Whoever was working today (christmas 12/25/25) made the best pizzas bread bites and cinnamon bites we've ever had. I hope the managers see this because that employee deserves Hella recognition. Like seriously it was fantastic.

I really don't get all of the poor reviews! I ordered from the Domino's all the time I typically do carry out because I don't like paying for delivery when it's so close. I have only ever once had a carry-out order take longer than 2 or 3 minutes I have ordered at all times of the day all times of the week during holidays and special events and I have never once had an issue with this location! If anything I place my order and it says 20 minutes and then my order is ready in like 8 minutes and then I'm left like dang do I leave now to get my pizza because I had plans to do something else for 15 minutes! Domino's is pretty tried and true I think a lot of people in this day and age have to realize that doing a phone order is not the norm anymore and if you use the app or the website it's very very intuitive it's one of the easiest websites I think it's probably one of the first food related apps that I ever downloaded and to this day is the only one that I actually have. This location is great I would probably suggest not ordering 15 to 20 minutes before they closed because that seems to be like the most common negative review- I can't even talk about the the staff being bad because I've never had a bad experience I'm very inattentive and they're usually talking to me and I just totally forget why I'm even inside of domino's and they are so patient with me lol They have so many coupons now too just a side note definitely check the app or the website before you even order I mean you can call but it's 2024 let's get with it to get your Za!

I ordered a medium sausage & pineapple pizza on the app. It happened to be free because I had earned enough rewards points. Well, I was just going rest for a minute, but I closed my eyes & ended up sleeping 3 hours after I ordered the pizza. I went to go pick it up & the young boy working searched for it, but then told me that they throw away the pizza if the person who ordered it doesn’t come within 2 hours. Good to know. He kindly said they can make the pizza again & it would be ready in 15 min. It was ready in like 7 minutes & delicious as always.

Have been a Dominos fanatic for about 4 years now. They do the gluten free pizza better than any other chain... bar none! I know, hard to believe. But I've tried them all. Orders are done right and delivered quickly... most of the time. The Azusa location gets it mostly right most of the time, and the mistakes are only very minor (lukewarm pizzas one time, slightly wrong toppings one time). Overall, I'm satisfied. Hoping the manager listens to the feedback and does a little more training with his team. Then they will be batting 1000 and customers like me will continue to come back repeatedly.

I absolutely love ordering from here however I can never get through to the staff over the phone to put in my phone order… idk what’s going on here but if this keeps up I’m definitely going somewhere else.

Make sure you have coupons or they'll charge you full price on Friday I got the New York style pizza large three topping they said it was 10. 99 on the TV but they charged me 24 dollars.

Good was great but the store seemed severely understaffed. I felt sorry for the poor worker running the store alone. My food was 30 minute late for pick up.

Since moving to the new location everything has gotten smaller and worse, the sauce doesn't taste the same the cheese is different and they literally gave me a the smallest Pizza in the smallest box even though I ordered a medium. Service was fast and staff was friendly. You won't get what you paid for if you come here.

Just recently ordered 3 pizzas, 2 with pepperoni. One of those was pepperoni and extra mushrooms. That one arrived with no pepperoni at all. It just sucks expecting what you paid for and not getting it.

this dominos always asks for my card and ID even when i’m using my Apple Pay and it’s a separate transaction from my card, also it’s not like it matters because the card is clearly mine and also they are garbage at sending me my food they are literally taking up to 2 hours rn and i don’t wanna sound dumb when i say this but like i’m a paying customer and i used to me a regular here but after this it became so annoying. i rarely get anything from here because it’s so tedious and stupid for me to buy here.

To start, I'd give it ZERO stars. My daughter ordered a pizza for myself which I live in the city of Azua and my daughter in Pasadena and since she used her card I couldn't receive it unless she showed the proof of identification. It's the most absurd thing to hear that it's store policy. It's not like I'm just randomly walking in and throwing random names around. I even showed my license and that was still not enough. *Expletive words*

Worst place ever. As soon as I got enough points for free pizza they denied my debit card because it had my mothers name on it. It took them an entire year to notice it. They just didn’t want to give away a free pizza. AND THEY STILL CHARGED MY CARD! I tried calling them since they wouldn’t give me my money back. The lady was so rude. Don’t ever go to this fast food restaurant.

When I called to cancel, I called to cancel the order And yesenia took my call she gave me a bad attitude over the phone and hung up without giving me a cancellation number, so I called again, this time a male whose name I didn't get this time answered my call, and so I asked him for a cancellation number and he confirmed that yesenia NEVER cancelled my order and transferred me to Ron who's only response was that he was gonna email me the cancellation number, no solution offered whatsoever

They cancel your mobile order everytime you order late. I'm talking about still having more than an hour left before closing. And I call just to get bad customer service

This is a poor dominos compared to other locations. One of the slices of pizza was missing the crust....not just a piece, the whole thing. It looked like someone ripped the crust from just that one slice. When I spoke with the manager, She (sorry i dont have a name) advised me that she personally reviewed the pizza and it was "missing a sufficient amount of the crust". I had no idea missing any of the crust of a pizza that you pay for it "Sufficient". I did pay for the entire pizza. (My apologies on the crude picure)

My husband ordered pizza in this store, I went to pick it up, I showed identification and the card with which the order was paid, but they did not want to deliver it to me because it was not him personally, I had an unpleasant moment and I had to ask them to really cancel it I was very upset that my order was not delivered. The manager is a very unpleasant person. I definitely do not recommend that you buy here.

