Can’t ask for a better taco 🌮 not greasy was actually perfect today

I gave it a 4 star out of 5 because the breakfast is also under cooked.. but the lunch menu items are great. Sometimes the wait is long but for the most part, the customer service is great as well.

In the mornings, they’re pretty fast with getting your selection from the lunch menu! A little too fast🤨 Can y’all start giving fresh fries please! One of the only locations I’ll get fries from in the morning and they’re hard, dried and taste weird. Sandwiches aren’t too fresh either. Got a chicken sandwich and when I took the bun off, the batter where the pickles were was a different color and was hardly warm. I go to this one because it’s closer to where I live but I’ll probably just start going to the one by my job again. I have to wait longer to receive my order but at least everything was just cooked. And no weird discolored pickle spots on the chicken sandwich 😂 besides the somewhat questionable food, customer service is always friendly.

We went inside the restaurant and we were placing our order all normal till the end where the worker asked us if the order is for here or to go and we said here but then he tells us a that he can only do to go because they were closing the loby,being 7pm when he told us that and we checked the loby closes at 10 pm soo closing the loby 3 hours early is crazy. When we got our food we decided to eat inside since everyone else was but the food was all cold, after that we see one of the workers close the loby at 7:50 after that we see the manager tell him to open it again he comes back but never opens the door till another worker had to open it. And there is a lot of workers for them to be behind on orders and not only that we see a lady go into the back with no uniform. Very unorganized team while the manager seems to be on the líne alone where he can put his people to help out.

The line in the drive thru is soooooo slow. Got to the window and the kids are friendly enough but way to slow. There are at least 3 you can see from the window so why does it take 30 to 45 mins to get out of there?

I come to this location all the time. They are always friendly and I've only had a few issues with my orders but overall a decent place to get fast food. Tonight I decided to order the loaded tiny tacos and I'm extremely disappointed. I ended up throwing the sloppy mess in the trash.

Our food wasn't too fresh today. Usually when u bite into an egg roll it's usually crunch and hot, that wasn't the case today. It was warm and had no crunch and this was while I was driving out of the parking lot. So I'm guessing they just had them sitting under a warmer.

It took me 35 minutes to get through the drive thru! I had to wait 10 minutes at the speaker before he took my order. Then when they finally take it, I pull around the building and there is NOBODY in front of me!! So, they finished the 4 or 5 cars in front of me then decide to take my order! And then I got attitude from the guy at the window. Also, he made me back up away from the window so they can trick the timer inside. BS!!! We will NEVER go back.

I would say this jack is not 24 hrs they will tell you they are closed . Which is nice instead of you just looking at the menu all night . But they made my sweet tea taste like coffee which was different disgusting it still had a hint of tea . Anyways check your food always they will legit not give you food that you pay for . But besides that it’s a jack in the box nothing special just bad service here 😭. Definitely don’t come at night I mean you can just be prepared to wait 30 min for 2 other people in line . If they are feeling fast that night . Sorry it’s the only one close to my house and it’s the worse one . I would recommend going down the street save yourself time and suffering .

This is the second time I've gone this month and it's so filthy inside the floor was sticky tables we're all dirty I was honestly hesitant about eating inside😡 . No matter what time of day or what day I order, my orders are always missing something . Either then don't understand or care to understand, your order, can hear them laughing and having you repeat the order only to get it wrong. I ordered a box of the tiny tacos, with the lettuce sause and cheese. I only got 5 single tiny tacos no nothing on them. When door dashing, my customers get there order wrong sometimes. What's up with this jack in the box? I recently had surgery so I can go back or drive around.

Do not let me say it again so not eat at the jake in box on Lake June and 635 they are Giving people dead rats in their food. I've asked for a manger and I was told it wasn't a manger there. Ordered on the app and it says “tap when you want is to prepare” it literally says that’s the important step to remember. Well when I went to tap it said my food had already been checked in. Obviously I want hot food so I called this place 10 times and nobody ever answered! I also selected to pick up at the counter because their drive thru lines are always sooooo long. When I finally got there, the doors were locked so I had to sit in the line anyway. The team lead (because there’s NEVER a manager) tells me my food has “actually been ready for 33 minutes” well I actually didn’t ask you to make it in the first place. Once I finally got my food I had to get BACK in line because they didn’t give me my drinks!!! The lady in front of me drove off without her CC I can only imagine what they’ll do....

It was only 11:30pm pulled in the drive thru no answer. Pull around several employees standing around talking. Pull back around front to make sure open sign was on it was and in front it an employee leaning against a vehicle. Asked what was going on he said hatefully they where close. Asked why the sign was on told me hatefully again the sign didn't mean anything. Completely unprofessional and not even smart to be so rude and hateful with a stranger in a car at night. I don't usually rate fast food places but if you're looking for a Jack in the Box there's others within driving distance of this one. We were stuck in line here for over a half hour and the lady at the window was extremely rude. After I paid she did not return my debit card. After she tossed out bag of food to us I asked if I could get my card back. She said she gave it to me and shut the window. After another few minutes of waiting she opened the window and asked "why are you still here?" I asked again for my cars and she said she didn't have it. Finally another employee pointed out that it was still sitting on the counter. Avoid it if you can.

Lazy staff refuse to make tacos! Like wth that’s the main thing I go to jack for & probably their best selling item & yet they refuse to make them out of pure laziness. Service is very slow. I have experienced 15 minute wait times. An employee arrived while I was waiting for my order, he did not have on a uniform but walked behind the counter to make himself, and the two friends he had with them, shakes. They were distracting the employees that were on the clock, and created a longer wait for myself and several others.

