We've had several occasions where the carnitas are from days ago and aren't very tasty. Here, the carnitas are delicious when they're freshly made. On the other hand, they should be more careful when serving them and not be holding on to money, the terminal, etc.

I went there based on a Google recommendation, ordered a pork shank, and it wasn't that good. There are better places to eat, and practically in the same area, they weren't busy, yet they made us wait. I don't think I'll be going back.

The food seemed reheated and the flavor was quite bland, a bit dry as a result. The handmade tortillas were tasty, but they didn't compensate for the taste of the meat. However, the service was very attentive.

The food portions aren't commensurate with the price. The gorditas are expensive and small. There are larger ones in the neighborhood for almost the same price.

Pésimo servicio. Para 1 kilo de carnitas, medio de cuero, un chamorro y una manita para llevar te dan 2 cucharadas de salsa, 2 limones y dos cucharadas de cebolla y cilantro picado y ya, no alcanza ni para una persona, si vas a pedir para llevar debes hacer una salsa y picar verdura, son muy tacaños en ese aspecto todo te lo dan contado en platitos. Pedimos medio de barriga y como ya no tenían , agarraron un super cuerote y lo picaron como picadillo para mezcarlo como barriga, para que no nos diéramos cuenta, afortunadamente nos dimos cuenta y reclamamos. La atención en general es muy mala te atienden como si estuviera pidiendo limosna y de malas. Como cuando vas a consulta al IMSS o al Issste así te tratan. Las carnitas si están buenas pero no para aguantar esas groserías.

⚠ Higiene cuestionable ⚠ La señora que atiende ahí aparte de que maneja dinero y otros objetos manipula los alimentos que despacha sin lavarse las manos. No volveré ahí. La vez pasada esa señora hasta se manoseó la nariz y luego estuvo rebanando carne.

Muy muy mala Hacia tiempo no compraba ahí y regrese por el buen sabor que tenían pero ya solo es carne sabor a grasa y luego de Kilo y medio y tres gorditas me hicieron un cargo de 534 pesos no me di cuenta hasta la tarde y bueno la verdad me da lastima que el sabor se perdió y la calidad no sé diga en fin lo de 3o cobro es mi culpa . Dónde está don Alex se le extraña su sabor

A blonde waitress with glasses, a robust build, and tattoos is very rude and speaks to you very badly. I don't know if it's a mistake on the part of management to hire people like that. Before, a very friendly guy served us, and now this woman makes the experience very bad. The place is very expensive and the product is really not worth it. I paid $108 for 2 small gorditas that normally cost $20, a half-sized water, and a gelatin. It's not worth it, really.

The carnitas were tasty, but they gave me a lot of bones per kilogram, coupled with average to poor service. It's a shame because it's a place I used to visit frequently. I'll have to look for other carnitas in the area.

The chilaquiles were soggy, they didn't even bother to add cheese, they had two chicken flakes, and the salsa was awful. And to top it all off, the bread roll it came with had a strange taste, but I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it was just me. But surprise, I kept eating and the bread had mold inside. It's a shame, I've grown fond of the place because of the years, but honestly, the food isn't good anymore. Not even the carnitas.

1. The carnitas were undercooked, in my opinion. 2. Of the 12 tables, only 2 were occupied by customers, and even then, the waitress got confused and didn't serve us in a timely manner. 3. The "X" horchata water is even better than the bottled ones across from the UAM in Azcapotzalco.