You should make it more clear during online ordering that someone will call to verify the order. I missed the call and then my order was canceled! I had to reorder and wait an additional 30 more minutes for them to get my order ready for delivery. Keep in mind that my initial order was canceled after I had already waited 20 minutes. I also really enjoyed the response of the girl who answer my call when questioned about why they would do this her response was "that just our policy and you have to reorder". That is some customer service you have there Domino's. This will be the last time I order from there.

VERY BAD AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The female named REBECA is very rude and not helpful at all! I placed an order online and refused to give my order to my father who went to pick up my order due to covid. REBECA refused to hand me fresh pizza after it sat out for 30 + minutes, REBECA said I had to re pay for it after I already had paid for it . I asked to speak to manager and she described me VERY rudely to the manager , after I spoke to the manager he was nice and had great customer service unlike REBECA! 2022:Didn't have a pleasant experience. Canceled my order and went to the Glendora domino's on foothill. 2025: placed an online order at 6pm, received my 3 pizzas at 7:45pm. Management advised they were understaffed and we will get them hot even though they are 1 hour late. Still received them cold. Sad. @dominos please get it together at this location.

I was coming here last couple times, pizza is good, everything is fast. The lady on the counter was very friendly and nice. I guess I have more questions to dominos pizzas web IT guys. I didn’t see any information that you have to bring your ID and credit/debit card, I left Eve home and I was so hungry and they didn’t want to give me my food just because of this stupid thing, and the pizza was like $10, doesn’t worth all of the my nerves

Plan on your order being made incorrectly. Then plan on having to drive to the store and asking for it to be remade while you wait on it. Then don't expect them to ever do or say anything to be accountable for their mistakes other than "sorry, we get busy". So if you can deal with about 2 hours time and driving to pick up a pizza you originally ordered as delivery from some chain place out of convenience, convenience that you give up as soon as you have to fix their mistakes, well, if you can get through all that, the pizza is OK.

Worst service ever.. ordered pizza 2 hrs ago and they just messaged messaged me saying they were on their way.. I had to get out of bed just to go outside and cancel because I didn’t want them to wake up my family which already fell asleep.. I had tried calling multiple times when it was an hour already of me waiting and didn’t get an answer at all. Don’t order here unless you want your family to goto sleep on an empty stomach.

Always order extra cheese and the cheese is non existent. They do charge extra money for the cheese but that is their business. To screw their "customers" Never again in this place. Dominos Azusa is a joke of customer service.

This was supposed to be a contactless delivery and I still had to greet the delivery driver at the door and sign with his pen. I specifically stated I wanted my items dropped off at the chair on the porch and directions were not followed. That’s deceiving to customer to say you’re concerned about their safety and offer contactless delivery. I even paid with a card and still had to greet the delivery driver.

A few weeks ago I placed an online order on a Saturday. An hour had gone by. I called Domino's and they said their was no order in there system. I filed a complaint. Domino's corporate couldn't do anything since it was locally owned. They did reach out to them. about 10 days later this Domino's contacted me. I wasn't able to answer the phone but a message was left. I got sent a coupon for a free large 2 topping pizza. I thought this was fair. About another week and a half went by. It was Friday about 8:18 pm. I thought it was pizza time, but I wasn't going to use the coupon because I wanted something else. So again I went online. Placed an order, but didn't pay for it online. I planned to walk there. I live 5 mins. from there so I figured I would just use my debit card when I got there. I grabbed my debit and took a walk. I arrived, I said I'm here for my order, I handed over my debit card, and I was asked for ID. I don't know if this is a new thing but it isn't common to ask for ID when using your debit. I said I don't have my ID. I just grabbed it and walked here. He said I need an ID. Already frustrated I turned to my girlfriend to see if she had cash. She did not. Again we didn't think this was going to happen. So we began to walk out when the guy said, did you still want the pizza? I said, no I'm not going to walk home and walk back. We ended up going to Papa John's. I place I've never bought pizza from. They just got a new customer. The Meats pizza was loaded with meat! Domino's equivalent is not as meaty! Domino's was in the distant past at this time...so I thought. At about 10:49 pm I got a phone call from Domino's. They left me a VM. It said, we will be closing shortly (they close at 1 am on Friday, not what I call shortly). They said your pizza is ready for pick up. Why the hell are you calling me 2.5 hours after the order was placed and that late? FYI, I won't be using that free pizza coupon. Done with this location. This was the same Domino's I used to ride my bike to as a kid every Friday for pizza night. I don't know what happened here. Sometimes when your dealing with people you need to adjust to the circumstances. Understand that not everybody is trying to scam. I should of heard something like, OK sir, don't worry about, next just bring your ID, they got us doing that now, thanks for coming, etc. That didn't happen today.
