Las pizzas como siempre llegan recién hechas calientes y con buena preparación, todo bien por parte de la tienda. Lamentablemente el repartidor no entrego el refresco de 2 litros que venía en la compra, al comunicarme con el mencionó que no se la dieron en la tienda, cuando en la tienda les hacen firmar la entrega de todos los productos, muy mal por parte de los repartidores hambreados ya es muy difícil confiar en que tus productos llegen bien, afortunadamente Uber eats te reembolsa la falta del artículo, pero si te fastidian el día, me quería hacer una palomas con la fresca y un tequila 1800.

I hadn't had them in years, but I remembered they were delicious. Oh, what a disappointment! I ordered takeout, and they took ages to arrive. When I got home and saw them, they weren't cut. I ordered two, and only one had the garlic seasoning; it seemed like they just spread a little tomato sauce on it and that was it. I don't recommend them.

Siempre que voy a la sucursal se tardan en tomar la orden, están platicando las personas que atienden y dejan a los clientes esperando mucho tiempo y cuando te atienden lo hacen con pésima actitud. Siempre regreso porque es la pizzería que más cerca me queda y por lo general están buenas aunque la atención sea nefasta, pero en esta ocasión la pizza la pedí para llevar y al llegar a la casa estaba mal cortada, extremadamente delgada que no se podía ni agarrar para comer porque se deshacía toda (jamás pedí masa delgada), y la salsa de ajo que mandaron sabía muy mal y no tenía pinta como otras veces porque era demasiado líquida.

Pedí una pizza y me llegó una masa medio cruda, con mala distribución de los ingredientes, casi nada de queso, pésima presentación. Cuando estaba en preparatoria trabajé dos semanas en un Papa John's y me explicaron la importancia de la calidad de los productos y la presentación de la pizza (en teoría no se tiene que ver el tomate porque debe de estar cubierto por el queso). En teoría uno paga un precio más elevado que los que tiene la competencia para obtener un mejor producto, pero esta vez la pizza que me mandaron fue decepcionante. Pésima presentación, escasez de ingredientes y queso, el sabor consecuentemente malo. No está mal mejorar sus productos ya que los precios no son nada baratos.

QUE ASCO DE SERVICIO Siempre que ordenamos de esta sucursal, tenemos que llamar para revisar si tienen el pedido y curiosamente siempre tiene problemas su sitio, nunca revisan los pedidos que tienen que entregar. Bola de flojos.

El servicio nefasto, los empleados no saben ni lo que venden, siempre cambian de "encargados", quería comprar una pizza mediana de peperonni y me la negaron diciendo que esa solo se vende mediante la aplicación (de forma nefasta), cuando hace 3 semanas una encargada fue quien me la vendió .

How sad... I really like Papa John's pizza, and this was my first time at this branch, and honestly, it left a lot to be desired. I ordered two specialty pizzas to go, and they only had a smear of tomato puree and hardly any of the main toppings—and I'm not kidding, they literally had almost nothing. They arrived cold at home, and they only gave me a garlic dip, even though I ordered two pizzas. A very disappointing experience.

It's a joke that they advertise promotions on the app and then don't honor them. I waited for over two hours and nothing arrived. They canceled my order because they claimed there were no delivery drivers available, even though they told each one who arrived that the order wasn't ready yet. This makes me not want to go there or recommend it. After reading other reviews, I realize that maybe it's not the company itself, but the staff. I want this to be taken into account because there's no point in ordering through an app if you're not going to provide good service. My order was placed at 10 am and it's now 12 pm and it still hasn't arrived. They canceled it.

The customer service is terrible. You ask them to clean the table politely, and they do it very reluctantly. They seem to hate working here, and as a result, they give a bad response when you ask. They bring their dirty rag to clean the tables, and the bathroom smells awful. If the health department were to visit your establishment, they would surely shut it down. Adding to the problem is the attitude of this awful person in the photos, as if they were doing us a favor by doing their job.
