Love Chik-fil-A, this place tends to be busy. Only once I stood for 15mins with not a single employee saying anything to me. Other than that, I almost never have issues here. Drive-thru can get pretty crazy.

This chick fil a was a little different from the ones I normally go to. I liked their play place. Restrooms needed attention. The condiment caddy was difficult to find. Food was great as always. They didn’t have a sweet attendant walking around to check on guests. I suppose that’s a nicety I’ve come to look forward to, and I missed it.

Very simple menu...chicken. clean inside. Parking was plenty but challenging. Clean rest rooms. Drive thru, busy as usual. Good experience. Daughter played at inside play area for a little bit. Had fun. 👍/👌. [Note: careful in this area. There are cameras recording for traffic violations. Keep a heads-up]

Kim meeds a little coaching on customer service skills. When i pulled up there was no one behind me tells me to move forward - but to were is the question? Im thinking all the way up to make room for the invisible car behind me.l and then tells me to come back to menu and shes on the side of the menu. Cant hear - can not communicate well or clearly with understanding. When i got to pick up my food window that was way better then the beginning experience.

I ordered delivery through Chick fil A. It literally took them an hour. I understand they get busy but an hour is crazy and by then my lunch break was over. Never again ordering food from here.

When we received our food, the cheese was nearly ice-cold on our spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches. I brought it back to the front and explained that the cheese should be melted on the sandwich, and that even when squeezing the cheese down on the chicken, the cheese wouldn’t melt because the chicken wasn’t hot enough. At first, one of the servers mentioned that she could rewarm the sandwiches. She proceeded to touch the cheese and meat and decided to discard and remake new sandwiches. The new sandwiches we received still had cold cheese. I’ve never received a sandwich from chic-fil-a with cold cheese in all my ten years of eating at multiple different chains around Texas. This was very disappointing and when providing feedback to one of the servers to pass on to management, he continued to make the same excuse as the previous server - in how they only apply fresh cold cheese on their sandwiches and don’t melt them on the grill. It’s time for management to figure out what other chic-fil-a establishments are doing to get their cheese to melt successfully on their chicken sandwiches. It’s sad to not show understanding to your customers and genuinely accept their feedback to create solutions. Other than that, I gave an extra star because I enjoyed the fries, which were very fresh. Wouldn’t choose this location in the future.

I placed an order online received a confirmation email and a text saying they got the order then nothing. I waited over an hour and nothing I waited another 20 minutes then called the store. First call was rang till the cash was disconnected. I called again and still no answer. I was able to cancel the order online. This was ridiculous why accept orders you can’t fulfill and why can’t you send a message to inform the customer of delay. Common courtesy is not on the menu at this location. I’m still waiting for my refund as well.

Horrible service food is great but really unprofessional. They cancel your order when inconvenient then mute the phone so they won’t have to answer to customers . No refund issued or explanation as to why my order was cancelled. This is now the second time this has happened to me. I thought I’d give them another chance because supposedly the first time the driver got into an accident. This time now what?

I’m trying hard not to throw up as I’m writing this. Please please please inspect your food and drinks before consuming it. I was drinking my vanilla iced coffee when I noticed something black on the lid. Took it off and it was a half dead bug moving around. Had to throw away my drink and food because I lost my appetite. I ordered 8 grilled nuggets, they only put 5. I asked them to add 3 more. But nuggets are burnt, I had to take off the burnt parts. Didn’t come here to eat cinder. Portions are really small for that price. Also I had hair on my sandwich. They replaced it, but appetite was ruined.

NASTYYYYY !!! first off got my order wrong which I was super sad about I went right when they opened so food was expected to be fresh. My parfait looks like it was just sitting there for who Knows how long and stunk like it was old. On top of getting my order wrong the food was in edible .. I literally would’ve gotten sick. This is not my usual chick fil a standards.. I’ll never go to this location again couldn’t even answer the phone for a refund .

This location must be understaffed. Rush-hour breakfast and only one lane is open. They don’t ask the people with huge orders to park and so make everybody sit there for 15 minutes so now you’re all late. All Chick-fil-A‘s food has really tanked in the last year or two. If you guys are trying to go out of business, you’re doing a great job.

Out of all the locations this one has repeatedly been the worst. Always out of mac and cheese. Always something missing out of the bag. Now only giving one tiny jalapeño but charging for two. The tiny little manager with glasses says it’s big enough so they don’t have to put another one in. Plus the playground door has been broken for months. Rude attitudes when you finally say something about it.
