the black forest ham i had was really delicious. both of the managers ashley and noah were great and made my sandwich great! i will be coming back.
excellent service, food was great I highly recommend the hot honey chicken, the employees and manager were very friendly and understanding
Clean, vegetables were new and fresh! The employee Jasmine help us. She was fast and made it beyond perfect. Definitely gonna go again if she working. Her other coworker who was working (7/24/2020) 8pm with, I didn’t catch his name. But he was amazingly polite ❤️
What a wonderful place. I love the atmosphere here, the employees always welcome me in with a warm greeting and work fast and efficiently. They are great at handling situations when other customers act unkindly. Food is pretty good and I know the pricing is above the employees who work here so they deserve a good review :)

It's a subway, standard menu items. Very clean inside and it's almost zen how quiet it is if you are in there alone. Anyway, worst churro I've ever had in my life don't waste your $2. I expect the churros are bad everywhere and not just this specific location. Used a coupon that came in the mail or else I'd agree everything is way too overpriced.

Very over priced. $18 a sub! Also THIS Suvway does not accept many promotions or ANY online offers. So expect to pay full over prices for a Subway Sub. Food was made well. Workers are good. Store is not fair with pricing. Do yourself a favor and get a sub from a different Subway or another sub place. You're welcome.

Took nearly 30 minutes to get sandwiches, we were second in line. Ordered two hot sandwiches, but they sat for so long after being warmed that by the time we were rung out the sandwiches were cold. Had to repeat the toppings several times for each sandwich. Had to ask the sandwich prepper to change gloves after they touched unclean equipment (ie went to lobby and grabbed a bottled soda). Also saw them touch a sandwich bare handed prior to our order. The quality was not great, some toppings were beyond plentiful and others barely made a presence. Too much sauce, literally globbed in mounds. Considering the cost of Subway these days, we are not likely to return. For a similar price we can get a much better sub elsewhere locally.
Well after being hung up on and basically told not to call again... I won't. Your manager is going to run this place into the groud. Jekyll n Hyde is not the thr way to be any customer. No that was my last time so good luck if you have an allergen etc. To have someone treat you the next day... the manager of this girl needs to really see this... please don't bother to write anything back. That was wrong and wow. I'm not, in any way going to forget how upset you made me. Well I don't care to ever go back and sadly I have terminal cancers and incurreable
It's subway so you know what to find really. My complaint about this location would be that they should have changed their gloves more even though they were busy not everybody likes the same veggies or taste of transferred from somebody else's choice / sub. Other than that the staff was friendly when I was in and it's Subway you kind of know what you're getting. For the most part for the time of day that I was there they were pretty quick. I think it would might have been a little easier though if 3 people were on seeing instead of 2.
The young girl tonight rush us on our order which got messed up. Told her we would work on one sub at a time. She said no we will do the veggies after what other sub do you want. Completely rude what happened to make the customers happy. I won't be going there again. And I am writing corporate a long letter. I have had this problem at many locations and its not right.

Lady with cuts on her arm needs gloves that actually cover her open wounds. Said something about the open wounds touching the bread… gets me a new slice of bread and same thing open wound’s touching the food.. disgusting left the food and walked out
I visited this establishment this evening June 19, 2025 at 6:00pm Cashing out almost 25 minutes later at 6:23pm I am going to start by saying there was 3 people behind the counter 0 of them greeted us ( im not even sure the man pacing with a reciept in his hand even worked there ) and we stood there for a good 7 minutes before we got a " what can I get ya" The guys serving us took our order and seemed to be all over the place and annoyed when I told him I had a 4th sub. I asked for the bmt with the parm vinegarette and mayo he put RANCH instead of mayo. Before he put the fixings on the last sub he needed a vape break in the back for a good 5 minutes and I knew he was vaping bc he blew it out as he walked back to the front where I could see him. When he finally returned he put 1 GLOVE ON not 2 to finish the sub and then touching it as he rolled it up. Pretty gross . As before he went for his vape break he was wiping his sweat on his forehead with gloves on and then change them and then had 1. Idk dude wasn't even in a uniform and neither was the receipt paper guy wandering around. Super disappointed and won't be returning we are totally turned off by this location. Def need better employees .
Waited almost 10 minutes for someone to help. There was another worker but they must have been on break (at noon? Seems like a perfect time for a break (sarcasm). Then they didn’t have any chicken prepared (mind you it’s noon, so not like it was after the lunch rush) So hard to find any help these days but seems like everywhere the service is getting bad.
I don't stop here very much and won't waste my time anymore. Ordered a 1/2 sub to go. The roll was hard and actually crumbled to the touch. The worst sub I'd ever had. And not to make matters worse but it's not cheap at all for the small amount of meat. Now I'll know better....
As I walked into this place with no greeting by staff. I apologized for leaving my car on and I was talking to my kin about how I wish I had shut my lights off because there is clearly NO SIGN to state people should do so yet when you leave your vechile on with headlights they shine right into eye view inside. A snobby young female comes out obnoxiously while we are having our order taken... Running her mouth about how people need to be turning the car lights off. Very rude and disrespectful. No filter, no good service. The food is not good there anyway. 🤷♀️ ✌️
Ordered on doordash a sub that was supposed to have ranch on it and didn’t. Then my mother ordered a tuna sub that barely had any tuna, didn’t have the mayo that was supposed to be added, and didn’t have the black olives she asked for either. Absolutely terrible! There’s always issues with this subway!
🚨The most rudest Disgusting person working at Subway!🚨 Me and my fiancé went to order sandwiches and when we’re going to put our toppings on, she starts giving us an attitude because I asked if there was something wrong with the pickles because they were brown She then stated I don’t have to get pickles on my sandwich because she just opened a brand new bag and she’s not getting new pickles bc those ones are fine and then proceeded to be ignorant throughout the whole process . I then asked her to add banana peppers and she added three banana peppers to my entire sandwich And then told me I would have to pay more to get more than that !0/10 would not recommend this place 🤮
My husband arrived at 7:40 PM, the door was locked. Hours of operation state 8 PM is close time. Two people were inside. He went there for three subs. For takeout. Five minutes of their time. I've been to other subways. I know how long it takes to make the subs our family wanted. Upon calling I was told by employee that they made a decision to close early because two staff were counting money??? What? Whatever. I may have been snarky, however, closing time is closing time. They should change the hours of operation to read "We close whenever we want."
I received the wrong food in my Uber eats order. I called the restaurant to inform them I already submitted the error with the app but wanted to let them know because I spent $50 for the wrong food, he said “no you spent $37”, I explained with the fees I paid $50. He then just said “ok bye” and hung up with an attitude. It’s not the first time I’ve experienced snippy employees at this location, I won’t be going back.

A lady who making subs for me and my grandfather tried to start an argument with my grandfather,we had a coupon for a free cookie and she said "we had to pay full price for a cookie",me and my grandpa have been there alot,we never heard anyone saying anything about it,my grandpa said "I'm not going to start an argument",before we started to walk off then lady grabbed tongs and got a double chocolate cookie for me and very rudely said "here take your cookie",me and my grandfather were both upset.
