I’m 60 and it was alittle loud, but on a Sunday for football it’s understandable if you’re out on a Friday or Saturday night at a place that’s loud that’s to be expected. The staff here is cool down to earth, respectful and they listen.
🍺🍔🥃 “Where everyone knows your name!” This is a wonderful brewpub with a wide variety of brews and guest taps. A select offering of spirits recently featured a lovely bottle of Blanton’s. This is a family friendly establishment with a decent selection of food and a few kids menu (12 and under) items. There is indoor and outdoor seating and a couple of indoor TVs indoors with random sports stuff. We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so! We have our regular “family (and friends)” corner table and wonderful service.
I’ve came twice in the past few weeks for the brunch. Food is amazing. Flavorful and good portions. Service is always on point super friendly. Beer and mimosas are great as well. They have a lot of different types of beers and different flavored minosas. There’s always parking in the back of the building. Restrooms and place is always been clean.
Cool ambiance, friendly staff. Great beer, what else can u ask for? The place is really close to home, so trying to make this my Friday bar, so far so good. The have a decent selection of beers including some locals, also a few dishes that includes pizza!
This place is the perfect lunch spot! The food was incredible, they had so many beers I liked and my girlfriend loved the lemon gin drink too! They have outdoor seating for COVID-19 compliant dining too which is great. Try the ribeye burgers or the pizzas they're top notch.
Loved it. They're rebranding away from the previous religious theme to something fresh and new. Came for happy hour and sat at the bar. Friendly bartender, $5 tasty margaritas, scored some free house made chicharrones, couldn't be happier. Happy hour till 6pm daily, then late night happy hour starting at 9pm, all day happy hour on Thursdays. Excited to try out their food next time I'm able to, the chicharrones + salsa were tasty!
Congregation Ale house is a top notch brewery and dining experience. They offer many craft beers on tap. Dark of the covenant is one of the many that I tried. It was a wonderful tasting brew. A darker full bodied rich taste with hints of citrus aromas. The decor is modern and comfortable. It's very easy to pass the time away while sipping nice cold drinks and having conversation with friends. The food is excellent! I tried the pub style fish and chips. Fish was fried perfect and a good crunch. The fries were very good with the way they had a light seasoning. I also had a gourmet pretzel. It was so fresh and soft! Not too much salt on it either, it comes with a side of pub cheese. All the bread is baked in house using some of the yeasts from the beer. It is the softest most delicious bread I've ever had. I give Congregation a 5 stars on my list. Ive been many places with my travels. I will definitely be back here again.
This was a Cinco de Mayo stop in after a hike in the canyon. My waitress Xochitl (I hope she forgives me if the spelling isn't quite right) was kind and helpful. It's nice to get someone who is really excellent at what they do. I had a Latitude 33 beer that was very tasty, and the La Pitza with carnitas was bomb! The other staff were very friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely be back to this gem!
The happy hour menu for drinks is fantastic. We started with wine by the glass and then moved on to well drinks. Our waiter was attentive and suggested some delightful options. Overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely return when visiting the area.

Been going to the Pasadena location for years, this was my first time trying Azusa. Definitely much quieter here and easier to snag a good seat. This time I had the aguachile which was just ok but a generous portion. Service is great. Good selection of beers and good cocktails. I definitely want to come back for happy hour and the daily specials. (Margarita Monday, Taco Tuesday, Wings Wednesday)
Heard of this place and gave it a try. I was happy I did! This place was better than I thought. Our waitress was so nice and very attentive. My friend got a light beer which she enjoyed and I got a margarita flight. I was expecting 3 drinks but I got 5 and they were allllll yummy 😋 I ordered their aguachile and it was very good. My friend got the chicken fajitas and it was ALOT of food and smelt delicious. I would go back to try that dish. I'm giving this place 4 stars I would want to go back and try other things. I did go on a Monday at 5 so there was no people. I would want to see what it's like on a busy day. Overall I enjoyed this place and will be back.
Short food menu, but food was delicious with a Latin touch. Brewed beers were very smooth and not a high ABV. Still under works, but this far is a nice place to enjoy a brunch menu with friends and family. Will definitely suggest, and will be returning.
Tl; Dr I don't know much about pubs but def recommend for a small hang out with friends I don't know much about pubs or beers but I enjoyed it regardless thanks to great foods that they have!! I was able to take an advantage of a happy hour (which is all day on Monday). Would def recommend carnitas fries and rapture tots. They also have a tasting option for beers only for $1 during happy hour (it's only like a sip or two). If you are like me, I would recommend you to get it so you don't feel awkward while your friends drink. Overall great experience!
This ale house offers some of the finest beers on tap and a wide selection of specialty and craft beers in the bottle. Their pretzels are made fresh on location and accentuated by their gourmet dipping sauces. The broader menu offers some favorites that my kids enjoy, such as the Buffalo chicken wings and burgers. Other notable favorites for myself include the fried chicken sandwich, nachos, and gourmet pizza. The service is always fast and friendly, making this ale house an all-around winner.

