Super attention, I arrived almost at closing time and they still served me like that. The guy gave me the fries and the milkshakes. A guy with glasses is the one who served me 10/10. I wish everyone served me like that with good humor. I recommend that branch ✌🏼

Category: Fast Food. My experience at Carl's Junior left a good taste in my mouth. I opted for their specialty, the Original Big Angus burger, and I must say I was surprised by its flavor. The speed with which my order was delivered is also worth mentioning. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times, which made the experience even better. What caught my attention most was that they offer chiles güeros, a characteristic of the famous In-N-Out restaurants in California. This is definitely an alternative to consider if you're looking for fast and tasty food. In short: Carl's Junior in Plaza Satélite is a good option if you want to enjoy a burger in a short amount of time, with friendly and attentive service. I will definitely visit again in the future.

The franchise has excellent products. The variety of options is fantastic, and the combos are even better. The space is ideal for both customer service and enjoying the products. The location itself makes for a great experience; the fountain and the surrounding areas are pleasant. The staff's service is excellent, complementing the overall shopping experience. Well done to the franchise; I hope the other locations continue to improve like this one.

The new restaurant at Mundo E was a pleasant surprise; finally, there are some good burgers in this shopping center. A big plus is that it's not in the food court but has its own separate space. The food is consistently good, the service was excellent, and the restrooms were very clean.

I was craving a chocolate chip milkshake. My fantasy came true 🤭 It's the most delicious milkshake I've ever had. It reminded me of my teenage years 😁. We took a break from shopping; we arrived during rush hour, but the guy working the register had the attitude and the character to work under pressure. The service was very fast. They renovated the fast food section. It looks very nice.

For burger lovers, this is a good option since they are larger than the average size of other places; however, they are also more expensive than average, but they have varied options that you will surely like to try. It is recommended for a day when you want to break your diet and indulge in a guilty pleasure.

This fast food location had years in the shopping mall, surviving 2 make overs. I being eating in this place for years. The quality of the food is not so good as used to be (TOTALLY BIAS). so I had a Friday night pig out. The burgers are good, the return of the Diablo burger is welcome, not perfect but is a step in the right direction. Still the competition in this days is harder than ever.i will be delighted if they continue hearing the loyal fans.

We're really shocked. We're regular customers, but we stopped going for a while. Today we arrived, saw that they'd replaced all the staff, and when we ordered, they charged us for an order that was about 150 pesos more. We complained and immediately felt it wasn't an accident. We wanted them to charge us what we owed, but they made a big fuss about charging them, and they gave us some fries and the difference in cash. When you go out, you often don't check the receipt because you trust them to do their job well, and again, we're regular customers, so we trusted them. Honestly, the whole thing they tried to pull was really strange. We actually have a Carl's Jr. right around the corner from our house, but we came to Plaza Satélite for the service; we definitely won't be going back.
