructions when ordering my pizza so figured I would walk in & order. Doors locked with a sign instructing to go around to the door on the drive thru window side. I walked around & in & was told I couldn't come in. I explained that I just wanted to order my pizza & since I was already inside couldn't I just do that. Yes. The 3 topping pizza I want ALL 3 tops to be pepperoni. They NEVER understand this & the other location refuses wanting to charge me extra. Now, this location has recently had it upgrade, face-lift, looks great on the outside. The inside & the reason for the locked doors & only doing delivery or pick up orders is because of the big hole in the ceiling. When I asked when they'd be opening the dining room back up the response was when that gets fixed. I then asked if it has flooded from rain? No, a leak in the drip pan from the AC unit on the roof. Wow, had to have been leaking a long time. Don't get me wrong, this is a great place but makes me wonder what the franchise owner is doing? It is obvious nothing has been done. Chairs stacked all around so no one can walk under it. I didn't ask when it happened or how long it had been a gaping hole with ceiling coming down but got the impression it had been a while & there's no big hurry to do anything about it.

I have had great service from them. Fast delivery. The pizza is my favorite in town. They only messed our order up one time and they didn't offer a replacement. Maybe because they delivered it? I was very agrivated because we order from there so much and she acted like she could care less when I voiced my complaint but the food is so good that we continue to order from there

The regular large pizza I received for free was blaa! The crust was blaa and the pizza overall had very little taste. We will not be ordering that again.

So my friend had ordered some naked wings and something to drink for the both of us just last night at like 9:26. Our order were supposed to come around 9:55 but no one came. So supposedly, they 'called' my friend last night to tell her that they cancelled her order but she checked to see that no one had called her last night. So idk if they told her that to get her off the phone, but they lied.

Portions of the pizza crust were doughy. Should have specified well done when I ordered. Otherwise, service was attentive, drinks had plenty of ice and the place was clean.

I really enjoyed my pepperoni pizza last night. It was hot and fresh. Just the way I like it. Right on time!

Went to the buffet at 12:30 and they had 2 veggie pizzas as the only selection. Breadsticks were HARD from sitting too long. Asked if anymore pizzas were being made because there was no selection and was told that the buffet ends at 1:30, that was the explanation. This happened more then once now at this location.

Have tried 3 times and it has always been late. They are polite and nice but may start avoiding this one as not as fast as many other Pizza huts

We had the sunday lunch buffet, using a coupon from the local schools we got two buffets for $8. The service was okay. The pizza and salad could have been better. The buffet needed to have more verity.

I am very disappointed in the manager who worked evenings on 03/06/19. We orderd our pizza and the young man who was waiting on customers, busing tables, taking phone order and waiting on the drive up window, received no assistance. While he was cleaning the tables from large party who had just left, the manager brought our pizza to the front counter and set it down, instead of bringing it to us 15 feet away. He also did not bother to let our waiter know it was ready. There was another worker at the front counter also, doing nothing. Our pizza set there for 3-5 minutes before our waiter saw it setting there and he brought it to us. I asked to speak to the man who brought our pizza to the front counter (manager) and asked why he allowed our pizza to set on the counter to get cold instead of bringing it to us while our waiter was busy. Again we were within 15 feet of the front counter, the only people still in the dining area. Hi response that really got me was 'its his job' not mine. I have work to do in the back. I corrected him and told him NO, your job is to make sure the customers are taken care of. He response was, is there anything else? He did discount our ticket, but my concern is his lack of concern for the customers and his coworker. There were at least a half dozen people there that night and our waiter seem to be the only one concerned with customers and he was running his tail off trying to take care of the dining area, phone and drive up. This attitude is not acceptable and he should be working his tail off in the dining area and other areas as well. Shame on him for his 'entitled' attitude and lack of human concern.

It used to be very good. Good thick pizza. But now the pizza comes out almost like cardboard. Service is amazing but I wish they would try a little harder with the food.

The salad bar was good and fresh as usual but the employees weren't very interested in taking care of the customers this time and they didn't get any more pizza out until we were about to leave. Most people have a limited amount of time to eat lunch so that very disrespectful.

