Our family of 4 popped in for lunch today - the staff were super welcoming and friendly on arrival. It was lovely to be able to sit in the nice garden area out the back which felt cool despite the summer heat. They let us choose from lunch and breakfast menu, had dairy free milk and happily served us maple syrup for our latte frios. All the food was tasty.

It isn't my first time in my Bacalar but my first time in this spot in Bacalar. It's an absolute gem! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, making the whole experience even better. So I went twice 😛 One highlight you can’t skip is the paletas, it's refreshing, delicious, and perfect for the tropical weather. Oh also the mini boutique tucked in front of the restaurant adds a charming touch. Whether you’re looking for a unique souvenir or just browsing, it’s a lovely surprise! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Bacalar. Great food, great service, and an extra scoop of charm on the side!

I ate here for lunch and ordered a veggie burrito and guacamole. The burrito was very big and easily shareable (I shared with my sister) and it was delicious. The guacamole was the best we’ve had in Bacalar so far especially because the chips were very good and fresh. Love the calm, tropical garden atmosphere of this restaurant. Would totally recommend eating here.

A wonderful morning place - open for breakfast and closes at 4pm. Wonderful atmosphere, great food, and lovely people. Picaflor is our go-to breakfast place, then we sit out back and drink coffee and read for a while. Highly recommend.

Best local breakfast in Bacalar! Relaxed, great food (chilaquiles are awesome!), and great juices. I always come here when I come to Bacalar. A direct view of the lagoon is a great bonus to this place!!

Love this for breakfast, I even went twice! They also have wifi so a good spot to do work. The staff was soooo sweet. Coffee wasn’t that good but it did the job. Mexican style eggs were great!

My favourite place in Bacalar. Scrumptious food, great selection on the menu including filling healthy tasty options. Breakfast menu available until late. Reasonable prices. Friendliest service and speedy too. Nice views of the lagoon and wonderful chilled and not too loud background music. Great wifi. Literally what more can you ask for? I'll be back.

Amazing food they bake their bread fresh in house you can taste it in the french toast and chicken sandwich I had. The frio moka was also well done. The fruit that came with the french toast and chicken sandwich was fresh. The owner and staff care deeply about the quality of the food and service. You can taste it instantly. The food is made with love and care . I will be back again for sure!
