Long story short, they're amazing! There was an incident recently where the driver had a minor lash out. Very minor, just through text. They had thought because I wasn't answering, that I was apart of these people who had been pranking them all day. This person had been delivering FAKE orders of pizza around because of multiple prank attempts. Come on people, they have jobs. Their jobs are to feed people, not entertain pranksters all day. You ruined multiple people's days just for a laugh from absolute boredom from having nothing better to do. These workers did not deserve that. All the workers here are very kind, communicative, understand and go out of their ways to help or amend anything. Before you think of pranking people, think about how it can actually negatively impact their day / lives.

Actually not really into complaining about food, generally just eat what we get, but this is the third time I’ve paid for extra toppings they did not add. Again pizza and service is still good, but pay attention to the order

I give it two stars for past experiences. I take three away for today’s nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend ordering on the app or online. They will take your order and your money but will not start your order. Because you then have to call in and speak to the manager to verify the card they just charged will be at the home at delivery.. and then again show the card to the driver on arrival. I wasted 30 minutes thinking my kids order was being made and delivered, when in fact their ‘new policy’ ensured my order hadn’t even begun. Thank you for the extra step Dominos of Glendora. You make the the efficiency of ordering online awesome. And folks, don’t count on ‘speaking to management’ if you have a bad experience, as the owner can care less, will talk over you, and laugh at your concerns. Make sure you direct your experience concerns directly with corporate. Disappointing.. we’ve been customers for years.
The pizza was excellent. I ordered from the app, and Domino's offers two minutes, or your pizza Is free. They brought the pizza out to me after four minutes, and I tipped the employee and asked about the two minutes, or it's free, and he had no idea they offered that. They should stop advertising that scam if they don't want to make good on it. Thanks

Worst food ever. Burnt pizza and I don’t even know what this pasta I ordered is. Called to talk to a manager and he was rude as hell. Will never order again.