The taste of the pizza We have come to this Pizza Hut multiple times in the past and every time we have been here since covid the inside has always been closed. We decided to give this Pizza Hut a try again recently with delivery. We placed the order on the app and everything went smoothly with that. Once we got the notification that the pizza was on the way it took 40 minutes to get the pizza delivered. After the 40 minutes had passed we tried to give them a call and no one answered and then that's when the pizza was delivered. We had continuously been opening the door checking for the pizza since it was taking a lot longer than we expected and on our last check the pizza was at the door with no one there. No doorbell ring and no knock at the door. The pizza was still warm but I wasn't very impressed by the pizza or the price. We got the stuffed crust pizza the crust was great but the taste of the pizza its self was mediocre.

I still go to pizza hut for one reason only and that's my son. It's the only pizza he'll eat but, let's face it he's 10. Pizza is super greasy. I tried a slice and it upset my stomach. The staff here is less than friendly.

The pizza was cold. the crust was soft still at the center of the pizza, about half way up each slice. It needed cooked longer. And your pizza makers and making the hand tossed, too thin.

I came for lunch buffett. Their selection is very limited. There were 5 different pizzas to choose from. 4 out of 5 had meat, which it was an inconvenience to me since i am a vegetarian. I can only eat their cheese pizza (2 slices). and they never served more, so i had to eat garlic bread stick, salad (did not have much variaty) and the pasta (wasnt that great either). Im glad i did not come with the family i would have end up taking them to cicis pizza.

Last time I was here my Pepsi bottle smelled like mildew and my personal pizza was frozen in the middle. I never had that happen at any Pizza Hut anywhere. Gross! Will not go back.

I am sick of them messing up my orders!! My last three orders have all had something wrong with them. The Fort Worth Hwy location doesn't care about "order accuracey". This location has and is going downhill.

Had to pick up thru the drive thru window. Had to wait a couple of minutes it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. My son wanted a drink and my husband asked for a tea. We were politely told we don't have fountain drinks or teas. That was the last time we will go there!

Caution: Check your pizza size. I have ordered a large pizza that was actually a 12" Medium. This has happened on seperate occasions. I have already contacted corporate offices regarding this issue. On seperate occasions the pizza is an incorrect size.

2 stars because the pizza was the only thing half way decent at this particular establishment. Did not have fountain drinks, did not have sweet tea, had unsweet yea but no sugar or even sweeteners. Ordered 6 wings got 5, wife ordered 8 wings and received 6. Cmon y'all, do better.

I ordered the food online and it was all wrong and when I called back they told me to come back and get a new pizza. They didn’t offer a refund, a gift card, or anything.

They made a pizza wrong, so we had to go back up to get another made. It took 45min to get our cheese pizza, we missed our Christmas party. There was another man that ordered a pizza online at 5:50, it was finally ready after 7.

Went to Pizza Hut on July 13th and the service was horrible. The tables were dirty, the floor was nasty And looked as if they didn’t care. The staff there avoided us and when we looked at them, they ran off to hide behind the counter. The server there took our order and we waited for an hour only to find out that he never turned it in. Don’t think I would want to go back

The lady at the drive thru window was absolutely rude. I ordered spicy garlic wings and the wings I received did not have sauce on them. I will not return to this establishment ever! Bad first impression

We (my parents & my adult son) have eaten ONLY Pizza Hut for 10 plus years! Up until a month ago anyways. We are regulars here in Weatherford TX Pizza Hut until the manager at the local PH thought it was ok to disrespect my mother regarding an issue I had (on my separate account) with a pizza they burnt 3 times! Never again will we eat there!

The last few times I have ordered a thin and Crispy pizza with just a little extra sauce, that is what l put in the bottom instructions. Instead I get a flimsy Crust with a lot of sauce. Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza since I was a little kid but if this keeps up I am going to try other places for pizza. Also most food chains have opened their doors for take out or dine in, but you have not. At least open your doors for take out so I can inspect my pizza instead of rushing thru a drive thru which sometimes I have to wait a long time to get my pizza. If you could at least go in for take out that would solve a lot or problems. I have read how your sales are down, maybe you ought to change things back the way they were!!!!

