Haven’t been to one of the places before so came while visiting my uncle. It’s a burger spot but I got the Tuna sandwich, it was phenomenal. Monica greeted us and said she’d be right with us. She got our order and was helpful. The food was excellent and I am not a fry guy but the fries here are amazing! My family enjoyed their burgers too! Our table was dirty because someone just got up and as we went to wipe it the staff had come over to do so, so they keep up on the cleanliness. I’d be back for sure! Recommended !

One of my all time "The Habit" favorites is their popular Santa Barbara Char, mixed with fresh avocado lettuce tomatoes and mayo. Combo this entre up with some of their old fashioned golden brown fries and the order is eaten in less than five minutes; it's just that damn good. Strict management keep the restaurant a spotless, clean experience providing friendly service. The cooks are the boast of the establishment while preserving "The Habit's" popular "Born in Santa Barbara" taste. Once you've had one of their delicious shakes or malts, you will crave them fortnightly. My favorite is the Oreo Shake! Great place to eat while overlooking the lovely Azusa Foothills!

Every single bite is delicious! Fresh meat cook right in front of you, Super friendly service. The moment you walk in here you’re instantly been greeted “welcome how can I help you?” All employees wearing mask to protect the public Health condition. “ respect”. Busy store but they get you though fast with your order. 100% satisfied hoping all the stores could provide this kind of atmosphere.

Update on 9/21/20 Tried using the online ordering for dinner the other night and so happy I did. The food was just as good as the last time. Char burger was delish. Fried chicken sandwich had a huge piece of chicken and the fries were perfectly crisp. We also tried the new side, fried green beans with sriracha aoli, which was pretty tasty as well. What really made the trip special actually starts with some criticism. While the online ordering makes customizing your orders easy, it doesn’t have a comments or request section for extras, like their “boom” sauce, which we like for the fries or extra chiles. The only free form section for comment was for the description of my car for curbside pick up. I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised when the young lady who brought our order noted that the boom sauce and extra chiles were already in the bag. How cop is that. I’ve used Grubhub and DoorDash often and ordered extras many times, but the restaurants frequently miss it when there is a section for extras so this was a pleasant surprise. Will be back and happy to know there is a special hack for ordering extras from curbside. ———————————- Not sure if it’s because I haven’t had a burger in a while, the new fried chicken sandwich with red pepper sauce, which was awesome or if the fries were over done and tasted nice and crunchy like I like, but I really enjoyed my meal this night. The service was pretty awesome too, who he as nice. Place wasn’t packed at all, which may have helped. Finally, I like the fact they have chiles and hot sauce to go with the ketchup and other basic condiments. The burger was good, but the fried chicken sandwich was fire. The sauce that goes on it is pretty awesome too. Get some on the side for the fries and thank me later.

My first experience with hamburger habit it was amazing and awesome! From the friendly cashier and Chill atmosphere to the tasty delicious food. I am excited about going back for a repeat as soon as possible... Oh and by the way the price is perfect!

Cheyenne went above and beyond the customer service was exceptional! She was greeting everyone upon arrival and checking in on tables making sure we had everything we needed. The other workers were great as well which makes sense as she showed great leadership!

We had a wonderful time. Celebrating my brother's birthday and waitress gave him complimentary vanilla milk shake. My daughter and I get mushroom burgers and they were delicious. My brother loves regular hamburger and fries. With ketchup for dipping. We had fun.

Was spending a few days at Los Angeles, and on my way back to Arizona wanted to try something different to eat and stopped at The Habit at this location. Trying it for the first time and I have to say, best burgers I’ve had, the employees were really nice and have really good costumer service, very welcoming as well. Will be looking forward to coming back here again when I get the chance.

The Habit food is always delicious. This Habit is clean and the staff is friendly, but the only component that needs to be improved is the speed that the food is made.

Delicious! I had the Southwest BBQ chicken salad and my girls had the kids charburger and chicken bites. The chicken bites were a little dry and the burger bun a bit tooo toasted. But the Best thing we’re the Oreo cookie shakes at the end💜 they are AWESOME !

This location is in the plaza on the corner of Citrus and Alosta. Just be mindful that your hamburger patty might be the size of your tomato (smaller even). I ordered the Santa Barbara single patty. It was quite unusual from what I have received at other locations. There is ample parking. Prices were standard and service were welcoming.

Food was fine, restrooms mid (one without soap, the other without paper towels). Not very friendly service and it’s always ridiculous to have to pay extra for one sauce.