Good vibe and delicious food. This bar and restaurant is located in a beautiful, red brick building. It has open street view seats and other comfortable table seats. It is not very big inside, but there are 6 to 7 big screen TVs, making you feel like that you are in a sports bar. However, it was not loud with the sports bar noise but rather comfortable rock and pop music. The whole vibe was fun and entertaining. The Mexican food that I ordered was authentic and delicious. Plus, even though the service was a little slow, but the bartender/ waiters were very friendly and helpful. I certainly will come back to this restaurant to try different kinds of foods.

As other reviewers have said about this place, the music is played way too loud. It's tough to hear someone sitting across the table for you. The food was good but the beer seemed off. I ordered a hazy IPA that for some reason tasted like a Belgian beer. Also tried a sip of my wife's pale ale but that was also not the flavor I was expecting. What I can say is that our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. She really made the experience better for us. Also 9 dollars for a pint of beer is pretty expensive. Where I live most are about $7.50

Great location! It’s bigger than it looks from the outside. Thursday night was “poppin” with a Dj who played good music. A lil pricey…… specially the food. I didn’t see a happy hour menu and $9 for a pint is a lil too much. (My opinion) Super friendly staff. Bathrooms were a little dirty. (This matters always) Happy October!

Rarely do I leave a bad review but this place earned it… Our server was nice but the service itself wasn’t great. Should have expected it when we noticed typos on the menu 🤷🏻♂️ We were of group of 8 with 3 kids and we ordered 2x chicken nachos, a chicken salad, wings, a kids pizza, and a burger. Out came one order of nachos, wings, and the burger. A little longer later they brought out a chicken sandwich which should have been a salad. At this time we added a 2nd kids pizza and they took the sandwich, then came back with the salad. Then came out the kids pizzas, both of them. Still no 2nd order of nachos. The kids pizzas though (see photo) was just burger buns with sauce and cheese….but the cheese wasn’t even melted all the way! C’mon now. At this time, we figured they didn’t put down the 2nd order of nachos, which we were fine with because we wanted to leave. As everyone is finishing up their meals (except the kids pizzas, the kids didn’t even want em) and we’re about to ask for the check, they come out with the 2nd order of nachos! How’d you bring out a chicken sandwich, swap it for a salad, and bring out two separate orders for the kids, wait another 20-30 mins, annnnd then bring out something that was ordered at the very beginning. The place definitely has potential but I guess the new owner hasn’t tapped into it yet.

Fantastic place if you're looking to pay ridiculously high prices for mediocre food. Tried the sampler, pizza, and chicken with all of it being just adequate, with the exception of the fries and macaroni bowls (both of which were legitimately the blandest tasting food I have tasted in recent memory). Good thing the burgers are only $20+, otherwise I'd be upset!

Went in, get a couple of beers with my buddy sat down. Cop beers decided to order to pizzas. It took 10 minutes. Guy came back after he took our order and said we don't have Pizza OK, so then he took off proceeded to play on his phone in the back part of the restaurant. We flagged them over decided to order 2 quesadillas. You put in the order comes back another ten to fifteen minutes later and says we don't have any quesadillas so we finished our beers as the guy went to the back and played on his phone some more, not paying attention to anybody in the place this place sucks, I would avoid it.
