The pizza was Awesome it was the Bread Sticks that SUCKED there not even bread sticks they are Crust Sticks that were soaked in grease it tasted like, they were hard, cold and there was no garlic on them. You guys charge $8.69 for that when you shouldn't even be making them at all

BRING BACK MAURICE!! Great customer service (except for Tatiana... unfortunately, she is cold 'n callous) plus this place actually has TABLES & CHAIRS to enjoy your meal inside WITH air conditioning. The staff is very friendly and accommodating (except for Tatiana). Good pizza to boot? Can't say it loud enough -BRING BACK MAURICE - HE is excellent and courteous!

I love the convenience of the drive through. Especially if you don’t feel like getting out the car. The pizza is always fresh. They know how to put sauce on pizza when you ask for extra. I just wish the chicken could be more fresh and with more sauce

Pepperoni pizza had extreme amount of sauce not enjoyable atleast for this family. Chicken Alfredo Pasta was good and the bbq chicken was delicious.

Order a meat lovers pizza pan style. They first gave me somebody else pizza. Then when I got the right pizza it didn't have all the toping. And it had hand tossed crust not pan style. You pay alot of money for pizza you expect the right pizza.

Came here to deliver. No one greeted me with a hello even though I did. Of course they dont care about you unless YOU are the paying customer. Marlene finally came up to me after two “we’ll be right with you,” and told me to bring in the insulated bags to get the order. I told her it is easier to bring the pizzas to place them in the bag. It helps save the germs from the counter i doubt they clean to my car. She asked me again to bring the insulated bags in. I again told her no one from this pizza hut has ever asked me to bring in the bags, and technically, since i am doordasher, i am not your employee and you cannot tell me to what to do since i pay taxes on my earnings. I came back in after placing 5 of the 13 pizzas into my 1 of 2 insulated bags. I kept trying to get her attention (mind you this was 10 am the day after thanksgiving), and asked if the 5 pizzas on the counter were the rest of my order, she rudely told me, “i said this is only half of your order, you have 3 more pizzas coming up. Now if i do the math, 3 pizzas out of 13 is not half. The correct response would have been, “Sorry, you have 3 more pizzas to wait for. “ i mean talk about someone having a bad thanksgiving and taking it out on a doordasher who is helping you deliver great service to a customer. Give me a break. What happened on your thanksgiving that was so bad to ruin my first order of the day

My experience was terrible and regretful after a decade from ordering Pizza Hut. My pizza was ready at a certain time, no one attended to me in the front counter until I had to voice out “excuse me” 10-15 mins after I’ve been standing there. First of all, I didn’t see the mushrooms and onions ordered, bell pepper and Italian sausage were very minimal. I ordered a garlic sauce in hopes it enhances my pizza. Overall it was trash for nearly a $30-dollar pizza. My kids and wife did not enjoy it. It was regretful and disappointing.

Order through door dash, pick it up myself at the drive though. Guy at the window told me ,he'll let me pick it up but next time I needed to walk in and pick up my pizza. I've done this in the past without any issues. I just wanted to know if this is true and that picking up my door dash order needs to go into the store .....

Food and services are fine. Why am I paying a mandatory team member tip for carry out? This is ridiculous.

Ordered a pizza with EZ sauce, received it with extra sauce. Called customer service because that's where you are directed when you place an order. I told them my dilemma so they put me through to the store. After waiting several minutes the store phone went into a busy tone, then hung up on me. I repeated this process 3 times. So finally I drove to the store to explain my situation again the young girl working the window said she was going to get her manager, but her Mgr sent her back and wanted to give me store credit. I told her I didn't want store credit, I want a pizza. So she went back to her mgr and she came back and told me that they are running out of dough. Its 9pm. Her mgr Jenny i think just didn't want to deal with me. So I asked the young girl that I wanted to speak with her. I asked Jenny for the pizza I originally requested. It has now been 45 min since I placed my order. Jenny told me she could not make the pizza due to not having dough for the pan pizza. So I requested another style which was a hand tossed. And it would be 10 min. So I agreed. I wonder how many times this has happened and no one has said anything.

Please be careful giving your card number over the phone because there's a lot of scamming going online it's easy for the bank to give your money out, but it's hard to get it back when you don't receive your order or the right order.

The manager said the bathroom is not able to be used by customers, but they offer dine in. The workers don't wear gloves when they make your pizza! They took my worder, cash and then went straight to the food. Not clean!!!I got my money back! The woman manager was rude.