I just had the worst experience ever. I ordered 2 pizzas from the location in Glendora and when I got them home we took a bite of the pizza and the inside was uncooked and raw dough. I immediately called the store and spoke to Bradley the manager. I asked him if I could return the pizzas and have them remade., He asked if anyone had eaten any of it yet. I said yes, that is how we found out that the pizza dough was raw inside. Bradley , then said, sorry I cannot help you. Bradley was very rude and hung up on me. I called back pretty upset and asked him to refund my money back if he was not going to remake the pizzas. He refused and gave me a customer service number. Do not go here. The manager is very rude, the pizza is horrible, Bradley does not know how to take care of customers. Avoid this place
I called the store to check on the status of my order that I had made at. I was tracking my pizza and it said that it was out of the oven at 11:44. It never left the store so when I called to ask about it they said that they had JUST pulled it out of the oven at 12 noon when I called so I asked if their tracker was wrong or if my pizza had been sitting cold for a 16 or 17 minutes because it is now 12:04. The manager or whomever I spoke with was very rude and said that the tracker was not accurate. And then she hung up on me! Wow. I order from the store quite often and I don't think I will be ordering again. She could have said yes I'm sorry its been out we are busy but if its cold when you get it please let us know. Poor customer service. Control your feelings and be nice :)
online ordering experience was pretty good - it was a simple order, just a medium pizza with 8 piece boneless chicken and a cherry coke, and that's what I got. i get up there and the guy seems cool, he says the order is $26 and i hand him $31. the guy gives me my order and then says that i only gave him $26 so I don't get any change back. this was already enough to make me not want to go back here again, but while eating a few slices in the car I notice something about the pizza - some of the slices only had one pepperoni on them. now, I ate those, so I can't exactly provide proof, so just trust me here. that's not the worst thing, though - the pizza BARELY held together. the toppings slid off the pizza like a kid going down a water slide, landing on other slices and making the whole thing basically one giant coagulated mess of cheese and pepperoni. the wings smelled odd, but admittedly this could be just how they normally smell, but they looked borderline anemic - not exactly appetizing. the cherry coke was fine, though, but with my experience here I don't think I'll be coming back.
I Ordered 2 medium pan pizzas, got them home and after taking a bite noticed that the pizza was not fully cooked and the dough was raw. I called the Dominoes and spoke to Bradley the general manager and his response was, you already took a bite out of it and I cannot help you. I asked him to remake the pizza or refund me and he hung up on me. I called him back to give him another chance to make this right and remake the pizza and I would drive back down there and pick it up, He said no , and told me to call customer service to see what they could do for me. Don’t go here, they don’t care about quality or customer service.
Ordered a pizza for a group gathering, and they delivered wrong pizza, ordered ham/mushroom and received ham/pineapple. Called back to inform then of the error and give them the opportunity to fix their mistake. The shop boy asked if the pizza was eaten and stated one slice was eaten by a person in the group. He then began to lecture why we would eat a slice.... Regardless of the fact world they have wanted the pizza back?? No refund given and no new pizza with ham and mushroom. Poor service and poor attitude. Order at your own risk!
This place is a JOKE, Dominos would be better off to disassociate. So many better local small businesses, that do not take an hour and half to delivery your food that they left out for an hour waiting…
I ordered online using my wife’s card. I opted for curbside delivery so they would put the pizza in my trunk and avoid contact with me since my wife is Covid positive. They insisted on having my wife pick it up in person with her ID and credit card. If your policy gets infects your employees I have no sympathy for you. Change your ridiculous policy or at least make it clear beforehand so this doesn’t happen.
I don't believe you get to chose your store any longer, so if you're getting delivery and this is the store, I strongly recommend you order elsewhere. Expect a cold pizza consistently if you're ordering delivery, regardless of your distance, regardless of tip. When you finally complain about receiving cold pizza consistently, expect to receive a 20% off coupon or free medium pizza, which you cannot redeem without spending an additional $18 to hit their minimum order for delivery. Last experience I had here, I called in to check on delivery after 45 minutes or so had gone by. I was told the driver came by and called and called, but no one answered and so they went back to the store. Pizza tracker showed delivered. They said they'd send them back out, and when I asked if they'd be sending the same pizza they cooked 45 minutes ago, I was told not to worry, because they've kept it warm. Another 45 minutes go by, I call in again, only to be given the same story by a different employee now.
Absolutely disgusting treatment of customers. One of the male managers offered me a comped meal because I received my food late and cold November 2nd, i called today November 15 and the same manager said he never said that, insinuating I'm a liar, saying they never give comped meals and theres nothing he can do. Did not leave his name and refused to let me speak to the general manager. Never go to this store, they're screw you over and call you a liar for it.
Worse customer service EVER! Bradley, the store a manager gave us uncooked pizzas and when we called to complain he gave us another number to call. He refused to make it right and continued to argue with my husband on the phone. He had no interest in helping to make the situation right. He refused to replace the pizzas or give us our money back. We are filing a formal complaint with his owner tomorrow. Bradley was rude, unprofessional and threatened to lock the door if we came down to show him the uncooked pizzas. Unbelievable how this was handled. DO NOT order food at this place ever. Clearly, they have no clue about customer service.
I ordered a pizza through the app for my nieces. I dropped them off at home with their mom before I left for my caregiver job. When the delivery time came, I was informed by my family that the pizza did not get delivered because they needed to verify ID and the card I used. And I understand as well as the next guy about policy and all, but when I called the store and asked if there was anything I could do because I was just trying to feed my nieces before bed, they told me there was nothing and were very unwilling and uncompromising. I tried asking if I could send someone and they could have me on video chat so I could show my ID and the card, but they said there was nothing they could do and it's policy. And like I said, I understand policy, I work full time at USPS and part time caregiving so I understand policy very well, but just the fact that they were so unwilling to help or find some kind of solution is what really set me off. I mean all I was trying to do was get dinner for my nieces. This experience has left an absolutely horrid taste in my mouth and I will NEVER order from here again. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I cannot believe this chain still.exists and my kids talk.me into ordering and are disappointed every Flippin time. Bad flavors and bad pizza. Fake cheese and soggy dough. Undercooked always. So bad. No. Just no. Tummy ache every time. Gag. Gross. Go away Domino's