Ordered a sandwich and drink not only was it 20 minutes late, but when I called to see where the order was I was informed by Madison that they didn't show an order for me and asked if I was sure I ordered from the right one. I mean come on get it together people. Then as I'm on the phone waiting for a manager my order shows up and was even more disappointing the sandwich was missing two of the advertised ingredents and instead of the fries it usually comes with it had 8 month old lays chips. I will never order from this location again just ridiculous.

I've been a customer for years but in the last year the ingredients have have become less and less even the sauce to point too dry almost tasteless not near the amount of cheese or anything else. So I will take my business elsewhere.

Waited forever for this location to open the lobby back up and when they did theu took out the buffet and FOUNTAIN SODAS. Now they only have bottle and no refills. Then they don't hardly deliver to anywhere. Wish they has just shut down! What a POS location amd owner. This place is trash . They charge for a cup of ice when you get a bottle of water. They don't even give you water in a cup with ice it cost extra. Then the MANAGER decided that they don't need to have regular pepper for the restaurant to have . 11/12/23, 710 Fort Worth Hwy, i got FOOD POISONING that lasted 5 days. i ordered delivery for a dinnerbox. ill never eat from that location again. im finally feeling well again able to write this, i only hope the location shuts down before anyone else gets POISIONED

The reason i am leaving this 1 star review is they not only messed up my order but when i called to complain, the answer i received from the so called manager of this pizza hut in Weatherford is THAT HE DOESN'T CARE if the pizza was ok or no.. so yeah guess when i or any of my friends gonna spend money at this place at all to pay salaries of people that are not ashamed to tell you in your face that they dont give a damn about your order.

HORRIBLE customer service. Employees & management are rude, not helpful at all when our account was debited twice, for the exact same amount. The past several times we've had Pizza Hut, we have been disappointed with the service, dining in & carryout. Definitely not the only pizza restaurant in Weatherford, we won't be supporting Weatherford Pizza Hut in the future! Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever. Refussed to correct their mistake until ever other order was cooked that was taken after me. Told me i would have to wait an additional 40 minutes. Then had me wait 20 minutes for a refund that was never processed. Ended up just leaving and paying for wrong order.

I'd give them a no star review if I could due to the horrible experience I've had when ordering from this store today. My husband is hypoglycemic and we made the order this evening at 5:32pm received our conformation email and text after placing the order in the app. Said the order would arrive by 6:07pm, received a text update at 6:07pm saying that our order is on the way and we never received anything, we waited for an hour after receiving the text and still no food. Called the store to talk to the manager and complained it took them 8 minutes to answer the call. Stay away from this location. We will be reaching out to their district office

I love Pizza Hut pizza, but this is the second time where we received our barely warm pizza abt an hour and half after it was ordered. Both times, when it was suppose to be delivered and I called, they said it hadn't even left the store. That puts us in a bad place when we need to leave and go do things. I know they are understaffed and am aware it is not the fault of the driver. Pizza Hut is unable to prepare and deliver their food when they say it will, & that causes a problem for our family.

Love pizza hut always have always will, but you should really let your employees know it's not okay or professional to talk crap about customers to other customers... especially in small towns like Weatherford because ya never know who that person knows and it could get back to them....shaved head girl.... 😉 I emailed they NEVER responded...guess they don't care about the customers as much as they say they do...also tried to be the bigger person placed an order and got the run around got charged twice and was told I'd get refunded for the first transaction within 24-48 hrs it's been almost 2 weeks..I reached out to see about the refund and still have received no response on that as well. Pizza hut you have lost a long time loyal customer. This is the pizza hut in Weatherford Texas.

Went to the store on Thursday 7/24 at 8 pm to go in and eat and there was a note on the door that the dining room is closed to pull around to the window. Drove around to the window and sat there no one ever came to the window. No cars in the parking lot and the open sign was off. Could see some light on but it was still dark looking inside, but no people in sight. Is this place even open ???????

Put in an online order at 1045 for 1130. Got here at 11:28, was greeted at the window and she never came back. Sat there for 18 minutes until I was told to pull around front. Currently at 12 minutes out front. A bit ridiculous.

