We discovered La Casa Moranchel during our trip to Mexico, and what a wonderful surprise! We were a group of eight, and everyone was delighted. The food was excellent, with generous portions. There's something for everyone! The atmosphere was warm, the service was fast, and the owners were very kind and attentive. The prices are very reasonable for the incredible quality of the food. It's one of the best restaurants we've ever eaten in Mexico. We'll definitely return!

It's a delightful experience. The food is beautifully seasoned and presented. We visited at lunchtime, and the price was very reasonable. For an appetizer, they gave us coffee and a freshly baked bread roll. The butter and jam were delicious. I will definitely return!

Excellent family place full of details and excellent food. They are very flexible and I was impressed by the variety they offer to prepare the same dish. For example, they offer chilaquiles in several varieties of chiles, the crunchiness and the level of spiciness... Wow! It was a great discovery! We will return to continue trying all the possibilities.

Delicious. Mr. Moranchel's service was super friendly. The dishes were delicious. The cuts of meat were excellent, the ribs were delicious. The Chamorro was exquisite. The chile en nogada was scrumptious. Highly recommended. If you're in San Lucas Tepetlacalco, don't miss it. I'll include real photos.

It's a place with a variety of breakfast options at a fairly affordable price. Good options for breakfast on weekends, although it usually fills up quickly. It doesn't have its own parking lot, so you'll have to look for parking nearby.

The place is simple, it is a house adapted to serve food, I liked the area of the umbrellas, I went on Sunday afternoon and they had dishes a la carte, several cuts with side dishes to choose from, the meat is good, but the truth is we did not fill up since the portions although they are of "normal" size are not filling dishes. What I liked least are their sauces, very simple and without any joke to enjoy a good meat, they need to have more variety of side dishes, the service is acceptable, I do not know if I will return, they have to work on restructuring their menu to take it to another level.

Me encantó la comida de este lugar, todo estaba delicioso y la atención que recibimos mis amigos y yo fue buena, sin duda volveremos.

Está muy bueno, pero su servicio no es el más eficiente. Creo que es un buen lugar si ya no tienen a dónde más ir, los platillos son abundantes y con buena sazón.

Este lugar siempre fué uno de los favoritos de la familia: papás, suegros y nosotros. El sazón era delicioso y las porciones muy bastas. Durante la pandemia intentamos apoyar, pero siempre la comida …

Actualización: hemos ido 3 veces este mes y si, estan descuidando DEMASIADO la atención. Siguen olvidando y confundiendo los pedidos. A pesar de todo eso sigo regresando pues en ningún lado sabe igual mi desayuno. Sr Moranchel póngase abusado por favor, Ud está ahí todo el tiempo, pregunte qué hace falta por favor. Amamos ir a Moranchel pero esta ultima vez se equivocaron con el platillo de la mas latosa de todos, mi Mamá... Ah! Y sacaron la fruta o jugo de los paquetes de desayuno, deberian de darlo de nuevo en paquete.

La chica que nos atendió parece que le molesta que le pidas cosas, por eso no tienen buen servicio.

The food is delicious, the breakfasts are amazing. The prices are reasonable. The service depends on which server you get; some are very friendly and others are incredibly curt. The only downside is that they advertise opening at 8:00, but if you arrive before 8:30, they practically ignore you until they feel like it, and there's nothing to eat. They actually start serving at 8:45, so they should update their hours online to make them accurate.
