A very quiet place but with many years of flavor in its ice creams and its dishes are delicious and very well served, excellent price and quality.

I've been coming here since I was little with my grandmother. She loved the Swiss ice cream cups. They have a very, very rich flavor. When they serve it well, they give you a dollop of ice cream. It's delicious. Every time I come here, I order it and it reminds me of her. I've also had plates of food and the portions are large and well served. Sometimes it's bland, but most of the time, it's very good. I recommend it. They also have tables outside, which is nice.

The ice cream tastes the same as it did 28 years ago (when I went for the first time). It's super delicious, and they serve you very quickly. The price is good. Arrive early because there's a line.

If you're an old soul who appreciates traditional, family-oriented spaces, this is the place for you. Breakfast packages, café con leche, à la carte service. A space steeped in tradition and culture in Azcapotzalco. The service is good and very attentive. It's appreciated that the staff isn't pushy and that they approach quickly if you need them. I read somewhere that if you're young you might feel out of place, but you don't. This is a space that maintains a sense of family and tradition among grandparents, grandchildren, and children. If that kind of atmosphere isn't your thing, you'll obviously feel uncomfortable.

I've been visiting this place for years and years, and the service and food are excellent; the flavor and quality have never changed. I love them so much ❤️ There are many dishes, but if you go, order the burgers, the Milanese sandwiches, the pancakes, the chicken sandwich, or the Swiss cup. The set menu is delicious. It's not cheap, considering you can find them for up to 60 pesos elsewhere, but it's worth it.

Great flavor, good prices. The mole enchiladas in the afternoon or the breakfast combo that includes mole chilaquiles are highly recommended. The set lunch menu is very complete and delicious. A favorite. The attached photo is of a chicken breast stuffed with cheese and orange sauce. The other photo shows the mole chilaquiles from breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff.

Best ice cream and "lonchería" in Azcapotzalco downtown. Very friendly and kind staff.

Delicious food, I recommend the vanilla milkshake. I was treated well; they weren't overly friendly, but they weren't rude either. It's an amazing place.

It took them a long time to take our order, and when they did, it was half-baked. We only ordered waffles, cake, and coffee, and they also took a long time to bring them. The waffles were like rocks and inedible. I don't recommend it; there are better places for the same price. The place is also a bit run down. It has a reputation for being old-fashioned, but that's all it is.

The service is good when they're not busy, but I don't think the price-quality ratio is right. The food was okay, but not delicious or exceptional.

I had visited this place before, which is why I returned, but this time I was disappointed. You have to wait to get in, and there's no service for the line. The line is right on the sidewalk; there's no list or seating, at least not for the elderly. We went for breakfast, and the waitress didn't offer us the breakfast combos, which we weren't familiar with, so we ordered à la carte. They brought me the wrong mushroom omelet; it was cheese. I had to ask another employee because the waitress wouldn't come back to our table. I asked them to add the mushrooms, but I was disappointed because they were canned. The enmoladas were just okay, as were the molletes. The chilaquiles needed more salsa, although they were the best-tasting dish. The pitcher of water for the day is only 1 liter, which seems insufficient, and we had to wait for the waitress to go and ask what flavor it was. I think she should know by 11 am. The café con leche we ordered were brought to us last after I reminded her, and they barely tasted like coffee. The only thing I did like, and it was just as I remembered, was the orange bread. We also ordered mocha cake, and it was a real disappointment. It looked good, but it was very poor quality; I think they buy it from a third party. Honestly, I think the place has declined, and they should invest in modernizing their infrastructure and training their staff to offer better service. They have a clientele, a reputation, and a very nice location, but they shouldn't rest on their laurels.

AVERAGE FOOD, BAD ATMOSPHERE. I came with some friends for ice cream and coffee, and honestly, I have no complaints. Everything seemed average to me, but the service really left me feeling bad, as the lady who served us wasn't friendly. I imagine because I live near this place, which is a very niche spot for older people and children, I know ladies who come here to eat almost every day, and if you go young, you'd be out of place. Anyway, so far, everything's normal in my opinion, but the problem is the street vendors. I mean, I understand the need, but it's quite uncomfortable. For a tourist spot. We counted the street vendors who came the whole time and there were about 13 of them, and honestly, some of them weren't very friendly, and they were even dirty. The atmosphere is very bad. I'd recommend just buying ice cream or something, because eating there is very uncomfortable, especially when you want a quiet chat. That disappointed me and we had to leave, because it was really annoying to stop the conversation all the time.

The food is delicious, and the service is excellent. I love the red chilaquiles with chicken and the orange bread... Everything is reasonably priced. However, it's awful that so many street vendors come in and bring their wares to your table, placing them next to your food. It's not hygienic; sometimes six or more vendors come in at once, and that's not good. They should prohibit that!

I don't know if it's always like this, but we tried this place, and the day we did, there weren't a lot of people there. We decided to go inside, and they gave us the menu. So far, so good, but the service was very, very slow, and I dare say it wasn't the waiters' fault, running around trying to serve us as best they could, but rather the kitchen's. I saw an elderly couple get up after waiting at least half an hour for their breakfast, but it still wasn't served. Another unfortunate thing is that afterward, I heard the waitress serving that table angrily complain that she hadn't been served in the kitchen behind me. These kinds of unfortunate situations aside, I don't consider it the best breakfast place in Azcapotzalco. The variety of food is limited, and we were offered packages that included eggs, muffins with coffee, and fruit for a fair price. I still haven't figured out why it gets so crowded. I did see quite a few elderly people, though, so I can assume it's a regular occurrence. The waiters were friendly, I insist. The flavor was good, though I only tried molletes and my companion had chilaquiles with egg.

It's gone downhill a lot... I used to have high hopes for eating there; lately the service is terrible... they take forever to serve you. I ordered tortilla soup which tasted like bleach, and to top it off, it had a measly number of tortillas when it's supposed to be tortilla soup. It's annoying that even after paying for the food and service, it's like that.

If you're not with elderly people, DON'T GO, because no matter how long you wait for a table or your food, they always serve the elderly first. The food is good.

They never brought us the menus. We chatted for a while and didn't see anyone. The waiters kept staring at the floor and didn't turn around at all. After 15 minutes, we told someone they hadn't brought the menus and they said they'd be right there. Another 5-7 minutes passed and nothing, so we decided to leave. The service was terrible.

Terrible service. The waitresses are rude and take over half an hour to serve diners. They also mock customers when they ask for their orders and give them to someone else. Once they bring you the food, they bring you the wrong dishes and take even longer to replace them. Also, today, elderly people and a minor child were victims of abuse. Please wait for the complaint to be filed with Profeco because it's unacceptable that they treat people who are paying for a service like this. 👎

The service is terrible, the service is lazy, the tables outside are super dirty, and inside, it's worth mentioning why the place looks neglected, dirty, unhygienic, outside it's full of flies when you eat, the food is not to be mentioned, I ordered an Aztec soup and it was more water with a tomato splatter than a good broth, the tortilla chips are worth it, and not to mention the sour cream, cheese, and avocado, finally, the Aztec soup is completely bland, with desserts also a disappointment since the fruit they use, like pineapple, ends up being canned, I went there on a recommendation and honestly I wouldn't go back. The icing on the cake is that the prices are extremely expensive, the people who go there are more for the tradition and old memories, but unfortunately, this place is not worth it these days. Their hygiene and bathrooms are terrible.
