I have a coupon for Free single western bacon cheeseburger that reads valid until 1/1/27 and they say they dont have that offer anymore. Coupon literally says valid til 2027! we are in 2025. Tried giving this place a chance after a while. Now I remember why I stopped coming. Burger was mid also. I paid for it amd bread was soggy drenched in bnq sauce. bad quality.

The lady at the window asked if I wanted any sauce, I said yes I would like some ranch please I get home. Tell me why she charged me for the ranch that she offered. That’s ridiculous a whole dollar For ranch first of all, I shouldn’t even have paid for the ranch. I understand I should pay if I ask for extra ranch on the side, but I didn’t even ask for ranch . She offered it to me That’s ridiculous. I’m never coming back.

This Carl's hands down is the worst place I've dined in.. The service was horrible and took for ever to get my food. Also they don't honor any free coupons unless you purchase something from them.. I will not be coming back to this place.

Person working late night is incapable and makes the simplest mistakes. First he doesn't understand what I can and can't order with my combo. Then, they take forever at the drive thru and have very minimal orders and can't get them right? Apparently a chicken sandwich can be confused with an order of fries.... thanks bro.... teach your workers better and don't hire people that aren't capable. Thanks.

I was trying to get my free burger the hangover burger (02/10/2025). However, I was told that they had ran out of buns. I asked if I could have it with the “regular buns” I was told “no, because they still needed to sell regular burgers”. I was annoyed because they could have tried to accommodate, I bet they didn’t even cancel the order, and it looks like I got my order (that was ordered online)…

So I came in for a simple milk shake. U would think charging a whopping 6$ it would be what u paid for. But I forget we are dealing with Carl’s jay are… they failed coming at me with the most melt shake I’ve ever got. Trying to play me with a smirk as if I’m naive enough to take it. So I request for another or for it to be remade to only get a ball of ice cream in the drink that was already melted down .. so I then simply ask for my refund to be refused and told I have to come with manager is there or I can’t get my refund.. this is absurd. The employees from 8-9 pm needs to get checked. And I’ve already contacted corporate to let them know how this location tried to rip me off..

Ordered a 9pc jalapeno poppers and 8 out of the 9 where just fried batter. Nothing inside. Tried calling but no answer. Last time I go there. So disappointed.

Horrible experience. Found a piece of METAL sticking out of my 8 year olds chicken tender. Called to make them aware and no answer. Had to drive back to show the workers. I was told a manager or district manager would call me but now one has contacted me about the incident. When I asked the girl for the piece of metal so I could take a picture, she claimed she dropped it and couldn't find it. It's going to end up in someone's drink or tray. Dont know if it was was just our order or if the whole batch is a hazard. I hope they pulled it out and checked. But no one cared to do anything about it.