Be careful when coming to this location, they don’t handle food properly and do not use gloves sometimes. One of the cooks went to the restroom and didn’t even wash her hands when coming back and didn’t even wore gloves. Wait times are crazy even on recently placed orders through the app

Feb 11, 2024. I went through the drive thru and they told me they were only doing mobile orders. I don’t have the time to waste to download an app and order my food when I’m already at the drive thru, what’s the point of having one if your gonna tell people that you’re only doing mobile orders. This is not how you run a business. Also i don’t know who they hire but every single time i ask for no mustard they put mustard, it’s like if they have no clue what’s going on around them. This jack in box, smh, where to begin, they have the worse cooks ever I mean how hard can it be, laziness, horibble customer service, they sound like they hate there job and rude. They definitely need to clean house and get people who want to work! They are always out of condiments or never get your order right. By the time you get your food it's cold or taste like it's been sitting there for a while as if it's been microwave. This past Wednesday night I order the load tiny tacos and regular tacos and a side salad. They fail to mention they were out of taco sauce. Which is the main reason i come for the tacos...I got my load tiny tacos but instead of taco sauce they substitute it for some red powder and added ranch on top (which I did not ask for) to cover it up. My side salad was not fresh what so ever. If I had known they were out of taco sauce I wouldn't of wasted my money. The drinks are flat! Never going back to this Jack in the box again.

If you like waiting 30 minutes for your order then this is the place for you. I've been to this Jack in the box many times now and they take several minutes just to even take your order. It doesn't matter if there's a line or not, you will wait several minutes before someone takes your order. The food will also be cold after waiting for it. It doesn't really matter the time of day, the wait will always be longer than it should. The inside of the restaurant is also pretty dirty, with crumbs and paper all over the floor and tables.

I came to this location a couple of minutes ago and I had 3 dusty Edgar’s working the drive thru that couldn’t handle a simple 11pm drive thru rush and took it out on us? They didn’t answer the speaker and after 5-10 minute, we drove up to the window, only to be asked to go around again and if we didn’t like it, we could leave and they laughed? I understand working fast food isn’t ideal but learn some professionalism. Fast food isn’t hard, a trained zoo animal could be taught to have more manners.

Drive thru line was taking forever. After I ordered the person at the window stuck their hand out and told me to stay back. It seems like they were doing this to everyone. I decided to take off because I didn’t trust them with my food or giving them my card. Everything about that visit was uncomfortable. This happened between 8PM and 8:15PM. The person that told me to stay back was a Hispanic boy with an Edgar haircut.

We went there for breakfast!!! At 6 am, waited in drive thru for a while. Then when we get to the window, we asked for water. And the cashier, immediately caught an attitude!! Rolling her eyes and having a sour face!!! Our food was COLD!! AND they didn't give us everything we paid for!!!

I did a online order thru Jack in Box App. Sent me a confirmation email with DRIVER waiting to pick up my order. Driver was told no order in the system. Doordash customer courtesy confirmed order was canceled by the store. They called them no answer. Then I called several times no answer. Website customer refund request is not reliable.

Really not sure why the employees at this location never wants to take your order at the drive thru, they are just yelling at you that the location is currently closed sometimes and sometimes no one tells you anything through the speaker, No Hi, no Hello, no please give a second or bye. Today I had to wait 6 minutes again very hungry at the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order and no one took my order, after that I left again very hungry and disappointed. I hope Jack in the box one day finally understands that we are customers not inmates and we pay for our food, "It is not free".

By far this is the worst jack in the box. Manager Rude. Claudia the store manager along with her crew gives the store a very bad look. Drive thru line wait is atleast 20 minutes. The employees are rude and disrespectful. If Jack in the box has to hire staff like this in my opinion you all should just close this location.

Pulled up at 1140am, only 1 car in front of me. Get to the speaker. They had me wait literally 6 minutes before taking my order, when i come around the corner there is someone hanging out the window telling me to STOP, to not come to the window. I know they are playing the drive thru time system. & this has happened the last 3xs I’ve come. You can always just HURRY TF UP! Instead of making people wait. & it’s only in the morning this happens. I didn’t get my food until 1152. With only 1 car ahead of me! They had me waiting at the speaker so long, 4 cars pulled in behind me. And i kid you not, they tried the same thing with them at the speaker, but they were smart & got out of line! Food is ALWAYS fresh, but Jesus be a fence. & the morning crew doesn’t speak a lick of English 🙃🙃 i uploaded the card leaving that were behind me & where i was told to stop. If you’re in a hurry, DO NOT GO BETWEEN 9am-12pm. I went Monday night, got to the speaker at 1049PM got my food and was home by 1055. Order was correct & fresh! :)

Pulled up and parked in the lot to order online. I waited a few minutes then pulled through to the drive thru window and was told that my order was not ready. It was asked to pull back through a second time. When I pulled up the second time my fries were cold but the rest of my order was not ready yet. I ordered the chocolate milkshake they gave me a vanilla milkshake with chocolate at the bottom not mixed. And another customer pulled up beside me to yell at them through our car that them they forgot something of her order. Bad customer service every time I come always have to ask for freshly made fries. They just need to restaff the whole night crew.

Ordered on the Jack app to avoid waiting, but they don’t let you in the lobby. I had to wait almost an hour in the drive thru because I couldn’t get a refund through the app. When I finally made it to the window I was asked to wait before I pulled forward. The best part was reaching in the bag for my food afterwards only to find that everything was cold. My food sat in a bag just as long as I did in the drive thru. The frying oil was also dirty.

They get a 1 star from me because the way my Chicken fajita was total mess the the lettuce was wilted. They forgot to put the Jumbo jack with cheese in my bag. Plus we order the Mini Tacos they put it in a buttery box they didn't give me the sauce that goes with the $5 box neither. I am surprised they let this product leave their restaurant.
