The service here is slow; they usually take a long time to bring the dishes even when there aren't many people. The service is friendly, and the atmosphere is quiet. I always order salmon at Italianis, and at this branch, they don't do it very well. The last time I ordered it, it was burnt and had hardly any lemon sauce. I didn't send it back because it had taken so long, and I was starving, but it didn't taste good.

Today, on the 7th of September, I came to eat at this place. There were quite a few people, so I knew it would take a while for my order, but I didn't expect it to take that long. All I expected was for it to be good, but they brought me burnt salmon and pasta without parmesan cheese. My companion ordered a pizza with chicken and crispy cheese that was inedible. Horrible. The atmosphere is unkempt, and so are the seats; at least the bathrooms were clean. As for service, I can't complain, but I do suggest they should be more attentive. I know the servers don't prepare the food, but they should at least be aware of what they're delivering. I won't be back 🤮

Dont have mixers for the drinks. Famous for wine but the wine is really expensive. The food is delicious and served pretty fast. Sometimes have the impression they are understaffed.

They have two waiters (heroes!) for a large area, so obviously they can't keep up. The food leaves much to be desired; for example, the picture on the menu versus the dish I was served.

I don't know why they take your order and make you wait 15 to 20 minutes. We thought there would be a lot of people, but no. They gave us a table in the back, where there were a bunch of empty tables and counters. Once at the table, it took a LONG time for them to take our order. After another 15 minutes, I had to ask to be served, and it wasn't until then that they assigned us a server. He was the friendliest and most attentive waiter. The food also took longer than usual. Supposedly, there was a birthday special; the receptionist offered it to us, but in the end, they wouldn't honor it.

Solo racing Rush

I experienced the worst fettuccine Alfredo, pasta was not cooked properly and to make it worse it was cold. Return it to the waitress for heating the food and came back worst. Didn’t eat it. The service was very disappointing specially when the drinks were served at once and late for some of my family.

A terrible experience. The welcome was awful; they took us to such a private room that it took over an hour to get our menus. We had 30 coffees, which, no offense, were the worst coffees we've ever had. We complained to the waitress, and all she did to three cappuccinos was reduce the liquid and add more milk and espresso (horrible). I'm sorry, but that's not how things are done. A week later, my sister went to eat there. She had salmon, and for dessert, they gave us a terrible stomach infection that we've had for a week now, and it was definitely from the fish. I highly recommend changing your staff and having the regional manager do his job.