From the moment we got there the people were very rude when handing us the order. Once we got home we realized that one of the pizzas was still raw couldn't eat it. The dough felt doughy. We ordered two orders of wings and one of them had blood on the chicken. The chicken was not cooked all the way. Orderd 3 dipping sauces, didn't get them. I called the store the gentleman who answered told me I couldn't speak to the manager..she was too busy to come to the phone. I told him my concern and he said that they were going to refund the money, and it would take 5 to 7 days. I called today and spoke to the manager Jessica. She said she knew nothing about it, that she never said she was busy to talk to anybody. She told me that the only thing she could do was give me $15 to be use only at that store. I explain that I don't live in that Weatherford, but she said, well that's all we can do. I've been given the run around. Worst Pizza Hut experience! Charged for items I did not receive! Raw chicken! Raw pizza! Rude service!

I never write reviews, but my experience with the Weatherford, TX Pizza Hut was so unacceptable that I feel compelled to speak out. I ordered a cheese pizza (I’m vegetarian), and when I arrived 30 minutes later to pick it up, they gave me pepperoni instead. I politely told them the order was wrong, and they said they could only give me a credit. I declined and asked for a refund. They said they’d process it but refused to give me a receipt, even after I asked multiple times. I then asked if I could at least keep the incorrect pizza so my kids could eat (since I had waited all night), and they said no. When I asked again about the refund confirmation, the general manager, Rebecca, started yelling at me through the window, showed me the pizza being thrown in the trash can, and then walked behind my car and called the police on me—just for calmly waiting in the drive-thru to get a receipt. Another employee, Cameron, also refused to help and actually admitted this was the second complaint they’d received that day. This isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at this location, which is why I hadn’t ordered from them in a long time. Clearly, customer service at this store is consistently poor, and I’m sure many others have had similar issues. This whole experience was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will also be reporting this to the local food department, because the way both the food and customers are handled here is unacceptable. Pizza Hut corporate needs to seriously investigate what’s going on at this store.

Third strike in recent times. Had given up on them, but had a good experience in Benbrook so thought we’d try here again. Nope. Have paid for extra cheese THREE times and never gotten it. It’s a CHEESE pizza. Supposed to have a regular amount of sauce. There is no sauce to be seen or tasted. It’s SO dry. Never again. First photo actually makes it look better than it is.

I ordered pizza and cheese sticks for delivery and the cheese sticks were so over cooked I can't even take a bite I called the store and the woman listened to my complaint put me on hold and came back on to tell me she just talked to the manager and he said they weren't overcooked and when I told her that she's not the one with the food in front of her she hung up on me I called back and spoke to the manager he argued with me telling me how they were cooked and that if I wanted to take them up there he would replace them and I told him I just had knee surgery which is the whole reason I had my food delivered I asked him for his name after he said he won't be replacing them unless I bring them in and he told me he isn't giving me his name because I'll just write some goofy review, are you kidding me!!??! Well I guess what here is my goofy review, will never order from here again!

If you want ice cold delivery pizza and rude service then call this Pizza Hut. It took about an hour and ten minutes to get delivery from this place. They outsource delivery to door dash, which would be fine if the door dash guys number was actually a working telephone number. I called the Pizza Hut to cancel my order because it took so long and they were down right hostile towards me. Not even a little bit sorry I paid over $20 for a cold medium pepperoni pizza when I tipped over 20%

I’m just curious how a pizza specifically ordered for carry out with barbecue sauce…. has no sauce. None, nada. I worked at many Dominos locations for years and not once was there a pizza with no sauce unless specified lol. Just why??

On Oct 26 I ordered a pizza it was a large Canadian bacon with pineapple with EXTRA PINEAPPLE AND OTHER toppings, when I got the pizza home there may have been at most 12 small pieces of pineapple, and even less than 3 piece of bacon . I called them immediately discussed what I ordered and the worker was pleasant and said she would give me a free pizza next time if I ordered the same . Nov 5 I ordered the same exact pizza went to pick it up this time I opened the box and , well see pic below , this is Domino's extra pineapple and bacon, look close and you will see it. $38.63 for this and yes it wasn't free there was no tag or any mention of my promised free pizza any where. So I paid twice for the mistake of going to DOMINO'S , well I learned PUZZA HUT has my business in Weatherford .
